I'm a little confused by the outfits, they're like... similar to their actual Halloween outfits, but not quite the same. I'm not complaining I'm just confused lol.

Barbatos looks so much like a spooky bride. Like even more than his usual zombie costume. It's all those white flowers... I know he's supposed to be some kinda mummy, but yo. Look at this guy. With the off the shoulder neckline and all those roses, I just... it screams creepy bride, okay?!

Solomon looks like he's wearing a tux, too.

If Barb didn't look like he was about to eviscerate Sol, I would say this is their marriage card lol.

A silly Korsica comic + Mimosa thing. I have no idea how Korsica's implants work

Was interested in figuring out what sort of interaction there'd be between Korsica and Macaron - I guess they're colleagues through and through but I can't say I thought about it too hard (there were some fun panels to draw here so I went with it). I'm very sure the whole cute angle was done before but I wanted an excuse to get familiar with drawing almost the rest of the crew, and it's fun.

i’m not sure how many people don’t know this so i’ll say it here:

there’s a difference between macarons and macaroons.

macarons: fancy french cookies (that i’ve never tried because they have almonds in them). according to wikipedia they are made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond meal, and often food coloring. they are apparently also called french macaroons which is confusing.

these:

macaroons: delicious coconut cookies that are sometimes dipped in or drizzled with chocolate. according to wikipedia they also originated in france, in a french monastery, but became popular with jews during passover because they contain no flour (which must be why i think of them as a jewish cookie). apparently they used to be made entirely out of almonds but then got mixed with or in some recipes (all the macaroons i’ve ever had) replaced by coconut.
