Account Update 🌟

I haven't been on this platform in years and slowly started making posts and reblogs again. Most of the accounts I did follow back then are either gone, or no longer active. 📖Currently reading: White Fang (still, i rarely read gah!). I posted the amazing intro, but there's also an absolutely savage description of a character that i can't forget lol.

This man was called "Beauty" by the other men of the fort. No one knew his first name, and in general he was known in the country as Beauty Smith. But he was anything save a beauty. To antithesis was due his naming. He was pre-eminently unbeautiful. Nature had been niggardly with him. He was a small man to begin with; and upon his meagre frame was deposited an even more strikingly meagre head. Its apex might be likened to a point. In fact, in his boyhood, before he had been named Beauty by his fellows, he had been called "Pinhead."

And it just gets more savage😂 Way to introduce the antagonist!

📺Last series: some mini series about a series of murders that were finally linked and prosecuted many years later. OK, interesting that it was solved irl with dna.

🖥Currently watching: personally I am watching The Expanse , I heard it does worldbuilding and space physics very well but now I'm invested in the rag tag rogue heroes and the clever earth political lady! (I can not remember names or titles or anything lol).

Also a Danish series The Investigation about another real murder, i posted before it's interesting as the focus is not on the murderer at all so it feels more acceptable to watch? Like it seems distasteful to give a face and infamy to anyone who does something like that. It's a different mood to typical shows, very moving.

I was very fortunate to be selected to be a finalist in the HerUniverse Fashion Show at SDCC this year. I've been doing more designing and making of original concepts over the last few years, and the third time submitting was the charm. 🥰

The theme was Disney to celebrate the company's 100 years of Wonder. As Marvel is apart of Disney, my concept of The Scarlet Witch from the MCU was selected. Based on the Disney+ series Wandavision, she is a transformation look but as if it was mid transformation. 1950s grey burning away with hex lines to reveal her final form of the Scarlet Witch.

And yes. It lights up. 🥰

💙Happy Monday, everyone! I've been away as I continued exploring Hex Break, my personal concept art project in the shadows.

📺I feel that many of us have been brainwashed to expect concept art sketches and explorations to look already amazing since day one (thank you social media), so I wanted to show the reality behind it.

So here it is! The process of creating Lyona in all its glory.

🔸I usually start concepts with a short character description, gather some references, and then start sketching with a more clear idea. I knew from the start I wanted Lyona (and the remaining characters) to wear a school uniform in a fantastic setting, plus some fashion as usual.

🔸So after researching, I started scribbling basic school uniforms for all students, to later find out a fitting outfit for a girl like Lyona.

➡️FUN FACT: the final idea was inspired in my home country's school uniform! I kept the colour palette as an homenage to Uruguay 🇺🇾 ✨

🔶And that's it for now! Now I'll be working on telegraphs, a proper turnaround and more fun stuff. See you soon!

Hex x Vox headcanons?

Sure thing! :D

📺💿 Vox started off the whole thing, quite literally!

📺💿 Hex was pretty much literally emotionally shut off for most of his time in Hell. He just never got enough of a shock to kick-start his emotions bit lol.

📺💿 Then, one day, Vox told him he had been doing a good job and his heart finally started properly beating finally and he immediately started sobbing.(He finally got the kick-start he needed)

📺💿 Vox starts helping him out to try to figure out how emotions work again.

📺💿 Most of their date nights are spent in, eating takeout and ragging on shitty movies together.

📺💿 Well, usually it's just Vox doing it, but at one point, Hex actually talks and Vox physically freezes and his screen starts buffering.

📺💿 "YOU CAN TALK?"

📺💿 Hex nods, explaining that he didn't feel words were needed, as actions were enough.

📺💿 This makes Vox feel warm and fuzzy. He isn't used to this.

📺💿 "BABE, I THINK I'M CATCHING FIRE, HELP ME."

📺💿 Hex carries the braincells.

📺💿 "Wait, does this mean I'm gonna be able to get you to beg?!"

📺💿 Hex merely chuckles, saying "I'm not the one who's gonna be begging, sweetie."

📺💿 Hex at first is the definition of "The helmet stays on during sex", but gets more comfortable overtime!

📺💿 "Damn, Val's throwing another temper tantrum." "Wanna watch through your cameras?" "Oh, fuck yeah."

📺💿 A bit of a rough start, but they get along! :D
