hi it’s me i’m back randomly because a random experience sparked this idea and it’s 1 am and i can’t sleep-

ice usually relies on mav to dispose of any creepy crawlies that make their way into the couples home. it’s not that ice has a phobia or anything he just prefers to leave it to the pocket rocket to deal with them. and mav’s more than happy to comply, plus he lives for ice’s satirical swoons of ‘oh my hero’ whenever he very bravely traps a daddy long legs in a cup and throws it out the window.

but the one thing he absolutely cannot stand is snakes. never in a million years would he admit it, but he jumps about ten feet in the air whenever he see’s one, be it in a zoo enclosure or slithering across a ditch 30 meters away.

it had never really been a problem until one particularly hot summers day, when baby (15 y/o) bradley was sitting on the couch sucking an icy pole and mav was doing something in the kitchen (the picture domestic life those two). they’d left the door open to let some air through, when mav looked up and saw a baby rattlesnake on the tiled floor infront of him.

after a LOT of swearing and some yelling at bradley to get up off the floor, mav frantically called ice (who was out having a beer with slider) and with his voice about two octaves higher, begged him to come home immediately.

when ice and slider (who’d tagged along for the shits and gigs) did get back, they were somewhat amused to find both bradley and maverick hovered on top of the kitchen counter. armoured by a pair of weeding gloves and wielding spatulas the pair were in a standoff with the snake, which was asleep in the sunniest corner of the living room.

Obi-Wan wakes to the soft rumble and slight vertigo of the ship in hyperspace— and the quiet breaths of Cody asleep in his arms, his head pillowed on Obi-Wan’s bicep. He can feel Cody’s pulse from where his hand is pressed against his bare back. Steady, slow. Present. It accelerates with each inhale, slows down again before the next inhale. All of the pain that Cody has felt, all of the times his heart has stuttered, it’s as though they never happened as Obi-Wan feels the constant, reliable beat of Cody’s heart beneath his fingertips.

He feels it when Cody wakes, too, not much later. His heart rate speeds up to a waking rate, and all of his muscles tense against the length of Obi-Wan’s body with the sense of waking in an unfamiliar place before relaxing again under a newly familiar touch.

His gaze snaps sharply to Obi-Wan’s. “Was that real?” he asks in a hoarse whisper.

Obi-Wan smiles at him, traces his thumb down one of the marks that he accidentally made last night along Cody’s back just to watch him shiver under his hands. “What does your heart tell you?”

I don't know if anyone has asked you about this, but.. What about Gummigoo? Have you had any thoughts about him?

I haven't exactly thought of much for Gummigoo, I should though I do like him......

The best idea I have rn is that after he was snapped away by Caine, he was taken back to his world with his memories still somewhat in tact, like he remembers Pomni and the adventure, but he doesn't remember the circus. I also like to think that past adventures are kept in a separate save folder, being deleted after some time.

I like to think that with her new powers, after finding the existence of this save file of past adventures, she manages to take out the Candy Canyon world file for her own use. She uses it to hop into the world to see if Gummigoo is still there. Eventually she'd find him and his buddies and remembering her, he'd hug her and the four of them would spend time hanging around a campfire having fun!!

No but seeing some people obsessing over the idea of zoro turning his back against luffy at the end of one piece is so CRAZYY to me, i can't even tell if they are being serious or not- like are we reading/watching the same thing? Are we talking about the same roronoa zoro??

Roronoa zoro whose more than 70% of his smiles and laughters are caused by his captain?? The one who's dream have already merged with his captain's- so deep, to the point of it's already inseparable?????

I legitimately can't imagine zoro betraying luffy at the end of one piece like the idea's so unthinkable? Soo unfathomable that i think zoro'd rather commit harakiri than betray his own captain. I think that would also betray his characterization?? Oda might as well say that someone possessed zoro or he was replaced by another character.

(Also if u want zoro lowkey betraying/abandoning/leaving(?) his captain, we already have One Piece: The Cursed Holy Sword???)

seeing people say that ted shouldn't have left england because he has his "found family" there whereas he only has henry in kansas and that he's gonna be miserable is so wild to me. did we watch the same show. man was having breakdowns and panic attacks about being away from his kid he was NOT happy in england he was always going to go back to kansas 😭😭😭 "well henry could have moved to england" if you feel more empathy for a grown ass man who very much DID live in kansas for the first 40+ years of his life than for a kid who would have to leave his friends and family and start living in a different country with a completely different school system and who would either not see his mom regularly OR have the most insane split custody arrangement then i think you lack perspective about what is important for a child's stability 😭😭 like be for real
