3月15日の天赦日を理由にeteでリングを3つ購入しましたが、ちゃんと普段使いしています笑

因みに、3月初旬にはこれらとは別にクラウンデザインのピンキー��ングを注文しました。 受注製作の為、届くのが来週末。 指10本しかないのに、この3ヶ月でこんなに買ってしまいました苦笑

そして来月は急遽1年ぶりのがんドッグです。 去年はＣＴで済ませた箇所で、気になるところがあったらしく、次回は内視鏡コースを、との助言があったので、助言通りのコースで予約しました。 しかも、タイミングよくキャンセルで1枠空いたらしく、来月の第1週にねじ込んでもらいました。 体重に関しては去年よりは減量できているので、少しは改善されていると思います。

キクイモを毎日食べているのもありますが、これはかなり効いています🤗

これをした翌朝は歩けなくなり笑、3日目にはお尻と足の筋を痛めて、歩行困難になりました😭

今は楽しくやっています🤗
