'we won't hear a word.... they.... say / they don't know us anyway.' that is azriel's part. that is where the crowd goes batshit (buh dum tss). i think their songs would be a range of stuff like pop-punk, alt, rock. this one might be a bit different than the rest of the energy of the playlist, but i was not folding on this one, it HAD to be in the playlist.
02 Seven Nation Army ā The White Stripes the bass in this is so iconic and i thought az deserved it. thats pretty much the only reason, i can't even lie
03 Take Me Out ā Franz Ferdinand i just really love this song LMFAOOOO also i can see rhys KILLING IT on guitar. i ALSO really like the thought of az and cass having fun shouting the backing vocals. OH OH and az and rhys playing their instruments back to back with these shit-eating smirks on their faces mmm yum
04 Somebody Told Me ā The Killers this is the first of the "fun" songs i chose for them, i think that'll make more sense when you listen to the rest of the "fun" ones. like i think these are the slightly less serious songs that they'd enjoy performing.
05 Kryptonite ā 3 Doors Down i think this is one of the ones i find truer to their usual sound (usual, i say, as if i didnt just make it all up lol)
06 Sex on Fire ā Kings of Leon a more mellow one comparatively. the instrumentals are great in this and i see them having fun with it
07 Come As You Are ā Nirvana also a bit more mellow, but i think rhys would kill this
08 Aerials ā System Of A Down so.. serj tankian has a very unique voice and i love it but obv rhys wouldnt sound like that yknow? i just think the guitar in this song is awesome and i think rhys would have a lot of fun playing this one (also az on harmony yum)
09 The Kill ā Thirty Seconds To Mars a classic emo/alt song. this one all around is AMAZING for them. the backing vocals, the belting, the DRUMS. cass would have so much fun on this one
10 Everlong ā Foo Fighters starts slow but picks up, i think the instrumentals all around are very them. i see rhys being super passionate on vocals (not to mention how iconic the guitar is HELLOOOO), cass smashing the mf drums, az with the mellow backing vocals
11 Dance, Dance ā Fall Out Boy i think if any of these songs are a bit out of the realm of the others, these two fall out boy tracks are it. dont get me wrong, it still fits into the vibe with those "fun" songs i was talking about, it's just one of their less serious songs i think

"How Do I Make Myself Start Writing?" (Tips to Get the Damn Thing Done)

I have complained previously about people telling newbie writers to "just write!!!" as if this helps at all. In that post, I was more assessing the reason why people ask how to start writing rather than the mechanics of beginning to write.
Now I am going to come back and give you some basic, nuts-and-bolts tips on how to actually start writing something.
In this post, we will discuss how to develop a good framework for writing. Because I am a plotter, not a pantser, I will be focusing on plotting rather than just going at it willy-nilly. This is just my opinion and my process, so some things may not apply to you; take what you like and leave the rest.
Here's the outline of what we will discuss. I will be including links to previous posts that cover each aspect in more detail if you need more advice on each step:

Plotting
When plotting, you are not coming up with a play-by-play; that is the outline. People often confuse the two when writing, which leads to them getting overwhelmed.
With a plot, you only care about these components:
The inciting event
The MC's goal
The summit or climax
The end
You can think of your plot as the elevator pitch you'd give to someone when explaining your story; it is a general overview of the piece.
So, if I was looking at my 100k+ fanfic, "A Tale of Two Citadels," I would describe it as this:
"Two Yamanbagiris get mixed up and sent to opposite citadels: one good, one bad. They then have to find their way back to their own home. Omokage steps in and cuts a hole in space-time to rescue his citadel's Yamanbagiri, bringing back Manba from the other citadel."
Now we can move on to the outline, where we figuring how to go from inciting event -> summit -> end.
Outlining
Outlines are tricky because if you add too much detail, then you get demotivated, as I have discussed in my Double Outlining method.
As I explain there, I like to come up with a very long outline, which contains everything I want to have in there, and then drastically cut it down to my actual planning document I use while guiding my work.
When I am outlining, I do not always use chapters, unless I am 100% certain that I will have exactly that many chapters. Instead, I organize things by different scenes.
Sometimes it's possible to use chapters; for example, if I have dual POVs and am switching back and forth every chapter, then the amount of chapters I have is mostly locked in. But if you're doing a single POV, you may find you need more or less than you expected.
Anyway, you'll start with these main components:
Beginning
Inciting event
Climax
End
And then go and fill in the rest. If you are using my Plot Mountain method for adventure stories, then it will look something like this:
Base Camp: Beginning.
Base Camp -> ABC: Lead-up to inciting event.
ABC: Inciting event.
ABC -> North Col: First challenge.
North Col: First break/plateau.
And so on ... you can read the Plot Mountain post for a better understanding of what I am talking about.
Once you have a basic understanding of each scene that will be included, it's time to develop your draft.
Titling Sections
I like to start out with headers for each section or scene, as this helps me know what I will need to work on.
It's easy to forget that your first draft is not your final draft and you do not have to use "Chapter 1," etc when doing it. In fact, I discourage this, because you may very well find you need more chapters, and then you get yourself confused.
Instead, consider using descriptive headers and organizing things by scene when you are writing.
This is an example of what I am talking about, from the first draft of the sixth part of the Eirenic Verses series, Poesy.
Those are the "titles" of each chapter. Once I was actually done with the book, I went in and fixed these headers into actual chapters.
This method is helpful because of what I will discuss next (writing out of order) and because it helps ensure that you're staying on track with your plot points.
If I have already done most of the writing and then realized that I need a new chapter, I make a new header, highlight the "Chapter" part, and then add a comment to it reminding me of what this scene needs to include.
I do not highlight the number of the chapter, because I may very well find that I need another chapter before this one. Then I'd have to renumber it, nuking my comment in the process.
In general, I try to keep all sections within about 200-500 words of each other (depending on how long the chapters are), unless there's an extremely good reason for a given chapter to be much shorter than the others.
This helps the reader know what to expect and how to pace themselves when they are reading. If they're just about to go to bed and say "one more chapter," and then that chapter ends up being twice as long as the others, they might be a bit annoyed.
Writing Out of Order
Sometimes you are stuck on a section for whatever reason; maybe you're not feeling it, maybe you need more research, maybe you're not quite sure where you're heading with it. And that's fine! Just don't let it demotivate you.
Write what part you're most excited about when you are most excited about it.
I usually write the beginning, the climax, and the end first. Then, I add the "sub-climaxes:" those smaller sections of tension, like a fight scene or whatever.
After that, I stitch them all together with the downtime scenes, which will have a bit of momentum but a slower pace.
In many cases, a downtime scene is combined with a moment of tension to make a full chapter.
Getting Started by Section
If I am very stuck on a particular section and just can't get myself to do it, I tell myself to write 200 words in the section, and if I'm still not feeling it, then I can stop and do another part, or give up for the day. In many cases, I end up continuing for a few more hundred words.
Even if I still give up on the section for the day, I have given myself to something to work on when I pick it back up again: I am not confronted with a blank page with no understanding of what I am supposed to do next.
Sometimes, if I am really, really stuck, I'll stop writing right in the middle of a sentence, which gives me an even stronger anchor when I'm ready to continue.
Using Google/Word Comments While Working
Google or Word comments are an immensely helpful tool while you are working, as they help remind you of things that you know you need to add but don't feel like doing right in the moment.
They don't have to be very long either, just enough to tell you that you still have some more work to do on this part.
Then, as you finish, you can either delete them or resolve them, depending on whether you want to remember what you had to fix. I tend to delete them, as resolved comments can still be visible on a completed Word doc when I send it to a beta reader.
Tools for Motivation
Word Count Spreadsheet. Keeping track of your work every day helps build intrinsic motivation and encourages you to keep going, even on days where you don't feel like working.
StimuWrite. I explained this in great detail on my other blog, but essentially it gamifies writing for you.
Pomodoro Method. You've probably heard of this already so I won't belabor the point, but it makes you work in 25-minute-ish chunks where you do nothing but what you're meant to be doing. Because I use Cold Turkey, I don't tend to need it, but sometimes I'm really, really distracted, and then I will put a timer on to keep myself honest.
Tools for Concentration
Cold Turkey. I don't see this get mentioned a lot by writers and I'm not sure why, as I literally use it every single day of my life. It blocks whatever websites you shouldn't be looking at so that you can focus on your work.
Binaural Beats. While binaural beats aren't some Hail Mary thing that makes you into a super genius, they can be helpful sometimes. You can find lots of versions of binaural beats on YouTube or your favorite music playing app.
Tools for Revision
Microsoft Read Aloud. I really like this tool for Word, though it does tend to butcher fantasy names (especially Uileac, I'm sorry honey). This makes it easier to catch typos or notice where you used the same word twice in a sentence. You can find this under the "review" section. Be sure to put it on normal speed or even below normal speed so that you can really capture missing words.
ProWritingAid. I will say that since I have started using ProWritingAid more frequently, I don't find as much value in it anymore, especially with the critique feature. They changed it recently so that it's not quite as thorough. Still, if you're a newer writer, you can definitely find benefit in its suggestions, particularly the "Inspiration" element. It is also good for letting you see an immediate overview of problems so you can just click on them and fix them all at once. I also like its sensory feature so I remember to actually add all five senses to my work.
Beta Readers. Yes, of course, beta readers are very helpful. But you need to find good ones! Ask if a writer on Tumblr that you like and admire will be willing to take a look at your work; they may say no, but there's no harm in asking. Fiverr can also be a good resource. I have found r/betareaders to be hit or miss. A lot of the beta readers on there are unexperienced and don't know what they're talking about.

I personally am not interested in being exclusive with people unless we're genuinely close friends (and there's chemistry for our muses to the point I can see it), and even then, I would prefer if we talked about it and we're both FINE with the idea. However, if you say that I'm ONLY allowed to speak/interact with your muse and NO ONE ELSE'S? That's a hard block. This is an auto block if we are not mutuals and you proclaim I am exclusive with your muse.
- romanticizing dark themes and/or glorifying it. Enough said. I have some issues that I refuse to talk about and I am also sensitive with certain topics, and I refuse to glorify anything that can be considered dark. I may tackle on it sometimes (be it by muses, myself, etc.), but if you romanticize or glorify themes like sexual assault/harassment, incest, and the sort? Instant deal breaker. "Don't speak to me again" type of deal breaker. Don't test my patience. (bonus is if you try to defend it. You will be blocked the moment you try, so don't bother.)
MUSE PREFERENCES: characters that have genuine potential and dynamic where you can just see how fucked they can be, how you can make each other worse, how they can be each others' star-crossed lovers and forever in tragedy. They can literally be the most normal couple to exist or something, just so as long there's chemistry & where we can channel our inner conflict together for them to conquer! (Bonus points if they're ALSO a doomed by the narrative character. dw bestie, we'll redeem them ourselves...... after they go through hell and back ofc LMAO)
PLOTS OR MEMES:Ā BOTH AND I'LL DIE ON THIS HILL. Listen, plots fit a LOT for me because then, we can plan out how our characters may act + make it easier. It's also long-term for me, esp for ships and muses I'm interested depending on the fandom. Memes, however, are good pick me ups because I will send them en masse. Woe, meme be upon ye, y'know?
LONG OR SHORT REPLIES: Ok, both (for my rp partners), BUT not 1 sentence short. Please add depth. If you need the minimum, 3 to 5 sentences is good! Just go wild! I personally write a lot because ranting abt things have me hyped, so expect like. maybe? 3 paras? probably 4 or 5? Just medium length rlly, but if I am EXTREMELY hyperfixated on a verse/muse/plot/dynamic...... yeah gl LMAOOOOO

Hello!
Forgive me if I'm asking something people have asked before but I've gotten to that point in my story where I'm stuck, aka The Hard Part.
See I've changed a lot in how I want the story to go, and I don't even know if I want to keep this scene I'm writing. However this is my first draft so I know that as long as I get something down, I can edit and fix it later. But it's hard to get through something that I don't like no matter how I write it, if that makes sense.
I just don't know what to do and was wondering if you had any advice?
So I'm sure you know the normal advice - skip that part, write "do this later", etc - that's clearly not working for you. And believe me, I completely understand. I have been in this boat many times, and figuring out how to row it to shore never seems to get easier.
However, I think there are some ways you can go about it (besides lie on the ground and suffer, which is my go-to), starting with:
What effect do you want that scene to have going forward? Basically, what main plot outcomes come from both action and reaction to the scene? Will it advance a subplot or add tension to a romance? If you chart your plot points by rising tension toward a climax, is it a step up or does it keep you stuck in one place? Returning to an outline (or charting one out) may help you figure out why you can't get passed this one part.
Is the scene happening in the right place (and the right time)? Some of my scenes don't work because I'm trying to write them at the wrong point of the novel. I'm in the middle of that now, actually - I'm trying to redraft a chapter that's rather flat because a character appears to solve a problem, rather than the main cast figuring their own way out. Instead, I'm going to move that character to a later chapter where his introduction is going to complicate the plot, and suddenly that solves a huge chunk of my problems with this part of the book. You may need the scene, but it may not. E happening in the right place. The flashcard method is a great way to figure this out - put short summaries of your scenes on flashcards, and lay them out in order. You may find shifting the scenes around solves your current issue.
Are you merely reluctant to kill your darlings? Sometimes, although we all hate to admit it, a scene just does not work. It retreats a character movement that has more impact elsewhere in the book, or it's simply indulgent. This too has been a hard lesson for me to learn - sometimes you need to throw the whole thing out to get the rest of the book on track. While it's not easy to figure out, returning to that flashcard method may help - does it do you any good to remove the scene or merge it with another part of the book?
Sometimes you have trouble with a scene because it's not necessary (even if you haven't figured out why yet). Sometimes you have trouble with a scene because it's critical to a plot point you haven't nailed down. There's no easy answer to 'why is this hard' - it is something you have to work out piece by piece. Some other things you can try:
Don't have a plot buddy? Talk to a rubber duck - The rubber duck method of solving problems works for many people if you have no one to talk your ideas through with. You can do it in your head, but out loud often is the best method. I know it seems silly, but it works.
Fuck it and go - Sometimes not thinking about the story is the only way to make progress in the story. Go for a walk, play a video game, watch the new Spider-Verse movie, and your plot problems will solve themselves (usually in the shower or right before bed, so keep a notebook handy!).
There's no easy way to go about slogging through the Hard Part, but you will get there. Good luck!

First off to the birthday anon you own me financial compensation because one gonna be thinking about that forever
And kinda expanding on that maybe when buggy is a bit older its his birthday again and this time they didnt forget and they get a party set up that night. And then buggy doesnt show up. He is gone for hours and they are freaking out. Its well past midnight when buggy shows up scuffed and bruised but okay.
And they are demanding where is was at and why he didnt come to his own birthday party and to that buggy is just dismissively like āoh that was todayā
And when the press further about where he was (cuase he wont tell anyone) he is just in general confused he is like ā sorry about the party but like you usually dont care when im usuallyoutā
And before his mind can catch up Rayliegh ask ā what do you mean your usually out?ā
And the look and buggys face is enough to tell them they once again fucked up and now everyone is trying to remember the last they saw buggy actually on the ship whenever their docked.
Buggy had assumed they knew when he was gone and just never asked either becuase they trusted him or just didnt care, they hadnt left him yet (there had been some close calls). He bother to hear the rest and just heads off to bed
Reggie, my friend! You can't demand financial compensation and then break MY heart in return! What did I do? I'm just the messenger here - well, a very unreliable messenger who adds their own thoughts and takes to other people's messages š¤ ... but a messenger nonetheless!
All this being said, holy hell, I love this.
I have this Headcanon that, over the years, Buggy turned out to be a far bigger troublemaker than Shanks. At least on one hand, because he had less to lose than Shanks - after all Shanks was the golden boy, and we can't ignore that that must have put a lot of pressure on his shoulders as well - and on the other hand, because Buggy, as we know him, just gets himself into the most miserable situations. [Rayleigh definitely had to have the 'you can't follow strangers, just because they tell you they have treasure in the back of their carriage' conversation with Buggy MULTIPLE times]
Now I'm not just saying this to ramble, but because I think that maybe this is how the situation could have started.
When he was younger, Buggy would every now and again get in trouble for staying away from the ship for too long. I believe in the early days this was by no means on purpose, he was simply set on some goal or another that had him so focused he simply forgot to get back in time (that, or he got in trouble). Which in turn would get him stuck with more chores or maybe being stuck with guard duty for the next island etc.
But over the years, Buggy noticed that he would get in trouble less and less often. And he started to assume that Rayleigh simply realized that he could trust Buggy to stay out longer, since he was getting older and even if he wasn't as strong as Shanks, he could defend himself if necessary.
Only then to realize that the real reason was that nobody even NOTICED that he wasn't there... yeah, that must have hurt.
I don't know if you listen to musicals, but there is this song: "Superboy and the Invisible Girl" from the musical Next to Normal. And I have to say, this whole situation reminds me of that a lot.

Who the heck is my muse anyway:
Main Verse: She's a Primordial god of destruction that got reborn as the abomination child of Hecate; raised by Jewish lesbians in 90s NYC after the BPRD found her in a sarcophagus. She is constantly fighting against her inherent Ogdru Hem nature of destroying all reality, and just bein being a regular person. Inherited her mom's position as Queen of the Crossroads a few years back and juggles that and BPRD duties.
Points of interest:
Resting bitch face ahoy, and if she's not wearing her glasses (which assume for the most part she is), her eyes. She also has fangs which are more obvious when talking or smiling. Supernatural muses may feel free to 'sense' an odd or unsettling aura around her.
What theyāve been up to recently:
Main timeline: rebuilding the BPRD, lobbying for more supernatural rights, outreach and opening dialogue between the worlds for at least tolerable co-habitation. Guest Lecturing at colleges. Possibly writing a book on early bronze age cultures, and in talks on hosting a doc for BBC.
Where to find them:
New York, Fairfield (BPRD Headquarters) mainly, but her job(s) take her everywhere. Her family house in Limbo/Erebus and sometimes bothering the Hadean court. (Their Wifi sucks though.)
Current plans:
Not really? Just remade her blog to in-character shitpost, but if wills want more plotted stuff I'm down but I'm keeping it very chill here.
Desired interactions:
Cracky, fun, casual with little high stakes stuff at the moment is ideal. But more planned out stuff is possible. Bureau Shenanigans (Like The Office/WWDITS) style shit that's a little weird, crazy, but slice of life because that's life at the BPRD, especially HB/Kar sibling shenanigans. (But it doesn't have to be!) Fellow Chthonics/Gods just being regular jagoffs in the mortal realm is a vibe I like. How do you go about researching details or canon information? simple. i dont. i usually try to stick to plots that i can make up as I go. there will be times where i write religious kink stuff tho, and i don't research the religion because 1.) i don't care 2.) it's porn. when I do write about things that require knowledge, usually it involves things I'm already well versed in (art/art history/ video games/ nerdism etc) Do you plan your fics or prefer to let the story unfold as you write? i partake in both. for very long fics i tend to create an outline with vague scenes planned out so I don't get off track (i get off track anyway) For shorter fics, i just let them control my brain when i'm writing. For instance, paid in & paid off was only outlined to the part where Jay and Jake come up with the agreement, the rest is all my brain just going where it wants to go. One of the damned girls was so loosely outlined that arguably i can say i mostly just let it unfold as I wrote. I only had small notes of things I needed to add and dialogue I thought could be fun (bc i day dream about my fics when im not able to write them and constantly make little notes lmfao)

1. Do you have a 'type' of character you tend to pick up as a Muse?
I tend to pick and rp characters that are more chaotic in nature in one way or another. Like right now, my main muses are: Izuku, Katsuki ( @ignitionxbomb ), Denki ( @pikanari ), and the main trio from JJK; Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara (with a side of Sukuna) ( @chaosxtrio ).
I've also been contemplating adding Gojo over there since the main verse setting is pre what happens in Shibuya (aka the second part of season 2)

Nope, I don't.. I do tend to make spotify playlists for muses. And that helps to get into character more.

If my reply is the last one.. I'll add in the tags.. { ended } .. But other than that.. I'll try and message people, but I'll for sure put in the tags that the thread could end with my reply or their next reply if I feel there's not much that can happen next.

A lot of the time, I wing it and just let the muse(s) do what they want. But for certain plots (for example: bullying, fighting / killing my muse, romance, etc).. those need to be plotted and talked about OOC so that I have, at least, a general idea of how a thread should be going.

Middle School / Quirkless Izuku or.. to go with the end of the manga; U.A. Teacher Izuku.

Ritual
This final post will address Ritual purpose, required tools, etiquette, and progression.
If there has been anything in this series of posts that I didnāt touch on, or that needs expanding, please donāt hesitate to comment/DM. Thanks for reading along.

The reasons for performing a Ritual usually fall under three categories:
to perform Magick or spellwork
to honor and connect with the Divine
to enact spiritual beliefs in a physical and visual way
But if we think about it, most Rituals accomplish all three purposes. In Sabbat rites, the stage of the Godās life is presented, participants are confronted with Divine presence, and energy is raised and put forth to turn the Wheel of the Year. Moon Rituals are then a time to honor the Goddess specifically and gain Her wisdom; express our belief in Her power, existence, and influence on our lives and the world; and we may also perform other sorts of Magick, such as healing, or for another cause.
This is a verse from a song titled, āCircles,ā that I feel sums up Ritual purpose very succinctly:
Circles for healing and working the weather
Circles for knowing the Moon and the Sun
Circles for thanking the Lord and the Lady
Circles for dancing the dance never done
Here are tools that are absolutely needed for a Ritual:

Ritual vs. Rite vs. Spell
My personal guideline is that aĀ RitualĀ celebrates something and is usually repeated, like a holiday or a Moon phase. AĀ spellĀ is often a one-time or as-needed thing, and may be part of aĀ ritualĀ or done seperately. For example, I could charge a healing amulet in aĀ Ritual, or just ground and center and hold the object in my hands while sitting on the couch. By contrast, doing a MidsummerĀ Rite, while done at the Solstice specifically, adds to and builds upon the rest of the year and every Midsummer before it.
I seeĀ spellsĀ as having a very specified and narrow focus, as in, "help me get a good job" or, "heal this ailment."Ā Rituals, while they still have focus and intent, are broader.Ā SpellsĀ are also time-sensitive. They're finite. They can be part of aĀ Ritual, but they aren't always, and can be done completely separately.
To expand/confuse things further, I call the individual parts of aĀ RitualĀ "rites." So you have the theĀ RiteĀ of Casting a Circle, the Beltane rite, etc.. And when those are patchworked together, they make aĀ Ritual.
To use an analogy, spellsĀ are one-shots, RitualsĀ are chapter fics, and rites are the individual chapters.

The altar itself, draped with a cloth if desired. Usually, it will be placed in the center of the Ritual space, facing North. It may have statues or other representations Deity on it, and may be decorated for the season and/or Ritual. Itās common to include a vase of flowers, regardless of any other decorations.
Candles, one each for the God and Goddess being honored plus four total for the Quarters, and a way to light them (I personally prefer matches, some use disposable lighters). Using heat-safe candle holders is an important safety measure. There may be representations of the Elements near the Quarter candles also, such as a stone for Earth, a feather for Air, an additional red candle for Fire, and a seashell for Water.
Incense appropriate to the Ritual being performed. It should be tended to throughout the ritual so it lasts for the duration.
Two small bowls, one filled with salt and another with water.
A wand. Usually the length of a forearm is sufficient, and the type of wood may vary.
Each participantsā athame. The Priestās and Priestessā athames are usually on the altar.
Each participantsā goblet. The Priestessā goblet is usually placed on the altar itself and used to consecrate drink for the Cakes and Wine rite.
An altar pentacle, or at the very least a plate or platter to hold the food that will be blessed during the Ritual.
Food and drink to consecrate and share. Usually, a separate bowl or other vessel is also provided for libations during Cakes and Wine.
Any other tools/accessories are optional, depending on practice, preference, and necessities of the Ritual. Here is a basic diagram of a possible altar set-up:

These are general guidelines for polite and proper behavior in Ritual. Specific groups/Covens may have other requests of their participants.
Arrive to the Ritual location on time and freshly showered, with any garb, food, or other items you may need.
If you are unable to sit/stand/turn/etc. for several minutes at a time, or under your own power, please make this known prior to Ritual so that appropriate efforts to accommodate you can be made.
Once in Ritual space, only move or turn deosil (clockwise) unless directed otherwise. In some cases, asking permission to move widdershins (counter-clockwise) is acceptable and will be granted if deemed appropriate and necessary.
Please do not touch or pick up anotherās tools (athame, goblet/chalice, etc.) without being given express permission of the owner.
Please do not pick up or touch items on the altar without asking or being instructed to do so. When doing so, use either the right hand, or, if necessary, both hands together.
If you hear the phrases, āBlessĆØd Be,ā or, āSo Mote It Be,ā itās a pretty safe bet youāre supposed to repeat it (except during Personal Consecrations, only the person being consecrated need repeat the phrase then).
The Priest/ess will usually direct participants as to what actions to take during Ritual. But as a general rule if more than three people are performing the same action together, youāre probably supposed to do it too.
Once the Circle is cast, please do not leave the Ritual space unannounced, except in an immediate emergency. In any other case, please ask the Priest/ess to open the Circle to allow you to pass the boundary.
Please only use participants' Ritual names once the Ritual has begun. If you haven't been explicitly told names already, or if you forget, it's perfectly permissible to ask.
Some groups perform Ritual very solemnly, with a formal air and devoted theatrics. Others take a more jovial and casual approach. You'll get the vibe pretty quickly once Ritual starts.

Most Rituals follow some kind of formula and structure. The following outline of a Ritual progression was created from a melding of my experiences, and various reading materials.
Prior to Ritual, all participants need to don their robes, and whatever other garb they wish to wear. If there are any special instructions for the Ritual, the Priest/ess will usually explalin them briefly at this time. Other preparation may include a guided meditation tailored to the Ritualās purpose.

Self-Blessing.
Before entering the Ritual space, participants go through a small, self-blessing rite, anointing specific points on their bodies with consecrated salt-water. There is usually a space and script provided for this purpose. After this is done, everyone will gather at the Ritual site. Once there, everyone breathes deeply to ground, center, and align with each other. Group chanting may take place here as well to facilitate that alignment.

Circle Opening.
There are several steps to creating sacred space. During these acts, all present are to lend their energy to the physical actions of the Priest/ess.
1. Lighting Altar Candles. Deity candles are lit, sometimes with brief spoken dedications to the Gods being honored (i.e., āThis candle burns for ______, Who represents XYZā). Incense is also lit at this time.
2. Elemental Dedications. Beginning in the East and moving deosil (clockwise), each of the Quarter candles are lit, along with a brief dedication, usually a poetic description of the Direction and Element and what they mean/represent.
3. Circle Casting. Starting in the East, the Circle is drawn by walking deosil around the boundaries of the Ritual space, the energy directed by the wand. A chant of intent may be spoken at this time.
4. Elemental Blessing. The Elemental representatives of salt and water on the altar are mixed, blessed, and consecrated with a brief statement of intent. The incense may also be similarly blessed at this time.
5. Circle Consecration. The salt-water and incense are carried deosil around the Circle. The water is sprinkled and the incense smoke wafted along the boundary. A chant or invocation may be spoken at this time as well.
6. Personal Consecrations. Each participant has their name stated out loud, is then anointed with consecrated salt-water, and finally cleansed with incense smoke. Appropriate songs or chants may be sung at this time.
7. Deity Invocations. The Gods are formally invited to attend and preside over the rite. This is done here because the space has been prepared for and dedicated to Them by establishing and consecrating the boundaries and participants.
8. Calling the Quarters. Beginning again in the East and still moving deosil, the appropriate directional Element is invoked to watch over lend their energy to the rite. All present should salute the Quarters with their athames.
When all Opening steps are completed, itās common to ring a bell to signal that this portion is complete.

Ritual Purpose.
This is the point in the Ritual where things get specific, and any necessary rites are performed. Sabbat rites often include an enaction of the stage of the Godās life at that Sabbat, a dance to raise energy for turning the Wheel of the Year, and can also involve a channeling or guided meditation. Esbat rites also often involve a channeling/meditation in addition to any other Magick or spells that may be performed.

Cakes and Wine.
Food and drink are ritually blessed and libated to the Gods. Then, all participants share in the food and drink together. This is also a time to discuss the rite that was just performed, and/or any other topic the Priest/ess may have chosen.

Circle Closing.
The Quarters are banished (beginning in the East and moving deosil), directed to return to their own realms, again accompanied by athame salutes. All candles are extinguished to dismiss the energies that resided there during the rite. The Gods are thanked, and the Deity candles on the altar are extinguished as well. A statement that the rite is ended is usually spoken.

The basic structure of the ritual is the same every time, but the Ritual Purpose portion can vary according to the purpose of the rite. Often, though, the same script will be read and the same actions performed year-to-year and month-to-month. This is done to create triggers for experience. Repetition of the same actions for the same purpose creates a subconscious memory of what happened last time, and so the mind and spirit then react in similar fashion to generate a new experience this time around. Additionally, the repetition builds the energy on itself; if similar energy is generated each time, the end result is stronger than if it were to change every time. Hence, the number of Ritual scripts needed can be as few as nine, one for each Sabbat, plus an Esbat.

I say this with a heavy heart, but where is Dreamers Jungkook at? He's been delivering lackluster performances ever since Seven era began. How come Euphoria was better in 2019 than today? Why did he sing more of Still With You on Weverse lives (without warming up or rehearsing beforehand) and dodged the most delicate parts of the song in only his second performance of the night (he shouldn't have been vocally fatigued). Why does he dodge all the vocally interesting bits of Seven - the falsettos, even when not doing choreo, or doing it halfheartedly? Why did he dodge his falsettos in Dynamite or some of his own parts in the English trilogy? It's not exciting seeing someone walking around on stage with his mic held up to the audience. That's not a good performance, and that's not the Jungkook I know. The fact that I now expect consistently underwhelming performances from Jungkook is so sad to me. His vocals were good when he sang, especially in Still With You (Euphoria was quite shaky at first), but at this point it's very obvious to me that he's deliberately not singing more challenging parts of his songs. I think his vocals haven't been great for a while. I hope he's doing something about it. He talked a while back about losing his voice, but in his lives they seem fine. On stage though? Dodging all the falsettos - his specialty - indicates that there's something wrong with his voice right now imo. I hope he can fix it. His energy wasn't good in his first performances either... I hope he realizes that, if he has to skip verses, he needs better choreo, or to change the way he sings, add adlibs, etc., instead of just relying on the audience's screams to fill up the empty space.
Lastly, and this isn't exactly important but it's been bugging me too haha, but he hasn't had good stage outfits since Dreamers, and lately his hair has been pretty hit and miss - and mostly miss - imo.
Overall, I feel like the last time I saw the Jungkook I know was in the Dreamers stage, and every stage since then he's shown not even half of what he can do. I sincerely hope this will change soon but I fear this Jungkook is the new Jungkook and that is beyond sad to me. I love Jungkook's vocals and performances the most, I "can't" accept he'll be delivering mid performances for the rest of his solo career. He didn't even go all out dancing in a 15 min set. Was it the rain? The ground didn't seem wet, but I don't know... I'm just sad again....

the loveliest time reaction
anything to be with you: it sure isā¦something. a Way to open the album. i think itāll have to grow on me the way shy boy had to grow on me tbh. sort of falls into the dedicated trap of very repetitive choruses. love the bridge.
kamikaze: she hasnāt even said a word and i already love it. this is the albumās talking to yourself omg itās SO good already. wasnāt expecting that chorus from the verse build up but i donāt hate it tbh. i love the funky synth bass beneath everything. lyrical content on point too. already hearted and i am so prepared to add it to ascension tier once i listen to it more.
after last night: this is an interesting synth at the beginning. i like it but i need to hear how the chorus opens up. feels a little like thereās a lot of build up for no release. like a blocked dam music wise, with the driving beat but no relief/resolution with the chorus. i kinda dislike it but maybe itāll grow on me ://
aeroplanes: i like this, kind of reminds me of the middle section of the loneliest time (far away, sideways, etc.) the funeral line caught me off guard. i think once this one is heard in the headphones, iāll appreciate it more. itās really a pretty track though. love the semi-spoken word out to/bridge
shy boy: had to grow on me a lot but now i bop to it so much, like itās so fun!!! i love the synth behind everything and the lyrics paint such a picture.
kollage: beautiful. just how it flows over you like a river. sounds like lo-fi study music but like in a good way. you can tell itās personal lyrically and just listening to it makes you feel calm. it almost makes me want to cry just because of how like safe and warm fuzzies it makes me feel but also horrible sadness at the same time
shadow: was not expecting that lmao. i like it in theory but man the whiplash from the last song to this one is crazy. def her most sonically ambitious and experimental lp so far. oh the chorus kind of goes off but i need it to OPEN UP more musically.
psychedelic switch: why is it giving like grown up version of this kiss sonically !!!!! i really like it but wow that driving beat is so reminiscent of the kiss album. the lyrics are going off though and if i could listen and analyze them better i would lmao. feel like i could shake ass to this eventually, when i listen to it better. bridge eats. outro is giving bad remix from the early 2010s though
so right: OH I WAS SO RIGHT FOR CLAIMING THIS ONE!!! already one of my faves on the album. the production is so pretty on this one and it makes me want to dance. itās just kind of classic carly rae jepsen pop. going to love it even more after multiple listens i think.
come over: the loneliest time (song) + beach house combination. another example of just classic carly rae jepsen pop: danceable with good lyrics and enthusiasm. another favourite of mine on the album so far, love the post-chorus guitar lick. just brilliant and so is this song!!!! might be my fave.
put it to rest: so alt rock and alternative. honestly giving me some johnny orlando vibes. til i met you specifically. seems like an interlude of sorts. will grow on me but i like how stripped down it is and just focuses very simply. love the use of the driving best but it is a tad overused in this song
stadium love: itās sounds like fight song by rachel platten interpolated. i love the message though and one iām revisiting. this will go so hard life with the chorus and what not. it makes me smile how amazing it is tbh, what a great closing track. itās so fun and makes me so happy.
weekend love - bonus track: and what an end!!!! so fun and funky, dancy. giving talk fast by 5SOS ahhhhh but i lowkey love that. definitely a grower! i can see myself defending this one day. pretty sounding too.
love the new album, canāt wait to dig into it more!

Deus Ex Machina is also known as DeM the tenth proto-creatures and the most powerful of them all due to the Galvanic Mechamorph, imbatarium and SCP-674 integrations. DeM has the same ability as a regular mechamorph, only his elasticity goes to infinity. What to say about the rest of the ability, it can be said that they are too awesome thanks to imbatarium (also known as cheating material or scamming material) it is able to ignore absolutely everything (treason of any type reality, destruction -verses ignoring black holes and dwarf stars and even love-type magic, etc.).Ā also thanks to this material,Ā DeM every almighty being is incredibly strong, they just broke their fucking arms, and this material is extremely deadly for these most powerful beings. Also DeM way to create special green screen which is a way to make it look like some operator is filming through the camera and is able to kill through these screens thanks to the properties of remade SCP-674 which became the most dangerous of all that a lot of scp and other creatures were killed with this gun (when elser worked for the foundation, he remade this object for fun and decided to take it with him like the others) As for weaknesses, he has no, Elser remove all his weaknesses Facts: Circuits coated with DeM may change color (tan, purple, green, blue and red) Elser wanted to add scp-914 properties but then abandoned it Elsora has a semblance of Retaliator Armor Imbatarium is simply an incredible material that has any properties, you just need to connect this material through any device (smartphone or computer) and when this is done an interface will appear in the device to give properties

Some Things About the "Heart of the Storm" (AKA Dragon Colress) AU
It actually took Grimsley a really long time to realise he was dating a storm dragon. Despite his skill with people, he somehow never picked up on Colress being a dragon until it was explicitly spelt out to him.
Rosa, on the other hand, knew from the start that Colress was The Storm Incarnate.
Burgh quickly figured out that Colress was a dragon; he just didn't know he was THAT dragon until Colress told him.
Prince Lear's kingdom is one of the places that worships The Storm Incarnate. The prince made sure to construct a temple in his honour, and created a replica of a mountain his kingdom refers to as the "Storm-Struck Pinnacle" when he created Pasio.
Colress really does have poor eyesight! Because Storm dragons are so rarely observed, however, it's impossible to tell if poor sight occurs in all of them or if Colress just so happens to have it.
The Storm Incarnate will sometimes bask in the sun, much like his fire-breathing cousins. He doesnāt need to, but he quite enjoys the feeling of the sun's warmth on his body. He especially enjoys doing so in his human disguise; it's not uncommon for PokĆ©mon to join him, especially Electric-Types.
Murals and statuettes depict the Storm, all with varying degrees of accuracy. Because he spends so much time in the clouds, the artists have never gotten an accurate look at him.
Colress is actually quite ignorant about a lot of human things. For example, he found himself fascinated by Burgh's freckles, marvelling at how humans can have such lovely patterns and describing them as stars on his skin.
On the other hand, he is very well-versed in literature and machinery. As a result, his speech is a curious mixture of scientific and something out of a Jane Austen novel.
Rosa and Grimsley are trying to teach him modern speech, with varying degrees of success.
Storm dragons aren't built for maneuvering on the ground. Their limbs are better suited for grasping onto outcroppings, cliff faces, etc. when at rest. Consequently, storm dragons are incredibly clumsy when on the ground.
A specific herd of Latios and Latias accompany the Storm Incarnate the most; there are numerous theories why, with the most common being that he protected them from something in the past.
The Storm was actually around when Kyurem first appeared in Unova. Naturally, he slept through the whole thing and only woke up when the split happened.
Being such an old dragon, Colress' sense of time is very different from a human's. Grimsley has had to reschedule several dates as a result.
Sleeping for two days is very worrying in humans, but for Colress it's a simple power nap. Likewise, a week feels like a day to him.
Burgh absolutely LOVES using Colress as a painting subject. The dragon can sit completely still for long periods of time, making him the ideal subject.
Colress purrs when he's happy or content. He especially likes curling around Grimsley and purring - they both find it soothing.
When the Storm purrs, it's a very deep sound that seems to make the air vibrate.
Colress can't read sheet music and has no idea how string instruments work. He has, however, learned to play the piano by ear.
He absolutely loves it when Grimsley plays the cello; part of it stems from his fascination with how the instrument works, but itās mostly from the haunting tones it produces.
Rosa has, on several occasions, woven flowers and leaves into Colress' hair. She also frequents the library with him, and has a lot of fun picking out books for him to read.
Colress is utterly oblivious to his status as divinity amongst some humans. Consequently, it took him a very long time to realise the dragon imagery he sees in certain festivals was depicting him!
I'll probably add more as the occur to me.
This was fun to write! And sorry if it's a mess - the AU isn't very fleshed-out yet.

Hey, it's Kazumi and Vil here to give you the rules we'd like you to follow on our account!
Of course. Rules are needed to make sure we all stay safe and refined. We wouldn't want anyone acting unseemly.
Yeah... Just don't be inappropriate guys.
1. Although Vil is not a minor (18), I am. Any mildly suggestive things are okay (think kissing, flirting, etc), but nothing full on explicit/NSFW (due to me being a minor...). Platonic relationships are definitely okay!! Any blogs that don't want to interact with minors should steer clear.
2. Please remember to be kind! Vil is a person too, and he can be hurt by your words. Any asks that I deem harmful will be deleted.
3. Any time me and Vil talk together, I will be in blue and Vil will be in white. When he is talking alone, he will also be in white. To add to that, I will most likely be speaking in the tags because I talk a lot (and so Vil doesn't see my chatter). Please feel free to ignore this! I absolutely don't mind.
4. I use headcanons in my portrayal of Vil; I try to be as canon compliant as possible with the knowledge that I have of him.
5. Absolutely no homophobia, racism, transphobia, etc. Regular DNI criteria applies here.
6. If Vil doesn't respond to you, please don't feel too bad! He has so many things going on in his life, both in public spaces as well as school and his personal life.
7. That being said, I am also a full-time high school student, and so it is likely that my replies will be fully messed up (read: I tend to procrastinate by doing fun things and then I have a week to catch up on all my schoolwork). Please be mindful of that and don't spam me and Vil.
8. OCs? Absolutely! I love seeing your OCs. Make sure to send in a description of them either beforehand or in your starter (unless Vil doesn't know your character at all, I guess - but it would still help to have a general overview). If there's nothing of the sort, I will automatically assume that your character and Vil have never met. However, I am not comfortable with the first interaction with an OC being a romantic one, as it has become a problem before for me.
9. I can speak a little bit of Japanese (my parents are Japanese but I haven't actually tried to learn it well so it may be messy (though I'm working on it)) and I am learning Spanish (in school) so! I am willing to write replies using those languages as well as English (and I might use honorifics like "-san" so keep that in mind (probably will not due to Vil not using honorifics that much)). Spanish I can't guarantee though because it kind of can suck.
10. I also love shipping and am not very selective (I love seeing rare pairs, and in general seeing how their ship would work out). So, feel free to do that too! Before they get into a relationship, though, they need to have at least some sort of interaction beforehand (because I want to get to know you too, and even if you're playing a canon character, I still want to do some regular stuff first) To add to that, I am a multishipper, so each relationship happens in its own verse.
11. OOC talks? I love them, but if you aren't talking directly to Vil or something about him, then I'd redirect you to @kazumirambles which is my regular ol' talking blog (so I don't spam anyone).
12. Anons will always be treated platonically by Vil (as he doesn't know you that much), but you are welcome to send all your love to him! He does appreciate it a win over Neige ha. Also, if you want to be known with an emoji, you will be tagged as "kantokusei [emoji]" or "[emoji] kantokusei" so there's also that!
13. Mun does not equal muse!! Vil may say/do things that I would not do or that I don't condone. We do not share the same feelings or actions all the time.
