He'll slip into the dream realm before any palace guards have a chance to question him. He'll think of something to tell the court too while he recovers. Only Alrik could pound him so intensely that he had to leave this plane of existence to recover properly, and he couldn't wait until they had another chance to cum together. Physical pleasure seemed to be a new drug for Fharzai. "Know that I'll be thinking about you. Always. Until I ache and thirst for you again, walk each step knowing that somewhere, I'm out there loving you."

Alrik leaned in, his lips finding Fharzai's in a tender, lingering kiss that spoke volumes of his love and devotion. He savored the moment, the taste of their passion still fresh on their tongues. As he pulled away, his dark eyes held a mix of satisfaction and a hint of sadness, knowing that their time was temporarily paused. "Next time I scale the palace walls, I'll drill you through every floor of this fucking place so it's easier to get to you next time," Alrik murmured, his voice still hoarse from Fharzai's abuse. He brushed a gentle hand over Fharzai's cheek, his thumb tracing the line of the druid's jaw. "Come find me when you return from your dream." The palace was no place for him.

He brushed his lips against Fharzai's forehead before Alrik reluctantly rose from the chaise. He stood, his powerful frame silhouetted against the dim light of the sanctuary. He began to gather his clothes, as he pulled on his trousers, tucking himself away before saddling his body with the blades he'd carelessly discarded earlier. A dagger remained stuck in the table, but Alrik opted to leave it as a parting gift.

His eyes stayed fixed on Fharzai even while he dressed, finding it difficult to tear them away. It had been his intention to greet the dreamer's flesh and Alrik would make good on greeting it again. "I have a place near the harbor," Alrik added his breath hitching unexpectedly as he stroked the side of Fharzai's head, "do not make me wait long."

To one thing I have made up my mind: if we find out that Mina must be a vampire in the end, then she shall not go into that unknown and terrible land alone. I suppose it is thus that in old times one vampire meant many; just as their hideous bodies could only rest in sacred earth, so the holiest love was the recruiting sergeant for their ghastly ranks.

A fresh perspective... Fharzai couldn't relate to the notion, for his perspective has been skewed by his connection to the pattern. He accepted this gift from the Arches and has been servicing Fate since, which meant the only perspective he valued was the one that kept Lysara moving forward as he had promised so many lifetimes ago. "I thought a great many things of him, few were positive. But then again, the same could be said of the Alpha before him. I don't often allow myself to get attached to the citizens, but Her Majesty Queen Damodred was ... special." Fharzai was always outspoken against those who stood against his queen, but Arethusa never got the chance to see that side of him. Aurea had handled that particular threat before he needed to intervene. "Ulrich was no Feronia. His ambitions by far exceeded his ability. Feronia fought for unity and accepted peace when it was offered, so in that respect you are closer to her than her own son."

"I guess you have sort of touched on it already." She likes him better this way, maybe she should have established a bit of a boundary earlier. For all of his unsolicited advice, he seemed genuinely pleased to be asked for it. Maybe that's why he spouted it all the time, he was full of all of these answers nobody ever asked of him. "I take my age as a fresh perspective. There's a lot I don't know, I wasn't even part of the pack when I showed up at Lupercalia. I knew Ulrich was a bastard, but I can see it in my people's faces that I've brought about change." Aurea has a clear vision for the Feronia pack's future. but there's a lot she doesn't quite know about their past. "What did you think of Ulrich?"

I was once again thinking about this goofy Luffy moment after his Lucci punch™ and i had to see it frame by frame.

first the force of it throws them both away, and while Lucci is seen on screen tumbling for a long moment, Luffy is just away in a blink of an eye.

and then his funny scene - his legs are like jelly that he tries to get under control,

he stumbles, falls, rolls into a mix of all his limbs and eyes,

and then only the cloud behind him cushions his fall

- which would be interesting if he can subconsciously control that while he tries to regain the control over his movements - that the environment around him still adapts to his awakened Devil Fruit abilities and morphs to help him. Where others would probably fall through that cloud, for Luffy that cloud backs him up like a trampoline.

It's just fascinating!

DP x DC: Constantine’s soul thing

So I know as a fandom, Constantine selling his soul is wildly misinterpreted(oh he’s selling fractions of it, oh he’s sold it to so many demons, etc)

But I think it’d be really funny if Danny only THOUGHT that’s how that worked

Because the reality is he only sold his soul twice and the first of the fallen claims a right to it because Constantine poisoned him with holy water turned into booze(Jesus style). They collect it upon death so John fully has his soul and is walking around with it

So there’s a couple of ways that could go

1) Danny trying to look for it or pieces of it in increasingly dumb places when John just fully has it the whole time

2) Danny stakes a claim on it and then pisses off the three lords of hell and their armies because they weren’t about to give up their claim but they are more than willing to work together to keep some upstart from snatching it

3) Danny somehow gets rid of any legal claim the three lords of hell have on John’s soul and his reaction is

“Damn it, now I’m definitely going to hell”

“But they don’t own your soul?”

“I was going to hell before I sold it. Why did you think I was so desperate to cure my lung cancer? I knew exactly what was in store for me if I died. I’m the hellblazer, I’ve been there and seen it personally. Those three having equal claim made it so it wasn’t worth letting me die and duking it out.”

“So I just-“

“Got rid of the reason those three twats kept me alive? Yeah”

Energy Orbit 34 stats with Otherworldly Sylus. First fight where I had to put on oath recovery and expedited beta cores. Also quite a jump in ATK from Energy 30.

For second wave, hit both talons with resonance. after that break their shields one at a time until they are low 1x HP. Then finish them off with the second oath close to the end. 35 and 36 are such a breeze in comparison. With more crit probably could get away with less ATK, but I don't want to give myself that much of an advantage yet.

A thing about this "Jonathan is too nice and boring to write Mina explore her more gothic romance side with" claim is that to me, personally, a bright eyed 9-5 guy who collects factoids to share, wins hearts with "his gentleness and his sweetness" and won't even raise his voice, let alone his hand, and gradually goes from that point to the extreme opposite point of declaring "If beyond it I could send his soul for ever and ever to burning hell, I would do it!" because of Love, is way more compelling to explore romance with than all those guys who have always been violent or dabbling with the dark side anyways (e.g Vlad didn't get corrupted by love, he as was already violent and impaling people, Hyde was always violently killing people, him killing for her is nothing, etc). Jonathan is who actually radically changed because he's in love; when Renfield dies, Jonathan becomes the old madman. If you want a character for her to explore something wilder with, Mina has already bagged him.

Love has this man blaspheming in a universe where God and Hell are proven facts. He's standing in the queue to talk terms with Mephistopheles. He's actively planning anywhere between 1 - 5 whole murders and a prospective eternity of feeding on humanity with his vampire wife if things don't work out with the Best Case 'Slay the Monster' Scenario.

This man's (very nearly realized!) corruption arc is caused explicitly by how much he loves Mina Murray Harker more than literally every other soul on Earth, more than The Right Thing to Do (c), more than allies or innocents or Heaven or Earth.

Mina bagged the guy whose only real holy trinity is her, Eros, and Eris.

God and the Devil are already dead to him for what they did to her, so the latter two had to step in.
