I never fucking shared the imac debut i made weeks ago you guys dont even know who ze is uh FYCK IT WE BALL

Aight for context. Heres Imac my horrible horrible son (gender neutral) Xe are a sign up and later debut character for an object camp called Electric Remains (If you don’t know what object camps are uhh the gist is that you sign up a character to one and create “entries” in the form of comics videos whatever, in response to a prompt or “challenge” They're based on object shows like bfdi and inanimate insanity except camps like this tend to be. several degrees away from that.)

Anyways the premise of ER is that it’s a world where the Y2K actually ended the world and so the whole planet is nuked, all humans are dead, and objects are coming to life. And in this camp specifically everyone is competing for a “safe haven” away from all the shit that comes with a post nuclear apocalypse. I fucking love it and have been following it since before the cast reveal and attempted to sign up at this guy initially. Im so normal about er (lying)

DELTARUNE; Gargy's Fairytale Theory

So, lately I've kind of had an itch in the back of my mind about DELTARUNE, more specifically the secret or hidden bosses in the game and a little correlation they all share. I'll try to keep this under 100 pages but i promise nothing (tee hee hee)

If you've played the game to the extent you're looking at a tumblr blog dedicated to it, you're probably familiar with the character's jevil and spamton. These are the two characters coined by the community as "secret bosses", since you have to stray away from the games intended path to find them (in most cases.)

When you defeat spamton in his 'NEO form', a neat little song will play with his dialogue "a real boy!", this is a nod to the fable/fairytale "pinochio" I'm sure everyone's familiar with. It's a story about a doll that comes to life in search of becoming 'a real boy'. This corrilation made me realize there are A LOT of similarity's between pinochio and spamton. The strings, his regular form being a mockup of a doll, even his goal to become "big", its almost like becoming a 'real boy'. He knows he's not 'real', and just like at the end of pinochio, he too becomes renewed (reneo'd).

This made me wonder if the other secret boss, Jevil, represented something other than the Joker card. Then I realized whenever he was hit in his fat empty head it actually sprung out like a jack-in-the-box. I initially discarded this since it wasn't really a fable or fairy-tale, but if you do some digging you'll find it actually is!!!@! back in the 1400's somewhat, the jack in the box was originally named 'The Devil in the Box', essentially it's a story about a man who trapped a devil in a boot in order to save a village in france at the time, kinda like that one story about the court jester who got locked away by his magician friend in order to save their kingdom (haha. hahahahha. thats from deltarune. hahaha.) just to run home my point, jack-in-the-box; Devil in the box. Jack; Devil. What way could you fuse them together? Dack? Jackil? maybe some other 3rd way that has some importance to Yea thats right you know you've always known its Jevil.

Obviously, in deltarune fashion, its easy to overthink most elements in the story. Granted, toby will make an entire 2nd game about a hypothetical character you've never met but no you've only ever POSSIBLY met through a 1/100 chance door where he'll show you his asshole and then disappear into a million pieces, but yea, it's easy to make certain correlations that aren't even really there. In this case however I'd say that there's one more correlation that seals the deal that makes this theory WORTH theorizing.

Yea gaster. even though he's not even technically a character yet, every piece of information regarding him seems to lead people to believe he's not only the narrator at the beginning of the game, but he's also the 'man' behind the tree (since the way you find 'his sprite' in undertale is almost exactly similar ['theres a room in-between, theres a room, in-between']). I'm assuming you know what there is to know about gaster so im not gonna go into it, so onto the correlation.

I've read before someone talking about how gaster represents easter eggs in video games, not only physically (egghead) but metaphorically (the way you find him, his implied involvment with the secret bosses, the fact he gives you an '''''EGG''''' when you DO find him). Well if he is technically involved with the secret bosses, wouldn't that make him a fable too? I'm here to tell you he is. he is HUMPTY DUMPTY from SECOND GRADE FAIRY TALE PLAY.

I've already gone over his physical and metaphorical symbolism relating to eggs, but the story of humpty dumpty is also very, haha, hahahaha, hahahhahahaha

What could this mean? for the future it means that if this theory is right, EVERY secret boss we meet is gonna represent not only a lightworld object, but an actual FAIRTY TALE, a FABLE. I mean, how many fables are out there. I know theres one in particular, one that the game is named after, one that has to do with an ANGEL. an ''''ANGEL'''' with ''''TATTERED WINGS''''''.

Theres like a big biiiigg storyline as these three being main characters thats going on here with several different characters that i wish to update more accurately on my Toyhouse and i have several posts on my instagram but i decided to use tumblr as to rant and ykno fanboy about my own ocs aswell!!!!!!!!! lol

The way it goes is themed after infinite realities, death,, living and basically heaven? Which i came up with after having like several years of haunting dreams LOL

For the longest time since i was little ive had dreams of being in some sort of messed up apocalypse so thats what the mind is from!! His name is Xiety and he looks like me when i had those dreams, or like some fucked up bird thing heheh

After all that though i started having dreams where i was,, different people sort of?? Dreams with different povs or dreams where i lived entire different lives. Thats Jerri! the body.

The last little guy is called matthew and isnt based off any dreams but more based off the feeling i get when i realize im dreaming. Ive never lucid dreamed but ive always had like a moment to realize "this isnt my life" and im just like viewing whats happeining o_0

All together i made a story for when they get sort of seperated, Xiety, the mind is seperated from the two in a apocalyptic world they have control over and hides the heart (matthew). The body being basically a carbon copy of itself just wanders around this world. Jerri cant remember how they got there or where they are from, but they die, over and over and over. Until eventually, they find the heart, in some rubble, and they sort of gain concious enough to realize "um im stuck in infinite zombie reality hell and this is NOT my reality" they take the plush and try to survive, but xiety kinda catches on and feels betrayed by this. He cant comprehend why on earth the body would want to live knowing what he knows (news flash only the mind knows what he knows of their og reality) HENCE the breaking out and being stuck in a infinite inbetween of constant realities woooo. Jerri and Matthew try to find to find the og reality, going through different bodies, meeting different minds and dying in ALOT of them. It becomes kinda clear that in most realities NONE of them do they live or are happy LMAO

that was like a shitty simplification BUT BESIDES ALLAT they litterally stumble into heaven and meet gods and Reapers and souls BUT they cant stay which SUCKS cuz imagine losing it it and one day people see you for yourself and you cant STAY cuz ur technically not dead just abstracted into peices and yaddah yaddah more ocs hehehe

Hi sorry if you’ve answered this before but do you know the “correct” way to watch all rvb content? I recently found out there’s like, bonus episodes outside of the main seasons and have no idea what order I’m supposed to be watching everything in. I’m doing a rewatch soon with my partner and just wanted to know if you knew, no worries if not!

there's also the chorus journals that take place before season 11 (these are technically a miniseries i think). bonus points if you include journal #4 which rt lamely left out of the compilation

finally there's also deleted scenes and general rvb bonus content exists (like the end of season 5 which had several alternate joke endings) if you're interested in watching that. the person who uploaded journal #4 seems to have uploaded a lot of that and (sighs) hopefully i'll have some of that stuff up myself soon in a google drive or something

in order to get paid while i dont have a school they're making me do technically training in the support office (its basically watching YouTube videos on how the smart boards and tablets at schools work...busy work)

but it kinda seems like they dont LIKE ALTs that much in the support office

theyre trying to talk one lady into taking 2 weeks off because her asthma is bad and she keeps saying that shes fine because she CANT take 2weeks off because shes out of PTO and cant afford to miss half the paycheck period

they legally cant force her, but theyve been pestering the shit out of her for more than a week

that second training i did was apparently made last second for the one guy i was in training with (but a lot of the training stuff is partner work so they had me do it with him),, and the guy in charge of the trainings was like "what makes him so special that he got his own special training say instead of waiting for the next one in October?"

even though he was looking right at the guys profile and knew he literally already lived in walking distance to the school they needed an ALT for immediately AND he already had the proper visa so it MADE SENSE to start him immediately but the trainings are legally mandated by the school board, so it MADE SENSE to just give him his own training and then let me participate so i could get paid for SOMETHING while i dont have a school

and one guy was complaining to the lady in charge of apartments that his neighbors were cooking something or using cleaning supplies or something that kept setting off his allergies and he had to go to the hospital twice and shes like "idk what you want me to do about it, i cant stop your neighbors"

he asked to move to a different unit thats also the companies in the same building that's empty and she said no because they were MAYBE moving somebody in there NEXT MONTH??? like thatd be hard paperwork?? moving the new person into his unit and moving him to the empty one???

also i saw them grading somebodys demo video and the lady grading him said "how did he make it this far in the interview, he kinda sucks and we fail 90% of the people that apply anyways" and the guy next to her said "the person doing his interview has failed 82% of the 90% that fails so he needs to pass some to keep out of trouble, but YOU can fail him"

also also, they made this whole big stink about us always being in full business suits all the time, even when the principal and teachers arnt because we are not school employees, we are business employees and representing the company blah blah blah

but NO FUCKING BODY since ive been here has worn a suit once, like they arnt wearing jeans, but ive seen slacks and t shirts or dresses with fun patterns (the only patterns ALTs are allowed are pinstripes, checkers, and polkadots)

also?? this one i took personally cus it was about my friend,,, but the other day her company car died on her while she was driving (she sent me a pic, its a real clunker, full jalopy status, basically a lemon),, and today she called the English help hotline so they could help her translate with the mechanic,, and they put her on hold and were like

"isnt there a required Japanese test during interviews?? she cant do this much?? we need to make that test harder"

like???? we need to know how to say transmission in japanese to teach kindergartners the colors????????? thats why theres a fuckin HOTLINE, this is literally your JOB youre getting PAID for

maybe give her a functional car of you don't wanna deal with this, youre already taking car fees from her check, you gotta deal with the consequenced of giving her a shitty ass car

last thing, bossman called me on Friday asked me to come at 9:00 to talk about stuff, he didn't show up at all today, so he called another guy in the office to talk about the stuff with mw instead at 1:00 (that guy keeps his phone loud, it wasn't on speaker but he was standing next to me and i could hear the whole conversation) and bossman said "she seems forgetful so i was hoping she would forget about the meeting and i could put her on probation for not showing up"

so i was right in thinking they dont actually want me here, i was probably one of the people that guy hired to save his own ass,, which makes sense kinds?? cus i get the vibe bossman is always trying to catch me in a lie by rephrasing the same questions on different occasions even though i NEVER LIED,, hes trying to find something to put me on probation

Pt.1

Jasmine pov:

I was sitting at the table in the kitchen when i notice my fiancé Micheal from the living room turn the TV on to the news. There was an unexpected announcement that made me shake in my seat. “ ATTENTION ALL CITIZENS THERE HAS BEEN AN OUTBREAK ON SOME UNKNOWN CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE STAY SAFE INDOORS AND AND WATCH OUT FOR SOME SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOURS. THANK YOU AND GOOD BYE.” “ Michael did you hear that?” Jasmine said. “ yea I did! I just need to call my family right now” Micheal walks out the kitchen. Jasmine knew he wasn’t about to call his family. She had known for weeks that he was seeing another woman. But Jasmine knew that staying with him was her only option knowing that her parents died in a plane crash a couple years ago. Jasmine only had a little job as a barista in a small coffee shop while Michael was a business owner for a computer company. So technically as long as she stayed quite she would be ok financially . But Jasmine wasn’t always okay Michael would get so mad when Jasmine talked about her parents. Michael was her first relationship, she didn’t quite know what to expect. But she did know that if she didn’t follow his rules she would be homeless on the street.

Couple minutes went by and Michael returned to the kitchen.

“ hey so we need to go to my parents right now so go pack bag or few”

“ what do you mean you heard what the TV said we have to stay indoors! Your parents live over an hour away!”

“It doesn’t matter alright now go pack your bag or stay here be yourself”

“ wow you would really leave me here alone” you say under your breath

“ what you say to me now!”

He walks over to jasmine jaw clenched pointing a finger at her. He gets up in her face towering over her making her feel nervous. He takes a breath puts his hand down and walks away

“ just do what i told you. Go pack a bag”.

Michael leaves the room to head to the bedroom. She take a moment before Breathing again till she sees him gone. Shes not sure why he just stopped mid track of yelling at her but she’s glad thats all he did.

Jasmine had packed a bag, just her bear essentials and went back downstairs to find Michael sitting at the kitchen table.

“Alright you ready to go now honey?”

Honey? Its been a long time since he called me honey something is really strange here.

“ yea I guess but Im still a little confused what is going on”

“It doesn’t matter for now lets just go”

They both locked up the house and walk to the car. Jasmine looked back at the house and just had a feeling she wasn’t coming back any time soon.

It has been about 30mins since both of them has spoke in the car. Jasmine had been looking out her window the entire time trying to figure out whats going on. When finally Michael broke the silence.

“I’m taking you to a house up the mountain Jasmine. Its next to a abandoned city so nothing can get you. I had known there was going to be an outbreak for a long time. I have a lot of connections with multiple people so i planned in advance a house for you”

Is he joking Jasmine thought what kind of outbreak is this. Jasmine has one in mind but theres no way it could be it right? Also what does he mean for a house for me why didn’t he say we or something. This is so strange.

“Michael you said we were going to your parents. Why are you telling me this now?”

“I knew you wouldn’t have gotten in the car if i told you at the house. I knew you would have made a fit about this whole thing so now you can’t get away.

I’m just trying to protect you. You have to understand.” Michael said reaching out for my long black hair. I pull away fast taking my hair out of his hands.

I felt so trapped what does he mean protect me. This whole situation is starting to scare me.

“I don’t even know what to say Michael.” Was the last thing she said.

Then they were finally driving up the mountain now and Jasmine looked out her window to see an overlook beautiful view of her city. She felt a pinch in her gut staring at the city.

Another 30 mins pasted and they finally reached this abandoned city. As they were driving through Jasmine could see all the run down houses and shops and all she could think about is what this city used to look like or if anyone important lived here?

While Jasmine continued to look at all the houses one particularly larger house than the rest of them looked different . Looked like he wasn’t suppose to be there, looked important. But she forgot about it once they finally pulled up to a little cottage just outside the city. It was cute and small with lots if plants around the cottage.

“This is the house you will be staying in now get out and go inside I’ll meet you in there in a second.”

Jasmine got out of the car and headed for the front door. She looked behind her to see Michael on the phone with somebody again, didn’t make her feel any better. Jasmine turned the knob and went in. She was greeted with a smell of flowers as it was spring time. The cottage was decorated inch by inch with lots of flowers 🌸. She liked it so she began to look around the place. There was a small kitchen one bedroom and one bathroom. The living room was the biggest room that you first saw when you walked in. Jasmine put her stuff down on the couch and just then Michael walked in with stern look on his face.

“What is it?”

“I have to go for a while. It won’t be to long so just stay put.”

“ really so now you are leaving me in this place i have never seen?? You cant do this to me I demand answers!”

“Listen your not getting any so if you want to live you do as your told”

Just then Michael rushed back out the door and drove off. Jasmine was so confused and scared but oddly felt little comfort in where she was.

If Michael wasn’t going to give her answers she would find them herself. Jasmine also can’t help but think why Michael looked a little scared?

Jasmine takes a look out the window before stepping outside the door.

“Im surrounded by forest how the fuck am i suppose to find the city??”

Even though Jasmine didn’t know the way Micheal’s car had left tire tracks pointing the direction towards the abandoned city. Jasmine starts to walk towards the city but she could not shake the fact she thought someone was watching her. It kept her on her toes but she did not stop. She was looking for answers and she would get them.

In the distance she could see the little houses and shops which gave her comfort as she was second guessing the way she was going. But as she gets closers she see Michaels car far away. He was talking to someone she couldn’t see who but he looked scared. As she walked closer Michael spotted her but she didn’t hide. Michael looked at her then back at the man then snapped back at her with a terrified look. Jasmine got confused stopped walking and looked back.

Next thing she knows is her ears going muffled and Michael running towards her as Jasmine saw what monsters were chasing after her. Michael slapped the shit out of Jasmine to get her back out of shock. She fell to the ground and immediately got back up to start running.

“MICHEAL WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT DO NOT TELL ME WHAT I THINK IT IS”

“Jasmine i don’t know how to say this but its my fault it’s all my fault! Keep running!”

They end up running towards the one particular house jasmine saw before. Went straight through the front doors and boarded it up with a thick piece of wood.

“ Michael your telling me that there are zombies out side right now! So this whole outbreak was because of you!?!”

“Jasmin-“

“NO were going to die were trapped!”

The zombies kept pushing against the doors harder and harder. Against Michael she wasn’t strong enough.

“What Are You DOing!!”

Michael was holding Jasmine out in front of him as a shield. The more jasmine would wiggle she more harder he was holding her.

“Micheal STOP It HURTS!”

They were slowly stepping up the stair backwards facing the door that would buss any moment.

Jasmine was desperate to get out of Micheals grasp. But there was nothing she could do as Micheal jolts as the doors buss open and a group of zombies start  piling in towards them. Micheal was still holding Jasmine in front of him tightly. As the zombies grow closer and Micheal’s back hits the wall up the stairs the room begins to fill with Jasmine’s screams.

Jasmines thoughts:

Is this how I’m going to die!?! How could this be! How could i get myself in this situation!?! Why did i ever love him!?

Jasmine pov

I could hear Micheal whimpering behind me. Just as the zombies are getting closer and closer I feel my heart drop as i get pushed in towards the zombies. Mid push i turn towards Micheal and one of the zombies catches me. Then everything stops. Nothing happens to me as i close my eyes. I open them again and the group of about 6-7 zombies are all staring at Micheal. I saw Micheal panting scared shitless and expected the zombies to have started eating me but its like they are frozen staring at Micheal with a disgusted face on.

I felt secure in one of the zombies arms as he starts to walk outside carrying me I look back and see the rest of the zombies tearing Micheal apart. I look in front of me and next thing I know a needle is going into my arm and I blackout.

do you have recommendations on where to start listening to fob ? i want to get into it but i’m kinda overwhelmed by everything they did and i’m Lost

ok fob was my first love, but i stopped listening to them until this past year, so ill give a quick over view of the albums so you can see which is you ~vibe~ because they evolve a lot,

i focus a lot on vocals/lyrics, im not a technical kinda guy this is just how i feel and what i can tell, it might be wrong

i got into fob with save rock and roll, theres a music video for each song that tells a story (movie esque), so honestly i recommend watching them in order and listening that way, its a good display of their overall talents/influences

take this to your grave is the first album (technically), angsty and stereotypical 'emo', maybe the "heaviest" album. patrick sounds starchy, pete does a lot of screaming, almost entirely guitars and drum based, the songs all sound pretty similar,

from under the cork tree is still heavy, pretty emo + guitar based, but more produced for lack of better words. they come more into their own style, definitely more cohesive as a band, patrick starts to use his "soul voice", less starchy

infinity on high is where they really start to do their own sound, a lot more emotional, the songs differ from each other, showcasing more of what each member is best at. focusing on portraying certain emotions for a song, they start to have 'slower' songs or sections

folie a duex is the worst album ever made it hurts me so much, they go a lot of directions, and do a lot of things. still a lot of alt influence, starts to get closer to gospel, but honestly i cant give an overall descriptor here, its my favorite album, each song relates to the last but is entirely different, guitar based, but they incorporate a ton of other shit, instruments +features

save rock and roll they go back to rock roots in some songs, but also exhibit genres like electronic + rap (bad wording), also a lot of features (blondie, big sean, elton john, more) . unlike the next album, the influences work really well together.

american beauty/american psycho is the balance point of emo/electronic, i listened to this a lot when it came out, but not much since. the balance limits it somewhat, in mania they actually explore and execute the electronics, in this one the guitar seems to fight with it.

mania departs from the guitars/emo influence, honestly i forced myself away from bandom before this was released, and dont have much time clocked in. pretty diff sound then everything else, very electronic sound, drum and bass kinda stuff, cohesive overall, tpain stylized-autotune vocals.

hello, i love you first off, second ok so the TLDR of the mianite gods is that theres technically a different amount depending entirely on who you talk to and what parts you consider canon so the main three, mianite, dianite, and ianite (order, chaos, and balance respectively) are the ones the streamers follow. ianite was technically made up by sparklez to not pick a side, so legundo choosing to be unaligned COULD make him an ianitee if you follow that logic, since we dont really see anyone thats unaligned in the series EXCEPT for the wizards, who are the builders for the server (one became a main streamer later and mostly stayed unaligned from my understanding but i still havent watched wags pov, sorry king) theres also the Shadows (aka world historian) who is. technically the main threes dad, i think? its complicated, anyways hes basically the bbeg of season 2 and the option all the edgy folks chose on the mianite quotev roleplay groups if they didnt think being a dianitee was edgy enough (bc dianite isnt evil, hes just chaos, tho in s1 he is the bbeg) i think legundo probably would be an ianitee if he absolutely had to pick, but making him unaligned to spite the gods is also super funny and probably more correct though, yeah, technically if you follow isles canon (and i dont, imo isles isnt canon) then actually having faith in a god isnt actually a requirement to follow a god since tom, known dianite champion (and also technically dianites replacement in the s1 world bc. murder reasons) in isles is/pretending to be an ianite follower for a while.

Backstory; The Save File

So, I've been playing this save since I've been in middle school (currently in college) on and off again because my interest comes and goes. So since middle school. Originally, had gotten sims and didn't know what to do, and before as a kiddo i watched videos where people design the disney princess and make them do things, there was a certain series but anyways, it facinated me and i thought it would be fun.

(i first tried cc but i kinda get annoyed that things break so i just gave up after like 2 generations.) Anyways, so I make a sim, get a challenge pulled up, first one i find, try and give up on reading the rules for a legacy challenge, and start.

Immidiated i didn't read the first one because i thought adultery was fun as a middle schooler (haha so edgy) and didn't read that technically you're supposed to have Snow White have 7 children with ONE dude. So. Oops. This is exactly when i decided to be like, screw it these are more of a guideline for my game play anyways. This is where i see that the princesses aren't in order of movie release and go "nop i don't care about the storyline they gave me, its going in order >>:("

So a few years go by, i b doin my best, on and off again, and i think aroundddddddd..... Gen 7 Jasmine that my sister (love her <3) got me an in to get all the sims packs (im on sims 4, idk if that needed clarification). Side note: we used to share an account but when sims went free i made an account and transfered my files over (she played less sims than i did at that point but then i got her back hooked whoops). but anyway, SUDDENTLY THERES SO MUCH TO DO AND EXPLORE.

There's so much more cas, theres so many different worlds, buildings, aspects, etc. And suddenly, im actually really sad that my sims of the past didn't get the full experience like that.

BUT, luckily, i had gotten really attached to all my sims early (gen 01 lol) so i had most of the sims backed up on my gallery. In fact, i was so attached to them that i had a lot of different versions of them saved. So i just put them into a seperate world where they could be immortal and live their best lives <3

so there i am, very content to have my two save files. one with the real progression, and one that i've been calling my dollhouse; they're in my toy box, when i feel like playing with them i pop on by and then let them be the rest of the time. But uh, i got a little too invested. and then i realized i had, well. regrets.

I'll make a little seperate post about that later.

but well, i had been writing down quirks and taking pictures of my sims for so long, i have a google drive with just a lot of musing and notes and uploading pictures. I really wanted to write a story based on them, this huge family, because well. I really love them. They're my babies. But i've literally never written anything before. I was a then aspiring writer, stuck writing notes and facts lol. nothing else.

i also had pictures on a drive because i wanted easier access to their appearences, because i wanted to try drawing them out so i could have the scenarios from my head somewhere. I think i was inspired to art because my sister is an artist (she's so good at it) so i wanted to try to draw my dear characters but i literally stopped at Eira lmao (Snow White) i could not do character design. I'll post the drawings sometime, theyre scatted places where i doodled. And i was playing sims on this old computer i didn't feel secure on, in my childhood bedroom so :p, i was in school most days and using my laptop so i tried google drive.

BUT IM TIRED OF JUST HAVING NO ONE TO RAMBLE TO so here we are.

so recently (this summer) i made a NEW world to start inserting them with all the new additions. The primary reason for this was because even though i loved them..... they weren't really characters. They didn't have relationships to them, just my imaged ones. I've a really bad mindset of grinding in the sims instead of being social, so they were actually sorely lacking in personality. Base Game sims 4 didn't help matters. So even though i was picuring and writing, i never got to actually see them interact as childhood besties. They didn't have any random friendships. I barely threw any official birthday parties. So, i wanted to kinda turn back the clock and figure things out.

So, recap: i have a save where i play the "challenge". an old save where i store them, and a new save where im passing them over slowly and storing them.

But now i feel like i have too many thoughts about them to keep to myself so here we are, typing :p. I would keep typing in the google docs but honestly, those were more cynical notes for myself, like disecting a species. I thought a blog would be a good place for like, more informal posts. so, yeah :)

In Need Of Advice <3

TW: Triggers

Being in this and other BPD groups have made me finally sit back and try to figure out my exact triggers.. heres a little back story:

I was technically diagnosed about 7 ½ - 8 years ago with having Bipolar and was put on medications that honestly did nothing for me. I have always, my entire life, felt like there was something off/wrong that wasn’t right at all and literally my life has never made sense at all. Then about a year ago that I was scrolling through tik tok and came across a video for BPD and I kept watching videos just like it, then I downloaded BPD books on my kindle and I looked up on google everything there was to know about the illness.. It was then, that my life and my emotions and how I acted and felt made TOTAL SENSE. So I immediately called up my psych doctor and told him and my counsoler that I had been misdiagnosed and that it was actually Borderline. And how my life has been and with my luck, it would be me that would get this extremely serious and devastating mental illness. So I joined all these groups on Facebook and never felt so relieved that theres a lot more people like me out there.

Well with being on these groups I have finally sat back and attempted to figure out my triggers, and heres what I come up with. When my significant other isn’t lovey, clingy or romantic… that throws me into a whirlwind of emotions, as this is something I have to have in my relationships. When someone yells at me or is starting/trying to start an argument with me is another HUGE trigger…. I literally spend every single minute of every day DWELLING on doing everything right so that my FP (my soon to be husband) doesn’t come home yelling and arguing… which never happens… I have tried to sit there and get him to understand these triggers and have asked hin if he could change (as hes asked me to change a bunch of stuff about myself and I did with absolutely no argument, immediately wheh he asked) and I RARELY ever ask him for anything… But when I asked for this, He said I ask for to much and im never going to be happy, After explaining to him MULTIPLE times what I needed from him to be happy (yes im extremely dependent on him) and when I go to set boundaries and put my foot down, he gets ignorant, to the point were I just tell him to forget everything I said, and I drop the issue, which NEVEER gets solved.

I love this man more then anything in this world. Hes an amazing hardworking man, but ive come to the conclusion that hes not built for relationships. I honestly don’t want to leave him at all, as I have nowhere to even go because i gave up my home to be here with him (this isn’t the only reason but its 1) I have wanted to be with this man since 2008 and since its finally my turn (and rarely with how my life goes, I usually never get what I want) I don’t want or wont let anything come between us..

My question here is.. How do I set boundaries and stick to them, and not feel like total crap for being ignorant or rude towards him , which Ive never treated him badly or disrespectfully ever. And how do I not cave in when he starts to get an attitude and get ignorant and smart when I do so.. Im convinced hes a narcissist. But he denies it all…

Any advice would be great…. And please no comments telling me to leave or what not. As im not to that point yet.. I just need help trying to figure out how I can force him to change just the littlest things I asked, which aren’t complicated at all.

game makers toolkit is just now starting a series about them learning how to make games as a complete beginner (at least on the technical side), if youve never made a game before but wanted to, following along with this might be a nice place to start since you’ll both be starting from the same place (theres also a ton of videos on his channel about the actual game design side of things)

brackeys is no longer active but they have a ton of great unity videos. has a few “build a game from scratch” videos that are great to follow along to just learn the workflow and get started 

mix and jam takes things from other games and recreates them in unity and documents the whole process, a Really good way to learn things for me 

ilheartgamedev pretty recently popped up, and their videos have been really good ! 

sebastian lague goes over some more advanced stuff but also documents and walks through everything really well, really great videos and fun to follow along even if you have no idea what hes talking about. he also has a few that are like “build a game from scratch”

Well anyways: (long post, cant seem to put a read more rn will edit later)

The Henry Stickmin Collection is a series of games that were all made with Flash and have been remastered (with the exception of Completing the Mission, which is exclusive to THSC). They all follow the journey of Henry Stickmin, an amateur thief who attempts to rob a bank, but ends up getting caught and sent to prison. From there, you are able to make choices for him, providing him with items that range from technical gadgets to video game references. With the exception of Breaking the Bank which acts more as a prologue to the entire story, every game has multiple endings based on your choices.

There are usually 3 ways to categorize each of the endings. There is The Sneaky way, in which Henry does the mission with few to none people actually noticing his deeds, The Agressive way, where he does the exact opposite and does it mostly with brute force and even killing others, and The Chaotic way, which is like the Agressive option, but Henry usually creates chaos and casualities through 3rd party intervenings instead of directly causing them.

Escaping the Prison and Stealing the Diamond are both simple enough. Whether you do it the sneaky, agressive, or chaotic way (although there really isn't a "chaotic" way in EtP), Henry always escapes to steal the diamond.

Infiltrating the Airship is where things get a bit more bigger. Here is where the Toppat Clan are introduced. The Toppat Clan is a big and secretive crimimal organization where each member wears a top hat. The Government (also a main faction in the series) kidnaps Henry at the start of the game where they offer to pardon all of his crimes if he manages to take down the Toppats in their main base, The Airship. From here things split more and the endings aren't as similar to each other than before. Depending on what the player's pick, Henry can either take down the Toppats (whether alone or with Charles, a goverment pilot and one of the main characters in the games), join them and become their leader, or ignore both factions and instead go after the Toppat's ruby in their vault.

Fleeing the Complex is similar to how ItA works as well. After the events of ItA, Henry will end up at The Wall, a massive prison in Canada, run by the cold and ruthless Dmitri Petrov. He also ends up waiting in a cell with someone else, a woman named Ellie. Again, he has mutiple options at the start. One is to rush out of the prison by himself, while Dmitri personally hunts him down. Another is to get help from Ellie to escape, and either help her too or abandon her. The last two depend on your choices from ItA. After getting inside a room with a cellphone, you can either get help from the Goverment or the Toppat Clan. No matter what however, you always end up escaping the complex (in one way or another).

The last game in the series is Complete the Mission. At the very start, you get to pick what ending you get at the start by combining the endings from ItA and FtC together. Ok I'm going to be real honest rn I don't know why this ask became so informational and serious and at this point i have no more energy to keep that up so I'll just say a few more things

Each game lets you right click on minor characters to get their bio cards. Its really fun to try to get all of them since theres like over 400 bios, 75% of them being extremely minor characters. Realy goes to show how Puffballs (the person who made the game) put in lots of effort for the little details

It's stupidly funny (/pos) most of the time. I just really cant get over how amazing the comedic timing is

One of the core aspects of THSC are the fails. There's so many ways to fail in the games and they're usually so fucking funny

I didnt get to talk abt this because I was only goimg over the main points but like. GOD I fucking love the toppat leader, Reginald, so fucking much he is such a rat bastard and I care so much abt him. Do you know who else I care about? His Right Hand Man, who doesnt have a name but is so goddamn badass and great. You know who else I care about? So many other characters I didnt talk about because theyre not that important into giving a summary for.

Like I said before, the games are so fucking funny, they have impeccable comedic timing

so let me like rq explain smth! so each saga has a dream match (basically non canonical and just like is a ton of fighters who fans wanna see come back) and those are kof 98, kof 2002, and kof xii. i realize this is like. a lot. but imo id stick w the main canon stuff as the dream matches dont have a plot as far as i know! there are like. a million side games (i literally dont even wanna think about how many there are. it is INSANE) but id rec personally starting at kof 95 (kof 94 is way way harder and if u watch the anime u p much get the story of kof 94). kof xv just came out this february so its p recent! onto the anime/movies now!

Anime/Movies:

There are technically four animes/movies so I'll really quick go thru each!

The King of Fighters: Another Day: this is basically like. if u wanna see every character and the plot not make a ton of sense from episode to episode, this is good. its an ona (original net animation) and u can find it on like. basically any anime piracy site (i havent searched for it legally bc i um. dont wanna etc, i found it on 9anime). its honestly really fun when u like recognize the characters and its about a half hour to watch all episodes (theyre each like 7 to 8 min or less) so its def a good point to start at!

The King of Fighters: Destiny: this basically covers most of the plot of KOF 94 which is really good! Its literally all on Youtube for free which is rly good! It's a p short series and honestly just really fun! the animation is 3d so it might take a bit to get used to! Heres a link to the youtube playlist!

The King of Fighters: Awaken: this is a movie coming out this year! based on context clues i would assume its before the tales of ash arc and after the orochi saga, so its not smth u need to worry about yet since its not out

Last but um. definitely least: The King of Fighters. Thats the entire movie title and its a live action movie. This is like the one piece of KOF media i wouldnt recommend to anyone, its very out of character and just has like nothing good other than i suppose confirming two characters as lesbian. it has insanely low scores like everywhere online and its not worth it at all

TLDR:

If you wanna play it instead of playthroughs- id mess w the emulation a bit since its free that way and honestly. very easy to set up. i personally watched KOF: Destiny to understand the plot of 94 and started playing from 95 onwards. u can like always start at later games and stuff but the plot might be confusing and the plot is like genuinely good! each team has their own endings so its like a lot of replay value and its rewarding to improve at it!

the playthrough playlist i made follows the canonical winners of each tournament but like u can always look into other characters ur interested in and watch their endings too! most of the older games have pretty much every ending on youtube! I would like def recommend if u are curious about the characters to just like look thru the character list on the wiki here, its SO fun to just look thru them! there are also some crossovers w the capcom characters but i havent played them so like i dont really have much experience w that! i hope this like kinda makes it a bit easier to understand whats going on!

secondly i was molded out of clay to answer this question, 100% i have a lot that i think about like way too often

the one where petes giving a tour of his parents house where he lived at the time and was showing off his stuff and was particularly very excited about the fact that his band was turned into action figures and then half way through andy shows up and is like "were best friends forever!" and petes like "yeah andy comes over for sleepovers a lot, we hang out in my basement and make zines and stuff" and then at the end he gets all excited cuz he hears his moms car pull up and he goes out and shes coming out of the car and then patrick gets out of the car carrying groceries and petes like "here mom me and patrick can put the groceries away you finish the interview" and shes like "no- pete i just got home from work im a mess" and hes like "what? no! no mom you look great, you can finish the interview well take in the groceries" and then she did and the camera crew came back to the two of them messing around and putting groceries away.

"pete wentz is honestly the only way to describe pete wentz. hes the most complicated guy i know." [cut to] "if anyone can make a strike without touching the lane i will pay you $300" *throws bowling balls straight into the air* *runs down the lane*

ok but in all seriousness i love that interview not only for that iconic moment but because later the footage is like blaring i dont care and pete goes and grabs a stuffed giraffe out of the prize thingie and hes like "what do you mean :)? we bought this with our tickets!!" and the editors are very much trying to make it a bad boy rebel without a cause moment except if you looked the woman behind the counter had a smile on her face and was laughing and then afterwards he gave it back and said "we werent really gonna steal it" but it really seemed like she knew that already

and then at a different point a couple fans showed up and they were all shy and excited to meet him and he was just like "hey are you guys coming to the show later" and they were like "yeah" and he was like "cool! thanks for coming out :) do you want a picture?" and they took a picture and it seemed like he was still kinda excited that people were excited to meet him. marcus (their bodyguard) was like trailing behind him and smiling and laughing throughout most of these antics and i just think thats sweet.

later in this same interview once again as they were on the ride back to their hotel or whatever theyd brought back a fake moustache and patrick put it on and did a bunch of dumb impressions.

theres this one srar era interview thats just joe and patrick riffing for like 15 minutes. like it looks like they just straight up forgot the interviewer was there its so funny theyre such good friends.

this one joe and pete interview where i dont even really remember what they were talking about but theres a moment where joes talking about music with this intense passion and pete just kinda looks at him with this level of brotherly pride that keeps me going

this one andy and pete interview where 1) there were waterfowl chillin behind them which was deeply fascinating to andy and 2) they took a moment to swivel their chairs and hug each other bc theyre besties

band superlatives, specifically the moment where theyre all separately like "technically marcus isnt in the band but like. its marcus." bc that was sweet, unofficial 5th member of fob. and also "whos the most talented" "patrick. patrick. its patrick, hands down." "hm. petes like a really good soccer player" like thats a moment out of a fucking sitcom

halloween asmr with pete wentz. the man cant act but god can he commit to a bit.

there was this like live text chat that they all were in with fans on some radio station website. there were a lot of very fun moments, including joe saying "this is very current technology." as a comment on how very dated the live chat was and andy being like "can we set an icon i wanna change mine to an XVX" and pete and joe being like "oh are you vegan straight edge? we had no idea." and then pete was like "actually i wanna change my icon to andy hurley" and andy was like "no pete im not gonna send you a picture of me" and he was like :( and then a minute later he changed it to andy and he was like, and i swear this is almost a direct quote "BOOM! i love my life haha" and andy was like "goddammit" like i have no idea where to find this but it was so good.

theres this one "this or that" interview with joe and andy wherein the interviewer was a woman and like she seemed pretty at ease around them and got to the last question and imo seemed kinda uncomfortable and kind of established (in a way that seemed like she didnt usually do that) that it was a gross question, which was "would you have sex with a super hot celebrity but shes just died" and both of them were like "hey. what the fuck. absolutely not." and shes like "oh thats a first" and they are both like "do people say yes to that????????" and shes like "youre literally the first people to say no haha" in a way that made it seem that she did not find it funny and i just find that to be an interesting moment and i hope shes doing well and has a better producer now.

theres this one interview w andy on a hardcore podcast where the interviewer asks andy "do you every wish fall out boy were more political?" and he said (paraphrasing) "fall out boy is political, in its own way. we may not be as explicit with our politics as my other stuff, but kids find fall out boy, and through me, with all my other bands, or through joe, since he does a lot of metal, find heavier stuff, and are introduced to this stuff and to being vegan straight edge or anarchist or just more radical politics, and i dont think that just because we arent being super political in our music we arent a political band" which was really something to me bc i had just been thinking about that as a concept i call "gateway punk"

theres this one interview i recently found of a very small chicago music news outlet where a young lady interviewed pete and asked far more interesting questions than any other interviewer id ever seen and one such question was how he felt about the legalization of marijuana in illinois and he said that it was cool that it was legal but everyone locked up for it right now should be released and i like that he got to be political

theres a moment on the badass jew podcast episode joe was on where the interviewer whomst i do not recall was espousing some veiled antiblack sentiments wrt some antisemitic comments some famous black people had made and joe just completely rebutted it immediately and pointed out that black people not only are not a monolith bht are at a greater disadvantage

and also he made a joke that i could never make and cant fully get bc im not jewish but it was very funny and i love hearing people make jokes that arent for me.

this one interview before patrick had kids where he was saying how everyone kept asking him and elisa when theyd have kids and he was like "you cant just make that happen yknow? how do you just do that?" and pete immediately grinned and leaned over and mock whispered "you have sex" and patrick punched the air and was like "i hate you so much"

Welcome to my first ever attempt at a theory.yall are here to watch ne be wrong. Lmoa.

Union X is coming to an end and its time share with you my big end game theories connecting the dots of kingdom hearts 3 and Re:Mind to Union X. And that is by using some solid evidence from the games and from the light novels. Yes. I'm going there.

This first bit is to do with the idea that Vanitas is the Darkness that possessed Ven in Union X. Now, this could easily be disproven right? Well I think I can actually bring validity to it.

Fist there's the obvious evidence that Vanitas claims that "what I am is Darkness" in Kingdom Hearts 3 and hes been a part of Ven longer than he thinks, he was only extracted is something he mentioned in Re:Mind. This can be written off by him being all the pure darkness in Vens heart, but could be taken as him being the entity darkness.

Ok. So, remember how I said I would talk about the light novels? Well, in said light novels, Vanitas is said to originally have no face/true corporeal form, having the form more like dark Rikus outfit thing, but thanks to Sora touching Vens heart, he gained a more humanish form.

Well.... darkness in Union X...

uhhhh....They have... no form. Just a cloud of purple and black with a figure resemblent of a human form in the center, if you look closely.

And if it were extracted from Vens heart by Xehanort to make Vanitas, that means darkness returns to lay within Ven dormant after the Union leaders defeat it, even when he travels to the time of Birth by Sleep! That or it has left remnents of itself within him to ensure darkness will follow into the future. Either way, it or part of it was in Ven until Xehanort took it away along with the natural darkness of his heart.

But if that's the case, then that would mean Vanitas wasn't technically a part of Ventus, but had resided there so long that that's what he believed. Because memories are stripped when they time travel. Does that effect darkness? Making it thinks its always been Vens darkness and Vens Darkness alone all this time.

Now for things to get a bit wonkey

There's still a big question lurking. What the hell is up with Dark inferno X? (chi pronounced key) its picture is below.

The bio from Re:Mind states "The darkness that erupted out of Ventus's heart and turned into an aggressive heartless. But the voice that was heard at the time intimated that it was "darkness" itself. What did that mean..."

INDEED WHAT! 

Well, let's not forget the basic rule of the Kingdom hearts universe. If your heart is lost or Overcome by darkness it becomes a heartless. 

Xehanorts heartless, Ansem, possessed Riku in Kingdom hearts 1 when it became a weak heart like spirit... who's to say other heartless who are strong enough can't do the same thing? And the design... who is one person with similar attributes like... a scarf, that Ventus at least encountered or knew?

Ephemer.

Quick point I'll refer to later, but remember, we see Ephemer help Sora with the light of the past later on in kingdom hearts 3. The keyblades all come to life with the hearts of the fallen weilders and stuff and Sora surfs them because video game. Now, this bit is a little confusing. What was Ephemer doing in the white void? Was that a ghostly form of his nobody or something? An appiration? Just his ghost? The moment he arrived in the future?

Well, the moment of him arriving can be crossed of I think. Where did he go if that were the case? Ephemer appearing in that moment does throw a spaner in the world, but I might be able to pull it out and fix the theory prediction.

My theory for this part is that the Ephemer we see in KH3... is Ephemers nobody in a ghost like form waiting for his heartless, Dark Inferno X.

His heartless must of found a way to hide or travel through time and went to hide within Ven's heart like Ansem did to Riku, but it has to be after Vanitas was removed. Otherwise, Dark inferno X would of been extracted by Xehanort too. The entity of darkness or its remnents, however, was with Ven when he travelled through time.

I think the best answer is Ephemers nobody died in the travel or after, is now a spirit, and helped the heroes of light. He's just waiting for his heartless to be destroyed so he can return as his somebody. And now that Sora has defeated it... who's to say we won't see him soon.

Oh and I think the secret Dark Inferno X boss in 3 was just a test for the remind one and went through a minor design change. Image comparison below, pictures from Google.

Kh3 Re:Mind

The unversed floods did the same thing between birth by sleep, bbs final mix and 3 after all going blue to purple and back to blue (I like them purple).

I really don't want to believe that it was Strelitzias heartless and that she might be able to return. I'd rather her remain a permanent death like the keyblade wilders of Union X, Master Eraqus and Master Xehanort. Its nice having a concept of death in Kingdom Hearts.

Where was I? Oh yes. I think Dark inferno X is Ephemers Heartless.

Now for one more problem. How Dark inferno X got to Ventus.

From what I see, it has 2 routes.

1: use the Ark and escape into the future. This leaves only a broken pod in the Union X time so Blain can not join the other leaders. Ephemer just has to wait. The only problem here is how Dark inferno X located Ven and got into castle oblivion without a hitch. Though I guess it did have 10 years to look.

2: hide in someone's keyblade. We've seen hearts contained by keyblades so I don't see why it can't happen again. A curse to the masters defender. I think it atratches its heart to the keyblade and thats how it escaped into Ven. When Aqua left him in Castle oblivion, the heartless snook away and hid within him, waiting for Vens heart to arrive so it could hide better and we could get the scene in Remind.

Either way, thats where Ephemers heartless would reside until it was reawakened.

So, to summarise what we've discussed into a timeline.

The Union leaders battle and defeat Darkness. Maybe temporarily, maybe for good. We don't know until its too late. It probably starts talking about some cryptic stuff, quoting things yet to be heard, who knows. This is where I believe Darkness overtakes Ephemer and turns his heart into dark inferno X (hence why it introduced itself to Sora as Darkness in Re:Mind. In a panic, Skuld and Blaine probably carry their unconscious friends out and flee to the ark, the time travel pods, darknesses remnants inside Ventus's heart and stays dormant until they are brought out. After waking the other 2 up and healing them Skuld, Lauriam and Ven go though the Ark pods, possibly joined by Elrena, and Blaine then stays behind and searches for Ephemers nobody. Hoping to reunite and reconnect the dark inferno X to Ephemer. 

Dark inferno X then hides away or travels to the future. I mean, I don't expect it to fit in the ark pods, but it might hide away in there or something. If it does then heres the first scenario.

There is one broken pod left. Blaine does his best to fix it, but its not safe enough so Ephemers nobody dies going through and it ends up as a spirit thing, waiting and searching for its heartless. Oh! And Blaine doesn't figure out how to properly build the things so he decides to remain in this time.

Dark inferno X then searches attaches to Ven to hide away.

The other scenario is it hides away in masters defender and slips by then. Blain sends Ephemer through, but since he's a nobody, things don't go smoothly and Ephemers Nobody probably dies in travel.

The generations pass and everything happens.

Dark inferno X is defeated by Sora.

The end game is coning.

And that's it. That's the whole theory. Here's to hope the Union leaders come out on top in the Union X finale, Sora is saved in the next game and Ven finally gets therapy once he recovers these memories. Actually let's order therapy for everyone! 

Also speaking of Ven, Nomura, if you hurt my boy again, I'm gonna punch you.

Pairing: Robin Buckley x fem!reader

Summary: Every day a group of girls pass the video store capturing Steve and Robins attention, but Robin has her eye on one specific girl

Robin P.o.V

"Girls at nine o'clock!" I look up after Steve shouts threw the Video store. I leave the counter going to stand next to him, just then the usual group of five girls skate past the store with their roller skates "in a feminist way ew that you're staring, but in a personal way wow."

Everyday a group of girls skate past the store heading to the beach, which also includes them skating in their bikinis. How can I not stare? Its girls in bikinis! but in all honesty I know theres only one girl that catches my eye. Y/n Y/l/n. She's everything you'd want to be or be with. Beautiful, smart, confident and overall perfect. I look to Steve when he starts speaking "what do you think my chances are with one of them?" I laugh walking back to my position behind the desk "how about slim to non" he waves me off "you'll see tomorrow I'll be swimming in their numbers, you know why?" I exaggerate my respond "please do tell" he goes threw his hair "I've got all this to hypnotise them" "because that worked so well for you at the ice creme shop?" I raise a teasing brow at him to which he protests "that only didn't work, because of the hat, it messed my hair up" I open my mouth wide "ahh of course."

Steve comes running into the store after his break "I convinced them to come into the store after their beach hang!" I look to the clock "you're also late" he rolls his eyes groaning "come on Robin! it was worth it" I ignore his comment going to stack some dvds.

Steve comes next to me informing me in a hushed tone "one of the girls asked about you" after he says that my head perks up "really? who?" his eyes light up with mischief "well well look who is all interested all of a sudden" he moves to the other side and starts sorting threw other dvds. He slowly starts talking again "it could have been anyone of them my memory is hazy" I give him a unpleased look to which he can only give me his little grin "okay okay, so I didn't catch her name, but she was beautiful, she wore a red bikini today" I think back to earlier, two girls were wearing red. One of them was Y/n. My heart beats a beat faster then usual thinking that maybe there was hope she was the one asking about me. We don't really talk at school, but she does always laugh at my side remarks that I make during class.

With time passing Steve and I are basically just waiting for the group to arrive. Which doesn't take long since we suddenly hear the door opening. In enter a group of five girls, including Y/n. I think if my eyes could deform they'd be heart shaped by now. Her hair is still damp from the water and she now has a towel wrapped over her hips. I hear someone cough looking in front of me only to see one of her friends. I try to focus on her "yeah sorry, hello welcome to family video" she gives me a quick smile letting it falter not soon after "hey, what do you recommend? Im not really a movie person, but that one begged to go here" she points at non other than Y/n, who smoothly rolls across the floor to us sending me a bright smile "hey Robin right?" I nod my mouth slightly a-gape shocked that she knows my name, but also mesmerised by her up close. She lays her hand on her friends shoulder "this one just doesn't know the beauty of a good movie, do you have hidden fortress? I've heard thats a good one" I love that movie, to imagine watching it with her, on a date, platonic date of course. I stutter out "y-yeah we should h-have it" she giggles at my shy behaviour never losing the soft smile towards me. She looks to her friend "why don't you go help Dina out and I'll have Robin help find me the movie" she points to another girl who is talking to Steve who seems to once again be coming on to strong. I look to her not knowing what to do she laughs "are you stuck behind there? come on I need assistance" she sends me a quick wink before going to the 'h' category by the dvds. With my breath hitched at the back of my throat I try to follow her as fast as possible.

Standing next to her I'm really praying that I smell okay, it gets hot in here. Lost in my thoughts I almost don't hear her ask "so are you exited for school to start again?" small talk, great "yeah, it'll be weird not working here, not seeing Steve every day" she looks to where he's standing laughing at a joke he just told the two unamused girls "Steve and you?" my eyes widen "oh no! In a friendly way, he's a great guy, but not my type" she gives me a cheeky smile "then what is your type Robin?" the way she said my name in such an alluring way made my legs almost give out "y-you know the usual" Y/n grabs the movie looking over it "have you seen it?" I gesture to it "one of my favourites" she holds it in her hand inspecting it further "I don't think Holly will enjoy it that much" she grabs another movie "this will do for us tonight" disappointed that she wasn't going to go with hidden fortress, because who knows maybe we could have talked about it in school I walk to the counter to have her pay for the movies.

She comes over and I notice her still holding both movies. She lays them down as Im figuring out what her bill will be she speaks up "I always like having someone who has watched a movie already with me while watching it, if you're up for it maybe we could watch hidden fortress at my house together this weekend?" for the first time her confidence is gone and a sudden shyness comes over her. Y/n is shy because of me? I try to form words, but they don't want to come out "unless you don't want to, I mean its weird to suggest it we barley know each other" I stop her from rambling on "no! Its not weird, yeah your place weekend" her famous smile appears again "great! its a date" a date? like date date? she takes the pen I was using out of my hand letting our hands brush against one another not breaking eye contact, she slides the paper I was using over to herself "heres my number so we can arrange everything" she puts down some money "this should cover the movies" she grabs the dvds giving me another smile "see you in the weekend" with a quick yet elegant turn she goes to the door her friends quickly following.

Steve comes over to me with a disappointed look on his face "hard ones to get those roller skate girls" I look down to the note Y/n left still amazed by what just happened. Steve looks over it "you got her number!? thats so not fair" I put the paper in my pocket a grin covering my face "what can I say its the hair" I flip my hair referring back to Steves remark from before. He gives me a sarcastic laugh "a girl gets one date and thinks she has mastered the technic of flirting" I laugh at his remark to exited to even say a stupid comeback.
