Hey, I just finished re-reading the One True Streamman series after getting the notif abt the new chapter for RFYL, and i just wanted to say that I think that it's one of the best fanworks (for HLVRAI and just in general) I've had the opportunity to read.

Hlvrai has a lot of really interesting philosophical/existential implications when viewed through the original "streaming" lens (interpretation? AU? I dont even really know how to describe it ;-;) and I think you explore it so well while also having amazing humor and characterization. Also I fucking love Flatland so its extra cool to see the parallels drawn in square and sphere!!

Btw shout out to your version of Darnold, I love them so much

Calling my series one of the best fanworks you've read is gonna make me full of myself for weeks, lol. And you're absolutely right about the implications of the series through the perspective of being streamed in-universe. When I started writing, I was frustrated at the lack of fanworks that took this reading and had FUN with it. I like Not-a-Game content as much as the next person, but being a stream of a video game doesn't have to be a restriction for this world! If it sounds existentially horrifying, that's an emotion you can work with! If that sounds like a great excuse to make the characters clown around on twitch dot com, you can work with that too! At the same time!!
