You walk into Hongjoong’s studio, casually pointing at something on his screen, mentioning a term he’s always ranted about.

He freezes. His eyes go wide like you just uncovered his biggest secret. Hands pause mid-air, hovering over his keyboard.

Blush creeps up his ears as he stares at you. “How… do you know that?” almost comes out as a whisper.

He groans, burying his face in his hands, mumbling about how he must talk too much. You laugh, nudging his shoulder, telling him you just listen because you like hearing him talk.

He peeks at you through his fingers, ears still pink, but there’s a small smile growing. His pride and shyness are battling inside him.

Then, the excitement wins. He starts explaining, hands moving as he talks, eyes sparkling. His voice speeds up, getting more passionate with every word.

You nod along, watching him, admiring how happy he looks when he talks about the things he loves.

At some point, he tugs you closer, absentmindedly pulling you into his lap, too caught up in his explanation to realize.

When he does realize, he pauses, looking at you like he just processed what he did.

Blush deepens. Hands hesitantly settle around your waist. A small, flustered laugh slips out before he just… continues talking, pretending like nothing happened.

His voice stays steady, but his grip on you tightens slightly whenever you shift.

You rest your head against his, listening to him ramble, feeling the warmth of his arms around you.

He notices but doesn’t say anything. Just smiles to himself and keeps talking, a little softer this time.

PARK SEONG HWA !

You casually mention a specific LEGO set while Seonghwa is focused on building, and he immediately stops. Hands frozen mid-air, eyes blinking at you like you just cracked a secret code.

Slowly, he turns to you, suspicion all over his face. “…How do you know about that?”

You grin, admitting you’ve heard him talk about it before. His ears instantly turn pink. He groans, covering his face with his hands. “I knew I talked too much.”

You laugh, sitting beside him, watching as he pretends to be embarrassed but keeps sneaking glances at you, lips twitching like he’s trying so hard not to smile.

“Do you wanna help?” His voice is quiet, almost shy. When you nod, his whole face softens. He gently places a tiny LEGO piece in your hand like it’s the most important job in the world.

As you build together, his usual careful and precise movements get a little clumsy. His fingers brush against yours, and you swear he hesitates before pulling away.

At some point, you get a piece stuck and struggle to pull it apart. He chuckles, shaking his head before scooting closer. “Here, let me.”

Instead of just taking it, he covers your hands with his, guiding your fingers as he helps you. His hands are warm, his touch lingering just a second longer than necessary.

You glance up, catching him already looking at you. He clears his throat, quickly focusing back on the LEGO set, ears betraying him by turning even redder.

After a while, you yawn, stretching your arms. Without thinking, he reaches out and gently fixes your hair, tucking a stray piece behind your ear before realizing what he just did.

He stiffens. You raise an eyebrow. His eyes dart to the LEGO set. “...It was in the way,” he mumbles, voice barely above a whisper.

You let it slide, but you don’t miss the small, flustered smile on his face as he keeps building—his hands still slightly shaky.

JEONG YUN HO !

You casually mention a strategy from his favorite game, and Yunho immediately pauses the game. No slow reaction, just an instant freeze. Controller still in his hands, mouth slightly open.

Turns to you, blinking in disbelief. “Wait… you know about that?” His voice is a mix of awe and mild panic.

When you nod, admitting you’ve heard him talk about it before, his face explodes into the biggest grin—but then it hits him. “Wait… have I been ranting that much?”

He groans, flopping back dramatically, covering his face with his hands. You poke his side, laughing. “It’s cute.”

His hands slowly lower, and his eyes narrow playfully. “Oh? Cute?” Next thing you know, he’s pulling you into a loose headlock, ruffling your hair as you squirm and protest.

He finally lets go, but not before pressing his cheek against yours for a second—quick, warm, and intentional. When he pulls back, his ears are red, but he pretends like nothing happened.

Offers you a controller, grinning. “Wanna play with me?” You agree, and the excitement in his eyes triples.

He scoots way too close, knee pressing against yours as he eagerly explains controls. His hand covers yours at one point, guiding your fingers on the buttons.

He’s terrible at hiding how happy he is. Keeps sneaking glances at you instead of the screen, smiling like an idiot every time you get something right.

When you win a round, he throws his hands up in fake defeat. "Okay, maybe you're not that bad,” he teases, eyes twinkling.

Suddenly leans in, resting his chin on your shoulder, voice softer now. “Guess I have competition now, huh?”

His breath is warm against your skin, and you don’t miss the way his fingers lightly drum against your knee.

He pulls back, still smiling, and hands you a snack like it’s a reward. “Okay, rematch. But this time, I won’t go easy on you.”

KANG YEO SANG !

You casually mention a specific skate trick Yeosang has been practicing for weeks, and he immediately freezes mid-motion. Board under his foot, arms slightly raised, completely stunned.

Turns to you slowly, eyes narrowed in suspicion. “How do you know about that?” His voice is calm, but his ears are betraying him, already turning red.

When you admit you’ve been watching him practice, he blinks a few times, then covers his face with his hoodie sleeve like you just exposed his deepest secret.

Tries to act unaffected but keeps stealing glances at you, lips twitching like he’s holding back a smile.

“Wanna try?” He finally asks, casually patting the skateboard—except he’s definitely nervous now.

Holds your hands way too carefully as you step onto the board, like you’re the most fragile thing in the world.

“Okay, just balance first,” he says, but he’s already hovering like he’s ready to catch you at any second.

The second you slightly wobble, his hands are immediately on your waist, steadying you. He doesn’t move them.

“See? You’re getting it,” he murmurs, voice softer now. His thumbs absentmindedly rub small circles against your sides before he quickly pulls away, clearing his throat.

After a while, you sit on the board while he pushes you gently, letting you glide across the pavement. He watches you with that soft smile.

When you reach the end, he crouches in front of you, resting his arms on his knees. “You look cute like this.” He says it so casually, like he doesn’t just make your heart race.

You throw a playful kick at him, and he laughs, grabbing your ankle before pulling you closer by the board.

Ends up just sitting beside you, the two of you sharing his hoodie while watching the sky turn orange.

“We should skate together more,” he murmurs after a while. Then, quietly—almost shyly—“Or just spend more time like this.”

CHOI SAN !

You show up at San’s place, casually holding a plushie he’s been wanting for ages. The moment he sees it, he gasps—like full-on, dramatic, hand-over-mouth gasp.

His eyes dart between you and the plushie, processing. Then, suddenly, he’s tackling you in a hug.

“HOW DID YOU—? WHERE DID YOU—?” He’s literally shaking you with excitement before snatching the plushie and hugging it like it’s the most precious thing in the world.

Looks at you, eyes shining, voice softer now. “You… remembered?”

When you nod, he just stares at you for a second, like he doesn’t know whether to scream, cry, or kiss you.

Instead, he flops onto the couch, dragging you down with him, the plushie squished between you both. His arms stay around you, warm and secure.

“This is the best gift I’ve ever gotten,” he mumbles, nuzzling into the plushie—then, after a pause, nuzzling into you too.

He doesn’t let go. Just stays there, holding onto both you and the plushie like you’re equally important (which, let’s be real, you are).

At some point, he quietly says, “You always listen to me, huh?” His voice is filled with something soft, something almost shy.

You hum in response, running your fingers through his hair absentmindedly. He melts.

He’s quiet for a while, just enjoying the warmth, then suddenly—“Okay, now you have to name it.”

He shoves the plushie in your face, dead serious. “It’s basically our child now.”

SONG MIN GI !

You show up with a rare vinyl record of an artist Mingi loves but could never find, casually handing it to him like it’s no big deal.

He just… stares at it. Then at you. Then back at the record. His mouth opens, but nothing comes out except a tiny, breathless, “No way.”

Gently takes it from your hands like it’s the most fragile thing in the world. Turns it over, checking the details, his fingers shaking a little.

“How did you even—? Where did you—?” His voice cracks mid-sentence, and you barely hold back a laugh.

He suddenly pulls you into a hug—tight and warm, like he’s trying to pour all his emotions into it.

Pulls back, eyes shining, then hugs you again because once wasn’t enough.

Five minutes later, he’s already setting up his record player, bouncing slightly on his feet like an excited puppy.

As soon as the music starts playing, he grabs your hands and starts swaying with you, even though it’s not even a dance track.

He’s humming along, looking at you more than the record, and oh no, he’s getting soft.

Midway through, he suddenly spins you around—way too enthusiastically—causing you to almost fall, but he catches you just in time, both of you collapsing into laughter.

You end up on the couch, him lying across it with his head in your lap, still rambling about how much this means to him.

He keeps looking up at you with this ridiculously fond smile, one hand playing with your fingers as the record crackles in the background.

At some point, he just sighs, closing his eyes, murmuring, “You’re actually the best, you know that?”

He falls asleep like that—smiling, music playing, your fingers running through his hair. And yeah, he’s definitely dreaming about you.

JUNG WOO YOUNG !

You casually mention wanting to cook a dish Wooyoung has been talking about forever, and he immediately gasps—dramatic, hands-on-his-chest levels of shock.

“YOU?! Want to cook that? With me?!” He’s already bouncing on his feet, practically vibrating with excitement.

Before you can react, he’s grabbing an apron and spinning you around, insisting on tying it for you. “Stay still,” he hums, pulling the strings snugly around your waist.

He definitely lingers, hands resting on your hips a second too long. “Perfect,” he murmurs, voice a little too smug in your ear.

Immediately back to his usual self, he pulls you to the counter, explaining the steps with way too much enthusiasm. Keeps leaning in way too close, just because he can.

At one point, he dips his finger into a sauce and holds it up to your lips. “Taste.” His grin is teasing, but his eyes are soft.

When you hesitate, he boops your nose with his sauce-covered finger instead. “Fine, I’ll just feed you myself~”

And he does, gently pressing his finger to your lips, watching with a very satisfied smile as you taste it.

He gets playful, stealing tiny bites of ingredients, making a mess on purpose just so he can pout and say, “Guess we have to clean up together~”

Randomly back hugs you while you stir the pot, chin resting on your shoulder. Sways you side to side, murmuring, “We should cook together like this every day.”

When you finally finish, he sits you down, insisting he plates everything. “I have to impress you, obviously.”

He watches so intently as you take your first bite, eyes glowing when you tell him it’s good.

Then, with zero warning, he tackles you into another hug, peppering quick kisses all over your face. “You’re officially my cooking partner for life!”

He keeps holding on, swaying with you in his arms, mumbling something about how he loves this—loves you—but quickly covers it up with a loud, “Okay, now dessert!” before you can tease him.

CHOI JUNG HO !

You casually mention a pool technique Jongho once ranted about, throwing in a term he’s definitely used before.

He stops mid-shot, cue stick still in position, and just stares at you. Like you just told him you’ve secretly been a pool champion this whole time.

“Wait… how do you know that?” His voice is calm, but his eyes are so wide.

When you shrug and say you’ve heard him talk about it, he exhales, shaking his head with the smallest, flustered smile. “I really talk too much, huh?”

Tries to act unaffected, but the way he keeps rubbing the back of his neck definitely gives him away.

Offers to test your knowledge, stepping behind you and adjusting your stance, his hands warm as they rest on your arms.

He’s way too close now, voice soft as he murmurs, “Like this.” His breath tickles your ear, and you swear he’s doing it on purpose.

Guides your shot, his grip firm but gentle. When you actually make it in, he grins so proudly, ruffling your hair. “Not bad.”

But the second he takes a shot, you distract him by casually complimenting his form. His cue stick slips, and he glares at you while you laugh. “You did that on purpose.”

Tries to act mad but fails because he loves seeing you smile. “Alright, if that’s how we’re playing…”

Next thing you know, he’s caging you against the table, one hand flat beside you, smirking. “Maybe I should play like this. You wouldn’t be able to focus either.”

You shove him, and he finally bursts into laughter, pulling you into a quick hug before letting you go.

As the game goes on, he casually feeds you small snacks between turns, making sure you’re comfortable without even thinking about it.

When you win a round, he groans, flopping dramatically onto the table. “This is rigged.”

But then he peeks at you, a small, proud smile tugging at his lips. “Guess I have to play with you more, huh?”

Hello! First of all I love the redo of BABTQFIM and the redesigns. Also I have a question, what will be changed in each character? Like obviously the infantilization of Mugman and how Felix seemed as a twink with Oswald- 😭😭😭 and will you keep the inspiration of Indiana Jones with Felix? When I first knew this I WAS WISHING to see Felix like Indy, but keeping the calm and stern personality that had in the comic.

Hell yeah I'm keeping the inso of Indiana Jones in Felix! He is literally the coolest guy you'll ever meet! scoot over Bendy- cause IM his BIGGEST FAN! Keep reading for LONG discerption of characters.

Anyways- Bendy is going to be less err...chibi..? And more his age cause aside from Oswald(35) and Felix(34), Bendy is the oldest(25)

Boris(20)will also be more mature and assertive. Since Bendy got sick, their roles have shifted. Bendy was the one who would cook, do chores, and work- but now Boris takes care of it despite Bendys protest.

(Boris tells him things like "Helping you is what makes me happy." even though he is filled with worry and dread) Bendy wants to spend the rest of his uncertain life making Boris happy, and Boris wants to spend the rest of it making Bendy happy. It gets harder when Bendys condition continues to worsen.

Oswald, is still depressed, only change is that he's a little better at hiding it now. And really, he only stuck to Felix for as long/much as he did to feel some sort of comfort. Hes kind of using Felix to pretend his wife's(Ortensia) still there since they look really alike (i mean srsly I'm making them the same height and giving them similar mannerisms)

Though Oswald will eventually come to see Felix as their own person and finally treat him more like a friend and less of a replacement. This is when and only when Felix starts to like Oswald.

Felix is focused on his career, and adventuring but loves the family vibe of Micky and Oswald (plus kids) He doesn't crush on Oswald immediately, just finds him fairly handsome and sweet but doesn't explore the thought too much or tries not to.

He convinces himself that Oswalds "closeness" is nothing to read into (Oswald will eventually explain why he acted so close and apologize for using Felix, later seeing and treating him like hes Felix and not Ortensia) THATS when Felix starts to feel close to Oswald and gets a crush. NO HE WONT BE A FUCKING TWINK! but he will get a little awkward. Think like Jake English from Homestuck.

And yes, Oswald will still have feelings for Felix even after he stops seeing Ortensia in him. He'll just notice they(his feelings) didn't go away but doesn't let it show till later. Hes chill like that.

Cuphead(23) and Mugman(23)-

Cuphead is trying really hard to keep a lighthearted vibe with Mugman, since it takes place pretty recent to when they gambled their souls (ill eventually draw what happens after) But yeah- Cuphead is more hesitant to make "in the moment" decisions now, he is terrified of messing up again- but at the same time is trying to take on more responsibilities, trying to act like hes changed and grown up. He stresses himself out and is playing it up that hes in control of everything, telling jokes and always trying to "handle" things to make it up to mugman.

Mugman- Hes less bothered by things that used to scare him. i mean hes lost his soul, so why would he waste his time being good? hes been good all his life and now his after life doesn't matter. Hes going to hell no matter what he does. so.... he doesn't try so hard to follow his morals anymore. Hes most likely to stop caring all together .

This is perfect, cause hes suddenly gonna be forced to care a lot more when he realizes how stressed cuphead is.

Another role shift :) God i love issues. (really hope i can show these things about the characters in the comic T^T) I'm not the best writer.

May I humbly request a smau with Max Verstappen and male!snowboarder!reader who's won like a bunch of medals and trophies in multiple snowboarding categories and even a couple skiing ones just for fun (like he has a whole room full of them because there's so many and most of them are high level competitions too). But. BUT. He's actually more invested in model building. Models of what you might ask. Everything, everything from trains to animals to Buckingham Palace to people and even to entire skylines. He's really good at it too, they're all very realistic. He's the type of person to be like "OMG!!!! Just finished my model of the New York skyline!!!! Isn't it so pretty? (And I have this gold medal from the Olympics.)"

I'm using TFP Universe because I'm mostly familiar with it, still not too much, but still. I guess it applies to other iterations maybe, idk.

Anyways, for starters.

~ It's complicated

~Srsly, this is probably very long. Maybe....?

~ I'd like to think they knew each other since they were kids.

~ Let's say Orion worked at a local archives ever since he was a kid. Practically grew up there, and he loves it.

~ Let's say Ariel sucks at school (if Cybertronians even have education) and goes to archives daily after school to study

~ Naturally since barely anyone his age visits the archives, Orion notices her and her struggles

~ Their first official contact is Ariel not being able to find a certain datapad, and like, she asked Orion for help and he just pulled out a datapad that was already on her table. She blushes and thanks him.

~ So yeah, study buddies.

~ The idea here is that Ariel never liked asking for help because it would make her look incapable and she's embarrassed about it. But Orion treats her so gently she finds herself asking for help from him so often.

~ He practically indirectly raises her confident levels in terms of asking for help from others. Whaddya know? It worked.

~ Orion on the other hand is getting smitten over time ( by that I mean up until the teens). I think he's a guy who's practically chill with everyone but is okay to not have someone looking forward to see him.

~ While Ariel isn't necessarily doing that, he appreciates that she even CONSIDERS coming to the archives to have him guide her through her studies.

~Orion thinks highly of her really. He likes how she's straightforward and blunt. And she's always nagging him for being messy despite him being an archivist.

~ Ariel doesn't think much of him, but every time Orion makes her blush or smile, it is a core memory

~TIMESKIP TO ADULTS

~ Ariel graduates, so she has no more reason to see Orion, and Orion is now on full duty as a clerk at the Hall of Records as a new promotion

~Orion misses her, but she still comms him every now and then. Every once in a vorn? Idk

~ Ariel herself doesn't know why she does that.

~ I genuinely can't stray away from the idea that Ariel might've been a gladiator like Megatronus (THIS IS THE TFP UNIVERSE, REMEMBER THAT) because she just have the same edges and design like him based on the fan tfp design I found on the internet when I was drawing her

~ Like, picture this, Megatronus brings Orion to the Kaon Gladiator Tournament or smth and-

~ Unintentionally got her distracted and got punched by her opponent, but she still won.

~ They reconnected once more, and Orion was always in the crowd whenever she's fighting

~ With that push, Orion asks Ariel out to dinner. One that Orion subtly made sure that it didn't seem like a date to her. And thankfully, Ariel really thought it was just a dinner.

~ With a bot whom she's starting to care for. And eventually the feelings are getting passionate.

~ Said dinners started happening more frequently too, that it becomes a daily routine

~ Orion knew she was the one. He's just waiting for the right moment. He's always subtle with his advances, mainly small compliments and cheers as well as Energon refreshments after her fights. He didn't want Ariel to find out just yet, and bold of him to even assume that would work.

~ Ariel is still contemplating, but she's sure and certain of her feelings as well. She loved Orion's nerdiness, his passionate spark, his determination...his genuine care for her.She loves the way he looks at her, because it was purely out of adoration.

~ They're pinning each other so hard, they don't even realise it lol

~ Yada yada yada, war happens, so unfortunately.

~ Ariel, having wanting to cut ties with Megatron as a gladiator, changed her name to Elita and followed Orion.

I feel like the most important aspect of a relationship is the ability to put up with one another. The good sides, the bad sides. The very messy sides. The sides where you just want to rip it off of you. A good relationship is not just "I love every inch of you", but it's also, "I want to be there for you through every ups and downs.".

I'd like it if Optimus and Elita's relationship mainly focuses on trust, comfort, equality and support. They need each other's shoulder to cry on, and from it, their love can grow and grow.

I have to tell you, I never read the other comics or series because I can't get any access to them. So this may be out of character. Sorry.

Headcannon about König (just realized I haven't really given him one yet (⁠人⁠ ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠)!)

Horangi doesn't understand why people think König is quiet, because he has not stopped talking since the day they met. König generally is pretty chatty once he's comfortable with someone. He knows just about any gossip going on at base and he will talk about it for hours if Horangi lets him. (He usually does, it's like ASMR at this point.)

Like, Horangi hears people saying "Oh, the new Colonel is so big and scary, he barely talks!" And Horangi is like, "Have you met König??"

It's just this but with König and Horangi instead of Soap and Ghost and also the exact opposite.

I think it also doesn't help that Horangi is so loud himself (I'm stealing h.o.h Horangi- he's *mine* now and I'm not giving it back)

Y' got this small AVERAGE HIGHT shouty dude that makes all his thoughts (aka if he doesn't like you) known, and then this huge-ass German man always standing behind him, *watching*.

Side note for my own original hc, König is a total clingy pup who just wants to be near the people he likes. He likes standing behind Horangi for a few reasons, partly to make sure he's safe, partly to make sure no one is messing with him (no one ever does), and partly because he likes watching the way his scars peak out from under his shirt. He doesn't even realize how intimidating it looks, he just wants to be near his boyfriend.

Okay back to "quiet" König.

Muddle fudger yaps like it's no ones business. Training in the gym? "Maus, did you hear about ____?" Eating a snack? "Ich habe ein neues Rezept gelernt! Möchten Sie es ausprobieren?" Trying to sleep? "Oh Maus! Guess what happened today?"

Don't even get me started on gossip.

Everyone thinks Horangi knows everything, in all reality he just tends to fall asleep (big spoon) with König going over everything that he heard today. It doesn't help that while Horangi does know basic German, when König gets sleepy he tends to use more slang and words Horangi just doesn't understand. He doesn't mind, at this point it's like background noise.

(bonus: König called Horangi Maus almost ironically. Horangi pretends he hates it but in reality it makes him blush)

So yeah, Horangi is properly confused when he learned people thought König was *quiet*.

doesnt want to go. Really thinks your family wont like him and they probably wont the first time they meet him. Will still wear his leather jacket but at least he wore a white shirt and clean jeans? He even agreed to take the car rather then the bike. Will stop complaining the moment he sees you in your element. Like goddess pro max what even , so ethereal ,the world is shaking . Staring dialed up to 100/10 . plus his complaining was never serious to start with. He wants you to have a family, be connected to your background,. Its just one of the things that make you you and he wont change a single hair on you. Will probably get insecure ( I get set up or marriage proposal talks when I go to family functions - just indian girl things I hate it tbh. And I've noticed its a thing in a lot of cultures) because he'll think that you deserve that traditional life with people who 'get you" but no one will ever get you the way he does and you just need to remind him of that. He is a bit broody , tall and just kind of sticks by you . The men and boys of the group are probably fascinated by him so as the night goes he starts getting more comfortable around them. The kids lowkey like him a lot so its cute and you may get baby fever. And the older women of the group are poking at him( why the jacket? whats with that scar) and you'll have to rescue him. time to put on that practiced facade. He is used to putting on a fake winning smile at those galas so imagine his surprise when his old tricks don't work at your family function. Personal space? privacy?? fake formalities?? don't exist. Bonus points if it isn't a fake rich family. But he gets to see you In a pretty clothes and he is simping, teasing you on how you look like a real girl now(but he lowkey prefers you in the geeky shirts you guys share) . he did research so like ask him the They are still very impressed by your respectful young man ( who is super rich and smart). He gets by tbh, a bit shy because he is just so not used to all this. But keep him near you, show him how to dance properly and get a few drinks in him and its a party. He loves it, your family loves him and your cousins are now his besties (don't ask when that happened). He loves having a family and it just leaves him with wonder. He is in awe of this and so grateful that you let him into your life.

Bruce wayne

does a lot of research . He knows exactly how to act, what to say and what to do. A bit cold and aloof . Still surprised by the whole chaos . But unlike tim he keeps his cool. your family is impressed by you "bagging" the rich billionaire boyfriend. If this is batman with robins ver then they are worried about the huge amount of kids he adopted and what that means for you. So uh..just mention the billion again? They ask really personal questions but bruce prepared and is so ready for it. He loves seeing you in your traditional clothes, probably encourages you to wear them casually too. As if anyone can stop you, go to galas in traditional clothes or just wear home traditional in the mansion. Over all he loves getting a peak into your life and what experiences shaped you to be the woman he loves so dearly now.

If there's anything offensive about this let me know and I will change the content or even delete the whole thing. Ive based it a little of the four different cultured families I have and the common stuff I've noticed in all of them. But I've tried keeping it as general as possible tbh. All he needs is a soul bond with a sunshine possessing a working uterus signed up for the monthly period pain subscription package. Which, you know, Alice does indeed have.

Yes I'm using my OTP to vent my frustrations about my uterus beating me up and taking my lunch money to buy some chocolate. It's my blog and I can be as self-indulgent as I want here.

I've actually touched on this particular topic before in a previous post, though I was a bit vague since I was theorizing about the game's canon. Since we're now strictly talking about my personal story's canon here, I can be a lot more definitive.

In Sunshine in Hell, Jack is influenced by his sunshine's physical state and vice-versa. He can feel whatever pain she's going through, though just a fraction of it. I figure it tops out at around 50% max of what Alice is feeling. The reverse is also true.

It's also affected by proximity. The further away Jack is, the less he can catch what his sunshine's feeling. It also makes Alice less aware of what he is feeling, which is why he left the apartment to jack off to thoughts of her without getting caught. He just underestimated how much horny energy he was radiating and how far it could reach to still affect her.

It being affected by proximity is also why Jack didn't realize Alice was in the middle of a pain episode when she was miles away.

It all ties into Jack's powers and the bond he and Alice share. They have a piece of each other's souls, which causes them to bleed into one another.

Both of them have the ability to suppress what feelings they send out to the other, but a lot of it is conscious choice verses subconscious longing. The bond between them is very heavily influenced by consent and what they actually want, even if they don't realize it.

Jack just has the advantage of knowing about the bond and more or less how it works. He is very careful about what he shares with his sunshine.

Alice and Jack are both lonely souls who want to be seen, felt, understood, and cared for. Their bond is empathy is supernaturally charged, which can cause them to share emotions, getting drunk, some thoughts, and even pregnancy hormones.

Oh, and of course, the fun kind of horny hormones and physical pleasure. Sexy times are twice the fun when you can get a taste of the pleasure you're giving your partner~

Though there's nothing sexy about periods, I can tell you that much. Alice might be getting hit with horny hormones along with mood-changing hormones, but the nasty cramps are enough of a deterrent from doing anything about the horny.

Of course... sex does help with period pain, even if it can be pretty messy. Jack certainly would be very eager to help Alice feel better with his loving, pleasurable ministrations~

Unfortunately that's not really going to happen the two get in a romantic relationship. Alice isn't going to be comfortable with a casual hookup even on a good day, or even for the sake of, ahem, physical therapy.

Naturally, the first time Alice gets her period after Jack shows up is going to be a nasty surprise for him. Intense abdominal pain along with hormonal mood swings aren't something he's used to. Even if he's only getting half of what Alice experiences at most, it's going to hit Jack hard.

Really, it's probably going to hit him harder than the bullets that took his life. A couple gunshots to the head means that he died pretty quickly and painlessly.

Granted, what happened to Jack after that was a hell of a lot worse.

Really, Jack is more aware of physical sensations now. He felt cold in the hell he was banished to because that was the closest thing to sensation he had there. The place was an absence of sensation, where all he could do was think and feel nothing. After 40 years of sensory deprivation, reality is almost an overload of sensation.

Sooooo... needless to say, Jack isn't going to have a fun time.

The worst part is Jack has to hide what's wrong with him. Alice is miserable, so he can't burden her knowing that he feels her pain. Also, he doesn't want her to know just how deep their connection is until he can feel certain that it won't chase her away. She forgot the agreement they made and was so scared by his presence at the start.

He can't risk losing her...

Fortunately, if there's one thing Jack has learned from his previous life and his time trapped in hell, it's how to persevere in spite of his suffering. He wears a convincing sunny smile and pretends that he's fine. He does his best to help his sunshine feel better. By doing that he will feel better, both figuratively and literally.

It certainly gives Jack a newfound respect for Alice. She has to deal with this every month. It's so cruel that nature would do this to her and so many others. This just strengthens his resolve to take care of her needs.

The first step in taking care of Alice is to talk her out of going to work. She's always had a bad habit of powering through even when she's making herself suffer horribly. Jack pulls out the same gentle firmness that is so effective at nudging his sunshine out of bed in the morning to convince her to stay in it this time.

Jack makes something light and easy for Alice to eat and makes sure she drinks plenty of fluids. He also brings her chocolate stash to her along with medicine. He makes sure that she's comfy in bed, or on the sofa to watch her favorite shows while she lies down.

Something that Jack doesn't really think about are the little details he simply knows. Why, it's almost as if he has experience caring for his partner on her period. He knows what medicine is usually most effective as a pain killer for this kind of pain. He also knows a handy little trick to turn a sock stuffed with rice into a really nice heating pad when putting it in the microwave for a while.

As you might expect, Joseph took care of Mary when she was on her period too. With her illness being untreated back then, her periods were even harder on her. Seeing her suffering so much made it difficult for him to leave her alone at home to go to work, but she always tried to see him off with a weak smile anyway.

Which also plays into why Jack wants Alice to stay home in the present day. Mary couldn't work when her period was at its worst. It was just too much for her. He might not consciously remember anything about his life as Joseph, but subconsciously he can't forget the life he lived with his sunshine.

I don't think period simulators existed in the early 80s, but if Joseph had the option to try it out, he would, just to get a sense of what Mary is going through.

Oof. Down this giant of a man goes. He was not prepared.

It's not that Joseph thought that Mary was exaggerating the pain. He would never! He figured that period pain wasn't easy, but he thought that what made it more difficult for her in particular was how it made her usual symptoms even worse.

Needless to say, Joseph was humbled by this revelation.

Nick tried out the simulator with his AMAB friends while being filmed for his MeTube channel. He keeps all his saucy content over on LonelyFans, while his MeTube has a more general audience. There he shows off v-logs of his day and all the crazy stuff he and his friends get up to. It's pretty darn wholesome a lot of the time.

His friends did sort of joke around during the process, between whimpers and panting breaths of course. It was mostly just pointing out when one of them was crying or made a funny noise when the machine was on. It was all in good fun, just some ribbing between friends. However, at the end of the video, Nick did talk to his audience about his newfound appreciation for what people who experience periods regularly like this go through.

Of course, Nick made this speech while sitting with a heating pad in his lap. He and his friends overdid it with the machine and were left sore for a while afterwards. They dared each other to crank up the machine intensity level to see how far each of them could take it, and they made it into something of a contest.

His friend James "won," though James certainly didn't much feel like a winner afterwards.

Jack wouldn't need the machine to get a sense for how it feels, which could lead to a funny moment between him and Alice if she suggests he tries it.

"Oh, no thanks, Sunshine. I'm already very familiar with how painful periods are."

"Wait, really?"

"Um, oh, hey, that machine over there looks interesting. What do you think it does?"

Jack chooses to hastily redirect his sunshine's attention to something else rather than risk explaining how he knows.

Alice, naturally, notices the awkward change in topic. It leaves her wondering if it might be because he actually experiences periods too.

The possibility might explain to her why Jack doesn't look so good every month when she's having her period. Though that'd mean their cycles are matching up, wouldn't it? Then again, that did sometimes happen with her mom and sisters...

Alice ultimately decides that it's probably better not to ask, or even speculate about whether Jack is trans or not. If he is trans, that's his business and it's invasive to pry. That's his personal information to share when or if he feels comfortable enough to do so.

If Jack isn't trans, well, then... maybe he had a very special episode about it on the SunnyTime Crew Show?

Though, wait, the intended audience for that show was for kids way too young for puberty, so maybe not.

Either way, Alice decides to just the subject drop, much to Jack's relief.

Although Jack doesn't take the period cramp simulator for a spin, he is still gains a deeper understanding of the pain Alice goes through every month.

Even if Jack couldn't experience the pain for himself, he would still be very empathetic to his partner's needs. He just wants Alice to be happy and healthy. He wants his sunshine to be able to shine so brilliantly without any dark clouds to dampen her beautiful glow.

Alice might not be feeling very sunny while on her period, but she has her own ball of sunshine in the form of Sunny Day Jack to brighten up such gloomy days. Whether she needs food, rest, a distraction, or simply some tender loving cuddles, Jack is more than ready to give her whatever she needs to feel better.
