Había investigado y en los libros de historia aún existía ese momento histórico ¿entonces por qué? Y luego estaba John F. Kennedy y su fallido atentado hace 3 días ¿como? Todo estaba extraño. —No es mi problema—Se repitió haciendo un ademán para retirarse de ese lugar al que había ido solo para confirmar lo que había escuchado y sí efectivamente era idéntico al hombrecillo austriaco maniaco de 1939. Vaya a saber que era lo que tramaba ahora "el creador". Se giró y ahogó un grito cuando reconoció la figura frente a él. —Bonitas plumas, deben ser calidad premium, con permiso—Lo miró con desdén y paso de su lado. No quería intercambiar palabras con él, es más no quería saber de él y su utópica vida feliz en lo celestial.

and he CAN'T because his whole life he's been gazing at aziraphale from a distance, with literal and metaphorical sunglasses on to shield his true feelings—im a MESS

I only want you to focus on the first 2:30 of this video. I have Completely Staged. The Complete Illustrated Scripts (it’s wonderful btw).

David introduces the idea of “sabotage” to Michael, and that is where this section of the script ends in the book.

From :38 -2:29 the whole conversation about Michael’s dad, the playing catch (or throw) David talking about doing the same thing to their dog, all of it IS NOT IN THIS BOOK. I searched everywhere looking for the possibility that maybe it was accidentally printed in a different area, a footnote that it was “accidentally left out, a printing accident?”

But a WHOLE conversation, an important one to the storyline? Therefore I have to go with its improv. And this is the lead up to this absolute iconic connection:

I'm from Rio, and it's almost carnaval soo.... behold: Crowley and Aziraphale in one of our famous street parties/parades (bloquinhos de rua)!! obviously, they did their best to dress the part (or maybe each other's part actually... 😆)

lots of glitter, confetti, and silly costumes appropriate to the infernal summer heat (halloween?! idk her)... I'm sure they would have a blast! 🇧🇷🎉✨

oh, and fun fact: aziraphale unknowingly is really in fashion with his hair, bc as of late it's been really trendy (especially for men/boys) to bleach their hair white in summertime/carnaval! we call it "nevou" (literally "snowed" lol)
