I headcanon that if the brothers are reminiscing about the old days back up in the celestial realm Mc and Satan will hold hands

Mc, or my Mc specifically, has a slight issue with their self image after og lesson 16 and when in a dark place they feel like they're nothing other than a Lilith copy

Mc doesnt hate Lilith btw ( it's mainly the brothers' fault)

Also sometimes feels excluded/sad cause they weren't around for the brothers' angel days

We've seen Satan have issues as well about feeling excluded when the brother bring up the angel days

Although he saw some things through Luci's eyes, he didn't see everything

So Mc and Satan will hold hands as a way to say "You're not alone, I'm here for you even if it feels like they arent."

luke was in no way adept at hiding his emotions, but you let him try anyway. much to everyone's amusement, this often resulted in a huffy little angel stomping through the halls of rad.

you craned your head a little to see the white figure that had entered the courtyard. after realizing who it was (and what expression he was wearing), you raised your hand up in a wave.

"luke!"

he looked up, and his frown melted away into surprise. he waved back with his entire arm.

"mc!" he exclaimed. the angel began to run up to you. "thank goodness, i found you!"

your eyebrows raised at his words. "huh? what, why? what's up?"

luke paused, mouth still open to respond. slowly, he closed it, still hesitant. a disappointed groan escaped him as he remembered what had happened.

his hands convered his face, muttering, "that mammon.."

"luke?"

a very long sigh. "..mammon took your cookies."

"pardon? my cookies?"

luke lowered his hands enough to uncover his eyes. the way he looked up really was reminiscent of a puppy sometimes.

"i made you cookies. it was supposed to be a surprise." he grumbled. "then mammon took them before i could explain. he didn't even try to hide! he just.. just swiped the bag out of my hands!"

"ah, mammon.."

luke huffed. you resisted the urge to pat him on the head, wondering if he'd find it patronizing.

"i was going to ask one of the other brothers to help.. but i think the most approachable of them might eat your cookies himself."

you smiled, not needing to ask who he was referring to.

"it's alright, luke."

"but he took the cookies.." luke whined. "and ruined my surprise—! ah.. i meant your surprise!"

you chuckled softly. your hand decidedly rested on his shoulder.

"i don't think mammon would mind giving it back if i asked him nicely enough. let's go find him."

"but what if he ate them already?"

"hmm.. then i guess we make new cookies. better cookies. how about it?"

"oh." luke blinked. as he thought about it more, a wide grin reached his face. "oh, yeah."

you laughed, pulling him closer by the shoulder as you walked.

Mammon had invited you to a date, you'd agreed, but he had never told you where you were going.

After 30 minutes of playing and singing some music on the ride to wherever you were getting with Mammon driving, you finally asked him.

"Don't ya' worry about that, I'm sure you'll like it!"

Maybe he hadn't answered at all, but you felt at ease since now you knew it wasn't anything about gambling or casinos this time.

At some point you lost track of time and just enjoyed talking with him while the full moon of this almost-ending-month was being displayed by the clean windows of Mammon's car so brightly.

It felt magical when you eventually arrived and Mammon parked the car somewhere at... a forest?

It had some electric candles, creating and adorning a circle, at its center, a prepared and seemingly comfy set of pillows with a bluetooth speaker.

The trees did not cover the moonslight which was being witness of your hapiness in that moment. Witness of how you hugged Mammon while thanking him and how you both started enjoying the company. Witness of how delighted and gracefully you danced at its white light.

"Told ya' you'd like it, so you should know by now human, this moon, this moments, and I shall be yours forever."

I’m not sure if someone’s already mentioned this, (I apologize if they have) but I was thinking about the recent devilgram and what you and the anons were saying about Solomon and having incorrect memories/ difficulty remembering. He seems like he has at least some experience with oil painting. What if, in a time long before photography, yet long after Solomon realizes he’s forgotten important faces of the ones he loved, he turned to visual art as a way to preserve the people and places most precious to him?

He says MC and their look of concentration would make a good picture. What if he has a room full of paintings varying in artistic quality and degree of preservation, of MC, the angels, previous friends and lovers, witches and demons who have had a major impact on his life, places that hold a lot of memories, etc? On the back of the canvas, he’s written details about the moments he painted that he thinks are most important.

The oldest paintings, of his family and the people who were first closest to him, are hardly recognizable. His skill level was quite lacking back then and, sure, some of them have become damaged over the years. But it’s clear to anyone who looks at them that there was no living reference. There are no clear facial features and the painter is no longer familiar with his subject. He was grasping at straws, trying his best to memorialize a face that was already long forgotten.

Looking at them now fills him with frustration. He remembers how desperate he felt when he painted them. Lonely. Homesick. Angry for letting himself forget. He feels no warmth for the blurry, anatomically incorrect figures on the torn damaged canvases, can no longer remember who they were supposed to be. But throwing them out feels wrong. He keeps them around hoping that one day he’ll look at them and it will jog his memory. He’ll paint over it and it will look just like how they used to.

please i can only imagine Solomon standing in an big room with almost now furniture, lit only by the light coming in from the open door, surrounded by too many paintings to count. Some of them are turned around to face the wall, holding memories too painful (or reminding him of memories lost) to look at, some seem in a state of disrepair so great there is no point in keeping them, and others still have detailed bodies and missing features. Some of these ones, you can see the color of their eyes, the crow's feet, the wispy gray hairs that grow into the natural color. Others only have a smile, freckles dotting some or a purposely placed mole on others. These pictures, one can tell, are not unfinished - that's all that remains in his memory of them.

Solomon turns a few more away before murmuring a spell to preserve them for another hundred years.

this also reminds me of a much less sophisticated idea i was thinking of the other day where Solomon is like, frantically scrapbooking (it sounds so dumb hear me out) trying to fill in pictures and write detailed accounts of any moments he spends with Simeon and Luke or with MC or anything and then casting multiple spells to make sure they stay preserved because he's just so tired of seeing faces he knows he knew and yet not being able to remember a single moment he had with them

oil paintings are definitely more romantic though

Ok so y'all didn't ask but I'm gonna give my explanation on everyone's body types ok ok you ready i'm going in chronological order :D

Lucifer is NOT ripped, I mean I know why lucifuckers will draw him with a fifty pack and all but this man is a ball of stress who i am absolutely sure doesn't sleep or eat the way he should. He's probably has less fat than Levi or Belphie because he doesn't eat much but otherwise I doubt theres a lot of definiton there.

Mammon is a model, I'm sure he takes care of himself due to having modeling jobs here and there. Probably doesn't have the best diet but makes up for it by hitting the gym.

THERES NO FUCKING WAY LEVI HAS ABS I STG HE-HE JUST SITS IN HIS ROOM BINGING ANIME AND PLAYING VIDEO GAMES PLEASE JUST GIVE US SQUISHY LEVI HE IS SO CUTE BUt I will say I'm sure he's a lot heavier than he looks due to his height

Satan sits and reads. There's no way he's hitting a gym or anything like that. The most he probably does is chase cats and his brothers. He's a bit squishy :) I don't think he remembers to feed himself well or go to bed on time though :(

Obey Me Events

It upsets me that you (MC) never get to play dress-up for any of the events :( Of course there's the occasional "Here put this on for this formal event - Oh! You look gorgeous!", But I'm talking about the fun costumes, like the onsies and halloween costumes and whatnot. Its always like "Oh the magic doesn't affect you" or "Oh you're just a human in this" like!!! No!!! I wanna play, too!!! They don't even have to create anything for MC, just some dialogue choices! Like how you can sometimes choose how things go in the chats! (Like how you can say whether or not you saw a lost item, and the chat rolls along with whatever you say.) The dialogue can give you like 2 or 3 options to choose from regarding your costume, and like the main story it can remember what you choose!

It can go something like this, based on the animal-esc events:

(Mammon, probably): Huh? (Y/N) Is.... > I'm a dog! > I'm a cat! > I'm a... sheep? And it can go from there! There doesn't even have to be very much dialogue focused on MC's costume, I just wanna be able to have fun, too!!
