i'm glad and grateful that of all my traumatized ass's shortcomings, suffering guilt from going no contact, or going back on no contact is not one of them. never mind toxic and abusive relationships, i have no problem being no contact with ones that ended amicably. i'm just here like... well that was a fun time in life, but it's over now. maybe because i have enough relationships in present day to keep me busy and propelling forward. maybe it's the people who truly have no one who go back on their no contact. but for this one i really am grateful. if i feel done with you, i'm done with you for good, no guilt, no bad lingering feelings.
