Just something random that came to my mind.

So, Danny ends up being adopted/fostered by Bruce just months before Damian arrives at the manor, the how and why is your choice, but the GIW is still a threat. 

Now, Danny catches Damian attacking Tim the first time and instead of telling the rest of the family or scolding Damian, he went lik:

“You haven't even defeated me, and you think you have a right to attack Tim? Get in line, kid.”

And so Damian understands that to get the right to fight against Tim, he needs to get rid of Danny first. Climb the power pyramid, if you will. And so, Damian starts his assassination attempts against Danny. 

But here's the thing: Danny is making absolutely no effort to stop him, he just takes the attempts. The first time, Damian successfully stabs Danny, and goes to announce his victory over Danny to his father. Bruce rushes to Danny, worried for his safety, and finds him just chilling there, not a single drop of blood or injury. Damian is gapping.

“Oh yeah, the kid beat me in a round of hide and seek. He’s pretty good.”

Bruce is relieved and pats Damian’s head, not noticing his utter confusion. And so a cartoon-like montage starts: Damian attacks Danny and claims victory, but Danny is completely fine, and says Damian won at some random game. Everyone thinks the two are super close, and that Damian’s excitement about winning is super cute. 

Eventually, positive enforcement wears Damian down, because everyone congratulates him and gives him affection for winning the “stupid things” Danny comes up with. He gradually calms down and integrates pretty well. Danny does end up being his closest sibling because he’s the only one that actually knows all of Damian. The only one Damian could attack with zero restraint and still be treated the same. 

But the important thing here is: Danny becomes an invincible figure in Damians mind. He could be stabbed, decapitated, poisoned, and still come back like nothing happened.

So surely, when Phantom is shot out of the sky by a Blood Blossom, surely he’ll just stand back up in a minute like always. Surely, he’s just waiting to get back to the cave to pretend like he always did for Damian. Surely, he’s just putting on a show on the medbay. 

But hours go by, and he’s still pretending. Still looking pale. Still keeping his eyes closed.

Damian doesn’t understand why he hasn’t bounced back yet. He should be okay by now. Alfred is moving around, changing the IV,dabbing Danny’s head with a damp cloth. There’s commotion outside as everyone is trying to get an antidote.

But this shouldn’t be happening. 

Danny is invincible.

Danny should be back to normal already.

So Damian starts shaking Danny. Screaming to stop pretending and tell them he was beaten in some stupid game again. To open his eyes already. 

Father is pulling him away, trying to calm him down, but he keeps struggling in his arms, because he’s getting Danny to wake up. 

And he doesn’t notice the tears falling down his face until he runs out of energy, and all that’s left is hiccuping in his father’s arms.

...

So… yeah, that’s what my mind supplied today while on the bus :)

Maybe one day I'll write it, but I don't have time, so I would love to see someone else's take on it.

Miles' eyes widened and he immediately tried to wildly gesture to not even touch the subject, but it was too late. Lisa's eyes sparkled with absolute glee.

"Holy shit, where do I even start?" Lisa gasped quietly as Miles pinched the bridge of his nose in silent defeat, "Well, what food are we talking? Breakfast? The ultimate breakfast food is eggs, hands down. It can be as simple as scrambled or you can get all fancy with it like poached or deviled, and you can serve it with practically anything. I like my yolk all runny so I can dip my toast and bacon in it."

"Or lunch! Too many people slack on lunch because they have be at work or running around doing whatever, but it literally helps keep you going through the rest of the day. If you take the time to meal-prep you can have some pretty good lunch options to freeze and pack through the week. Chicken and orzo, pepper steak, pork chops with teriyaki sauce..." Lisa was practically drooling at this point, her hands clasped together as she stared dreamily at the images dancing in her mind, "And dinner. God, especially on those weekends where you can take your time with it. Slow cooked rump roast with baked potatoes, burgers and hotdogs fresh off the grill, or even a spit roasted pig that's been over the heat all day. Have you ever been to a spit roast? By the time it's ready to eat the smell has been driving you insane all damn day."

"Now if only you took the time to cook, Lisa," Miles finally chimed in, pulling Lisa back into reality, "Just yesterday did I find you eating a pound of raw beef chunks straight from the container. That was meant to be a beef stew, I had to make roasted chicken instead, and you ate half of that on top of mashed potatoes as well. God forbid you eat asparagus though."

Lisa grinned and shrugged, "Yeah, alright, I'll admit that I can't cook for shit. Ol' pops here does all the cooking, so if you're looking for a good meal you ask him. I'd say I'm pretty qualified to vouch for him~"

And since he's Skylimit's carrier, I can imagine the two having some very close memories when she was a infant sparkling. Like, one night, everyone's asleep except for her because she's terrified and crying her little optics out because of a bad dream, Star is the first to come down and calm her down by picking her up while flying and maybe singing a soft Cybertronian lullaby used to comfort sparklings or somethin'.

Jason doesn't believe Danny is phantom until danny revealed himself.

Danny fenton was slowly but surely capturing the hearts of Gotham city, both by the rich, the poor, and the most dangerous gothamites with his inventions.

The Batman and the Robins fully believed he is the 'supervillain' rogue Phantom but can't seem to figure out a way to reveal him as the same person.

It actually comedical in a sense like some defying Fate is stopping them.

Take last week, for example, with Plan 82.5 that tim goes to Danny's shop with broken laptop while batman is chasing after phantom is using his machine ray to shot at every rusty old and damaged single water pipes into brand new pipes in the sewer across the opposite side of the city.

They easily passed by Killer Croc, who is currently in a therapy session with Dr. Jasmine Nightingale in a newly made oversized apartment space made in the very sewer sitting in a modified comfy couch made just for him as they were discussing his past and currently relationship.

Unfortunately, that didn't work as Danny opened the door, in dirt and oil covered uniform to Tim to bring him in, not a second later after Batman lost Danny.

Jason on the other hand, doesn't believe them at all that this himbo in tall twink shaped form can't not be a the massive tall, four armed, 6 eyed rogue that is phantom.

Until danny revealed that he was danny phantom.

"I still don't believe you."

Danny sighed after he just tranformed in ghost form, before spreading his his arms out as two arms reform out, as his back stretches getting 6 feet taller then he was and his green eyes split into 6 mini eyes, his humans teeths became sharp as Fangs.

"Oooooh, good illusion and cosplay, danny. That not going to fool m-"

Danny stuck his hand in his chest without actually hurting him.

"Now you believe me?"

When John Constantine died, he didn't think his last deal actually saved his soul.

Especially with a enormous room full of Gods, Demons, Faes and other being he swindled his soul with.

He didn't expect that deal with the Ghost King in the infinite realm for beating darkseid accidentally contaimnented his poor excused piece soul with ectoplasm to morph into a halfa when he died doing what he never thought he do last.

Save a kid from an illegal ectoplasm extraction from what would've cause the future to end later on.

The next thing he knows, he is in a giant room with all the entity he swindled, sitting on a red plush pillow. Feeling smaller than ever, looking at his tiny tanned pudgy baby hands before a loud whined was heard.

"Fuckin Infinite king got him."

"Yeah, fuck that, I'm not fighting the infinite king after what he did to Chaos last time. He can keep Constantine's stinky soul."

John could only stare in amazement and some twisted sense of shock as one by one, more and more entities were leaving the room, giving up their own contracts, some cursing or grumbling under their voices, even the one who swear she'll get him, could only gritted her teeth, and throw a cursing tantrum before throwing her own contracts on the floor before walking out the room.

Leaving John alone, sitting on a plush pillow with the main person who has caused all this..

The tiny, purpled hair toddler sobbed like a baby for the first time in years, tears of overjoyed or overly emotional sense of relief that he escaped his own damnant thanks to one deal with a scrawny teen in a outhouse diner 3 years ago.

Hell, being turned into a 3 year old toddler halfa was a better thought than he had in mind, even at the expense of no alcohol for the next 14-18 years would be worth it.
