🦑 Will You Snail? 2022 Art Dump 9 (finale!) [ first - prev ]

and finally, we have some holiday funsies (and some art i almost forgot i drew but memory kicked in)!! somehow someway there was a pumpkinification(??) of the wys cast for halloween of 2022 to post on my deviantart. very fun and maybe last-minute idea but it’s still a favorite (it might also relate to if we did or didn’t get to carve them that year but i can’t remember) :]. i was also slowly getting into AURORA at this time so i thiinkk… *checks deviantart description* yup. I drew it to ‘all is soft inside’, which is funny because her and jonas’ pronunciations of ‘universe’ are similar. that was enough to get my mind whirring at the time <3. at one point i was over at my friend’s house and there was a comedically-timed death interrupting them when they started heading to the water pump room, and i made a comic about it for fun. very neat! next are misc squid doodles; one experimenting with magma again (<333) and the other taking on a spookier and vengeful aesthetic. gotta love our squid angst and hatred. heart emoji.

lastly and also finally (i took my time explaining those this time. it’s the end afterall!), is the christmas celebration! traditional art jumpscare!!! with all the bosses :D (i told you i’de show them all some love). i drew these lovely doodles on offwhite paper in a separate room at my grandparents’ because they had christmas music blaring in the living room (and i didn’t value conversation at the time). i swear i had another page but for now that is lost to time 😔 (i’ll get it later maybe. part 10???). also helpy’s getting a soccerball but it’s very faint so whoops

but then, again lastly and finally, a digitalization of that lower-page drawing! with a speedpaint!! with notes as i go along :D!! and custom Will You Snail winter music because it got a winter update ^_^!!! i dont remember if all the bosses actually got hats but it was funny so i drew it (<< sumup of me sometimes). but yeah :]! big pop-off celebration is a(n honestly rather old) speedpaint (but it captures the era so whatever and you get to see me draw)!! its a very good vibe, trust. i just watched it and its good! i was playing around with kinemaster at the time too so thats fun.

🐙 Oceancare is an oceantale/undersail inspired au in which every character is a sea animal of some sort.

🦑 It takes place in the Oceancare Facility which is a secluded and forgotten underwater hospital in the middle of the sea. Unbeknownst to the public, Oceancare conducts cruel treatments on the patients that find themselves at its doors.

Feferi Peixes (Homestuck) 🦑💗 - My longstanding romantic interest from the time I was 13 ❤️. (I wanna make it CRYSTAL CLEAR up front that since I “met” her at 13, she has continually aged alongside me in my mind. Hence, she is 24, the same age as me. It’s very much a childhood friends-to-lovers type relationship. I DO NOT condone minor-adult relationships. Icky.)

Sangonomiya Kokomi (Genshin Impact) 🐟💙 - …Okay so sue me, I have a type and it’s Pink Fishy Princesses lol. I’ve known her for about 3 years now, since I first got sucked into the addiction that is Genshin. She’s actually the reason I started playing.

Leah (Stardew Valley) 🌲🧡 - Self-explanatory. Everyone has their Stardew Blorbo, and she has been mine from the very first time I played the game years ago. She is the one to help me live out my cottagecore dreams~

Karkat Vantas (Homestuck) 🦀♋ - Early on, I actually had quite strong romantic inclinations towards him, but as he and I aged thru high school, I realized that I more so saw him as a best friend. I still hold him near and dear to my heart as my crabby patron troll and one of my all-time favorite characters. Plus he’s happily together with his boyfriend Dave Strider, so it all worked out hehe

Fluttershy (My Little Pony) 🦋🐎 - Adorable, shy, kind and sweet pony. She has been a favorite character of mine since I was a kid, in large part because I related to her soooo much due to my (then undiagnosed) social anxiety and shy, introverted nature. For that reason I’ve always gotten along with her and consider her a close friend who understands my experiences.

Familial:

Team Free Will (Supernatural) 📜🥧👼 - This includes Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, and Castiel. These three effectively got me through the most challenging time in my life thus far. They became like a second family to me, with Dean and Castiel being like fathers to me, and Sam being like an uncle.

Kiyotaka Ishimaru (Danganronpa) 🎓📚 - My precious son!! I have had an attachment and deep need to protect this boy since I first played Danganronpa. He acts almost exactly like I did as an undiagnosed autistic kid–too loud, strict about me and others following the rules, overly emotional and passionate about things. No harm shall befall this boy on my watch ;w;

Pets:

Mew (Pokemon) 🐈🔮 - My favorite creature in fiction by far. I have dreamed of having a real Mew since I was 10 years old, and had a Mew as one of my first and most consistent imaginary friends. Plus, having a Mew is like having every Pokemon at once since they can transform to any species, so it’s a double win!
