Anyone know if Hugh Hulton in the 2020 ACGAS series is intended to be the same man as Lord Hulton in the 1978 series or a son? There are times it feels like he may simply be an aged down version because he’s still involved in the same stories such as the putting down of his horse with a torsion, but other times he’s mentioned a father that Siegfried also spoke fondly of as if it were the original Lord Hulton, and there’s the fact that he’s (currently, in my watching) with Helen and there’s no Lady Hulton. I really can’t figure out whether he’s meant to be just a younger version of the one I’m familiar with, or if this is supposed to be a son and they’ve killed off the original.
