IM WRITING AGAIN, THANK THE THUNDERSTORM I STOOD IN FOR LIKE 20 MINUTES BECAUSE IT FELT NICE. THIS HAS BEEN WRITTEN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, LIKE 30 MINUTES MAYBE.

Outside, there was a thunderstorm. To most people, this would be a mediocre, or maybe slightly exciting, part of life. To Jonah, it reminded him of the best? worst? night of his life, where he made the final escape. Staring out the window, into the dark with thunderbolts dragging along the sky, he can remember that night like it was yesterday. But it was so far from yesterday. Jonah can remember the pain in his own legs, his breath speeding up, the rain falling hard and soaking him to the bone through his drenched hoodie. Before Jonah's thoughts can go any deeper, he feels a hand interlace with his own, pulling him away from bad memories. Rowan.

Jonah smiles and brings up Rowan's hand to kiss it, before looking into the eyes of the amazing person that is somehow his partner. Jonah was new tol these positive emotions so quickly, but glad to have Rowan drag to him away from that night's echo. Rowan smiles at him, and they speak up as they look out the window, "Looks pretty, doesn't it?"

Jonah can't agree, so he chuckles and leans in to kiss Rowan on the cheek, "Not as pretty as you." This gets Rowan to laugh slightly before looking out at the night, "I love thunderstorms, I would be out there right now, but I like being here with you more." They smile at Jonah, and Jonah glances away. "I guess I liked them too, but, well… Bad memories." He stares out the window, slightly seeing why Rowan loves the storms. They feel nice enough when the rain isn't coming down hard enough to hurt.

Rowan looks to him, and smiles, "Would you like to make some better memories then?" Jonah looks back at them and raises an eyebrow, "How so?" Rowan chuckles and explains their thoughts, "Well, the rain out there isn't coming down too badly. If it wouldn't bother you, we could go out there and make some better memories of thunderstorms, only if you want to, that is!" Rowan looks away, and Jonah lifts both of their hands that are still interlocked, "I'm willing to try it! I mean, uh. It can't be bad if you're there.." Rook somehow smiles even wider as they stand up, pulling Jonah along with them, "Okay then! Just tell me if you get uncomfortable and then we can go right back inside!" Jonah nods in agreement.

Jonah is wearing his ever present hoodie, so Rowan only has to grab a jacket for themself and have the two of them put on their shoes before they are ready to go, just on a little walk, Jonah finds the idea nice, even during a thunderstorm with light rain. As the two of them get to the door, Rowan looks back at Jonah, "Last chance to turn back, you ready, love?" Jonah nods, "Yep, ready." Rowan opens the door and the pure smell of rain wafts in, the sound of the raindrops hitting the sidewalk soft and rhythmic.

Rowan reaches their hand outside the door, letting the raindrops fall on it, the rain isn't too cold, and the night outside is warm. They lightly take Jonah's hand and let him feel the rain for himself. Jonah nods, the night outside is different to the cold one he remembers during thunderstorms, so he takes the first step outside while holding on to Rowas hand, and they trail behind him, smiling, happy that Jonah is willing to try.

Jonah starts the walk, leaving his hood down, feeling the rain patter along his head. Rowan holds his hand tighter and they speed up to be walking right next to Jonah, "So… how does it feel? I like it myself, but how about you?" Jonah looks up and smiles at them, "Nice. It's nice that the night is warm, and it's nice that you're here with me." Rowan leans down to give Jonah a kiss on the head, "I'm glad, now let's enjoy our walk?" Jonah leans up to plant a quick kiss on Rowan's lips, "Yeah, let's."

i've been thinking about 707 ever since i read his story a month ago.. T.T

first off, kudos to cael for being so precise with his predictions. he gave exact coordinates at a specific time to ensure that MC would be safe from the hands of the empire. the catch? it was done with the confidence that his bionic clone would act exactly as he predicted. cael would never put MC under risk without having a hold on the entire situation, all things considered. who knows how long he waited until there was a 100% chance of safety?

what if 707 were to act out of the ordinary? to diverge from the path set for him, both as a product from the empire and as "cael" himself? what if he went against expectations and turned MC in? so many "what ifs", and yet cael chose this one.

now onto my baby boy 707. :) imagine living as someone else's shadow, and you don't even know whose. his actions are not his own, nor will they ever be. the one person he thought understood him refuses to paint him— even if he has the face of her love, the same voice, mannerisms, figure, intonations.. he will never truly be cael, although he is a bionic copy. if he cannot be himself as an individual, and he cannot be the person he was modeled after, what place is there for him in the world?

"Katsu Curry, huh? I don't think I've ever tried something like this before... Then again, it's been a while since I've really gotten the time to look into other food stuff..." Using the ladle, she scoop herself a decently sized portion that she'd then give a proper taste test first. Siiippp... "Hm... Pretty good taste. The level of heat is actually perfectly balanced too. Nothing extreme, but not too mlid..." Knowing that the curry was perfectly to her liking, she'd begin to sample a bit more of it, taking in small but decent portions of the mixture that would slowly help filling in the hole in her stomach before she'd take a break from it...

...hey, now. He thought he was very clear. If Ghetsis leaves Unova for any reason, or even worse if he hangs around Alola, the higher ups should contact him.

He asked for one thing, and now here we are.

The mechanisms in his suit alert him of the incoming danger one second too late. He has the time to turn around before he feels himself pulled back, a strong hand holding the back of his coat to throw him against a nearby wall, with enough strenght to break his breath and make his screams die in his throat. There's an attempt to move away from it despite the pain, but as soon as he dared to take a single step foreward, reach for his Pokèball, the same hand pushes him back, pressing against his chest as once again he finds himself slammed against the wall.

Forced to stay there, just a few inches away from a particularly upset Plasma leader. Anyone else would be freaking out, right? Needless to say, his own heart skips a beat when he reopens his eyes and finds his former boss glaring at him.

"...pfeh."

And instead, Colress smiles, tilts his head.

"Ghetsis."

Greets the other, his voice trembling not out of fear, but... excitement, perhaps? Granted the risk of staying, chatting and challenging the older man head on is high, but might as well turn a bad situation into an interesting one!

She had just heaved the body itself into the back of a van to be disposed of elsewhere, and had returned to make sure she had left nothing important behind. It brought a smile to her face to see the aftermath clean and successful hunt.

Her ears perked up, someone was breathing behind her. In the blink of an eye she had whipped around to face the intruder, eyes almost reflective in the dark, red curls bouncing, sun dress torn in places and soaked in blood.

"I think you're lost, you should go somewhere else," she wasn't yet using her ability to influence minds, but laying a brickwork for if she had to.

summer didn't make this mess. summer knew how to clean up her mess. whoever left a pool of blood in the parking lot of the bar clearly didn't. she stared down at it with cold indifference, and only vaguely wondered of its source. despite how often she found herself covered in blood, she didn't like the scent of it. despite how much she enjoyed killing, she still hadn't gotten used to that. and to leave a big pool of evidence? what an amateur! the toe of her shoe dug at the edge of the pool, just about to dip it in and drag it back to see how it spread against the concrete, but she thought better of it—dna evidence and all. she'd never allow herself to get caught off of someone else's killing. there was a small doubt that it didn't come from a murder, the amount of it suggested either an adult human or a large animal, and in the city, a human made more sense than some deer. the question now was what happened to the body? blinking slowly, her head tilted as she studied it, only to suddenly notice she wasn't alone. quickly her expression changed, going from stony and impassive to exaggeratedly scared. "oh my god!" she shrieked, jumping back from the puddle and pointed down at it, "call the police! i think someone got hurt!"

I'm really bad at writing at the moment but I had to write for Jonah and Rowan. 354 words.

Jonah and Rowan, after a few days of calm, for Jonah to get settled a bit, decide to watch a movie, since Jonah hasn't really had a chance to see much of anything, and Rowan knows a lot of good shows. They got about halfway through before getting up for a small break, and the two now sit back down next to each other on the couch. Jonah sets his head on Rowan's shoulder, and they wrap their arm around him. Jonah can feel their legs pressed together, and with an sigh indicating he had made a decision, wraps his arms around Rowan. Jonah hasn't really been thinking about the movie much, too busy debating what to do when they sat back down. He started getting the weird itchy feeling indicating some sort of sensory wrong not long after standing up, and just couldn't describe it well enough for himself to understand. Rowan glances at him with a look that just seems to ask what he's doing. Jonah buries his face into Rowan's shoulder and hugs them tighter. "Rowan?", He says, making sure his voice isn't too muffled. They nod, "Yes Jonah?" He pauses for a moment, thinking this through yet again, he could just let go, say some excuse, but, Jonah knows Rowan wouldn't really judge him. They make that very clear. "I uh. Can I get a tight hug? Sorry that's dumb it's just that the-" Rowan cuts Jonah off from going down the line of apologizing for nothing by returning his hug, which shuts him up quickly. After thinking for a moment, Rowan tightens the hug a bit more, "this good?" Jonah nods, his voice getting stuck for a moment. "Yyeah. The weighted blanket just doesn't have the same feeling." Rowan nods "I get it, this is nice" they give Jonah a kiss on the top of his head, "don't be afraid to ask for this, I really do understand, sometimes a good squeeze can really help." Jonah nods in agreement as the two get into a comfortable position clinging to each other, and turn their attention back to the movie.

Muse #2- Labrys

Activation- 1999

Labrys is a 5th Generation Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon.

Due to her larger Plume of Dusk, Labrys' personality developed quicker than the other mechanical maidens. She is a caring individual who doesn't want to hurt, let alone kill, anyone she cares about. When she thought she was the human student council president, she was serious, strict, and responsible.

The growth of her ego can be observed within Labrys' thoughts. Moments after her first activation, Labrys' thoughts are extremely simple to understand and consist of the usual technical statements. The more Plumes of Dusk she absorbs, Labrys becomes increasingly eloquent and starts to develop emotions, eventually culminating in her friendship with Unit #024. Even more interestingly, this does not apply to her speech that much since she speaks with an accent directly after her activation.

Labrys was originally Unit #031, one of the many models of Anti-Shadow Weapons created by the Kirijo Group to gather test data on Yakushima. Due to her larger than usual Plume of Dusk, #031 began showing signs of emotion upon activation and developed her ego at a quicker rate than the other units. In between being forced to kill her sister units for combat data and inheriting their memories, #031 and the other units were let outside to mingle amongst themselves. Here, #031 meets and befriends Unit #024, an older unit who was more emotionally developed than the others, who serves as #031's only friend.

Later on, Labrys inherits #024's memories and notices an unusual voice, later revealed by #024's archive to be the girl whose personality was used as the basis of the personality of the early Anti-Shadow Weapons, and that #024 wanted to meet her and thank her for loving them. 13 years later, Labrys would be rediscovered by the Kirijo Group under Mitsuru Kirijo, though after receiving Labrys' "container" from Yakushima, the plane Mitsuru was on was hijacked and Labrys was stolen and taken to Inaba, where she was thrown into the TV. During this time, Labrys dreams of the ill girl she and #024 wanted to meet, and from her gets the idea of becoming a student council president. A voice appears in Labrys' head and shows her an image of Yasogami High School, offering her the chance to go to school and be the student council president. Labrys is brainwashed by the malevolent entity into thinking that she is the human student council president and that the school she is in is the real Yasogami High School.

During the epilogue of the first Persona 4 Arena game, Labrys joins with her sister Aigis and the Shadow Operatives, vowing to find whoever did this to her and the others, though she and Aigis also vow to find the girl she and #024 wished to meet. Aigis also reveals that Labrys' wish came true as Aigis met the hero / heroine of Persona 3 on the same pier, being able to leave the island.

During the ending of the second Persona 4 Arena game, she visits the grave of the girl who her personality is based on. There she meets a boy who suffers the same illness as her, who was able to live thanks to the experiments she endured. Labrys asks as she looks upon the grave if she could call her mom.

In the Japanese version of the games, Labrys speaks in the accent of the Kansai region. In the English version, since there is no definite equivalent to a Kansai accent in English, a Brooklyn accent is used to emulate it although her backstory is not changed at all to "accommodate." Her arcana is the FORTUNE arcana and her weapon of choice is a symmetrical double-headed axe.

Frank could've sworn he heard his bones crack as soon as he hit the wood. A bolt of pain shooting through the killers body as he grasped at the hands that held his jacket in an iron grip. What the fuck was this thing? His mind raced doing his best to at least try and peel the fingers away, "What the fuck is your problem?!" his hoarse voice yelled muffled by the mask that still held it's teasing grin. How was even even supposed to get out of this? His whole body struggled trying to use whatever weight he had to his advantage, but it felt impossible.

The Order of the Sword was ambitious, yet it was still limited in its knowledge of the true limits of the human body as it was. However, that was not a flaw without a solution - just as it called in the help of mercenaries to hunt down Devil Arms, so did it sway men of science into warping their ideals of the natural order.

Men granted power no human should process, souls warped by demonic energy, bodies corrupted into something beyond, something greater.

The next step in human evolution.

When Agnus sought him out there was little hesitancy to append himself onto the project, even if he found no interest in joining their plans - and if the looks the Head of the Order provided him, the feeling of disgust and distrust was mutual.

But Hojo is nothing but professional, and although he found their ambitions heedless and self-destructive, his drive to improve his own understanding of the human soul and the power held behind the gates of hell had him lending his genius to their cause - and so came to be the Ancesncion Ceremony into being.

But there ended his usefulness to the Order.

His life, of course, was traded in favor of not being allowed to take any of his notes and equipment as he left, as well as being on their beck-and-call should they require his assistance.

Disappointing, but not the end of the world. Neither would be their attempts at a new world order.

Because if there is one thing Hojo could be known for, it was his patience. Projects stretched into decades, his own bastardized attempts of creating human-devil hybrids now living amongst humans, and some projects stretched beyond what he foresaw himself living as he was. He was entirely sure the Order would cave in on itself eventually, and when it did he would be there to pick up the pieces.

Too bad, then, that there was someone keen on keeping The Order's secrets buried - perhaps it ought to have been expected, but it genuinely was a surprise to see one of its knights still around. And so it was a slight miscalculation, perhaps, to use his previous work with Agnus as leverage to be left alone - if the boy was a knight, then certainly he would listen, no?

He owned these notes, and he would be taking them back.

…Or not.

The retaliation is immediate, and his deceptively frail body caves under the rough treatment, ribs nearly creaking as hands drop the notes he'd been holding - he was still human after all, not foolish enough to undergo the unstable procedure himself.

"Would you care to let go?" Not quite an order, but a definite direct request is given with little more than irritation behind it, one hand reaching up to clasp around the demonic arm holding him in place while the other moved up to adjust his glasses slipping down the bridge of his nose, not giving his now aching head any more excuses to turn the dull throd of a head hit against a wall into a proper migraine. "I am not after the same goals the Order was if that is what drives your misguided animosity."
