It is friday and tomorrow is June, you know what that means. Tonight is the start of my slow (and eventually fast) descent into madness.

Groups of kids from early morning, groups of adults (tourists (<- extreme hatred)) galloping around during the day and then the bars/pubs have their music on until 3 am. Some places will have music from 10am to midnight aswell.

You think I can close the windows? It's hot as fuck girl. If my windows are not open during the day at night I'll be cooked alive in my bed. Can have them open at night too but I can't sleep until 3am+ anyway, and despite global warming mosquitos still manage to get in (I do have one of those netthings).

Nevermind that I have a regular person (whatever that means) schedule right now. I wake up in the morning (8-10) and go to bed early (12-2). Soon I'll be going to bed at 6am if I'm lucky, to be woken up at 11:30 by a band playing under my window and then spend my days in a daze, unsure if I'm human or butterfly.

Earplugs you say? I've tried them. They hurt a bit and they are very uncomfortable. Perhaps sleep during the day? Still noisy, windows open to prevent death by oven and somehow I'll have people complaining at me that I have a weird schedule again. Yeah I wonder why it happens. It's almost like I can't go sleep at a normal hour. Curious.
