YES! Of course, Wrecker got to fill out as an older guy! There is ZERO doubt in my mind that he got an adorable, over-the-belt belly but stayed just as strong as always!

And there's no way he heard about the old man who flies through the night on a miniature speeder pulled by eight tiny purrgil delivering gifts to children and didn't don the costume to spread that joy all over Pabu! (It has to be purrgil, right? How else could he get to all the children of the galaxy in one night?)

Oh, shoot. Now, I want to rewrite "'Twas the Night Before Christmas" with Wrecker as Santa. Putting a pin in that one for next year...

Gonna start a One Good Thing tag, where i find at least one good thing/thing to be happy about every single day. Right now it feels hard, but its when it feels the hardest that we need it the most. So, today's one good thing: wife found a loaf of lemon blueberry bread for my morning toast. It was delicious and I felt very loved

what I love about Chuck tingle is that.. like.. he's our little guy right? you know what I mean? he's our little guy and we love him and he loves us and that helps us love each other better because love is real, you know? but he's just pur little guy...

and then every now and again you see someone that's a Big Guy out in BigGuydom and he goes "chuck is my little guy" or "chuck is my Big Guy" and you're reminded that he's everyone's little guy, he is everyone's Big Guy, because chuck IS love is love and he is also all of us so we are all each other and each other is love ❤️

which, of course we are. because we are REAL and so is love ❤️

things to do when you're unhappy

disclaimer: i'm not a therapist, but i have been through rough times in my life and have decided to share ways I've managed my pain.

#1 cry it out

whenever i felt sad, adults around me always told me to just cry. and this has helped me so much. doesnt matter why youre unhappy, crying it out is the best way to feel better.

#2 brain dump

journal your thoughts and talk about what made you unhappy. and you if you don't want to do that, talk about the things that made you happy during ur day.

#3 rewind. relax.

take a day off of work or school and just sit at home relaxing and taking care of urself (e.g., baths, eating the foods u love, tidying ur environment, etc) just in general have a self-care day, & forgive urself. & remember self-care requires self-love first.

#4 do things u love

hobbies are here to evoke a sense of joy or happiness in your heart, so read that book, play that guitar, or rewatch that movie you loved. do something you love or enjoy, even if it seems silly to u now.

#5 move ur body

this is the most healthy distraction when you're sad or angry, whether it be walking or yoga, its the best way to distract yourself from getting sadder or overthinking.

#6 be grateful

be grateful for what you have now, and don't dwell on what you lost. never live in the past, always look forward!

#7 talk to someone

talking to a therapist or a friend(with their permission in mind) is a great way to feel a sense of security and understanding in your situation. it can seem really uncomfortable at first, but remember that there are people around you who want to help and take care of u.
