𧚠- What triggers their regression? (Positive or negative)
Mystic Messenger
Jumin - mostly it is stress !! He is always a Little bit stressed he is very busy all the time !! But when things get to him on a Personal level [like if Elizabeth III is in danger or the RFA or when he has to interact with his dadâs new girlfriends⊠I think there is one more thing the game said bothered him Especially but I canât remember what it is !! Oops !!!] ALSO if he is overstimulated he regresses too !! when he is more comfy regressing he has positive triggers too like being called certain nicknames or certain cat characters he might see OR actually this one is not really positive but Also it is not negative but he thinks it is. Very Inconvenient !! But wearing a mask starts to be something that makes him feel little just because it is something he does most often when he Is little and similarly !! Sometimes putting a diaper on for bed makes him feel small !!
Yoosung - if ANYONE babies him he WILL be a baby in response ð€ including praising him and calling him cute OR teasing or worrying for him which !! Happens often hehe⊠SO much makes him regress like. Thinking too hard about regressing triggers it !! Talking about Rika makes him regressed and upset though :(
Seven - he doesnât regress too often especially when he is Big Brother In Charge but. EXTREMELY easy way to make him regress is. Vanderwood getting frustrated with him jsjsjsj Vanderwood isnât Exactly his caregiver but he definitely has a. Naggy mom role tehe
Saeran - for positive triggers⊠ice cream! It reminds him of the good parts of his childhood⊠but unfortunately that is kind f⊠the only good happy one 𥺠most f th time he regresses for a specific reason it is becaus of nightmares :(
Ray - he has a lot of similar negative triggers as Saeran but more positive ones !! He regresses when people are affectionate toward him ð€
Persona 5
Akira - soso many once again⊠affection⊠praise⊠AND also when he feels like he did something wrong :( he ALSO regresses if he does stuff he does when he is little !! Like consuming kiddy media or colouring or playing games or I donât know !! Wah !! Oh accidents too !! They make him feel Very little
Futaba - she regresses when she is scared or overwhelmed :( but more POSITIVELY she mostly regresses when Kira is already regressed !! She loooves being his cool big sister ð€
Akechi - regresses when he is overwhelmed and when he is frustrated he throws BIG tantrums
Mishima - he !! regresses when he feels safe I think à¹âáŽâ๠like hm. After something scary when things are okay again !! he is. Forever Relieved he doesnât regress IMMEDIATELY when things are scary he doesnât like to think about what would have happened if he regressed in front of Kamoshida :( and being praised of course. Yuu - weh⊠difficult I was just about to say But perhaps not. As much as I first thought he regresses when other people baby him and this is Vague it. Includes even when Yosuke buys food for him and stuff like that !! Also specifically !!! Bunny apples because Ayane and he eat them when they regress together ð€
Yosuke - often he regresses when he is anxious !! mostly in a jealous way like if he feels left out he is like ð¥ºð¥ºð¥º but Also when either Chie or Yuu are regressed he almost ALWAYS does he is their big brother !!
Chie - sometimes when she is watching kung fu movies and practicing her moves she is having so much fun and she regresses !! And also when Yosuke is regressed she is almost ALWAYS his little sister + when Yuu is regressed she likes to be his big sister but she doesnât always regress to do that
Kanji - cute things ð€ especially more âgirlishâ cute things because he is more comfortable presenting in a more traditionally âfeminineâ way when heâs little !! He loves soft things especially like stuffed animals and blankets AND he also loves cute little animal crackers ð€ all of these things help him regress !!!!! AND also when his friends are gentle with him ð€
Naoto - he regresses either when he is overwhelmed OR when he is having fun !!! Especially if he is solving puzzles !!!! He loves those ð€
Teddie - it is kind of hard to tell when he is regressed or not because VERY little changes but he does it when he is having fun OR when he and Yosuke fight that is an INSTANT little brother trigger
Ayane - I think she is. Like me !!!! She is almost always kind of little she is just also almost always able to pretend sheâs not around people she doesnât trust [everyone but Yuu] the only triggers she has to make her feel so little she canât as easily hide it are when she has to settle for things she doesnât like for the sake of othersâ happiness and also !!!! Jay - getting attention especially from Daniel !!! He is kind of easy to trigger most of the time it is not specific but when Daniel talks to him it certainly makes him regress
Vasco - ouuuu being taken care of and fussed over ð€ like after he gets in a fight when Jace cleans him up Easy start to baby time !!! Especially if he gets a cool bandaid !!!!!!!

ð£ - How does their behaviour differ from when theyâre small to when theyâre big? Is it noticeable?
Mystic Messenger
Jumin - whether it is noticeable depends on who is looking !!! The RFA DEFINITELY would be able to tell [especially V], but anyone else might think he was angry if they noticed anything at all !! This mostly is because he would Leave as soon as he starts to feel small. His age regression is. Intrinsically linked to his autism To Me. When he is big he hides any sensitivities he has Very Well and doesnât stim at all and bottles up all of his emotions. When he is doing Business Connections he masks even more because he is trying to make the people he is doing business with think he is connecting with them even when he is not and even in the game it says he puts on a Charming Persona when he does business with ladies. Also when he is big he doesnât always realise when he has been making eye contact for Too Long but people just think he is intimidating because of this and they donât connect it to his autism even if they know he Is autistic. When he is SMALL almost all of this is different !! He is. Pretty easily overstimulated and he still isnât Very obvious about it but he will wince and have subtle distressed stims. Stimming in general is something he actually does when he is little!! Although again they still are just small stims like running his hands over different materials Especially soft ones and sometimes he rubs soft things against his lips too [this is more of an absentminded stim though à¹âáŽâ๠he does it while focusing on other things when he is tiny]. Another thing about when he is little is that he Cannot bottle up his emotions! But it is difficult because he still does not understand them :( he just feels vaguely Bad or Complicated and all he can do about it is quietly cry :( speaking Of quietly Jumin doesnât talk when he is small!! Although I still have not decided whether he loses speech or just gets too embarrassed because he knows he wonât be able to speak Properly in whatever way. Finally !! Baby Jumin has the Opposite eye contact issue from big Jumin because he is Not good at making it !! This is a lot because he is still shy about regressing and it isnât something he likes people really Knowing about and when there are topics he doesnât Want to address like this one he tends to just. Brush it off and wait for others to just forget and leave him alone [like the gay jokes in the game. I know it is a different situation. But !!! à¹>áŽâà¹] but if he is regressed WITH someone it is way harder to do that !!! But making eye contact feels like showing the other person Himself Like This and he doesnât like it. He also tends to wear a mask in the event that for whatever reason he Has to be with someone while regressed for the same reason !!!
Yoosung - he is SUCH a puppy ouuu he always has a Little bit of an oral fixation [just. Chewing on pencils level] but when he is little EVERYTHING goes in his mouth ALL OF THE TIME he chews holes in the nipples of his pacifiers and bottles and he shakes his stuffed bunny around in his mouth and he finds out what Mysterious Things are by putting them in his mouth and he bites caregivers juuuuuust a little à¹>áŽâ๠he is a vocal baby too all the time he is babbling and giggling and making funny little sounds !!! He is soso wriggly when he is happy you can Almost SEE a waggy tail jsjsj but he is ALSO much more sensitive and he will cry forever when something is wrong !! It is Definitely noticeable when he is regressed
Seven - not much is different when he is little vs when he is big Especially considering when he is regressed he is still a pretty big kid he is a preteen or teenager !! But when he is at his Silliest he usually is regressed especially when he is silly and avoiding work!!! Itâs not super noticeable though because he is Often Quite Silly
Saeran - considering Saeran only starts letting himself regress after heâs accepted Saeyoung as. Someone who cares about him I guess!! He is the most possessive little brat ever⊠[affectionate] Saeyoung is HIS big brother and Ray is NOT allowed to call him that and Yoosung isnât either!!!!!!!! Saeran throws the biggest tantrums ever over everything⊠eventually he calms down a little and Saeyoung is Shared once again !! It is pretty noticeable when Saeran is small though ð€ although he tries not to regress around anyone but Saeyoung [and Perhaps Yoosung] [and also Vanderwood] when he is even comfy enough to properly meet them in the first place
Ray - he Also is soso clingy when he is little except where Saeran throws a tantrum if he doesnât get what he wants Ray cries and apologises for wanting whatever it is, whether this Thing He Wants is something he just wants [like affection or a toy or dessert] or something he needs [like a snack or a diaper change] it isnât as noticeable when Ray is regressed to anyone BUT Saeyoung and Vanderwood because he is always. Quite ð¥º
Persona 5
Akira - he is always quiet and pretty sensitive but it is like. Times a million when he is small + he is so clingy weh⊠all he wants is to be snuggled forever and also to not have to deal with all his big kid problems [including phantom thieves work it is scary and he is only little !!] it is very obvious to the people who Know him when he is regressed but people who donât cannot tell at all !!!
Futaba - not Too different from when she is big but much more dependent on her friends !! Everything is a little bit scarier and harder for her but they are all willing to help !! Akira is the best at telling when Futaba is regressed because he is usually the one to help her go out in public where she is the Most scared + likely to regress but apart from him, the rest of the phantom thieves are decently good at telling! People she isnât as close to would have no idea though
Akechi - brat⊠such a brat⊠when he is big he can hide when things bother him and pretend to be a kind of gentleman but⊠Not At All when he is small he throws⊠The biggest tantrums. Heâll tire himself out eventually though and when he does he will put on the biggest wettest puppy eyes for Akira and everyone knows this means he wants to be held by him even though he doesnât say it. Also when he is little Akira is His. Not quite his brother and certainly not a caregiver [too small himself !!] but like. His Person. He eventually stops throwing tantrums if other phantom thieves are in the room With them but he never stops when Akira has to leave the room for whatever reason. Akechi is VERY obvious.
Mishima - he is not so different when he is small from when he is big he is just a bit more timid and sensitive !! He sees Akira as a cool big brother but they regress to about the same age. Akira can tell when he is regressed and Ryuji can half the time but no one else is really close enough to him to be able to.
Persona 4
Yuu - VERY hard to tell there is BARELY a difference when he is little. He doesnât focus as hard and his movements are a little slower and he is a little more low energy. All of these things are BARELY perceptible though and Yosuke and Ayane are the only people who can consistently tell when heâs regressed, although they arenât even sure how they do it.
Yosuke - when he is little he is just kind of more sensitive and clingy especially with Yuu because even if Yuu isnât regressed he is still Yosukeâs baby brother !! When he is big he can handle some teasing and hide it if it bothers him but when he is little if anyone is mean to him he cries about it </3 the rest of the investigation team can tell when heâs regressed but people heâs not as close to canât
Chie - when she is little she is sillier !!! She is more energetic and less Aware of social cues so she is a little bit louder and she says everything on her mind !! And she is more likely to do bigger stims too like happy kicking or jumping up and down or flapping her hands !!! Also little Chie does Not like doing work Ever all through class she whines and whines about how she wants to go and play instead and Yukiko insists that they will just as soooon as they are done. Chie doesnât realise how loud she is though and the teacher hears and sends her out of class for disrupting. Little do They know though that they have freed her !!!!!! Now she does not have to do schoolwork !!!!!!! Her friends can Easily tell when sheâs little !!!
Kanji - ouuuu he is always soft but when he is big he hides it a little and when he is SMALL he does not !! He cries Easily especially if someone is mean to him [Yosuke grows OUT OF this. But at first he was always making Kanji cry ð¥º] and he isnât as embarrassed about liking cute and pretty things !! He loves wearing pretty dresses and having tea parties with his dolls and stuffed animals !! He also has suuuuch a baby crush on Naoto he is always by his side giving him pretty flowers and crafts weh⊠EXTREMELY obvious about regressing. No question ever
Naoto - he is a Little more sensitive but the bigger difference is he is more curious all of the time he is the most ever Why baby⊠he wants to understand everything all of the time !! When he is big he will do his own research to look independent and grown up but when he is little he will just autism stare at someone until they explain to him whatever he doesnât get hehe but ALSO he loves to infodump when he DOES understand something !! Sometimes people can tell heâs regressed and sometimes they canât it depends on what he is doing !!
Teddie - no one can tell ever whether he is big or small but not in a âhe acts big even when he is littleâ way in a âhe acts little even when he is bigâ way !!!!! Except when he is little he is more hyperactive and clingy and dramatic !!!! The easiest way To tell that he is little is when he demands Yosuke to do things for him because Yosuke is the big brother and Teddie is âjust a teeny tiny little helpless babyâ !!! He is not he is four.
Ayane - there isnât Much of a difference she is always pretty quiet and passive but when she is feeling especially small she is more likely to make mistakes at band practice and her classmatesâ complaining about it affects her more all the time she is trying not to cry while practicing :( Yuu can tell when she is feeling especially small but no one else can !!!
Lookism
Jay - when he is big he usually is stoic and cool except when it comes to Daniel of course but when he is SMALL the soft and flustered part of him is like. Times a thousand he is sooooso sweet and he LOVES affection [from Daniel] even if it makes him a little embarrassed. After Daniel finds out about age regression and that that is what Jay does then he can tell ð€ but he was Pretty oblivious before. Actually after he Can tell he assumes Jay regresses much more than he actually does because every time Jay is shy or blushy Daniel thinks heâs little jsjsjsj
Vasco - Jace is the Only person who can tell when Vasco is regressed including Vasco himself jsjjs he isnât much different but he is even more⊠silly and. Impulsive? He wants to be a superhero so bad and he hates mean people and he will fight them !!! He is so silly⊠â what mama Jace says as he is giving Vasco a cool bandaid and kissing his injuries better
