i think the term "imposed gender" should be used more, potentially... imposed gender inherently implies that it was imposed upon a person, and it doesn't specify any sex/"agab" details at the same time. so if you were raised as a specific gender, you could say it was your imposed gender (not necessarily negatively, but can be).

it would also mean that cis individuals do (primarily) identify with the imposed gender, while trans individuals don't (to some/any extent).

this would mainly be aimed at guardians or responsible adults imposing a gender onto a child as they grow up; behavior-wise, mannerism-wise, clothes, toys, interests... the list goes on. i think you can catch the gist of this..? :P
