early mornings have again become the worst part of my day. as soon as i wake up i am inundated with feelings of despair and regrets. i regret doing nothing, i regret feeling like im wasting my existence, like i’m wasting my potential. i tell myself im enough everyday, and for the first time in many days i don’t feel enough anymore…what happened?

deep down i know i am enough. every piece of me, is enough. yet i don’t feel like i’m working towards anything important. just aimlessly drifting. there is university but again i don’t want to do it so i feel like i physically cant.

is waking up for myself not enough because it has to be. suddenly i feel all these eyes and all these expectations. is the weight of existence back. perhaps but i must deal with it differently. each day comes and it’s a chance to change, a chance to believe and honestly that scares me. i feel stuck in flight or fight. no in fact i just feel frozen. but the type of frozen that just needs to be thawed out.

i’m losing hope and faith yet i have nothing else. i’ve got to keep faith i’ve got to keep believing. only a few weeks ago i felt the strength in uncertainty but now i feel it’s weakness.

i’m disappointed that i’m still here, but i’ll take time with myself. i don’t want to sit in it for too long but it’s all consuming currently. in a few hours i think i’ll probably feel okay again.

just the mornings. they really are the worst part of my day
