What does Binah do when she finds out it's your birthday? (Totally not asking this cause it's very close to mine what so ever)

teatime all the time. sort of. tea is involved. Binah never really gave much thought to her own and others' birthday, but yours is special. it's when you came into this world, the one who dropped a tear full of color into Binah's dilapidated world. of course she would celebrate it, quietly, for neither of you like noise or crowds. a piping hot cup of your favorite tea greets you when you wake up, with a little piece of paper in the shape of a star. it only says "Drink up", and you can't help but smile at the appropriately ominous way Binah left a gift for you. she doesn't mean it. it's simply difficult for her to put her emotions on paper after so long of not having any. whenever she tries to write about her feelings towards you, she becomes so filled with warmth and light that the only thing she can do is sit still for several minutes

Binah's there at the end of the day, sitting near your desk once all your coworkers have gone away. in her hands is a small plate, filled with your favorite sweet treat. she's been practicing getting it just right, tasting each sample from the Library until she had it perfect. her eyes soften as she watches you eat with delight, then widen when you offer her a bite, a quiet hum in her throat. once your plate is cleared and packed away Binah stands and offers her hand, her fingers lacing with yours one by one. she leads you in a quiet, elegant dance- but she's not paying attention to the steps. her gaze is only on you, a hand on your cheek as she leans in and brushes her lips against your forehead, then the bridge of your nose.

I think some folks MAY have gotten the wrong idea about how I feel about Circe with some of my posts. So, to clear the air...

Homies, I love that fucked up sorceress.

I love how we're never given a reason why she turns people into animals. That's so funny and so awful. And another potion-making magic gal?!?! I love that she's just basically vibing on an island doing whatever she wants. I even love the fact that she scares Odysseus shitless! She's morally gray and that's why she's FUN.

I just sincerely hate when people try to girlboss her or have her be a victim of SA when she never was Looking at you, Miller. Especially when she was actually the one who coerced Odysseus in exchange for his men being transformed back into humans. And even then, while he was clearly afraid of her, (it's in the language of the Odyssey) she likely meant him no harm after a certain point. He just didn't know that.

Why does she need a reason to do awful things? Why can't she just be a goddess who does whatever she wants? That's the reason why I love her!!! She's fucked up!!! :D

dunno why but orion black slapping the ‘best protective spells known to wizardkind’ on grimmauld place prompts the image of him knowing sirius ran away the moment sirius made the decision. like the house wakes him up all “MASTER!! MASTER THERE IS A DISTURBANCE!!” so orion goes to sirius’ room in his snork mimimi nightshirt and makes direct eye contact with his oldest son. who is halfway through the window with his school trunk and an ancient broom orion’s quite certain he bought for himself when he turned 23. and sirius lifts his middle finger to his mouth shush and flip orion off simultaneously and orion simply turns back around and goes back to bed. because that’s fair and most importantly something to deal with when he isn’t still half drunk from his nightly nightcap.
