The amount of posts/fanart/memes I've already seen surrounding Cooper and Hancock only proves to me that Hancock NEEDS to make a cameo in a later season. Somehow. I need them to get in a knife fight. I need them to get up in each other's faces and kiss intimidate each other.

Cooper's look was originally supposed to have black eyes and have scars identical to the Fallout 4 design, but the idea was ultimately scrapped. Boy oh boy, who else has black eyes and- HANCOCK. Hancock does. HE looks like that. This was clearly a sign from the universe.

Decided to throw this quick sketch together of Rotten's Shattered Dream.

I decided to make the tree, guardian, emotion- ough twins- like- insect based n'such. So, what better way to represent an inky goopy tentacle beast?

A fuckin spider that's what.

The outfit was inspired by Crona from Soul eater. I liked the long ass dress like outfit they wore and said 'Ight Bet'

I've also already started calling this version of Shattered, 'Dreamcatcher' for the sole reason that I think this silly lad would make dreamcatchers in his spare time.

There's also been some religious imagery sneaking in with like- His main room where he's set up his 'Office/Study' area is like the Sanctuary of a church. Dude built his like- castle/mansion type home usin a church as a base lol.

He may look like a sad lil dude but he would not hesitate to have one of his 'children' (Spiders) crawl all up in your business and take control of you.

Okay so, small blurb. Dreamcatcher!Shattered has the ability to produce spiders out of his body. These spiders he refers to as 'his children'. If these spiders manage to get into your body they will quickly overflood your system with toxic positivity. Making you extremely dazed and euphoric. Your soul will then float in front of your chest and there will be a spider symbol on the front. This shows others you're under the influence of Dreamcatcher!Shattered. He can command you to do sorta... Anything.

The only way to get free is to have one of Nighty's butterflies get into your system and chase out the toxic positivity, via flooding your system with negativity.

Both are painful processes but like... Ehh, you get to be free?...

Oh, and Dreamcatcher!Dream's sludge covers his mouth. He's got a Glamrock Chica/Red Guy situation goin on underneath it.

man i love this duo so much i really hope their comic doesn't completely discard any sort of interesting dynamics or implications in favor of being edgy and failing to properly villainize sabretooth bc that would be weird haha

people often talk about how the trailblazer might struggle to be perceived as human, so instead i give you: dan heng being oblivious to minor aspects of humanity. not so much that it blows his cover, but just enough to unsettle people. this guy is a huge reader, so of course he’ll have a lot of textbook knowledge- it’s always the unspoken, little things that get him.

like, maybe one day, someone he’s friends with admits they can’t swim, and dan heng just. Does Not Understand. he always assumed that swimming was an innate ability for humans, as is the case with the vidyadhara, given that they hatch underwater. he has no reason to believe otherwise until he’s witnessing someone nearly drown within a couple of seconds (as in, the time it takes for the person to start struggling), and that literally keeps him up at night bc Wdym you don’t know how to swim. Why can’t you hold your breath for very long. it eludes him

similarly, i think dan heng would be really surprised to hear that some people fear the ocean. lingsha once said that there’s nothing more nostalgic for the vidyadhara than their homeland ignoring the fact that dan heng never got to experience it for himself, so the fact that anyone could regard it with terror comes as something of a culture shock to him .

i have many thoughts but i always forget about them so perhaps i will post here more often. if i ever figure out how this works

Holy shit I thought of something cause of the Boothill story leaks so… warning for leaks!!

So so so so so y’know how he had an adopted daughter that was like barely even a year old before the ipc like killed her and Boothill’s entire family? Yup, yup- I think that if Boothill were to ever get a partner and if they were to have a kid either by adoption, his partner had a kid prior to meeting Boothill, or they idk steal one- because I dunno if Boothill can likeeeee have kids of his own, but that’s an option too if he can. But like you have this kid with him right? Just imagine Boothill as a dad :( he’d be like so fucking protective of his kid, and make damn sure that not a single thing happens to them. I think he always would keep an eye on them, and make sure to be around them at ALL TIMES because he’s not having a repeat of what happened last time, he’s going to be there when his kid needs him this time. Definitely teaches his kid all the things his adoptive parents taught him, like how to hunt, how to care for farm animals, how to ride a horse, how to shoot a gun- all of that, and he’s probably so prideful that his kid takes after him and learns from him and stuff. UGH GONNA GO CRY
