– Normally, is to get a no-professional opinion, wanting to hear about what he could change or improve on his sound or flow.

– But sometimes, when he is really proud of a demo, he just has to tell you about it

– And, knowing him, you know is to receive praise, being the leo he is.

– Oh well, the songs are actually good. so how can you not praise him for it?

Jeonghan: teaming together

– You gained your place as his second player.

– Yes, you may have bribed him with kisses and praises, but you are also really good at looking innocent and lying to his teammates.

– So, how can he say no to team up with you when you look at him across the room, ready to take out Mingyu on the first round?

– He is a weak man, after all.

Joshua: takes the lead

– As a person that prefers to follow rather than to lead, is not so common for him to decide for you.

– For example, you ask him to get take out for dinner? He will ask you what you’re craving, or what kind or food, or how greasy you want the meal

– But, whenever he sees you too stressed from constantly having to take decisions, he is ready to help you with it.

– Will decide for you what you’re eating, what you’re watching- even the time you’re going to sleep that night.

– Not because he likes to control you like this, not at all. But because he knows it helps you relax that brain of yours.

Jun: expresses his emotions

– When Minghao listens to Jun say a quick “love you” to you through the phone, he doesn’t really believe it.

– Jun? just expressing himself? just like that? without blushing or shutting himself after?

– But, it is common to you to experience a raw Junhui. A Junhui that will look deeply into your eyes, before smiling and saying how much you mean to him

– A Junhui that, between giggles, will explain to you how he fell in love with you. But also a Junhui that will hide himself on the crook of your shoulder when his members start begging for a little of the love he shows to you, mumbling a quick “love y’all” before blushing.

Hoshi: Supports your silence time

– He is not quite sure why you love meditating so much, or why he is asking Myungho for tips on how to help you.

– Well, he does know. Because he loves you.

– So, when Minghao gives him a couple of candles and some youtube channels to help you meditate, he is quick to thank the youngest.

– He even tries to sit down with you to meditate, he bought you matching pads to meditate and do yoga with.

– He is too hyper tho, but he tries his best, always. For you.

Wonwoo: calling dibs on a camera roll

– He doesn’t really care anymore.

– Nowadays, he even takes pictures of specific scenarios because he just knows you will like them.

– When he gets the roll back, he can already see how many pictures you’re giving to take away from him.

– It’s okay tho, your instagram and journal will look cute with those pictures.

Woozi: sleeping privileges

– He hates how you can just command him to go sleep.

– Is like if you’ve got superpowers. It creeps him out.

– He had been going strong on the (he wants to believe) last hour of the studio session. Sleep? He doesn’t need it. Energy? Is at its fullest. Did he write much in the last two hours? No. Did he make much progress? Not either.

– So, when he peeks your name on his lock screen, he’s quick to text you back. And, just like that, the energized Woozi is feeling his eyes heavy, and his hands need to hold you.

– He can see he had one too many missed calls from Hoshi and Vernon, and he was quick to tell the eldest about his where about.

– And, he was just as quick to get to you, and to bed.

– Is not the first time you’ve done this. It surprises him how easily you can put him to sleep, as if you were a deity of sleep.

Scoups ⨾ ﹙ daily routine ﹚

As you became part of his life, Seungcheol started changing his routine. He would send a good morning message every day, and a picture of his lunch. Whenever he was away and missed you too much he would kick every member out of his room to eat dinner with you (or lunch, or breakfast, or supper or just to watch you eat)

And then, it was the subtle things. Every year when the award season would start, and the nominees would drop, he would be waiting for it. Yes, he would wait for every category where his group could get nominated, but he also waited for the female categorys, expecting your favorite to have a nomination.

As a little tradition, you two started betting (nothing big, who would clean the bathroom, do the laundry) on which artist would win each category.

Anytime he would get take out on that pastry you liked, he would order also for you- even if you weren’t with him.

He started drinking that fruity drink you always buy at cafes, just because it remembered him of you.

So, good to say, even in his every day activities, Choi Seungcheol carries a piece of you.

Jeonghan ⨾ ﹙ haircare ﹚

It started with towels. You had bought a microfiber towel for your own hair, and he started whining about wanting one too, so you gifted him one.

Then, it was the shampoo. He had told you about how much he liked your shampoo. So, naturally, you left a bottle of your own at his apartment, and soon enough he was also smelling like you.

Before you could see what was happening, he had also got a hand into your oils, your hair accessories and even your heat protector.

When his hairstylist asked about his new style, he just smiled- Murmuring something about doing his hair like his partner’s, because it reminded him of his lover.

Joshua ⨾ ﹙ neighborhood food ﹚

You know the best selling dish in the biggest restaurant at your neighborhood? Yes, that one! Well, Joshua had never heard of it.

He was weird out, actually. The vegetables you were talking about? He didn’t know they could be plate like that.

So, when he started hanging more and more at your place, it was only a matter of time until he tried the best selling dish of the neighborhood. Obviously, he was obsessed with it. He even order a second plate to take back to his own apartment.

Next time you crashed at his place? He had the recipe printed and secured on his fridge, hold by a magnet.

Junhui ⨾ ﹙ jewelry ﹚

It became a problem, actually. You wanted a specific pair or earring for this outfit, but when you went to check your jewelry box… they weren’t there? You were missing one?

When, frustrated to have to change the accessories, you told your boyfriend about your missing earring he quickly tried to change the topic of conversation. It was weird, yes, but is Jun who you were talking about, so nothing is too weird.

But, later, when you saw your boyfriend you couldn’t help but see the shiny drop-earring he had on– the one you had been looking for the whole day.

Eventually, you two decided on having a shared box of jewelry, and an individual one that was off limits. Sadly, your boyfriend nor you knew about what off limits ment.

And, as time passed, you started noticing how your jewelry changed its style. It became more and more obvious you shared with your boyfriend, his watches being a new accessory in your wardrobe, or your statement rings making an appearance on his fingers.

It was cute, really, how you two ended meeting in the middle on the style of the jewelry you intended (or not) to share.

It was like you bought the jewelry thinking about each other’s style, before your own.

Hoshi ⨾ ﹙ ways to calm down ﹚

The hyper active boyfriend has implemented new ways to calm down after the rush of work- He has “alone” time, eats a snack and goes on.

It’s funny, when you came to his apartment and found him with a cup of tea in front of him, while the sound of waves was playing on the background.

He explained, with a soft and low voice, he had been doing this for the last couple of days. You laughed, rushing to do the same with him.

Later, he told you about how he started doing it after staying at your place, watching you do the same to calm down after a stressful day.

Wonwoo ⨾ ﹙ hobbies ﹚

you expect Mr. play every game to not pick up on your hobbies? Oh, you’re so wrong! It doesn’t matter how “boring” the hobby may look like, he’s asking questions, buying materials and watching youtube tutorials if needed.

You like playing Nintendo? He is buying the new game he saw on your fyp, getting the multiplayer version just to play with you.

You like crocheting? He is buying the yard, watching a tutorial on how to make a heart square to make you a tote bag.

But, the thing is, you thought he only did it because you liked it. And you were wrong.

When you saw his new keychain, you frowned, asking him where he had gotten it, “Ah, i made it with the yard you left at my place last time. It has a smile, isn’t it cute?”

It was a little purple octopus, with black eyes and a white smile. Really cute, yes. What was even cuter was your boyfriend getting your hobbies as his own.

Woozi ⨾ ﹙ fanaticism for kpop ﹚

It started with the aux. Hyuna, Miss A and IU making an appearance whenever you two would go somewhere. Then, it was the playlist of an early sunday, when the sun would barely shine, but you were already cleaning the place, and your boyfriend would be meal prepping the week’s food. When you would stop belting to Twice’s What is Love? You could find your boyfriend mumbling its lyrics to himself, nodding to the melody.

Then, it was going with you to a group’s concert in Seoul, or listening to your ranting about the Kcon he participated in with his group, talking about how amazing he was- and how good Pentagon was on stage.

So, it wasn’t a surprise when you saw his spotify: Kpop ON! being the last played playlist.

It wasn’t a surprise, either, when he started sending you groups and soloist’s songs, saying how good the instrumental was or how he would like to do something similar with his own production.

And, it wasn’t a surprise either when he would tell you “Oh, this group that you really like dropped merch, I bought you a hoodie” or “What do you think going to this idol’s concert?” Even before you were able to see the announcement for yourself.

So, yes, he was going to be nonchalant about it. But when he is singing along to every song at the concert, you get to see it- Is not just your favorite group anymore, he has also picked up your fanaticism for it.

Seokmin ⨾ ﹙ your jokes ﹚

Sabrina Carpenter once said “Nobody gets my jokes,” Well, it could never be Seokmin!

He doesn’t just get your jokes, he laughs so hard he starts tearing up. And, later, you can hear him say the same joke to his friends.

Yes, it’s a shame he takes your best jokes and tells them. But, also, is really sweet, because as soon as everybody stops laughing, he explains softly to the closest person he has to his left how “my lover told me that one, it’s so funny.”

So, when is late at night and you both are scrolling online, and you come across a new joke, you can’t help but tap on his shoulder, ready to hear your favorite sound- his laugh.

And, he thinks you don’t see him, but you can’t help but stare at his notes app, where you see a list: “Her jokes ♡(˃͈ ˂͈ )”

Mingyu ⨾ ﹙ makeup ﹚

“Guess who stopped by olive young?” Was his message, and you were quick to beg him for this foundation cushion you needed to restock, only for him to send a picture of his already full basket.

Zooming into the picture, you could see some new sheets masks, like the ones you had at your place.

You could also see a new concealer, but it wasn’t the shade you would normally wear? So, in confusion, you asked who the makeup was for, getting surprised when he says for himself.

Obviously, not because he was wearing makeup- he does care for his appearance, always looking forward new concepts to try with his makeup artist for his groups comeback, but rather because it wasn’t the brand he would wear.

When asked about it, his answer was simple: “It looks good on you, so I wanted to try it”

The highlighter technique you would use to look shiny and not sweaty? He paid close attention to you, so he could explain to his makeup artist how he wanted the highlight to be placed.

So, yes, maybe you are his muse, but you are also his mua- always ready to give him a new makeup technique (even if you didn’t know he was paying attention)

Minghao ⨾ ﹙ your mom’s recipe ﹚

He knew how much you liked your mom’s cooking, how you always had a tupperware full of her pasta, and how you always tried mimicking her recipes, only to fail to reach her talent.

So, when you arrived late at his apartment after having to pull more hours to finish your work, you were delightful to find your lover waiting for you to eat dinner togheter. Your boyfriend was an excellent cook, but this red sauce? It was the best thing you have ever tried.

And, later, when you found out about his secret call with your mom, everything made sense.

Seungkwan ⨾ ﹙ playlists ﹚

He takes inspiration from multiple artists, as he is one himself. The thing is, he can’t stop mumbling the lyrics to the songs on your latest playlist. It was a short one, enough songs to play from your house to your work, long enough for Seungkwan to take a short shower, and catchy enough to not leave his head.

He got the aux as the passenger princess for a vlog with his members, and you bet he put that one playlist you made for a road trip, filled with fun kpop and world wide known pop songs.

He had to warm up his vocals? He could only think of that one musical you watched together last night, warming up with the song you couldn’t stop singing later.

Vernon ⨾ ﹙ pop culture ﹚

You make sure he knows his references. Brat summer? He knew what it meant. Girl math? He understood it. Im just a girl? He even watched the movie.

He wasnt going to dissapoint your online self with his lack of alnowledge on the new online references. You actually team up with Seungkwan, meanwhile you would show your boyfriend the new season of the spinoff of Sex and the city, your boyfriend´s boyfriend showed him aespa´s latest comeback.

So, when in a fancall a carat shows him a meme, he is quick to send you a message asking why is a dog talking.

Dino ⨾ ﹙ media ﹚

When eating alone, he looks up your favorite youtubers to watch. When he sees a tiktok edit of your favorite sitcom couple, he sends it to you right away. When away on tour, he takes your favorite series to read, happyly reading your notes on the pages.

And, when Carats asks what he likes watching, his answer always ends up being the sitcom you had been watching, himself too busy fighting the urge to fall asleep.

Then, when the members get togheter and the battle for the election of the movie of the night starts, he is always voting for that one movie Seunkwan said, which is the same he watched last night with you.

Joshua couldn’t sleep.

It had been a week since Gyuhan's funeral.

The team was on hiatus now, "dealing with the grief," as the company called it. But for Joshua, grief wasn’t something he could process like that. He lay in bed, staring at the cracks in the ceiling, his bloodshot eyes unblinking. The faint glow of city lights slipped through the curtains, tracing faint shapes across the walls.

With a sigh, he sat up and swung his legs over the edge of the bed. His feet slipped into his worn-out slippers, and he made his way to the window.

The moon hung bright in the sky, lighting up the quiet streets below. Joshua leaned his head against the window, the cool glass grounding him for a moment.

But it wasn’t enough to stop the memories.

Every night, they came. He saw himself from the outside—remembering how he and the others had treated Gyuhan. The harsh words, the coldness, the way they had ignored his struggles. Whether it was before they debuted or after they made it, Joshua couldn’t think of a single moment when they had been good to him.

Gyuhan deserved better.

Joshua clenched his jaw, his fingers gripping the windowsill. "Dear God," he whispered, his voice barely audible in the stillness of the room. "If I could just go back… If I could make things right. Treat him the way I should have."

But the room stayed silent, and the moon kept shining, offering no answers.

A soft knock broke the silence. Joshua flinched, wiping his face quickly before heading to the door.

Seungcheol stood there, looking just as wrecked as Joshua felt. His hair was messy, his eyes rimmed red, and he clutched a bottle of soju in one hand.

"Can’t sleep either?" Seungcheol asked, forcing a weak smile.

Joshua stepped aside to let him in. They sat in silence for a while, the soju untouched between them.

"You think… you think he hates us?" Seungcheol finally asked, his voice cracking.

Joshua’s throat tightened. He didn’t answer, yet his hesitancy seemed to give Seungcheol his answer. Seungcheol buried his face in his hands, his shoulders shaking.

Joshua looked away, the sight of Seungcheol breaking down almost too much to bear. His own eyes stung, but no tears came—they hadn’t since the funeral.

"I don’t know," Joshua said finally, his voice hoarse. "I keep thinking… if we had just realized it earlier. If I had said something, done something, anything—" He cut himself off, his fingers digging into his knees.

"We all failed him," Seungcheol mumbled, his words muffled by his hands. "But I was supposed to lead. I let him down more than anyone."

Joshua clenched his fists, anger bubbling in his chest—anger at himself, at Seungcheol, at the team, at the world for letting things get so bad. "It wasn’t just you," he muttered. "We all saw it. We all did it. We’re the reason that he kept to himself… the reason that he smiled like he was apologizing for existing."

Seungcheol looked up, his face streaked with tears. "What are we supposed to do now? How do we live with this?"

Joshua didn’t have an answer. The weight in his chest was suffocating, pressing down harder with every second that passed.

He stood abruptly, pacing to the window again. The moon was still there, unchanging, as though mocking the turmoil inside him.

"I prayed earlier," Joshua said suddenly, his back to Seungcheol. "I asked for a chance to go back. To fix everything."

Seungcheol let out a hollow laugh. "If only it worked like that."

Joshua turned to face him, his expression grim. "If it doesn’t, then what’s the point? What’s the point of all this grief if we can’t do anything about it?"

Seungcheol didn’t reply. The room fell silent again, but this time, the quiet felt heavier, almost unnatural.

Then the lights flickered.

Joshua froze, his breath catching. "Did you see that?"

Seungcheol frowned, looking around. "Yeah. Power surge, maybe?"

But the flickering grew worse, the shadows in the room shifting strangely, almost alive. Joshua’s heart raced as he glanced back at the window. The moonlight seemed brighter now, almost blinding.

And then, in an instant, everything went dark.

Joshua blinked, trying to adjust to the sudden blackness. But when he opened his eyes again, he wasn’t in his apartment anymore.

He was standing in the practice room.

The air smelled of sweat and faint cologne, just like it always had during their trainee days. His heart pounded as he looked around, his eyes landing on the calendar pinned to the wall.

2015.

His stomach dropped.

Did he go back in time? Joshua turned to look at his reflection in the mirror. He definitely had. He was shorter, and his face was younger. With shaking fingers, Joshua slowly reached up to touch his face.

It felt real.

He pinched his cheek.

It is real.

Joshua’s attention was drawn back to the calendar. February 1, 2015… This should be around the time Gyuhan joined them.

Tears came to Joshua’s eyes. They hadn’t come during Gyuhan’s funeral, but now, as one rolled down his cheek, Joshua clasped his hands together, a choked laugh bubbling out of his throat.

He was so thankful.

Joshua fell to his knees, overwhelmed by the swirl of emotions crashing over him. Relief, guilt, determination—they all mixed together, leaving him breathless. The smell of the practice room, the faint hum of the fluorescent lights, the scuffed wooden floor—it was all so vivid, so unmistakably real.

He wiped his tears hastily, glancing around as he tried to collect himself. This was his chance. A chance to do what he couldn’t before.

Thank you for answering my prayers, he thought, his palms together. I won't waste this chance. I'll do better.
