so as kind of a foundation i think nina and jack have a super opposites attract relationship and i kind of touched on that in my phys hc post (check that out if you enjoy this content bee tee dubs)

for example, nina is super duper messy while jack is obsessively organized and clean from being an ocd doctor man

they really level each other out in an almost healing way and that's part of why i love this ship sm lmao

nina keeps jack from trying to be painfully perfect and he keeps her from being dangerously reckless and laidback

they also fit under a princess and knight in shining armor type thing for me personally— and yes, i will explain LOL

nina, after being in a super neglectful and abusive relationship with jeff, gets to be with jack who's more attentive and caring towards nina, making her feel more like herself and leads her to being more in tune with princess treatment

jack also has relationship trauma, which i think anyone could guess if you've even just heard about the background story that the person who made sally's story made and not just seen the low quality mask photo story

(for those who DONT know that story and dont want spoilers for it i do suggest leaving the post now and reading it because it is a pretty common reference for the creepypasta fandom and i will be referencing big plot points)

so having the sacrificial college girlfriend (whos name i would look up but im currently on a roadtrip with shitty service) jack isn't used to getting anything back in return and/or being treated nicely without something sinister being behind it

but nina loves super unconditionally— which immediately contradicts that train of thought which would ultimately lead him to trusting her more and more over time til they're just at a point where they can both love each other without fear of the other person being similar to their past experiences and that's just so heartwarming urgrgrhh

the knight part really comes into play with nina being a bit clumsy and reckless because jack is constantly having to basically baby proof her experiences because she is so prone to creating problems

moving on— jack finds little acts of service that nina isnt really used to to show his love

like he'll make her a meal or get her jewelry or whatever just to make her day because its not something she got with jeff at all

which its more like it makes her month because she will not stop talking about it to anybody who will listen

that's just how she is— she loves very loudly

which is COMPLETELY NEW to jack considering that the sacrificial college girlfriend (i still havent googled her name my signal is somehow worse) was truly just there to lead a lamb to the slaughter

so when nina is actively seeking his affection and caring and loving for him it is such a new experience that i would think he wasn't quite sure what to do

guys hes a nerdy medical major white guy first and a demon second in my books he is an awkward man

but there's a want to be perfect for nina so he really fakes it til he makes it

but then nina is also a super-people-reader so when things dont line up she's immediately on his case

"hey man i thought you barely had any experience why are you good at kissing are you lying to me"

and then he gets a little embarrassed by it and hes like "i have no idea what you're talking about i'm just paying attention to your reactions"

My bad if you've already answered this, but how do you go about not masking around those you consider/want to be truly important people? Like, it seems in my head difficult to go from "polite friendly person who is clearly mentally average and a nice chap" to "Hi names JoeBob, actually I literally cannot properly care about anyone you care about to the extent I know you want, and honestly can't quite care about you to that extent either, wanna be homies? Oh also I've faked like 90 percent of any emotion of showed you, have fun reassessing everything," ya dig?

generally speaking, i dont mask socially in environments where i might make friends in order to just avoid this issue entirely. so like, i mask at work and at family functions, but if i go to hangout with new people or to an event and the intention is to make actual friends, i just dont mask from the start. i feel that helps mitigate a lot of annoyance and also helps to quickly identify people who i know will understand and respect my limitations but if ur in a situation where u met someone while masking but now want to get closer to them and unmask, then its easiest to do it gradually and just be very upfront but not rude. like i think a lot of people underestimate how much word choice can help make a situation less awkward. cause like saying "i cant and will never care about u but lets be friends" is obviously never going to go over well and isnt even very true or accurate in the first place. but phrasing it not so hostile or aggressively is a lot more reasonable, something like "im not a very emotional or emotive person by nature, but people dont really react kindly to that so i tend to overperform emotions when i first meet someone. but once im more comfortable with ppl i tend to mellow out and show way less. it doesnt mean i suddenly hate u, im just getting more comfortable and being more true to my actual self" or stuff like "i dont really have the capacity to care deeply about people i dont know, and even ones i do know and care about, my feelings never reach as deep a place as other peoples. that doesnt mean i dont respect and like u or that i'll suddenly start treating u poorly. its just that my care is going to look very differently from a nuerotypical person"

its really just dozens and dozens of small conversations about urself where u dont lie about it. its an ongoing conversation. usually these kinda come up naturally when ur getting closer to people and learning more about eachother. but u can also sit someone down and have a more formal conversation. like "hey so ive got some stuff going on with my brain, heres how it works and what i am and am not capable of. i like to be upfront about it with people i wanna get closer to so there arent misunderstandings or hurt feelings when i dont react or respond the way ppl expect. i think ur really cool/fun/ect. and i wanna get closer and become better friends so i wanted to have this conversation so we could understand eachother better and i can be more authentic with u going forward"

the biggest thing imo is to frame it from a positive place because it is a positive thing. u respect and like this person, theyre important to u and u want to be genuine with them so that u can get closer in a real and healthy way. but u also need to be true to urself and ur own limitations in order to do that. and so coming at the conversations from that place usually helps a lot. and if the other person is chill and a geuine friend, usually they understand and they work with u. they respect where ur boundaries are and understand what u cant give, while appreciating and enjoying what u can together.

UM no okay i think to some extent they do have the general balance of it down-- both of them are good ("good", maybe even okay or fine) at recognizing when they've done something thats upset the other but neither one of them is good at saying "im sorry" and they instead rely on other means to try and make it up to the other. eichi is really good at long-winded explanations in which he can get kinda self-flaggelaty that wataru isnt a huge fan of and wataru likes to rely on like big gestures of reconciliation and while both of those do help i think the biggest element of them making up is then like... in them spending time together?

i think wataru at one point must have told eichi to stop apologizing for stuff because eichi gets SO down about it to a point where it doesnt help either of them

watayuzu: 19 - How do they silently/subtly express their love for each other?

god you know that one homescreen line where yuzuru asks wataru to make a mess so he can clean it up because he needs that right now? i think it's partially stuff like that. fine have all become really good at watching out for each other and i think wataru is one of the people who watches out the most for yuzuru. it's like the whole thing about masks, imo? like as the people most accustomed to wearing a kind of mask, they find it easiest to let it down around the person who understands it.

like i think there's a lot contained in the simple act of like having someone who you feel you can ask for stuff without really having to hold back even if it's something as simple as "i'm feeling down or frustrated or just generally On Edge and need a distraction, youre a good distraction, please help" and i think wataru would approach yuzuru for similar reasons... i just almost used the phrase "when he needs to be grounded" which is ig a fun double-meaning here... hehe

eiyuzu: 16 - What’s their favorite “domestic bliss” moment? Do they cook/clean together? Do they like to go out shopping together?

The image of yuzuru being forced to do any domestic task in the company of eichi would perhaps drive both of them crazy. can "schemeing corporate warfare" be a domestic activity? can "tormenting ibara" be one?

I like the thought of them actually doing more work together after Yuzuru graduates-- he already helps out a lot at the office but I like the idea of Eichi involving him more in this type of work when school is no longer a factor. it's the opposite of domestic though, I guess... I think Yuzuru is more appreciative of a tea break than even Wataru (who tends to be restless if it goes on for too long, which can be a lot for Eichi on stressful days) especially if Eichi actually forces him to engage. I think he has to start out using like weird underhanded tactics to actually get Yuzuru to go along with whatever he's doing (you know the story where he's doing breakroom drink alchemy? yeah) until he's successfully tricked him into a regular (semi-peaceful, it's still yuzuru and eichi whos main bonding activity imo involves discussing war strategies or something) one on one mid-workday date

wataeiyuzu: 13 - What’s their opinions on PDA?

SPLIT. i think its something yuzuru isn't comfortable with to the same extent as wataei. i think he'd enjoy like. casual terms of endearment and potentially even just like the odd subtle casual like. touch or brush of hands (i think wataru and eichi are both ABSOLUTELY on board w shit like this. its about the Tension.), but he won't let himself be roped into making out in the starpro office or anywhere where someone who isn't any of the three of them might be able to see it. tori is a complicating factor and i think yuzuru really struggles ESPECIALLY when tori is around because it's so ingrained to him that he cannot really let himself be human around tori and that takes a while to unlearn? i think he does eventually but ig the like timeline i'm thinking about is canon-adjacent and. yeah not yet LOL. this is the real reason we don't know about wataeiyuzu being canon, perhaps.

another complicating factor is of course all of them being public figures and ESPECIALLY idols. i think wataru and eichi are both people who wouldn't have an issue with pda in theory but they are both ABSOLUTELY aware of stuff like public image etc and put huge importance on that so they're absolutely extremely careful about what they actually do when observed by more than just. fellow idols.

Design wise i think ive been pretty loud about how much i love red robin in my ideal (and laziest) world i would simply keep that suit but thats not how it works.. I would definitely keep the cowl thats my one strong stance of the costume. Like aside from the fact that its sick in a freak way it is actually a good mask that conceals the face which. I know comics dont tend to care about but i do and i like it so<3 I also like this second design i think something like that could be fun it would never happen in rebirth but a girl can dream basically predictably enough my ideal costume would just be a modified red robin costume

i am writing this because i lit dont feel comfortable with talking to anyone with what is going on with me right now, so this is just a vent post to get off my chest

I just wrote like 10 paragraphs detailing the last year with, and ultimate reasons why my ex, Jes, and I broke up two days ago. It was a lot. Nobody needs to hear that shit. Yeah, Jes was awful to me, (unintentionally) gaslit me for a year (it wasn't their fault), neglected me, was mean to me while they were drunk, and overall a shitty selfish person for the past couple months, but I get it. I know why. Doesnt excuse their behavior. I told them what they were doing and who they were becoming so it wouldn't happen again. I just, don't want to deal with that right now.

We have grown since getting together 3 1/2 years ago. Jes is now able to trust people, process their emotions, and be there for people (except for me lol). Jes has finally discovered who they are, what they want, and how they want to continue growing. We still love each other, but neither of us are the people we fell in love with.

I am unmasking and realizing just how much I mask and put other peoples needs above mine. I still want to be a good person and do good. I am realizing though that I keep ending up in relationships (romantic, platonic, whatever) where people get mad at me for things I can't control. I am willing to do things I am uncomfortable with, given I have enough time to mentally prepare. But I also deserve to have someone who wants to do things I want to do too.

I like staying at home. I like doing my own thing. I like to binge watch tv/movies/media, read, create, relax, and have a routine. I also like to occasionally go out to the woods to make sure I can still properly identify trees, go to bookstores, craft stores, go out to fuck off no where and try to identify as many flowers as I can using my Jepson, and if able (which i am not right now) do yardwork. I love cutting logs with an axe and then splitting the wood for firewood/kindling. I love creating/rehabilitating existing trails. I love weed-eating. I love ensuring a property is wildfire safe by making proper buffers and removing ladder fuels. I don't need someone to do all those things with me (I actually kind of prefer to do yard work alone but am open to help), but it would be nice to meet someone who is down to do SOMETHING with me that I enjoy.

I need to figure out what I want and allow myself to do those things without caring what people think of me. The only place I am truly myself is on Tumblr, and that makes me very sad. I mean, I am happy for tumblr. I hate that I chose to focus on a relationship instead of doing something that actually makes me feel better.

I'm so happy now that there is no pressure me to do things that are an actual nightmare for me (like going out to bars all the time). I felt so frustrated because I would TRY. I put so much energy into being able to not have a meltdown, and tried my best to be as social as I could, and it wasn't enough. When I would try to do what I wanted to do in a bar (sit in a corner and people watch or play pool) I would still get told that I make them "uncomfortable" because they know "I don't actually want to be there". I am trying 😭. It was a no-win for me. I stay home and I am "unsocial and not doing the things they want to do". I do go and try to have fun and am told "you dont really want to be here. you arent social enough. i am uncomfortable when I am around you. I don't want to have to worry if you are okay or not when I am not around you". ))))): I don't understand. The worst is when I am told "you were more fun when you would get drunk before". I was EXACTLY the same way, they just couldn't read me before. I was quiet then and I am quiet now (unless a fun interesting conversation comes up I feel I can take part of). They even agreed to let me leave if I started getting over stimulated. If Jes and my roommate were having a party or bbq, I was told that I could go to my room when my battery was out. They told me they were happy I was trying to hang out with them. And then later get mad at me for not being social enough.

Okay this is turning into a rant, I'm sorry. Point is, I want to be with someone who actually is okay with me being the person I am. Stop trying to change me all the time. I need to figure out how to put my foot down and ensure my needs and desires are not neglected (i suppose i sort of did when Jes and I broke up).

I LIKE believing in more fantastical things, having a positive outlook, seeing the good in people, having fun, being the person I actually am. I'm tired of people giving me "reality checks". If I want to learn about werewolves, vampires, and pirates, let me! It's fun! Stop telling me it is all bullshit and there is no point in trying to learn about it 😭. I love the idea that people can find true love with others (any kind of love for any kind of relationship) and people constantly keep telling me there is no point, people are people, "true love" doesnt exist. I think it exists! Stop making me feel bad because we don't see things the same way. I don't care if others view something differently from me! Life is joyous and I want to know how other people think and function. I think it is fascinating. There is nothing wrong with me seeing the world the way I do ):

It is going to be tough mourning the relationship, that was the most healthy relationship I have ever had, but I am excited and hopeful. I get to find out who I truly am now. Unmasked. Sagittarius:

sun: whoopsie, i dont know. Most of them are really great to have conversations about mysterious and weird topics, like aliens and the universe as a whole, i enjoy that so lets put the positive stuff first. What im not enjoying on the other hand, is them being very competitive, even with their closest people. Also when theyre mad, they are gonna talk about u behind ur back and think of very evil and scary ways to get revenge, 6/10 tho

moon: i really do like sag moons. I think i mentioned this in one of my posts already, but: Theyre SO uplifting, supporting and caring! I really like how they always find a way to catch you when ure falling. Maybe theyre extremely stubborn and dont like being wrong in whatever aspects, but yeah, lets put that aside! giving them a good 8/10

rising: Sag risings are really to die for, not trying to be dramatic. Theyre extremely creative, also deep. My first take on sag risings is always "mhm, i dont think it would work out" and then boom, they show you their real persona and whats behind this mask. Really loveable creatures, they just seem a bit off. giving them 8/10

Pisces

sun: I dont like them. Listen here, im not trying to be a bitch and im not the person to feed into stereotypes, but with pisces suns its just TRUTH. they will try to hide their insecurities by acting confident, instead of actually trying to get better, what makes them come off as self centered and arrogant, even tho theyre not. Also most of the time, sorry not sorry, - theyre AWARE of the fact that theyre toxic but wont do shit about it because just sitting and being miserable sounds easier than actually digging into the dark parts of oneself. 3/10

moon: pisces moons are actually very sad to watch. Theyre more on the introvert side than the extrovert, u'd think theyre very quiet and private people. What most dont know about them tho, is that they live inside their heads and if u would take a look inside, u'd be surprised. Their head and mind is their own little world, their own little universe. Its chaotic, always moving. There is so much going on inside of them and if u get to know them, u will find out how deep and interesting they really are. Dear pisces moons, let us be part of your inner world and your beauty, dont hide. 8/10

rising: ohhhh HELL YES. Idk about you people, but to me, they have such a mystical, interesting look to them. Lagoona blue from monster high vibes and i said what i said. Very creative, also intuitive, maybe interested in the occult and so called "taboo" topics. Maybe theyre even activists, trying to help out and raise awareness where they can. Just as with pisces moons: they come off as private people, but probably would have an more interesting life story than most of us. 9/10

Jeez!” Raising his arm up while dangling in midair, your phone shimmered within his firm grip as he held it out to you helplessly. You dropped him from your grasp and reached for your phone, when all of a sudden, he sped off at the speed of light in the opposite direction.

“NARUTO!!” you seethed, taking off after the hysterical blue-eyed boy.

You lay in bed that night after a wild goose chase to retrieve your phone from your sworn enemy when you turned on your device and gaped at your lock screen.

A blonde head and a familiar peace sign stared back at you, illuminating the dark room in a warm glow. Your initial furious reaction slowly gave way as you continued to stare at your lock screen, noticing how... maybe he was kind of... cute? His cheeky grin, bright eyes, and youthful demeanor charmed just about anyone. You had no idea how he did it, but it was somehow starting to have an effect on you.

A tiny smile on your face, you unlocked your phone to find every single app cover displaying Naruto’s shit-eating grin.

“NARUTO!!!!!” you shrieked, throwing your phone at the wall and pulling the covers over your head.

Biting your lip to keep a laugh from bursting out, you silently zipped up the front pocket of Naruto’s busted backpack, sliding his nearly obliterated phone into the sleeve of your hoodie. You slipped quietly back into your seat, hiding his phone behind the book you were pretending to read while you got to work unlocking it.

Shoot. A password.

Trying to recall his birthday, you realized that he probably wasn’t smart enough to set his password to something cryptic like that, so you punched in the age-old code: 0000.

And just like that, you were in his phone.

“Yes!” you whispered, swiping through the various screens in attempt to find any juicy secrets, but his screen was so broken that it was futile to read anything with the naked eye. “Kami, how the hell does he see anything? No wonder his texts are always so incoherent.”

An idea popped into your mind as you headed over to the messaging app to try and dig up some scandalous gossip.

His texts had absolutely zero substance.

A lot of nagging Shikamaru to hang out with him, walls of bizarre emojis to Sasuke, spamming random words to Sakura, and so forth. You facepalmed yourself at the thought of Naruto actually having the brains to have a real conversation with someone over text.

You sighed as you scrolled mindlessly through the thread of texts between him and Sakura, when something caught your eye. Words like “crush”, “confession”, “tell them”, and “cute” stuck out to you, piquing your curiosity.

After taking a closer look, you spotted your name amidst the frantic texts from Naruto. Examining the screen even closer, you read a few of the messages between them.

Hehe, sakura chan, i took (y/n)’s phone today 😝

baka, they’re gonna hate you for that now! do you want them to neglect you forever??

Naruto’s phone slipped from your fingers as your eyes glazed over in shock. The merciless teasing, the endless phone stealing, the ceaseless name-calling were all just Naruto’s crappy attempts at... flirting?

You then recalled all of the times he playfully patted your head a little too hard, to the point where you thought he was just abusing you for fun. You recalled all the times you caught him staring at you before he stuck out his tongue, when you just thought he was being an annoying brat. You recalled all the little tiny hints here and there, masked by his immature quirks and behaviors.

Before your thoughts could run any further, you felt a strong, familiar hand grab the top of your head, and you were suddenly all too aware of the cracked phone sitting in your lap and the warmth of your cheeks.

Oh shit.

The hand tilted your head backwards until you were staring upside down at a blonde haired, blue-eyed boy with an irritated scowl on his face. “What are you doing?”

“Hey, it’s only fair, you plastered your own face all over my damn phone, alright?” You felt the blood rush to your head from being tilted backwards, the roots of your hair stinging from Naruto’s grip. “Let me go, I didn’t even find anything good!”

“Uh-huh.” He released your head, leaving your scalp aching and your vision blurry as he reached to grab his phone from your lap. His eyes squinted at his screen, examining it for any weird changes to his device. “Hey, you cracked it even more here!”

You gave him an incredulous look. “I— what?” You followed his gaze to the right side of his phone, searching for the crack to no avail. “How can you even notice that crap?!”

After huffing a sigh, a devilish grin spread across Naruto’s face as he shoved his phone into his pocket before smacking the back of your head with his palm. “Payback!”

“Hey!” you cried, rubbing the stinging nape of your neck. “First you pull my hair, now this?!”

He chuckled, flashing you a cheeky close-eyed grin. “It’s only fair!” His expression slowly grew serious as he turned to look you directly in the eyes. “Ah... hey, (Y/N)-chan, how would you feel about going on a date with me to Ichiraku today?”

You snorted in half surprise, half disbelief. “Are you crazy? We...” your mind traveled back to the strange text messages between him and Sakura. “We... we hate each other.”

Naruto’s eyebrows shot up, his eyes widening before he broke into a bashful laugh. “We-well... yeah, right. We hate each other.”

The two of you stared into eachother’s eyes for what felt like an eternity. You noticed the tiniest bit of affection in his blue eyes and the lightest blush on his cheeks as he held your gaze.

Slapping your desk and shooting to your feet, you broke the insufferable, lingering silence. “Well, can’t say no to free ramen.” Smirking, you brushed past him, throwing a teasing glance over your shoulder. “Well? What are you waiting for? Your treat!”

Naruto stood paralyzed behind your desk, his stunned face frozen in shock before melting into an exasperated yet affectionate grin.

“(Y/N), you idiot...” he muttered before chasing you through the city all the way to his favorite ramen shop.

AAAAAAAAA I'M DOWN FOR TOMMY HOURS!!!

1.) I had COMPLETELY forgotten that Tommy not only had the highest kill count out of everybody, but was also extremely good with guns, to the point where it's scary. (Don't kill me, it's been a while since I rewatched the series in full and this is making me want to more than ever!!) Definitely Gordon's going to teach them gun etiquette right away, as not only are they a kid with a gun, but they are Tommy with a gun. Also, what if the first time Gordon asks Tommy politely (and rather terrifiedly) not to point a gun at him while complimenting him, they instead point their pistol at the others?  Maybe Bubby, thus making a whole new situation entirely, as Bubby's either mad thinking that Tommy's somehow challenging them, or extremely scared (but doing a fairly well masking it with a disgruntle face and violent yelling) that Tommy is indeed pointing a gun at them.

2.) I really love your idea of Tommy stopping time instictively in order to help the group, but they don't know how to get time moving again until G-Man comes to help like the dad they are!! Sure, Tommy might be a little disgruntled that G-Man doesn't immediately unfreeze time and everything goes back to normal, but they later come to appreciate that not only are they bonding with their dad, but they're also teaching them the ropes when it comes to breaking the laws of time. (They can even take as long as they want, and it'll make no difference, as time is rather frozen at the moment. A couple of minutes, or even hours, would simply feel like a milisecond once everyone became unfrozen.)  As for the possibility of someone being unaffected by Tommy's time-pausing abilities, that would have to go to Benrey.

Although I would like Tommy and G-Man to have a one-on-one family bonding experience, with G-Man teaching Tommy how to use their powers, there is some wiggle room for Benrey to squeeze in. (If I do remember correctly, Benrey did manage to talk to both Gordon and G-Man himself while time was paused in the original series!) They wouldn't be much of a bother anyway, as they'd most likely just laze around or watch Tommy and G-Man, respectively. (Which causes G-Man to be on-edge and rather creeped out...)

He would be awkward too, but not as much as Agata. His shows would be nice but most like a typical stripper show. you didnt know before but Amajiki surprisingly knows a lot about the fishes and stuff and likes to help you with showing them.

when you take trips to the aquarium is when you see him most excited, the whole experience being so wholesome because of it.

you guys will take pictures, and sometimes you can force him to wear the squid hats you guys bought on your first trip there.

it gets a few giggles from strangers here and there but thats what makes it much more interesting lol.

it was normal, this one email from the hospital system. when you switched to your inbox however, there’s several emails from your doctor, lee donghyuck, otherwise known as lee haechan.

the contrast is drastically different, a playful tone laced in between each email. he sent emails like texts, one after the other with hardly any interval in between.

donghyuck had gotten too friendly for your liking, cracking jokes in the midst of checking your temperature and dancing around as he relayed messages to his nurses and colleagues.

he was annoying.

sure, after a few visits to the hospital, you had gotten used to his antics, even getting a “it’s just how he is” from the nurse who had taken care of you from the first day.

looking down at your cast, you prepare to wrap it up before taking a shower, ready to crash for the night before your mind fills with thoughts of donghyuck.

thoughts that highlight how good his side profile looks, noticing how his moles stands out more than usual as you secure the plastic over the hard plaster made to fit your arm.

thoughts that highlight his smooth voice when he isn’t teasing you and the gentle fingers on your skin as he secures a new cast for your broken limb.

halfway through the healing process, there are a couple more check-ups that you will need to attend until it fully heals, and until then, you’d see donghyuck way more than you liked.

as september 20th creeps closer, you go about your life, finding that your mind occasionally drifts to donghyuck in between work and meals.

if you were thinking this much about him, there has to be some feelings involved, right?

your theory was proved wrong when he sits in front of you on check-up day, laughing as he types furiously on his computer.

“how’s your arm, (y/n)?” donghyuck asks, adjusting the glasses that sat on his nose. there’s a sly smirk under his mask, you’d like to assume. while you sit on the bed beside his table, he types a few more words before standing up.

you move it up and down a little as he makes his way to you, “it’s okay, i guess. i don’t really feel anything.”

donghyuck lays a hand on your cast, glancing at you through hooded lids. weirdly, this feels like the start of a porno.

“do you feel this?” he says right as you stifle a laugh, trying your best to hide your smile behind the mask.

“donghyuck, i’m sorry, but are you flirting with me?”

he drops his jaw, then proceeds to pout. huffing, he crosses his arms and turns his head childishly, and while that made you laugh, you found that way too adorable.

“so what if i am? you’ve never really reciprocated it from before.”

you place a hand on his bicep, coaxing him out of his position.

“i’ve never reciprocated it because one, it’s unprofessional, and two, you ignore me at times too!” you eye his hand cautiously, opting your own to stay where it was.

“so you wouldn’t complain if i kiss you now?” you gasp at the proposal, as if you haven’t thought of doing things to him. your fingers delicately remove your mask, a little too eager for your liking.

donghyuck does the same, keeping his eyes on you as your neck naturally cranes upwards, eyes sending him a silent plead before he finally descends on you.

his lips feel soft and plump, constantly melting into you as you do with him. his hands are hot on your cheeks while your arms stay limp.

in a matter of seconds, you manage to switch positions. the two of you catch your breaths as you get settled on his lap, straddling donghyuck while his hands trail down your sides.

“are we really doing this in the midst of the fucking coronavirus?” you whisper, eliciting a moan from the other when you shift in his lap.

“well, are you in? if not, i’ll stop.”

the way you nod brings crimson to your cheeks, never feeling this way for any other person.

“you haven’t gone anywhere in the past month, right? you’re a good girl, aren’t you?” a shaky sigh escapes you, the unexpected praise causing you to fidget and whine as donghyuck cups your ass.

“eyeing me non-stop from the first day i’ve become your doctor,” his hand travels towards your middle, pressing down a finger to test the waters, “you wanted me for the longest time.”

you shamelessly mewl into his neck, squirming at the pleasurable pressure. donghyuck grins at that, kissing down from your jaw to your neck.

your mind is clouded with donghyuck’s scent, thinking only of how his hands travelled over you so gently. the two of you have your fun for a few minutes and the initial bicker is long forgotten.

a ‘tsk’ makes its way into the room, then, the same nurse standing at the door that led to room 404.

“hurry it up, the next patient’s already waiting outside,” she says unimpressed.

donghyuck grumbles while you climb off of him, immediately resuming his professional position. the frown stays on his face as he types out your prescription, refusing to meet your eyes in presumably, shame.

before you leave, you press a kiss to his cheek, “watch for my email, hotshot.”

donghyuck doesn’t answer, pulling you in for a last kiss as you head to the pharmacy in smiles.

you hear nothing on donghyuck’s end until you head home, unaware of the smile you carried all the way home.

“i couldn’t wait for you to email first. after much thought, i realise that was a really bad way to confess that i like you,” he admits over an email, sent a few minutes ago.

“i just ended work and it was a little hard to keep my boner hidden for the past few hours,” you giggle over that, scrolling down to see the rest of the message.

“if you still like me (hopefully), i’d like to meet up as donghyuck, the human. and… not the doctor. did that make sense?”

at the end, there’s a classic sign off by the doctor, as he always has done:

1. LIGHT YAGAMI

now. i dont think anybodys surprised. MFKSKFMFMHNGJN honestly, though i dont care about death note much at all anymore, hes like gum stuck to my shoe and i just cannot get him off no matter what i do. i tell myself that i dont give a fuck about anything in death note until i see him on my dash and i go apeshit. hes completely changed me and how i approach analyzing complex characters. i think hes the first character that ive ever actually cared about in that sense? the sense where i look into every detail about him i mean. its really just so fun...

my absolute favorite thing about him... i really love how funny he is. this isnt to say hes a humorous guy im saying hes funny as in he makes such stupid decisions and its hilarious to see him struggle so hard constantly. the entire ending of death note is fucking insane it sends me into laughing fits every time. theres so many funny moments in death note despite it being considered a psychological horror animanga because of him being a genuine fucking idiot 24/7. hes supposed to be a genius but he truly does lack so much self awareness sometimes.

god... hes perfect. he and light are on the same level of favoritism for me, dont let the numbers fool you. hes hands down my absolute favorite in persona 5 and it blows my mind knowing that the majority of the fandom feels the exact opposite or are torn over him ITS ALMOST FRUSTRATING because its mostly due to the amount of misinformation/mischaracterization spread about him!!!! but no he just happens to be the best written character in that piece of shit of a game! my favorite thing about him.. i love how hes written. and i know this sounds really basic and predictable, but its the truth i just really love his growth as a character, especially in royals third semester when he gets a chance to properly shine and oh my god! did he shine! hes literally so perfect in 3rd sem

theres just something so captivating about an angry teenager who truly thinks of his life as worthless and doesnt bother making bonds with others because of it who suddenly finds himself questioning his choices of self isolation when he finally meets a group of people he can resonate with and feel seen by. a group of people who are willing to reach out and listen to him despite his past mistakes. theres just something so perfect about seeing that same angry teenager want to take his life into his own hands and strive to grow... that same angry teenager who didnt value his own life start to see meaning in things because of bonds...

i love goro so so much he makes me so emotional if it isnt obvious enough NGFHGDGBDFH I THINK ABOUT HIM A LOT. i think about him healing so much.

OKAY SO i know Technically akira is supposed to be a blank slate silent protagonist but let me tell you THATS SO FAR FROM WHAT HE ACTUALLY IS. IM NEVER FORGIVING ATLUS FOR TRYING TO SHOVE HIM INTO THE SILENT PROTAG BOX AND NOT LETTING HIM BE HIS OWN CHARACTER! BECAUSE HE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE AMAZINGGGGG ugh sorryfor caps im so fuckng mad MKDFKMGMHMGMG

it really does get on my nerves how because of atlus trying to make him a silent protag, the majority of the p5 fandom sees him as that. blank slate. nothing. when in reality he very much has a ton of spunk and id argue that hes his own character entirely if you just look a little deeper past the surface Like... its not even that hard to see personality in him. beneath the mask is literally his theme song, have you Not seen the lyrics to that? HAVE YOU NOT SEEN THE ENTIRE THEME OF THE GAME? this little dude is so traumatized and angry at those who wronged him (aka the justice system! shitty adults!) and people have the nerve to say hes the worst persona protagonist? lmfao

my favorite thing about akira is how he looks like a cat and how cocky and annoying he can be.. he is such a jokester hes the absolute dumbest. i enjoy this silly guy. *holds him under the armpits like a longcat*

4. SHIGEO KAGEYAMA

mp100, of course, changed my fucking life. mp100 is the reason i am the way i am and though all the characters are incredibly relatable and memorable and i cherish them so dearly, i, like most people, cherish mob the absolute most. seriously his strength really is incredible and though hes just a fictional character he is so inspiring and i wish to carry as much gentleness in my heart as he does.

im so so proud of him on his development he started off so.. i wouldnt say he was weak, but i would say that he lacked experience. he lived in his own little bubble not knowing what the world was like and throughout the story he grew to learn so much.. he learned to make such. mature decisions at such a young age. hes so so wise. hes so powerful not only because of his psychic powers but because of his compassion for others. he can befriend even the worst of people...

my favorite thing about him is his determination to become the best version of himself he can be. and also his relationship with ritsu (not me, i mean ritsu kageyama <3) i always gravitate towards siblings in fiction because im an only child and well <3 i dont experience that. so i like projecting onto them GHBFBBHFG they care so much for each other.. sniffle sniffle

5. RYO ASUKA

ok im going to be real even though im into devilman i dont have much of a reason to enjoy him this much. i just think hes hilarious and really cool and his satan form gives me gender envy. i love it when he commits random easily avoidable acts of violence for no reason at all its just because he wants to. and thats just fine. i think he can kill people and get away with it because hes ryo asuka. gay rights
