You can do this for yourself or a character, if you'd like. I’m using this as a chance to do some character exploration for Eliott from Goddess Dead.

1. Are you named after anyone?

Not that I’m aware of.

2. When was the last time you cried?

...Last night. I don’t want to talk about it. I— Yeah.

3. Do you have kids?

I hope not.

4. Do you use sarcasm?

Yes. Often. Some might say too often, but those people don’t know how to have a good time.

5. What's the first thing you notice about people?

Hm. Their hair, or some other physical trait—one they have control over. What people wear, how they style their hair, tattoos, clothes, and jewelry—you can learn a lot about someone based on how they present themselves, which isn’t to say that I think there’s a “right” way to present yourself, or that everyone needs to be “clean,” “perfect,” and “professional.” Absolutely fucking not, it’s just... I enjoy how people decorate themselves. Colors, gems—every symbol has a purpose or meaning for someone, even if that meaning is as simple as “I like it.” For instance, Will has golden, sunburst tattoos, and Ro wears a lot of gifted necklaces—all overlapping each other, but they never tangle. It’s interesting.

6. What's your eye color?

Brown, like mud or burnt-earth.

7. Scary movies or happy endings?

8. Any special talents?

I...Huh. I might actually have to think on that one. Aside from magick? I’ve been told that I’m very good at packing a picnic basket and dressing to impress. I honestly don’t think I’m particularly talented. Lucky, yes. Talented? Debatable. There are a lot of things I wish I was better at.

9. Where were you born?

Eigear: a farming village in The Stohst that’s known for its pine nuts and superstition. Our only doctor believed in blood-letting and likely drank himself to death.

10. What are your hobbies?

I enjoy tinkering with anything magick. I like figuring out how, what, and why enchantments tick and trying out new spells. If I’m being honest, I can entertain myself for hours that way. Unfortunately, working with magick theoretically for the Court has soured my joy a bit.

11. Have you any pets?

Nope, and—before you say it—Octavius is not a pet.

12. What sports do you play/have played?

My favorite sport growing up was “Outrun the Cops,” and I was very good at it.

13. How tall are you?

Tall enough. I usually end up resting my arms on people’s shoulders during hugs.

14. Favorite subject in school?

Bold of you to assume I went to school. ;) Everything I know, I learned from my mother and Auntie— ...Enchanter Brekaven.

15. Dream job?

Archmage. It’ll never happen, but could you imagine me being in charge of the King’s Arcane Court? I’d burn that place to the ground.

hey did you know??? that if you stop stretching and maintaining mobility in your body then it goes away?? things get tight and you can't move the way that you used to??? and when you decide to try getting a stretch routine going that the first week fucking sucks because you keep going 'damn i used to be able to do this no problem' and then you have to switch gears and be kind to yourself and just focus on getting better from here instead of berating yourself for dropping the good habits in the first place??? and your body never stops aging so you gotta keep taking care of it and sometimes you gotta take care of it extra in certain areas because of things that happened when you were younger and it's boring and sometimes hurts but it's so necessary???

i am yelling this at myself right now i am going through An Experience (trying to get into a routine of body maintenance again for my physical and mental health)
