the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

in regards to the latest main story update:

did twst finally find a question ("who would DJ?") where the funniest answer ISN'T Leona? or does he still beat out our beloved teapot tyrant? these are the real questions🤔

oh this is a STRONG contender, that's for sure! though after much deliberation, I think despite Riddle having the initial surprise factor, Leona still very slightly ekes out a win just because he would have to have been forced into it for whatever reason and he would NOT appreciate it. just picture how extremely sulky he'd be as he spins those hot tunes. it's so good.

I do acknowledge that this is a close debate and, perhaps, a contentious ruling! and to complicate matters further, should it please the court, I offer a third option:

Another of my friend K's suggestions - when she found out I'd never watched twilight she suggested we do so together, but she keeps insisting she won't tell me what happens in the last ones in advance because then I'll 'never agree to watch them'. i am afraid.

Eddie and Steve find out that they sleep easier with someone else there. This leads to late night movies and snoozing together on the couch. All and all, it’s a nice arrangement.

But from Wayne’s POV.

He’s getting off shift and coming home to wet spots on the couch (Eddie drools) and damp cushions (Steve sweats), and his nephew looking properly ruffled but happy.

He tells him, “Look, I don’t need to know what you’re doing with that Harrington boy but those activities needs to stay in your room.”

Eddie’s just like…weird but, “Okay?”

Then one day right before Wayne leaves for work, Steve pulls up in his BMW and bullies Eddie out of the house (“If you don’t leave the house every once in a while you’re going to become a shut in. Do you want to be Murray??”). He drags Eddie along to a babysitting gig at Hopper’s. Hopper and Joyce are out later than expected so they end up crashing out on the couch there.

In the morning, Wayne watches out the window as Steve drops Eddie off. He leans over and fixes the collar of Eddie’s wrinkled shirt before waving him out. Eddie comes into the house, smiling and smelling distinctly like Steve’s expensive cologne.

He tells Wayne he had a really good time and Wayne tells him to, “Not do that shit at other people’s house. It’s disrespectful.” 

Eddie is just like ???? Don’t have fun??
