いちいち、なんでも最高のものを揃えようとするのは、かえって、身心のためにはよくない。 最低限でそろえると、脳も身体もトレーニングでき、健全化する。 そもそもトレーニングとは、あえて悪条件を身心に課すこと。 ジムでも体育館でも校庭でも、あえて悪条件をつくり、身心を破壊し、休息･超回復で強化するということをやっている。 そのことに気付かず年を取ってしまうと、「なんでわざわざそんなことするの？」と考えるアホになり、不健康(障害者)になっていく。 強化は虐待が基本。

2023.03.16（Sat） 新幹線がようやく開通しました。 ところで「光る君へ」のテーマ曲を作曲した冬野ユミさんの「Amethyst」。 新婚旅行に福井県の越前海岸で見た海が、「濃い青、群青色というか紫というか、あの海の色がテーマ曲に反映されている」と語られています。 どこか切なげで、紫式部の感情というか心の揺らぎをあらわしているようなこの曲が、福井の海のイメージを表現しているのかと思うと、より一層愛着を感じるようになった。
