aksdjfhsd yeah!! also I imagine there being a ton of angst potential because Stan remembers ("remembers" my ass, he doesn't remember shit) himself and Shermie as being fairly close as kids, because everything involving "my brother" is conflated with Shermie, until the Mystery Incident got him kicked out. But Shermie wasn't super close with either of his brothers because of the age difference, and also because I hc him as not being home very often and getting the hell outta dodge as soon as he was old enough. So poor Stan has an imagined closer brotherly dynamic with Shermie, who isn't maintaining this dynamic into adulthood because to him Stan is his younger brother who dropped off the face of the earth (sad) at age 17, popped up a few times in newspapers to get arrested and/or scam people, and then dropped off the face of the earth again at 27.

My interests tend to come in intense bursts and then fade. Unless something like, big happens like it gets a reboot its unlikely I'll be coming back to it anytime soon. As for the fic I don't have any current plans to finish it unfortunately.

the funniest thing about fcg using the coin as a proxy for the changebringer talking to him is if it IS connected to The Changebringer, but not all the time. Like she goes for a coffee break and she'll come back to F.C.G in some incomprehensible position, buzzsaw whirring, as he yells "I AM FOLLOWING YOUR BIDDING, CHANGEBRINGER" and has to use the coin to somehow convey "Hey What The FUCK Is Going On Buddy???????? What did I miss????????????"

This last race hurts so much cause Lance didn't fuck it up himself (a poorly judged move on Kevin aside - nothing bad came of it) the q2 exit was because of damage, comparing his lap telemetry to Nando's they were on par with less than a tenth in it until the debris damaged his floor.

Then during the race he was on for a good start, had made up a couple places only to get whacked from behind by Hulk and had to nurse a brake issue for the rest of the race. Not that anyone picked up on it cause he was doing such a stellar job until the rain came and well you need your brakes to work in the rain, and it certainly didn't help that Monaco is so hilly, his car became a pinball down into the hairpin.

Basically it's just annoying that people will look at the result and think 'lmao dumb pay driver' when that was not the case at all :/

Hi, Amethyst! Sure thing! Also still working on that schedule stuff--I have a few suspicions for what's causing the problem.

I think the main thing is to find people to follow and reblog what you like. You can follow tags and look through them, but it's quite detached and impersonal--a dash full of other people you've specifically curated is one of the big draws of the site. Tumblr's all about finding your people!!

Another is to block tags you don't want to see--which can be found by going to settings, general, filters, and then just typing in whatever you don't like (you can filter both tags and key words). And it doesn't have to be triggers (of which the most common formatting is "tw [thing]" or "[thing] tw"), but even just a show someone posts about you don't care about (I blocked ted lasso for that reason).

Also block people as much as you like--and again, not just if they're being genuinely shitty, even if they just have a character interpretation you don't like. This is YOUR blog and YOUR online space, tailor it to YOU.

Building a circle of people and finding what tags/people you want to block can take some time, so don't rush it. You'll get there! The main goal is to have fun!

Another thing you can do that might not be immediately applicable: some people have personalized tags for what they post. For example, all my asks are under "quil's queries", my art/writing under "quil's quill", and stuff about me/my life under "quil lore" or "quil's unholy underworld." You can come up with tags of your own--for those things, or for the queue if you use it, or anything else.

But that's optional! Really it boils down to post what you like, follow people you like, reblog what you like, and just engage! Send asks, compliment and share things, and have fun!

Does anyone know why rpgmaker.net is down? The only explanation they give is a link to their discord and its very irritating to be forced to join a discord in order to find the answer to something as minor as "why is the website down."

I haven't found any explanation anywhere else (their official twitter page doesn't show their most recent posts and I'm not making a twitter just for this, either, reddit doesn't have anything, etc) and I'm only going to join the discord if there's literally no other option to finding out what happened, so if anyone has any info, I'm all ears.

Dealing with bands’ publicists is so funny. They’ll send one of their corporate-y messages. I’ll bristle and respond with a polite version of ‘I don’t work for you, bitch’ (we’re volunteers) and then the next message will immediately be an effusively friendly and apologetic email from the artist themselves. I am always amazed me what different planets artists and agents live on lmao
