RØDBY: På grund af et spørgsmål om noget familiegæld fik et ægtepar i 70'erne uventet og ubehageligt besøg lørdag eftermiddag i Rødby. En tidligere bekendt af familien dukkede op på adressem og det lykkedes hende sammen med en mand, der var sammen med hende, at komme ind i huset. Her blev ægteparret truet med alvorlige repressalier, hvis ikke den gæld, det handlede om, blev tilbagebetalt, men parret kom ikke noget til. Efter en kort meningsudveksling forsvandt parret i deres bil, men på baggrund af vidneforklaringer lykkedes det kort efter politiet at standse bilen på Sydmotorvejen. Det var en 46-årig kvinde, der sammen med den 40-årige mand, begge fra Kastrup, blev anholdt klokken 15.35 og sigtet for afpresning og husfredskrænkelse. De blev taget med til politistationen i Nykøbing, hvor de blev afhørt, inden de blev løsladt igen kort efter klokken 18. Fakta: Skulle en af de to anholdte igen opsøge ægteparret eller sende andre på deres vegne - så vil det have voldsomme konsekvenser idet der så er tale om trusler mod vidner, en gerning som straffes med op mod otte års fængsel. Straffeloven § 123 Den, som med trussel om vold forulemper, eller som med vold, ulovlig tvang efter § 260, trusler efter § 266 eller på anden måde begår en strafbar handling mod en person, dennes nærmeste eller andre med tilknytning til denne i anledning af personens forventede eller allerede afgivne forklaring til politiet eller i retten, straffes med bøde eller fængsel indtil 8 år. Stk. 2.  Ved fastsættelse af straffen skal der lægges vægt på den betydning, som lovovertrædelsen kan have for muligheden for at retsforfølge strafbare handlinger.
