What coding bootcamp are you doing?
#100devs by Leon Noel.
If you decided to start it, let me know and we can help each other!
One of the graduates (I think she's a graduate) from the course even made a whole like tracking website that helps you know what needs to be done for each class.
Even though the live portion is done, all the videos are online and you can still join!

back to learning how to code again.
if i’m going to break into tech why not learn what originally got me interested in it.
i can learn anything.
i can learn anything.
i can learn anything.
really want to learn to code and get a job in the EdTech space.
doesn’t need to be in that order.
hoping the 100devs bootcamp has a 3rd cohort in January but it’s not looking likely.
if no announcements have been made by the new year, I’ll join a catch up class in January.
until then I’m going to keep working on freecodecamp and start my data&SQL course next week.
i really can see myself as a developer.
i just have this vision of myself at 30 (and beyond) and i’m doing everything now to set her up nicely.
i’m a software developer 👩🏿💻✨

Important announcement: If your heater is out, a handheld hair dryer or heat gun from inside the cab might work.
If your college is doing this, it is profit-driven, and I doubt it has its student's needs first in mind.
Learn with Leon has another cohort beginning soon if you're just going to college for a better job.
https://leonnoel.com/100devs/
We now return you to your regularly scheduled dickcicle kontent.
Amazing

I think Im going to add another goal for myself this year.
I want to finish the #100devs program I started last year.
I want to start building little projects as well and I have an idea of one that I want to make.

⋆. how to find tech communities ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
Having a good supportive community while learning can be super helpful! It's always nice to be able to find a group of individuals who are also going through the same thing you are. Here are some ways I have found communities in the tech sphere ヽ(◕ᴥ◕)ノ
Meetup Meetup creates possibilities to find and build local communities who share your interests! Here's an example of some groups I've joined:
Newsletters Newsletters are also a great way to get information about cool events/meetups happening in the tech space ☆.。.:* I am personally subscribed to Lizzie, she posts about events happening in Sf and NY. (you don't actually have to subscribe to read her current and past posts, just hit the "no thanks" under the entry box)
Twitter Many companies or dev advocates/community builders who work at x company will post a ton about upcoming meetups hosted by them! So I highly recommend you find a company or community you'd like to be a part off and follow them on twitter (▰˘◡˘▰) here are some I follow: SFClimateWeek ReactMiamiConf DevsNDumps SeattleJS GirlCode PayPalDev RenderATL Postman AhmadAwais Whitep4nth3r Official_GDC LWJShow GitHubEducation WomenTechmakers hackclub hacktoberfest femtechconf cassidoo pwic_org lesbiantech OutInTech PrideinSTEM GoogleStudents CodeNewbies
Discord There are sooooo many amazing huge communities on discord for each community within tech, here are some I recommend: DesignBuddies: focus is on ux/ui designers, ux research, pm, graphic design LearnWLeon(100Devs): HUGE community of beginner to intermediate software devs. It's also a completely free bootcamp! DiscordDevs: discords server is a great place to learn about different discord features to better help you navigate other servers you join. You also can get 1on1 help with building discord bots which is such a fun thing to work on! My Server: I try really hard to curate a welcoming and helpful community. If you ever need any help with hw, projects, or even general tech career help we're all super down to help ʕっ•‿•ʔっ
I hope this helps ♡
