朝方までは雨が降っていて寒い。

毎年ゴールデンウィークには「こたつ」を片付けるのだけど、今年は朝晩に冷える日があるので、なかなか踏み切れない。

今朝もついスイッチを入れてしまった。

昼飯は「お好み焼き」を食った。

キャベツと豚肉、シーフードミックスのあまり。

長芋なんてものはないので、小麦粉とたまご、水だけで生地を作る。

お好み焼きのソースは常備している。

お好み焼きはソースだ。

このソースがあれば、あっという間にお好み焼きである。

ちょっとなに言ってるのか分からないかもしれない。

晩飯は「さば味噌」と「だし巻きたまご」

さば味噌はあっさり目のタレにして、しょうがを効かせている。

とろりとした甘めのタレもいいが、これもちょっとオトナな感じで悪くない。

だし巻きたまごは凄まじい色をしているが、これは「茅乃舎」のだし巻きたまごの素を使っているためである。

味は大変に旨いが、この色なのでちょっとビビる。

Vancouver trip in April.

Visited a friend in Vancouver at the end of April and really enjoyed the city and its food. Coffee culture is at a different level compared to Toronto and honestly some of the best coffee and cafes I have been to in the last few years.
