Zaokrągliłem, bo zjadłem trochę płatek lol CZAICIE, ŻE DOSTAŁEM OKRESU DZIŚ A POWINIENEM W PONIEDZIAŁEK'?? Dlatego właśnie mnie zdziwiło czemu 3 dnia po wypiciu troche wody w ciuchach 0.95kg-1kg ważyłem 50.53kg... Nie mam siły palić kalorii dizsiaj, ale postarac się dobić 10k kroków (przyjdę to później edytować). Nie wiem ile średnio tyję na okresie (ile kg wody mi sie zatrzymuje), ale min 0.5kg na pewno. Zjadłem mniej niż miałem, więc jutro trochę sobie tych kalorii dodam, CZYLI JUTRO ZJEM 1050 WOW 50 KALORII WIĘCEJ. Ale nie palę aż tak dużo jak wcześniej :/ Chuj wiem, że nie przytyłem a nie mogę palić jescze więcej bo moje reverse diet będzie bez sensu XD 3 dni, gdzie pale po 400 mi wystarczą LUZUJ GACIE
