Funny story, I originally wanted to color these sketches, but I found that most of my traditional art supplies are unusable (the pencil colors has a very faded color, and most of my markers have a diluted yellow coloring lmaoooo ToT). I haven't been using them from 2019 and it really shows.

sae isn’t much of a talker. but when he does open that mouth of it, words of trust and love flow out from his lips (at least that’s the case for you.)

itoshi rin: y/n, stupid, dumbass

while all of these sound derogatory and basic, it’s just how rin expresses his love for you. it’s not that he doesn’t like to call you pet names (he calls you "love" once in awhile), he just doesn’t get why you have to call your lover by other terms?!@# he just wants to keep it simple. (plus he loves your name so much ueueueue)

shidou ryusei: darlin’, sweets, doll 

yup the typical fuckboy pet names. i don’t even have an explanation as to why but he loves calling you these (especially sweets).

kaiser michael: mein liebling/schatz (my darling), mein liebe (my love), mein herz (my heart)

mikka LOVESSSSSSSSS calling you these on a daily basis to the point some of his teammates (noa and even isagi 😭) even call you these instead of your name (he gets extremely jealous and pouty). 

bachira meguru: baby, bee, sweetheart

ah yes, the typical corny ass pet names. some people might yuck it but in bachira’s words, ‘don’t yum my yuck’ (you told him it was yuck my yum). no one can stop him, he’s just too in love with you (plus he calls you these to spite kaiser). 

isagi yoichi: princess, babe, sunshine

here comes the king of cringe yoichi. now, he doesn’t see anything wrong with these; it’s just the people around him are making a big fuss about these. they’re really cute! and his partner’s really cute too!

mikage reo: love, darling, sweetheart

he likes calling you simple, yet classy endearments. his favourite one to call you tho is definitely ‘love’. simple endearments for a lovely guy indeed. 

nagi seishiro: babe, y/n, darl’

now, seishiro doesn’t really like talking which is why these are really simple (but they’re so cute with the way he drags them out like “baaaaaaaabe” or “y/nnnnnnn”). but when he’s in a silly goofy mood (especially when he finishes a game), he’ll call you darl’ or just darling with a stupid smirk on his face.

chigiri hyoma: love, stupid, y/n

i just imagine hyoma to be a silly lover. someone who you can playfully banter with and someone you can love without limits. he’s just a simple guy. (he WILL beg you to buy him his hair care materials, comb his hair and style his hair). 

baro shoei: princess, darling, bunny

he says these to rile you up and make you all blushy and giggly. that’s it. that’s the explanation mhm mhm.

kunigami rensuke: princess, love, my dear

he’s a BIIIIIIIIIIIG softie in my eyes. he’s so soft-spoken and HSAASFDIS i can hear him say these im not even kidding (i’m delusional)

Camus character analysis: games VS anime

If you finished the Uta no Prince-sama anime and your opinion of this man is "wow, he's kinda terrible," I don't blame you. in fact I've seen a lot of people say this

In this post, I want to talk about his characterization in the games and give my two cents on what the anime was trying to do with him, especially in his single focus episode Saintly Territory (S3E6).

Disclaimer: I wrote this on a whim because I'm sick and stuck at home so if anyone reads this, sorry I might go all over the place

Spoilers for all of the games!

The "be my slave" thing

Starting with Anime Camus's most egregious crime: treating Haruka like a servant/slave (however you want to translate it)

Basically in his focus episode, Haruka is tasked with writing a song for Camus. She wants to learn more about him in order to write it, but Camus will only let her follow him if she acts as his servant. She accepts without complaining, Cecil is rightfully angry, Haruka continues anyway and the song gets completed.

Now, am I about to say that Game Camus would never do this? No because he literally does lmao.

The anime doesn't pull this "servant" plotline out of nowhere, here's the context in his route:

Haruka accidentally overhears Camus talking about a plot to assassinate Saotome on the phone. When he notices that she heard everything, he basically tells her that he has to kill her now. But if she served him, he'd be able to keep an eye on her, make sure she doesn't leak anything, so she could escape death.

Okay uh "work under me or DIE" isn't exactly better, nor is it a good start to a love story, but I'm not finished!!

(A side note: I have to add that the anime made him look like an even bigger asshole and borderline dumb when it came to the things he made her do. Like he expected her to know that snapping your fingers means you want coffee without prior explanation. bro

^This might have been for comedic effect but I promise he can be actually funny and endearing.)

What the anime couldn't cover

The Camus episode wraps up with Haruka pulling through and writing a song that makes Camus "sincere," he says it's cool at the very end and that's the episode. I think the problem is that we technically didn't see him being sincere or what that even means to him, besides when he was singing (banger song btw)

It's a shame because in a 20-minute episode you really can't show the game experience of slowly piecing together what this man's problem is.

First of all, in Debut and AS you'll be quick to notice that he always has homeland and duty on the mind, constantly reminding himself that he's in Shining Agency/Japan for a reason, and it's NOT to have fun or make friends

The truth is, he slowly starts to appreciate the banter with his colleagues, music, and working there in general.

But because of his initial mindset, he has to rationalize & justify every connection he forms, like "it's just for work" or worse: "actually it was ALL A LIE and I NEVER ENJOYED A SECOND OF THE TIME WE SPENT TOGETHER, I'm such a great actor haha"

He uses that to fool himself and to push the other person away so it doesn't happen again. This scene is probably the best example:

He also does this in the Non-Fiction drama, which may or may not have actually happened, but I think it's still a pretty good reflection of what could happen in reality because he tells Ranmaru their bond was a lie, then mopes around in his guilt thinking about the good times and wondering why he's sad, and THEN later doubles down on the "it was a lie, I don't care about you" because he just can't let himself get attached to anything.

Basically, he's terrified at the thought of forming actual bonds because he genuinely thinks he's nothing if he stops being a cold weapon:

At one point he does admit he sucks (as a love interest)-

-which is pretty huge by utapri standards. I love these games, but the amount of times where a male lead does something icky, and everyone, including Haruka, acts like it's normal or like it's Haruka's fault is ehhh but I digress

Upbringing

Of course he's very proud of his homeland and status, but sometimes it's to the point of thinking he can't be anything other than his title. So why is he like this?

We got to hear about his childhood from Camus himself a few times, and it often ended with Haruka thinking "wait? that's kinda messed up?" and Camus insisting it's nothing/it's normal so yeah that's something...

His parents were in an unhappy arranged marriage, and his mother was forced to birth an heir which traumatized her so much that she can't see Camus without falling ill. Overall it's a pretty tragic situation since what happened to her was horrible, though not Camus's fault either. Even now she refuses to see him, and I wouldn't say that makes him sad because he never really met her, but simply knowing of her sacrifice probably adds a lot of pressure. As in, he only exists for this one purpose (inheriting his father's title and serving the country), so if he doesn't play his part correctly, it would have all been for nothing.

He was raised by his father not as a child or son but as the heir, always treated and judged as an adult (even during physical training apparently, make of that what you will)

When Haruka asks about childhood memories he has a very hard time finding something that doesn't have to do with his duties or the nation. And then admits he didn't truly have a "childhood" since he was never treated like a child

As for the queen, I think his love for her is sincere: she taught him a lot of things growing up, and according to him, she's also a victim trapped by her duties so he wants to ease the burden.

So hypothetically, if he found things or people that made him happy in Japan, he would feel obligated to lock them away because that happiness is incompatible with his life: he'll have to leave when his mission ends, he shouldn't be spending time on things that aren't "useful" as he doesn't have the free will to pursue them

In his mind he's completely tied down by the fact that he was born and raised for a single reason, and the fact that he does want to serve the queen.

Also it might sound ridiculous to bring his self-worth into question because of how pretentious he is, but I've counted a few situations where he seemed to have complete disregard for his own life, only worrying about Haruka and Cecil's safety in scenes when they were present. And he thinks wanting to be loved unconditionally is a childish thought he shouldn't have.

"Double Face" was a lie. There's like at least 10 layers

On the surface he does have two personas, his perfect polite butler act for the media, and his cold bitchy attitude off camera. But honestly, even when he's not acting as a butler, he's often putting up a front to hide any form of vulnerability (from himself as well)

His main struggle is finding who he is outside of what he's being told to do. Before, he never actually stopped to think about what he WANTS because it just never occurs to him, or if it does he ignores it.

That's why realizing that he has his own desires is essential to his character development, and him staying with Quartet Night (and Haruka in his routes) is so important. It's why Reiji feels the need to reach out and when he does, Camus either freezes up or tears up;

This all makes him the opposite of Ranmaru (being true to yourself and sincere), and similar to Ai (gradually learning to view the world in a less cold and logical way), but I kind of want to save that for another post lmao

He is especially hard on Cecil because Cecil says & does whatever he wants, and everything still works out for him, which is a way of life that Camus can't imagine for himself at all (despite maybe wanting it?)

That he can realize this and eventually admit out loud, despite all his pride, is also one of my favorite things about him

Season 2 does hint at something, so that's pretty cool!

Side note, I really love that his theme in the new Oracle series is "Change," the melting of ice.

So what was the anime supposed to do??

Of course there's no way to show all this in a single episode or even during the runtime of the anime, and I never expected them to because the story is very surface-level (that goes for all characters).

It's just unfortunate since the anime is the most accessible and well-known utapri media in the western fandom, and the character's main episode is bound to leave the biggest impression.

I understand the choice of being laser-focused on the servant plotline, it's supposed to be funny (?) and waters him down to a trope that's easy to understand at first glance (the step-on-me guy I guess)

Still, I can't help but compare it to Ranmaru's episode, who was also hard to work with in the games but was chill in S3E7 and got to pet cats. Anime onlys will never know how much Camus loves to dote on his dog smh.....

It's home cinema manufacturing time! 🏴‍☠️ Gonna put my pirate show on my shelf! (I'm doing an Arts and Crafts Project and I'm making it everyone's problem.)

After seeing how much they cost, I abandoned the idea of getting a Blu-ray writer for now. For the time being, good old DVDs is what it's going to be! My TV is old and not very big, so DVD resolution is gonna be fine.

It's been ages since I last burned a DVD. For the full experience, I'm gonna create nice menus and pretty sleeves for the boxes. Graphic design is my passion! Um.

Well. First needed to find a program to do stuff with. I'm a Linux guy, so I'm using Devede. (Which is free, btw. In case someone else wants to do a low cost spot of putting pirate show on the shelf.)

DVDs fit a maximum of 120 minutes of video. So, four episodes, I thought. But after a quick attempt, the program refused to do more than three (maybe because of the menu also taking up space, and four episodes cutting pretty close to the 120 min mark?). Anyway, three episodes per disc it is. It's a pretty nice runtime for watching the entire disc, IMO. An hour and a half, and then you can return to reality to realise you should probably eat something, or go to bed because it's midnight.

OFMD with its current two seasons has a total of eighteen episodes, which is divisible by three. You get the following setup:

Disc 1: Pilot, A Damned Man, The Gentleman Pirate - That's pretty good, Stede's introduction to piracy all on one disc!

Disc 2: Discomfort in a Married State, The Best Revenge is Dressing Well, The Art of Fuckery - All bangers. Great to watch together, our boys meet and shenanigans happen!

Disc 3: This is Happening, We Gull Way Back, Act of Grace - Many romantic moments, lots of great scenes, shit hits the fan at the end there. Alright!

Disc 4: Wherever you go, there you are, Impossible Birds, Red Flags - ... Pain and angst! What have I done!?! The disc of horrors. Gotta make sure to have tissues at hand when I watch this. But hey, it also has messy bun Ed! Small mercies.

Disc 5: The Innkeeper, Fun and Games, The Curse of the Seafaring Life. - Another disc with all winners. I love all these episodes so much! (You can watch this disc to recover from the trauma of the previous one!) But seriously, this one slaps.

Disc 6: Calypso's Birthday, Man on Fire, Mermen - Great combination again. Season finale! Love and excitement!

... Honestly, except for the psychological damage of putting all the most painful episodes together, this is coming out pretty cool. Says a lot about how good the show is. I actually really love all the episodes (yes even the painful angsty episodes of massive depression). Thinking about this little project really reminded me how much I love this entire show.

So, we got a tracklist, now menus, then we can burn this stuff!

I did the menu backgrounds in GIMP. Realised I have a big folder full of screenshots I took myself, screenshots someone else took and posted on Tumblr, official promo pics for the show, and I have no idea anymore where most of them are from, because I named the files according to what's on them. Which is useful for when you want to find pics (Need a picture of cursed suit Stede? I have files named that, easy peasy!), but not so great if you wanted to give credit to whoever took a given pic you used. (It's probably @sherlockig or @ofmd-ann or @blakbonnet. Please feel credited, your beautiful screens and gifs brighten my day, and some of them are now probably part of my DVD menus. Shrunk down and cropped, but, yeah.)

I originally wanted to structure my menus as having the title of an episode, then some pics from it, then the next episode, then pics from that, and so forth, but I couldn't convince the program to give me the necessary padding between the menu items, so I ended up just putting the episode images below the menu. Still like it.

and thank you so much!! But I really don’t think I’m that good at writing. I think I’m good at story telling, which is something of a different skill imo, but writing… I used to really suck to be quite honest. But that’s par for the course, most of us suck at most things when we start. I used to draw ponies with massively unnaturally eyes. The first time I played ddr I hit one arrow and ran away (I got scary good at ddr at one point in my life btw). And when I first decided to try writing, it was a hot mess.

but that’s why fanfiction is so awesome! When people follow the ‘don’t like don’t read rule’, anyway. I sucked but I had a small little fanclub of about three people and they kept me going!! And just like with anything else, if you keep doing it, you will get better. Art is not a god given gift, it’s a skill like anything else.

as for what got me into it though…. Good question. I think I just wanted to see specific themes in the books/games that I was into, and when I couldn’t find the exact story I wanted, I started to write them.

Aaaand as for advice I’d give myself… I don’t think I’d give any honestly. I was a kid and I was having fun. I wasn’t thinking about anything serious, I was just winging it, totally unworried with whether what I wrote was good or not, hoping someone else might like it. I have no advice to give to someone with that beautiful mindset other than ‘yeah girl. Get it.’

Scrolling through your blog feeds my brainrot so well.. So many references/Easter eggs, especially w/ your arsenic blue + associated tags 😩 Hsr?? Diabolik Lovers?? I've been hit with nostalgia so hard... Imagining Percy and the Percy kids in these respective universe... The power scaling would be such heavy diff 😭 In HSR, Percy would be a whole phenomena, depending on the kids they would be whole ass Aeons!!! The lore would be crazy, especially to the characters in the HSR-verse, the potential encounters there.. Some of the Beel kids especially.. genuine eldritch entities there, cosmic horror on a scale previously unknown to any poor trailblazers that happen across poor Percy's spawn.. Imagine them appearing out of nowhere and just terrorising the whole Hoyoverse with their ineffable presence. Lore accurate (to arsenic blues which is somehow more terrifying than actual ROR canon to me) ROR entities would be horrifying to HSR. Trailblazers would be shook, the Herta Spaxe station would be working overtime to figure out what the fuck these absolute fucking lovcraftian horrors are and where they came from... The Genius Society would be stumped, exhilarated and scared shitless if they had any sense (serves them mfs right, they're sleeping on my man Ratio, crisis deserved). If Percy had any level of interaction with literally any faction in HSR she'd probably be so apologetic.. If she was inclined to let slip that those absolute, universe level threats were actually her children. That she physically gave birth to ☠️ what an exchange to have..

Genshin has been mentioned before, even in the fic itself, so they would be extra fucked if they were doomed with Percys fucked up family trees intervention. So much worse than HSR because Genshin takes place on Teyvat which is a single planet, and from what's available in the lore rn, unless Celestia is secretly goated (not that we'd know because they're so elusive about what the hell Celestia even is) they're extra extra extra fucked with the power scaling. Genshin 'Gods'(/Archons) are NOT comparable to ROR Gods in theeee SLIGHTEST 😭

I watched Diabolik Lovers when I was like twelve, and somewhat recently revisited it and looked deeper than just the anime, so there are more factors to a potential crossover with that universe depending on how much of the lore you've consumed and wether you've seen translations of the games (they have banger character songs for Diabolik Lovers btw, I didn't know they existed at first but they do and they're actually really good. I'd recommend Kill You Again, an Azusa song bc hes my fave, my baby boy, my poor little masochistic meow meow ❤️‍🩹🗡). But I digress - I can see the Percy kids going to that universe for shots and giggles, with how haughty the Sakamaki's/Mukamis behave it would be so satisfying to see them get shat on by their power levels being dwarfed, #justiceforYui. I can imagine some Percy kids would infiltrate their universe and start attending their night school or something just to torment them 💀

The closest thing Diabolik Lovers have to a god (that we know of) is Karlehinz Sakamaki, who's the Vampire King and yada yada, he's very powerful in the lore, because I know I've seen somewhere that, while his kids backstories and abuses are way worse in the actual lore than the anime, they were deliberately engineered to be that way because he kept fucking rewinding time, specifically in Cordelias case (mother of the triplets) until she behaved exactly the way he wanted her to to break their kids so that the only form of love they could ever know was the 'love' they'd inevitably feel for Yui. It wasn't really expanded on in the anime aside from the vague references to 'Eve' and picking an 'Adam', but the whole purpose was to have one of the vamps procreate with Yui to conceive a new species, it was also something to do with some disease call Endzeit I think? That wiped out a whole species of demons (I could be mistaken about those two things being connected, but I know the disease exists in the lore and the demons were wiped out, just no lt sure if the disease is the direct cause)- which is what the vampires actually are, they're just a specific clan of demons, I think related to bats, which is why they resemble vampires.

Karlheinz also has some freaky relatives called Shin and Carla, the werewolf (yes, they are actually vampires, shh) dudes who very briefly showed up in the anime who were never expanded on because there were no more seasons. They were part of the race that was wiped out - First Bloods - and have an obsession with restoring their race or whatever (Carla wants to cure Enzeit as well because, oopsie, it appears he has that exact terminal illness, RIP) so they'd definitely have a particular interest in any Percy kids that happened to pop into their dimension because who better to repopulate with than the exact kind of superior race they're trying to propagate??

the hsr AU got me thinking of the differences between ror gods and the aeons and it's lowkey like the pjo gods and ror (arsenic blues specifically) gods with the whole freedom thing 💔💔 aeons have even LESS freedom than pjo gods 💔 they quite literally have no choice but to follow their paths. nanook must destroy, qlipoth must preserve, lan must hunt, yaoshi must give in abundance, etc. etc. meanwhile our favorite gods represent their domains yes, but they're not TIED DOWN by it. plus, aeons are soooo distant from their people, meanwhile if the percy babies were to get yoinked to that universe, they WILL be direct and up in your face just for shits and giggles 😭😭😭

My first time every drawing a mouse as well and he’s in a silly little pose. I could’ve drawn him as a normal Link, but this is funnier.

Hero from @realmsofhylia: A combination of CD-i Link with the Link of the Zelda Cartoon is so fun. He hasn’t appeared in the fic yet(here’s the fic btw), but I do like his design and concept. Also, in the fic, there’s little pixel art of the characters sprinkled about the chapters and it’s just the cutest thing, I cannot wait to see all the characters, go read the fic it’s great.

Donald is SO SMALL. Shoutout to the PKNA writers for pushing the entire main Duckverse cast to the side so that they could create an all-new roster of characters that all fucking TOWER over Donald in height. So obviously they bring up that Odin just means "One" (or Uno) but it's also worth pointing out what an Eidolon is. Eidolon is a Greek term, meaning "a spirit-image of a living or dead person; a shade or phantom look-alike of the human form" (at least according to Wikipedia).

"ODIN EIDOLON" LITERALLY TRANSLATES TO "UNO'S GHOST" I FUCKING HATE HIM. I'M SMASHING HIM WITH HAMMERS. AFFECTIONATELY.

Anyways to wrap up with some final thoughts-

Something that doesn't really get addressed in this comic (probably for plot reasons, it's not super relevant) is just how comforting it must be for Donald to travel to the future and see that the Evronian Empire is all but wiped out, a shell of its former self. Obviously timelines can still change, we saw that in Day of the Cold Sun, but it still must be nice to see that all the fighting he does is going to pay off in a big way.

Btw remember that bit in an earlier chapter about Uno finding Lyla attractive? Yeah well I should think so considering that YOU'RE THE ONE THAT BUILT HER- Okay well he's not the DESIGNER but still I think that connection is funny ok. I wonder if Uno scanned Odin's gun and was like "oh"

I like this comic, I think it's another really good one. I mean it's no Earthquake but still, between Day of the Cold Sun, Earthquake, and then this volume I feel like we've just had banger after banger after banger. I'm also super stoked to have Odin in the story now, even if thinking about Uno way outliving Donald and being excited to see him again after 200 years makes me really depressed if I think about it too hard. I'm happy that he got to escape the confines of Ducklair tower and even got a cunty green suit in the process though, good for him. Donald is REALLY gonna regret not accepting that explanation from Uno though, RIP 🙏 SUUURELY he'll figure it out one of these days guys. Like EVENTUALLY. Right???

we truly are the handshake meme and the topic is Loving Monoma Neito. in honor of our shared braincell, please have some headcanons for Pro Hero Phantom Thief (under a read more due to spoiler-adjacent topics)

Deku canonically listed Monoma as someone who was climbing rapidly in the rankings (which kicked my ass, btw), so i like to think that he's currently somewhere around number 7 or 8 on the Hero Billboard Chart

Monoma was the first person in class B to make it to the top 20; Pony saw that he had broken in at number 17, and she was so excited that she blasted the old Class B group chat with a bunch of messages written in English before she realized that only a handful of her friends could understand her

despite ranking well on the Hero Billboard Chart, Monoma still shows up pretty consistently in articles about "heroes with villainous quirks;" it used to sting, but he's always leaned into the "unheroic-hero" archetype, so he's learned to roll with it

Kendo has not learned to roll with it, and she is constantly ready to throw massive, massive hands for him

actually you know what, i'm not done talking about it; after graduating, Monoma was in this weird limbo wherein the public recognized him as an important hero who helped massively during the war, but they also kept drawing comparison's between his quirk and All-for-One; Monoma ended up tipping the public's opinion in his favor when he saved an elementary school by copying quirks from the children that he was protecting

Monoma constantly shows his support for his previous classmates, especially now that he's in the public spotlight. he namedrops them in interviews. he showcases their quirks as often as he can. he wears their merch on casual days out, even when it is sometimes painfully unstylish (i am looking at you, Tetsutetsu)

a few years out of high school, Monoma and Shinso decided to start an agency that specifically scouted for unconventional (read as "useless" or "villainous") quirks like their own. public response was initially mixed, but after a few years, there's no denying the incredible work that they have done

Monoma's social media game is unrivaled. he's active on every platform and routinely posts absolute bangers. there isn't really any bad blood between him and the previous class A students anymore, but sometimes he likes to ratio Bakugo just because he can.

where canon left off (i.e. 6 years post-graduation from UA), Monoma is able to copy up to 5 quirks for 25 minutes a piece, and he's able to store them for later use. the timer only runs when the quirk is active.

Monoma is also able to use two quirks at a time, but at least one of them has to be one that he's very familiar with. (it takes a lot of concentration to juggle multiple quirks, and it can be dangerous to both himself and others if he doesn't do it right).

Girl help I just played Slay the Princess loved it btw and I've already started incorporating it into my Rhaayn and Petrigrof brainrot

(I tried to stay vague enough on the graph that you could still play StP mostly blind but spoilers for it in this ramble)

So with Riot Forge going strong and making banger game after banger game I've always wanted them to make a Kayn game, mostly because I think he'd be a perfect character to do a game with multiple endings with and StP shows a great way to do that. Not that Kayn's game should be a horror visual novel (I was imagining either a roguelike or a hack-n-slash for him), but that in StP the choices the player makes in how he goes about slaying or saving the Princess vastly changes how the rest of the game goes. It would be so cool to have Kayn's game change based on if your play as Kayn or Rhaast and you choose whether to kill or spare the other, or even if the other uses that chance to kill you. Idk I just think that'd be a cool idea for a game for them but I doubt Riot would do it so they can keep canon consistent and not have to worry about which ending actually happened.

“You staying long?” More small talk. “Probably not.” And here goes whatever hope he still had. “As I said, it wasn't an emergency so.. I should fly back tomorrow.” Cas gives him another awkward almost-smile. Dean hates it.

Cas is lying here btw. which is a very stupid lie bc he will see Dean again, obviously, considering his plans. but he lies nonetheless I love a guy who lies and makes the reader go 'uh? wasn't he staying? he said he was staying.' keep you on your toes!! WILL he be staying!? 🧐

“Are you..” Dean makes a vague hand gesture. He doesn't even know what he's trying to describe by encompassing all of Cas. “..you know?”

nights are never dull with miyuki kazuya. said nights include staying up well past midnight playing console games, gossiping about random couples you saw in his game a while ago, and something as simple as fighting over the blanket. 

well, this night is definitely one of those.

“stop moving i'm about to fall off the bed!” you complain.

“it's not my fault it's damn cold, who set the ac to 16 degrees anyways?!” miyuki quips.

him and his stupid brain. “you, stupid!” you say as you pull the blanket over to your side with all your strength.

it had been a very hot day which meant a very hot room in your shared apartment. while outside felt a bit cooler with the wind, the inside felt like hell. so here you both are snuggled up in your king size bed fighting over a stupid blanket because some stupid guy who plays baseball set the temperature to 16 degrees and left the ac remote on a very far table in the room. of course, neither of you plan to get out of the bed and walk those ten steps. amazing, right? yeah. definitely one of the worst nights with him 0/10, -1090200 aura points. never doing this again. 

you felt a jab on your chest. “hey! watch it, stupid” 

“it's not my fault you're hogging the blanket!” he complains.

you take deep breathes to calm yourself before threatening him with a white lie, “okay you know what just because of that im going to sleep in the bathroom.” 

then you heard it. he whines. miyuki kazuya whines and kicks his feet like a little toddler. “don't! it's cold and you're going to leave your poor and lonely husband here?! what a traitor!” he turns away from you and hugs the blanket closer to him.

great, he’s sulking now. and worse, he has the blanket. 

you sigh deeply, agitated with the way he's acting. yet, it's very endearing.

what a doofus. 

you close your eyes and try not to think about the discomfort of the skin-biting cold.

a few minutes pass and you faintly hear the sheets ruffling again—almost succumbing to the sweet embrace of slumber. however, your tranquility was interrupted by two strong arms and a heated blanket around your figure. 

you slightly open your eyes to see a pouting thing beside you.

“what's your problem now, kazuya?”

“go to sleep, stupid.”

“okay, whatever. thanks for sharing my blanket with me, handsome” yeah. your blanket definitely. 

right as you drift off to dreamland, you feel his lips on yours for a brief moment. 

“i love you” 

okay, maybe the night wasn't bad at all. +10000 aura points, 11/10 will do again.  

and thanks to that, miyuki kazuya woke up to his favourite sight on the bed-–a sticky note that says, hey, just went to pick up some groceries and supplies for my project. you're on cleaning duty today btw. also, mr. and mrs. fluff's litter boxes need changes. pls do them. it's to make up for hogging the blanket :)). love, your dearest 💛. definitely put a scowl on his face.

safe to say miyuki kazuya will never ever hog the blanket…

and forget about the ac remote. tsk. who even decided to put that stupid table in the corner?
