Recently got a double root canal. One on each side. Then got a wisdom tooth extracted. Waited what seemed like 7 but was probably closer to 5 weeks for that to heal to go get temporary crowns. Now I get to wait 5 weeks for the permanent crowns/bc of the holidays. I grind my teeth in my sleep. Which is the probable reason for two of the crowns and of course the teeth grinding and jaw cleaning hasn't gone away. If anything it's gotten worse. I wear a night guard so Im not grinding my teeth together but I'm still using the entire of the force of the have muscles to grind my teeth into the half a centimeter thick plastic(?rubber?? Probably plastic??)

Shit hurts, is what I'm trying to say. I'm also going on longer without sleep than I have in too long and so this is just rambling and it's not like it matters because I don't think anyone actually follows this blog anyway.

I've been laying awake in bed the last hour thinking about mouths and teeth and when I close my eyes it's all gums and teeth and do I really need to sleep??

It's like one of those art pieces where there's fingers holding an eye open from the inside but it's all teeth inside the socket.
