Wu trained Morro at the same time that Garmadon was training with Chen which MEANS that Misako was around to see what the pressure of wanting and training to be the Green Ninja could lead to.
So later when she had Lloyd and KNEW that he would be the legendary Green Ninja, do you think she thought of the child Wu had once trained? The kid who became so obsessed with proving himself that he put himself in danger time and time again? The little boy who ran off into the night and never came back?
After seeing that, is it any wonder why she didn't want to leave her son-- the actual Green Ninja-- to be trained by Wu at such a young age?
Maybe a boarding school for bad boys would never make him want to be a hero. Maybe it would keep him safe from the destructive power of destiny. Maybe Darkley's was the only way to save her beloved son, Lloyd Garmadon, from himself.
Maybe Misako remembered Morro. And maybe, just maybe, she knew it would be best if her son never turned into someone like that.

I had kind of erased the fact from my mind that for a time in the Snyder Justice League run Bruce took care of a little Starro, dressed him up as a Robin and cared for him like he was a son while he also apparently couldn't be bothered to get off his ass and check in on where the hell Damian was and what he was doing for pretty much a year of Damian's life.

Look I like Roger enough, I understand what he represents and I generally don’t think he was a bad dude. I do however think he was shit at interpersonal relationships because, what the fuck. Whitebeards crew is infinitely more well adjusted and I’d say he arguably had the more traumatic death.
Like what even, what kind of planning leads a 53 year old man to sire a child knowing he is dying of an incurable illness and is about to turn himself in to be excuted by the marines where he will cause so much chaos it is literally still turning the world on its head 22 years later. He knew he was going to cause so much of a stir that he literally disbanded his crew and told them to spread far and wide to keep them safe. Because he knew the marines would hunt them far and wide But yet he still brought a baby into the world. Babe. What the fuck? What even is that? What was the thought process. I sincerely hope it was an accident and not a deliberate attempt to bring about a new era.
Because if so babe I need to see the recipe or I’m afraid we can never let you cook again

Hera throwing Hephaestus off Olympus for being ugly makes less and less sense when you consider all the myths were she nurses and raises several monsters. Like not just create, she straight up raises them.

midnight brainrot… i am thinking about wilson. about when he tells house during “the c-word” that he always thought he’d have a wife and kids around him when he was dying. about how he probably wanted that— or at least he thought he did— for a while. about how, if he had gotten that, he probably would have ended up feeling like he didn’t deserve to be a father. like he shouldn’t be a father. he pays three alimonies because no matter what, he ends up ‘ruining’ every relationship he puts time and feelings into. he carries guilt and blame for how danny ended up because he was ‘too selfish’ to answer the phone instead of studying for an exam. he probably spends the rest of his life haunted by the question, “am i my brother’s keeper?”. he IS truly haunted by that little eight year old cancer patient who was supposed to survive, but didn’t. he’s an oncologist. he is supposed to help people, to ‘save’ them. and yet he spends his time off the clock ruining his relationships with the people he loves most, and then spends his working hours trying to atone for it somehow with his patients. any child of his… i think that wilson would, selfishly, want to at least try forming a bond. maybe it could be his second chance. another way to atone for his mistakes with danny, with julie or sam or bonnie. but i think that he would also know deep down and without a doubt that eventually, he would just ruin them, too.

Your wish is my command, bestie.
Turns out when you put your Space Found Family Dad OC in a trucker hat he indeed starts looking like a trucker. c'est la vie.

You know personally, I think this line would be so much less confusing if it were Velvet that gave this line (and then letter suggestion)
We don’t really know anything about her social life, she very well could be inexperienced in romance, and I don’t see her suggesting writing a letter about Robert’s feelings to be unreasonable. Heck you could even take it as a little nugget of foreshadowing for her and Menos’ relationship (I mean it technically could be for the original line, but it’s more confusing than foreshadowing to me)
Sure, you’d miss out on these lines
But the line would at least be said by someone who isn’t the one party member we know has canonically had sex and was most likely married
