i have been a ball of depression lately as well as my physical health worsening pretty severly this past week due to stress and so my friends have been. trying so hard to get me to get out and do things and its very sweet but i feel bad because the whole time i’m just a total mess

#they say they dont mind but i need to really. stop #im stuck.#and i know it’s hard on my friends to see me like this since i’ve been doing a lot better and now am back to my old habits #but i felt bad because they took me out shopping and to dinner tonight and i just had a headache and was limping and couldnt stop talking #about the recent death in my family and all the stress from classes and socially and how lost i feel #and i just wanted so bad to just. enjoy myself but i couldnt #but my friends know about how severe my depression is and are all very used to it #its in fact more normal than not. but i was really. feeling at my best for several months so the crash back down to not eating and sleeping #and being unable to fully tidy my room and all that stuff has been. difficult for me as well as those around me #it’s been normal for me for so long to live terribly that taking care of myself for a while and then losing the drive to has been. hard #im trying to get better but i slide back down #i need to work on my constant self loathing but i keep walking around just. conviced im such a burden and being sad makes it even worse #i just. am always overcompensating for my lack of #ability to love myself with just. constantly showering everyone around me with love and its. hard for me when i dont have the energy to do #even that anymore. its hard to let people take care of me when i just want to take care of them all the time

Ok, so I was taking a walk with my family down by the local harbour, to get fresh air and all after the holiday frenzy. Great Northern Divers (common loons for you Americans out there) were on my mind as we were passing by an ideal spot to look out over the sea and there has been reports of them nearby in the county recently.

We are coming back from the pier, and on the grass, I see a little bird foraging. “Oh it’s just a robin,” I think, as it had a very robin-like silhouette and movements. I look through the bins and I’m immediately ecstatic, because it was not a robin, but a Black Redstart! Uncommon in Ireland, but not an unheard rarity. There were many walkers there too, completely unaware of the little guy, walking as normal. To think that there was a unique little guy right there under their noses and they just don’t know… My family were almost indifferent, kinda bamboozled cuz i just gasped like I had seen a celebrity out of nowhere lol. They showed some curiosity at home tho. :)

The way she jumped up to catch some bugs and showed the rusty orange rump and tail, and the dark streak down the middle, all on a slate grey little bird. What a pleasant holiday surprise, and a 3rd lifer of the week! Might post the pics later today.

Additionally, there were also some black guillemots out on the sea, where some of them had the snow white winter plumage. Also a very lovely thing to see after the 25th, especially since it’s been maybe a year since my last Black Guillemots. A late Christmas present indeed. :)

Wowie!! Look at that!! Mack made the Elite Trine in Pony Town!!

They have cutiemark things too!! Starscream has a star, Skywarp has a cloud, and Thundercracker has a lightning bolt!!

I also made them little holiday costumes and a second Screamer where he has a crown!

I'm really really proud of them!! I've been hanging out around the gravity falls section as Skywarp because my friends like to go as Bill and Ford!!!

Also the campsite as Starscream when all the bubbles get to be a bit too much.

depression is really weird actually wdym i spent 2.5 years of my life in bed

#and wdym that lifestyle changed so quickly into being out and about and an active member of the world??#very proud of myself #and i mean it wasn't that quick of a change #it was like 1.5 years primarily depression bedrotting with occasional school -> primarily depression bedrotting ->#primarily depression bedrotting with 3-9 hours of work weekly -> straight into 31+ hours school+9-12 hours work weekly #so there was somewhat of a gradual progression #but still #also wowza i wake up 7-7:30am every morning now. 1pm was an early wake up for a not so insignificant amount of time #i mean of all fundamental growth years to miss out on the ages like what 12/13-15 aren't too bad? they would suck in a different way if i #had been socially involved #anyway it's just. yea i'm proud of myself but it is a crazy lifestyle change #and even when i was deeply depressed in a horrible routine i feel like i learned a lot. how to regulate my emotions and cope well and find #the joy in everything. bc if i stayed in bed all day then i would at least be happy about the sun or whatever #and for the while of being not at school at all i WANTED to be at school i just could not find one bc our school system is so cute like tha #(basically every school is at capacity and the local school that has a guaranteed place for me would have been an all boys or girls 😭)#but i miraculously found and got into this school and miraculously made it work so well for me socially and now academically #it's also a good time to get back into school for my education bc any later and it woulda been pretty bad for all my certifications and uni #ive missed out on so much maths that its not worth it to me to try and catch up but my teacher knows that #but ive always hated maths regardless i only ever understood it for the first half of yr 7 then my attendance dropped #and after my recent exam i decided to try harder at school. but i still got an A on the exam i didn't study for!! academic weapon fr #i'm just idk thinking back to myself in the past few years #and how hopeless it all felt. but i got out of it!! i beat the depression and social anxiety and found a good place and made the most of it #and during the peak of my depression i remember i went out someplace near my old school and panicked so so badly about seeing #kids from my old school. and the friends at the time didnt really check on me when i went to shake and cry in a side street lmao #i kept the best of that friendgroup and have better friends now. but anyway now i take a bus each morning with some kids from my old school #and you see these hands? they look like they're shaking to you?#anyway yeah it's just cool i got to this point :) i really had no hope for so long but now i have a life i'm living and a future i'm build #--ing towards #which is funny i just decided some random day last november after watching some better call saul 'huh actually lawyer would b pretty cool'#and will i get there? we'll see but i do have hope now

made Luffy and Law in tomodachi life like a week ago and im testing their compatibility with the girls (cant be gay in this game 😔) and while luffy best love compatibility is with a gnc lass named Jade Azhure aka Captain aka the fucking sea as person. he has little to no love compatibility with the rest of the girls which is so funny! He also has a 100% friendship compatibility with a guy called hamster (full name Pikimin Popuko).

Law on the other hands as a +90% love compatibility with four ppl including my fucking wife. (my wife and i love compatibility is 40%…..) why is he so popular??? is he going to steal my wife??

Law and Luffy friendship compatibility is fine, they haven’t met each other yet tho, living next to each other.
