Daddy | D.P.
Tumblr media
Summary: I was wondering if i could request a reader calling Damian Daddy during Thanksgiving dinner or while handing out presents to everyone on Christmas? 18+.
Author's Note: Starts with smut to kind of set the "omg how embarrassing would it be if you said that in front of your dad," mood. Also, I wanted to write smut. 😂🤣
Happy Monday Night RAW, babes. ❤️

As always, requests are open! Please let me know if you'd like to be added to the taglist. ❤️
Y/N's knees were bent close to the side of the bed. Hands gripped the sheets below her. Her face laid against a pillow. Eyes partially rolled back in ecstasy.
Damian thrusted inside of her. His fingers wrapped around her waist. The tips of two of his fingers played with her clit. He cursed as she tightened around him.
"You quiet tonight," the New York accent noticed.
She blushed darkly. They were staying at a hotel for a few days. Thanksgiving was the next day, and they had plans to see her family. Y/N didn't want to wake up the neighbors.
"That simply won't do. I want them to know who makes you feel this good,"
"Y-you do," she stammered weakly.
"I need more than that," he told her flatly.
Damian pulled out much to her dismay. He arched her back. When he thrusted back in, he went deeper. His fingers toyed with her bundle of nerves. "Who makes you feel like this?"
"Damian," she moaned louder.
Still not content with her answer, he pulled back just enough so that only the head of his dick was inside of her. Damian thrusted forward roughly. The bed under them scraped loudly against the floor.
Y/N clenched around him. "Daddy!"
"That's my good girl,"
When they finished, Damian took care of her. He slid under the covers with her and kissed her temple. She laid her head on his chest. His heartbeat started to cause her to fall asleep.
A chuckle of his caused her to stir a little. "Make sure not to say that at the dinner table tomorrow. That would be something. How embarrassing,"
She hummed in agreement and fell asleep.
🦃
Y/N's parents loved Damian. He was a good man who was madly in love with their daughter. What wasn't there to like? They invited him to Thanksgiving dinner when they first met him months ago.
After saying grace at the table, they decided to dig in. Her nieces and nephews sat around Damian at the table. They wanted to ask him all the questions about working as a wrestler.
"Alright, guys, enough. Let Damian eat, and then he will answer all your questions," Y/N told them. The kids complained but obliged to her request. Damian whispered a 'thank you' to her.
"Of course. Can you please pass the mashed potatoes, Daddy? Those are my favorite,"
The chatter at the table stopped. Utensils clicked against the dishes. Damian was motionless at Y/N's slip up. The bowl of mashed potatoes rested in his hands. She didn't seem to notice her own mistake.
"Oh, thanks, babe," she smiled. "These are my grandma's recipes. The absolute best mashed potatoes you will ever have,"
Y/N finally noticed the family staring at her in shock.
"Damn sis," one of her siblings laughed. "I didn't know you were like that now,"
"What do you mean?" Y/N asked.
Before anyone could answer, her youngest niece beat them to the punch. "Mommy, I thought that Grandpa was her daddy. Is that man her daddy now?"
The table erupted in laughter. Y/N and Damian blushed.
"I guess at certain times they are," Y/N's brother answered. The table laughed again. Even her father chuckled some as he cut the slice of turkey on his plate.
Damian and Y/N looked at each other with a blush. They knew they were going to hear this story for the rest of the lives.

Book Club - Part 10
pairing: do you even need to know anymore 😂
summary: Checo needs a night out, which means you are babysitting
a/n: thanks for the request 🫶, sorry it took so long, I truly have been slammed with work.
masterlist
———————
“Thanks again,” Checo says when he stands at your Monaco apartment door with his four kids.
“No problem, we weren’t planning on going out anyway. Partying gets tiring,” you smile, stepping aside so the four can run in and find Lance.
Despite his retirement, Checo decided to take a family vacation to the Monaco GP, and when he was invited out with the drivers, you stepped in to babysit. How hard could it be?
“They’ve had their dinner, you just need to entertain them before bedtime, we will pick them up after breakfast. Good luck,” Checo says and starts walking towards the elevator.
“Good luck? What do you mean ‘good luck’? Checo? Checo!” you call after the Mexican as he smirks, watching you panic as the elevator doors close. You close and lock the front door, sighing in defeat. Lance is sitting on the floor with the four kids surrounding him, looking more than content.
“So, uh, do you like jazz?” you awkwardly ask, sitting on the couch. Lance stifles a laugh, looking at you with amused eyes.
“Jazz? I thought you would be better with kids that aren’t your siblings,” Lance says, amused at how uncomfortable you seem. To be fair, you were really looking forward to cuddling up in bed and watching a 2000s romcom with your husband after the race, it was all you had talked about last week.
“Lancie,” you frown, he reaches out to you and squeezes your hand, silently telling you he will take the lead. You slide onto the ground with them, trying your best to keep up with their games.
Lance is a natural. You’d probably be envious if it wasn’t giving you baby fever.
“Do you guys want to watch a movie?” Lance asks the four kids who are currently playing with you.
“Si!” Checo Junior says. They pile onto the loveseat beside your couch as Lance pulls out some blankets and pillows.
“I’ll get some snacks,” you say softly, padding out to the kitchen where you fill a bowl with premade popcorn. You would microwave some but you ate it as a midnight snack the other day. By the time you get back, Lance has them all cozy on the loveseat, a movie cued, and is waiting for you on the couch with a fuzzy blanket. You swear your heart explodes.
You can’t say that you pay too much attention to the movie, seeing as how you are asleep on Lance’s chest halfway through the movie. He looks at the similar scene beside the two of you, the only difference being that all four kids are asleep. Lance gently slides out from under you and carries the kids one by one to the bedroom you had excitedly put together when Checo called.
“Come on, baby, time for bed,” Lance gently wakes you up as he turns off the tv.
“Shoot, did you put them to bed by yourself, I would’ve helped. You go to bed, I’ll clean up,” you panic, looking around the living room. Lance already cleaned up.
“It’s okay, I know the race took more out of you than it did me. Let’s just go to bed,” Lance presses a kiss to your forehead.
“Okay,” you murmur, standing up, feeling everything stretch out. Lance turns the last few lights off before picking you up and carrying you to bed. You look like a koala as you hold him, chest to chest, your head on his shoulder. After getting ready for bed, it doesn’t take you long to fall asleep.
Your alarm wakes you and Lance up early. Normally this would be for your morning run, but there are four kids who are currently relying on you.
“Come hop in the shower with me,” Lance grabs your hand as you stand in front of your closet.
“Lance, there are kids in the next room over,” you blush looking at the door.
“You won’t be saying that when we have kids of our own, plus, it’s just a quick shower. Get your mind out of the gutter,” he teases you and you shake your head.
“I’m going to train after Checo comes and picks them up, you go shower,” you tell him, finding the hoodie of his that you like to steal.
While Lance showers, you make a pot of coffee and sit out on your balcony, overlooking the ocean. As you sip your coffee, you don’t realize Lance is in the kitchen starting breakfast.
You freeze in the doorway, staring at your shirtless husband, whose sweatpants rest low on his hips.
“Hungry?” Lance asks, waving at the food already done.
“No, well yes, but I’m happy with my girl breakfast,” your eyes rake his body. Lance blushes and pulls a t-shirt on, you drool as his muscles flex. “Why’d you do that?” you pout as your girl breakfast was covered up.
“There will be plenty of time to stare once our charges are fed and taken back by their parents, why don’t you go wake them up?” Lance chuckles, amused at your irritation. He’s just glad he still does it for you all these years later. A few minutes later you rejoin him in the kitchen, four sets of little feet following you.
“Up you go,” you lift each kid into their seat at the table. As you set out place settings, Lance brings over the food. He notices how careful you are around them, and for a moment he let’s himself imagine that it is you with your future kids. Maybe he will have a copycat son that has your personality, or a daughter that takes the best from both of you and is a perfect blend, or maybe the kid will look exactly like you but will be a little awkward like he is.
Breakfast goes smoothly, and Checo arrives earlier than expected.
“They weren’t too much trouble, were they?” He asks Lance as you help the kids with their little bags.
“Not at all, perfect angels,” Lance tells Checo, his eyes not leaving you.
“I’ll see you, or I guess hear you, at the next meeting,” you hug the Mexican ex-driver goodbye.
“So, wanna start practicing?” Lance wiggles his eyebrows, picking you up and throwing you over his shoulder as he makes his way to the bedroom.
“Lance!”

user2104853: the third photo is adorable🩵
Over a year and a half ago me and Harry welcomed our little boy into the world. So far it's been incredible and I've enjoyed every minute of being his mum, even through the tough parts his little smile would make the hardships completely disappear in an instant. Harry is also an amazing dad, it's like he was born for the role. A few months ago Harry surprised me with a week long trip to Dubai, and what is our first holiday as a family of three. I was extremely excited and almost immediately called Faith to get advice on what I should pack for Ollie, which is what we ended up naming him.
We arrived two days ago and are already having the best time. Yesterday we spent all day at the beach then went for a nice dinner, in which Ollie slept in his buggy the entire time. Today we're going to the Dubai aquarium, getting some lunch and going shopping. I woke up to the sound of giggling, I pried myself from Harry's grasp and reached forward to grab the smiling baby from his travel cot. I placed him between me and Harry in the bed then drifted back off to sleep. I woke up an hour later, reached over to the nightstand and grabbed my phone to see a message from Harry saying he'd gone out to grab some breakfast from downstairs. I got up and took a picture of Ollie surrounded by the white fluffy bed sheets.
Tumblr media
y/username just posted a new story!
I quickly got dressed while Ollie slept and Harry soon came back with breakfast. When we were all ready we left the hotel to head to the aquarium. We rented a car the first day we arrived, since Ollie has to sit in a car seat plus we'll be spending much less on Ubers. I drove (since Harry despises driving) and we were soon parked outside.
Harry pulled the exited toddler from his seat, and we headed inside. Ollie seemed to be absolutely mesmerised by the sea creatures (especially the 'big scary sharks'). When we'd walked around the entire aquarium we left to go get some lunch since we were all hungry and Ollie was getting quite restless and in desperate need of a nap. We went back to the car to grab the buggy from the boot then walked to one of the nearby restaurants.
We sat down to eat our lunch as Ollie soundly slept. As me and Harry finished up our food Ollie woke up, now full of energy and hungry. We'd ordered him some plain chips so he ate them along with some fresh fruit. Which they seem to have lots of here, probably because of the hot weather.
Then we paid and made our way to Dubai mall, which thankfully has air conditioning. I happily looked through some shops while Harry followed me with the buggy. "Almost done?" Harry asked, very clearly bored. I turned around and shook my head jokingly "almost." I said with a smile. "M- mummy?" Ollie babbled. "Yes baby?" I replied squatting down in front of him. "I wanna go- the pool." He smiled. Harry chuckled and I glanced up at him "ok, let's go." I said and a look of pure excitement spread across his face.

y/username just posted a new story!
Later... "I'm so lucky." Harry whispered, as we lay in bed and Ollie lightly snored in his cot. I smiled "you're so cute." He pulled me into a sweet kiss "I mean it, I'm so lucky to have you and Ol, I love you both so much." "And we’re so lucky to have you Haz."

hi i love your work.
can i get touch deprived reader with jamie or roy
you totally can! It just comes at the low, low cost of way more words than you bargained for. Fair warning, Jamie isn’t even introduced for a good solid chunk of the first half. I also have been touch deprived so this is based on personal experience lol.
I feel like I let this get away from me in the same way the Vienna fic got away from me😂
Tumblr media
sinking into your worn out mattress
It’s the same routine every day.
Wake up, get dressed, go to work, come home, make dinner, fall asleep, repeat.
It’s not a bad thing, necessarily. You’re nothing if not efficient, maximizing your time to the best of your abilities. It’s not the most glamorous thing in the world, but you enjoy it. You’re lucky enough to be working on your supervision hours under a renowned psychologist, Dr. Fieldstone in London, and it’s paid. Over half the people in your cohort are struggling through unpaid internships and juggling a second job just so they can make ends meet. You’re all propelled forward by the promise of better pay as soon as it’s all over, dreaming of the days you can own your own practice.
You’re not even sure how you landed this internship, as Dr. Fieldstone rarely ever takes on interns. (She’d tell you later it’s because she saw the same potential her supervisor saw in her.) But you have it, and you’re now assisting her in her on-location therapy to various sports teams. You’d been at a rugby club for a few months, but now it’s time to move on. Dr. Fieldstone was asked to come back to a previous club and although she’d never admit it, you know it was her favorite group to work with. It’s the only club who’s picture is on her desk. It makes you smile every time you see her surrounded by a rowdy-looking group of footballers and two very American coaches. She had said that the one with the mustache was no longer at the club, but the bearded one still was along with the angry looking man to the side and the short, grey-haired man.
You’ve seen the photo so many times that you have everyone’s faces memorized. You’re secretly excited to meet the team that made Dr. Sharon (in her colleagues’ words,) loosen up.
You weren’t friends, with Dr. Sharon, never once dropping the “doctor,” that preceded her name, but she would occasionally swing by your standard housing with a bottle of wine after a particularly difficult day.
“This job can be emotionally draining,” she’d say. “I always wished I had someone there for me at the beginning.”
She rarely smiled or showed outward affection, but you understood that this was her way of saying she cared.
But now you’re packing up your flat into your car, and headed to your new quarters in Richmond, London.
It’s apparent that Dr. Sharon has a strong connection with the players. There are a small few who allow you to run each session, most preferring to stick with who they know. Your days are mostly filled with analyses and treatment plans, with about two real session a week, one with Rojas, D and Maas, J. You don’t even sit in with Dr. Sharon much anymore, as the thought of an observer makes some of the players uncomfortable.
It’s stressing you out.
How are you supposed to fulfill your hours when you can’t even get consistent sessions?
Dr. Sharon, in her limited kindness, refers you to a friend of hers in town.
“She runs a small practice and works mostly with women. You’ll be able to keep your housing and fulfill your hours. If you need anything, you know where to find me.”
You look at her. “Right,” you reply, “because you’re going to have so much time to help me out between all the things you’ve got going on.”
She rolls her eyes good-naturedly. “Listen. Since you’re not my intern, I can become your therapist. I’ll even give you a discounted rate since you’re still interning. We’ll set up weekly sessions. You’ll be fine.”
You’re still not sure. Dr. Sharon can see the apprehension in your face. “Alright,” she says. “If you schedule our sessions in the evening and cook dinner, I’ll do it for free. It’ll be informal, one therapist to another.”
That’s big. She rarely does anything for free. In a moment of boldness, you say that to her face.
She cracks the tiniest smile. “It’s possible that I’ve grown fond of you. And even more possible that I’m addicted to your cooking.”
Huh. You suppose miracles do still happen.
Sharon is over for dinner for the third time in a week, and you’re suspicious that she might actually enjoy spending time with you. You’re laughing about some stupid story that happened during a natural environment observation (it involved a slip n slide, an obscene amount of shaving cream, and footballs being thrown at players heads) when out of nowhere you feel tears slipping down your face.
“Oh my gosh” you say while maybe laughing, maybe crying, “I think I’m broken.”
Sharon (she insisted you drop the “doctor,”) asks, “Are you alright?” and you shrug while you begin full-on sobbing.
“I don’t know what’s happening,” you say between gasps. “What the actual heck.”
At that, Sharon grins. You’re retaining some element of your humor, despite actually crying.
“Just go on and fucking swear already,” she says. “I think we’re past a truly professional relationship.”
You shake your head. “No!” you say. “No, my mum wouldn’t like it.” Fresh tears start to fall at the mention of your mum. Sharon is actually concerned now.
“I’m not sure you’re alright,” she says, and you shoot her a no duh look. “Let’s discuss what might be the root of your issue. Have you been feeling differently lately?”
You’re wiping your eyes and trying so hard to get it together. You’re not even sure what your problem is. You were pretty sure you were doing fine, but you think back to your week. It had been pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. You shake your head.
“There is nothing too small to mention. Anything out of your usual routine? Physical discomfort, emotionally-draining sessions?” Sharon asks.
“No,” you reply, tears almost under control. “Wait. Yes.”
Sharon looks at you expectantly. “God, this is going to sound dumb.”
She reaches out to pat your hand. “There’s no such thing as too dumb,” she says in her therapist voice.
The gesture is so much like something a sister would do.
“Right,” you say. “Ok. My, um, the insides of my elbows like, hurt? They just feel weird, I don’t know. It started two weeks ago I think and usually I can just pinch them and it’s fine, but that’s the only thing I can think of, I guess.”
Sharon has gone full therapist, and is giving you an analytical look. “Hm,” she says. “Tell me more.”
You shrug. “There’s not much to tell. It’s not like painful, it just feels weird. I hug my pillow when I sleep and that also helps. Um, I push up my sleeves so they go around my elbows and the pressure helps.”
She asks, “When was the last time you saw a friend?” and you can’t think why this is relevant. But you also can’t remember.
“Probably since before I moved,” you say.
“And when was the last time you saw your family?”
You begin to see where she’s going.
“God,” you groan. “I’m an idiot.”
Sharon laughs. “Do you see why it’s so difficult for therapists to self-diagnose? We’re so busy trying to save the world that we forget to save ourselves.”
“But it’s so stupid,” you say. “It’s like, one of the most basic forms of self-care.”
Sharon shrugs. “Touch-starvation is a real thing. It manifests itself in different ways and apparently yours manifests itself in your elbows.”
It’s so ridiculous that you laugh. She does too, and reaches out to squeeze your arm. “I’ll be more mindful of it,” she says. “In the meantime, you need to find yourself some friends. Some people your own age. I’m prescribing you at least two nights out a week.”
You knit your eyebrows together. “I don’t even know where I would go. Or how to meet people. Or what to say!”
“That’s the problem with us therapists,” Sharon says. “We’re really best in a clinical setting. Shouldn’t be let out of the house, really. How about this; next time Richmond has some group event, you come. They’re a rowdy bunch, around your age, too. It’s an incredibly healthy environment, and you’ll be easily accepted. It will be a nice gateway to having a social life. There’s a match this weekend and they’re almost guaranteed a win, so keep your calendar open.”
You open your mouth to protest but Sharon holds up a hand. “I’m prescribing this as your mentor, not as your friend. It will be a healthy change of pace, I promise.”
Seeing AFC Richmond in person and off the pitch is like an out-of-body experience.
You’re putting names to familiar faces, and getting a crash course on their personalities.
You know Dani and Jan Maas from your short stint as their counselor, and they’ve taken it upon themselves to introduce you to everyone else. Dani is holding your elbow to guide you around to all sorts of people, and you can physically feel the serotonin production in your brain.
You meet Higgins and his wife, the hosts of this barbecue as well as some of their children. It’s hard to miss them because they keep coming up to shoot Dani and Jan with nerf guns. They’re weirdly prepared, pulling out their own from thin air.
“Don’t worry,” Jan says, “We’ll defend you.”
It’s very much like a large family gathering. You meet Richard, who kisses your hand and comments on your beauty. Zoreaux, who smiles and asks if you want anything to drink. Bumbercatch, who asks if you can read minds. And finally, Roy and Keeley who are standing in the kitchen and definitely were not kissing right before you walked in.
“This is one of our coaches,” Dani beams. “He and Keeley are very much in love, but they will not admit to  each other, least of all themselves.”
Roy says, “Oi!” while Keeley blushes. Jan shrugs.
“It’s true,” he says. “There is no point in dancing around it.”
“Fuck off!” says Roy, and Jan and Dani are saved from certain death by head-butt as Keeley steps between them and says, “It’s nice to meet you! We’re so glad you could come,” and wraps you in a tight hug.
She’s small, but she’s strong. You have trouble breathing for a moment in the best possible way.
“Heard you work for Dr. Sharon,” she says. “That’s got to be fucking difficult.”
You laugh. “Yeah, but not in the way you’d think,” you say. “I’d already sold my soul to my education long before I met her. She’s actually trying to help me get it back.”
Keeley grins. “Is that why you’re here then? To reinstate your soul?”
You’re cut off from replying by the appearance of someone new. This one is in Sharon’s picture too, standing in the middle slightly to the left and smiling with the tip of his tongue sticking out. You always thought he seemed like one who looked so happy and carefree because he actively chose to be that way.
“Who’s reinstatin’ their soul?” he asks, squeezing in between Dani and Keeley.
“This one here,” Keeley replies. “You met her yet? She’s Dr. Fieldstone’s protégé.”
“Oh,” you say. “No. Not really. I was just doing my internship with her, but I had to move because…” you hesitate.
“Because no one wanted to talk to her except me and Jan,” Dani helpfully fills in.
Jan adds, “They were all intimidated by the fact that she is close to their age and so beautiful, as well stuck in their ways of having Dr. Sharon. Only Dani and I were willing to give her a chance, and she actually helped me through some important life decisions.”
You had? It hadn’t seemed that way at the time. You feel less crappy about your time at Nelson Road, though. It wasn’t like they didn’t like you, they just preferred to stick with what they know. That, you can understand.
“Mint,” Jamie says. “So you ain’t the team’s shrink anymore?”
Roy rolls his eyes. “Fucking observant, you are. She hasn’t been around in fucking ages.”
Jamie shrugs. “I was just checking!” he says defensively.
You smile. “It’s alright,” you say. “I’m sure you’re busy, and there’s always a lot of people coming and going.”
That seems to surprise Jamie. Almost as if he isn’t used to people defending him. You file his reaction away in your brain, adding it to your collection of knowledge about the football team that made Sharon zip across England for.
It’s been two and a half hours, and you’ve have more food and laughter than you’ve had in ages. Dani and Jan Maas had left your circle in the kitchen a while ago, fulfilling their promise to chase around the youngest Higgins boys as well as Roy’s niece Phoebe, and another girl who’s name you didn’t catch. Sam has joined your group now, and he and Jamie are funny together in a way that reminds you of your brothers. They’re constantly ragging on each other, teasing Roy, and throwing things.
Jamie, it seems, is the comedian of the group. You can tell he’s showing off, presumably because there’s a new face. When it’s time to eat, he says, “Stick with me, love, that way you don’t get stuck next to some uncultured animal,” even though Sharon is there and you’d be fine to sit with any of the boys.
But, he’s already grabbed your hand and is pulling you to a spot near Roy and Keeley as Sharon looks on with an amused expression. You send her a single pleading glance (although you’re not sure what you’re pleading for) and she just gives you a shooing motion. She’s happy to sit with Rebecca and her boyfriend. And someone who’s name you’re pretty sure is Coach Beard.
Ever the gentleman, Jamie pulls out your chair for you before settling into his own. There are tables all throughout the house and a few in the front yard, and you’re glad he picked one outside. It’s a little cloudy, but nice weather.
And god, there are people. People who are talking to you, hugging you, tapping you on the arm and holding your hand, even if it is just to make sure you don’t get separated in the stampede to find seating. Your arms aren’t even a little sore, and you can feel Sharon’s observing eyes on you. You know for a fact she’s going to have a lot to say next time you have dinner, but for now all you can think about is the way Jamie’s arm is pressed against yours, as he leans in to explain a football term that Roy just used to threaten Jamie with.
You’re not sure how long this party is supposed to last, but it’s three hours later and there is no sign of stopping. The sun is just barely starting to dip, and time has lost all meaning. You don’t know if the meal you ate was supposed to be lunch or dinner but it doesn’t matter because you’re so full that you can barely make room for the pile of desserts that Mrs. Higgins has pulled out.
You’ve moved inside now, since Jamie pulled you through the dessert line saying, “You have to come with me, so I can put my dessert on your plate. That way grandad can’t have a fit.” You understand that “grandad” is Roy.
You’re smart enough to notice that Jamie’s hand is in yours at every opportunity he can find, and that he’s still holding it even though you’ve finished your dessert and are flopped on a couch inside. He’s absentmindedly rubbing circles with his thumb as you chatter on about nothing.
“Oi,” he says, when you’ve lapsed into silence, “is this alright?”
You’re not sure what he means until he holds up your still-intertwined hands.
“Keeley says I’m more touchy than most. Don’t want to fuckin’ weird you out or some shit.”
You smile. “You’re fine. It’s actually really nice.” You decide to leave it at that. No point in explaining touch-deprivation to the cute footballer you just met. Talk about oversharing.
Jamie smiles back, a real one that lights up his whole face.
“Mint,” he says.
“Jamie’s romantically interested in you,” says Sharon’s voice through the phone.
“How do you know that?” you ask. It’s the morning after the Higgins party and you only have a 2pm session. Sharon texted you to call her as soon as you woke up, so you do and she drops a bombshell on the first ring. You doubt Jamie would have told her this himself, as Dr. Fieldstone isn’t one to break a confidence.
“Basic body language,” she replies. “Repeated physical contact, the way his body was angled toward yours all day, the fact that he went out of his way to make you smile. All classic markers of romantic attraction. Any trained therapist should be able to pick up on it.”
What she means is, you’re a trained therapist. You should be picking up on it.
“There’s no way,” you say, but it comes out more doubtful than you’d hoped.
“Right,” says Sharon, “there’s no way. In the same way that there’s no way I’m only mentoring you because I see myself in you.”
“Oh,” you reply weakly, because that’s a lot to unpack.
“Oh,” she mimics. “Right. Well. I’ve got to go. Make sure you remember the mental exercises I gave you. Therapists need to take care of their minds too.”
You say thanks and hang up.
Oh.
You’re home again from your session, and you are tired. It was mentally exhausting and all you can think about are the pair of sweatpants in the drawer by your bed and the box of pizza that should be at your flat in fifteen-to-twenty minutes. That was about thirteen minutes ago, and you’ve just been puttering about since placing the call and changing out of work clothes.
There’s a knock on the door and you say a quiet yes, before hurrying to answer. You open the door to two people on your doorstep instead of one.
“This your pizza?” the delivery boy asks. You nod, thank him, and hand him the money. He’s gone so you acknowledge the other person in front of you.
“How’d you know where I live?”
Jamie shrugs. “Asked Dr. Fieldstone. She isn’t as scary as she looks.”
“And why are you here?”
You place the pizza down on the small table in your entryway. It hasn’t escaped your notice that Jamie is practically standing in your doorframe now, inches away from you.
He wraps his hands in the front of his shirt. “Isaac was telling me about body science,” he says. “Been teaching me how to read people and shit based on how they move.”
You nod. Body language. Yeah, you know a thing or two about that.
“Anyway, he said you thought I was proper fit. Which is good, because I think you’re proper fit. But, just in case he were wrong, I thought I’d come over and give you a chance to tell me.”
His left hand is on the doorframe now, and you can see the top of his tattoo peeking out from under his bright orange hoodie. There is exactly one inch between you two as he slants his body toward yours.
“You can tell me to bugger off, if you want,” he murmurs. “Won’t hurt my feelings.”
You don’t say anything, just stand on your toes the tiniest bit so he has better access to your mouth.
You can feel his breath when he pulls away.
“Oh,” he says, “I didn’t come here for sex. Me mum raised a gentleman. I’d buy you a coupla dinners first.”
“Shut up and kiss me already, Tartt,” you say, and he’s grinning, free hand cupping the back of your head.
You think that’s probably the fastest you’ve ever gotten into a relationship.
“Labels are important, babe,” Jamie had said that night. “How else will you know if food is poisonous?”
You’re pretty sure he’s talking about checking for allergens, but you don’t correct him. You’re on your couch watching a movie with his arm around your shoulders. He’s playing with strands of your hair and it’s strange that you’re this comfortable with a boy you just met yesterday.
Because he is a boy. You’re the same age, but you feel impossibly, inadequately young. He plays it off as youthful exuberance, and you’re sure it’s an advantage on the pitch. Your age doesn’t feel like an advantage to you, but you can’t change it so you might as well just deal with what you’ve got.
You can be professional in the morning, but right now you’ve got a cute, fit boy who thinks you’re cute and fit and so far has not given off red flags. You’re extra alert ever since your call with Sharon, trying to pick up on every subtlety, but you stop trying as soon as Jamie rolls up a piece of pizza like a burrito and tries to fit it all in his mouth. You know that Sharon would have been the first to tell you if this was a bad idea, and the fact that she even told you Jamie was interested is basically like her giving her blessing.
Jamie leaves too soon, but he does so with your number in his phone and the promise of “a proper date,” as soon as you both can manage.
“A proper date,” turned into two proper dates, then three, then four, then seeing each other steadily throughout the weeks, then your first sleepover after the third week. Your skin was all tingly when Jamie invited you over to his for dinner, telling you he was going to cook for you. You knew exactly what was going to happen that night and made sure you were prepared.
You dressed nice, in clothes that gave him easy access to your skin underneath.
“Am I rushing this?” you had asked Sharon the day before. “I’m asking you as my mentor. Am I being an idiot?”
Sharon had taken a moment to consider before answering. “You’re smart for your age. And wise beyond your years. I don’t think you’re being an idiot. We can’t let our work consume us, no matter how important it is. You’re a brilliant therapist. You’re always giving yourself away to those around you. You deserve something for yourself, and you know how to pick a good one.”
You hugged her for those words. She seemed startled, but accepted it. You didn’t think life could get much better.
You were wrong. You discovered life could be so much better the moment Jamie’s hand slid under your skirt and you were kicking off your shoes on the way up the stairs.
“Stay,” he whispered when you were done. “It’s fuckin’ late anyway. You can use my shower and wear one of my shirts. I have an extra toothbrush. I fucking hate sleeping alone.”
So you’re in one of his t-shirts and your underwear, arms wrapped around Jamie’s waist.
You think what am I doing? but Jamie presses a soft, sleepy kiss to your temple and you think maybe you’re doing something right.
It’s been a hell of a week. You’re swamped, Jamie’s always at training, and neither of you have been able to make the time to see the other in days. Your inner arms are sore again, and your dinners with Sharon have been short and extremely clinical in a way you desperately need. However, once-a-week therapy is not enough to get rid of the feeling you have, and you wake up throughout the night holding your pillow as if it were Jamie.
You’ve gotten used to having his hand in yours, your head on his shoulder, knees touching and arms wrapped tight around your body. Having it taken away is worse than before, because at least then you didn’t really know what you were missing. Now, you feel as if you’re going to die unless someone does something, even if it’s just a high-five.
You’re sitting at your kitchen table, one knee pulled up to your chest as you review case notes. Your food has gone cold because all you can do is cry. You’re so tired and so lonely and it shouldn’t be this way, but it is and you’re just over it. There’s a knock at the door so you wipe your eyes and answer it, hoping you look normal.
It’s Jamie.
The moment you register who it is, you’re launching yourself into his arms, wrapping around him like a spider monkey. He laughs. “Hello to you too,” he says, spinning you around. He stops when he feels you shaking in his arms.
“Oi,” he says, frowning a little, “you alright, love?”
He can feel tears on his neck.
“Babe,” he says, “did something happen at work?”
You shake your head, face still buried into the crook of his neck. “I just missed you,” you croak, voice muffled.
Jamie chuckles at that. You’re lucky he’s strong, because he’s able to carry you to the couch like it’s nothing, kicking the door shut behind him without losing his balance. He settles with you in his arms, rubbing a pattern on your back.
“It’s alright, love, I’m here,” he says, and you’ve never been more grateful for the fact that he calls you love more than your actual name. It’s like he’s always reminding you how he feels about you.
You just hold him tighter, letting the terrible feeling you had all week fade away. When it’s mostly gone, you pull away so you can look him in the face.
“I- I have this thing,” you say. Jamie looks concerned.
“Are you dyin’?” he asks.
“No!” you reply. “No, I’m not dying. I have- I’m touch-deprived. I let it get really bad sometimes and then I can physically feel it. You can look it up, it’s a real thing.” You don’t know why you feel the need to defend yourself. Jamie’s just looking at you, all quiet seriousness.
“That what it’s called?” he asks. “I know what you mean. Fucking had it two years ago. Used to egg Roy on just so he’d push me around and the lads’d have to hold me back. Wasn’t near me mum anymore, so I didn’t have anyone to hug me or anything. Sounds dumb, but… I just needed someone to touch me. Like if they didn’t, it meant I didn’t exist. Fucking mental.”
“Mental,” you agree.
Jamie smiles. “You’re the fucking best, you know that?” he asks. “I’m never bored when I’m with you. Came over to see if you wanted to watch a movie or play video games.”
He’s stroking your cheek with one hand, other still wrapped around your back.
You smile back. “I really, really love you Jamie Tartt. I’ll play video games, I just don’t want to play FIFA.”
Jamie’s smile drops. “Shit,” he says, and you think it’s because you don’t want to play his favorite video game. “You weren’t supposed to say it first, I was. I was gonna tell you tonight anyway.”
“It’s not a big deal, babe,” you say.
“No.” He shakes his head. “It’s a big fuckin’ deal. Now I’ve got to make it up to you.”
“No you don’t,” you say.
“Yes I do,” he replies. “I’m gonna tell you every fucking day how much I love you. I’ll drive home early from away games just to hug you. I want you to always feel like you have the love you deserve.”
You’re at a loss for words.
“Cat got your tongue, don’t it?” Jamie asks cheekily. “Not a problem, babe. I know how to get it back.”

I haven’t regressed for a while because you know, life sometimes gets in the way. But I finally got a moment after class to have the rest of the evening off and just regress. At first I was worried I wouldn’t be able to regress after a stressful day at college. Then I literally was two second into a Blue’s Clues episode with Steve and suddenly I’m a baby😂 Steve just had the magic touch🥹💞
I felt inspired to write a cute fic with him and a little reader. I’m actually thinking of making a mini series of fics with a little reader in a kids show. What do you think? Would you guys like something like that? Let me know😄
So please enjoy another “side quest fic” I didn’t plan on writing😂💞
Looking for Blue’s Clues🐾

I held my head up high as I walked through the woods, stuffie in hand, backpack on my shoulders, wandering around on my own little adventure. I needed this, just some time away from the busy and hectic working world. I just needed some time outdoors to regress in peace.
And that’s what I did. All my supplies shoved into my backpack, my favorite stuffie in hand, I am ready to go! I started on a trail, following the winding trail through the thick woods. I’ve been on this trail before, it’s calm, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a regression day.
As I kept walking I noticed something with my usual trail. The trail split into two pathways. One, the usual path, went right and down towards a river. But now there’s a left path, a path that’s never existed before. Maybe the parks department decided to make a new path for everyone?
There was something deep down inside of me that filled with excitement for the new adventure. I looked to my stuffie in hand, “What do you think (stuffie name)?”
Though they didn’t outright say it, I knew my stuffie wanted me to go forward towards the adventure.
“You’re so right! New trail it is!”
The path wasn’t very different than the other trail, though it did go deeper into the woods. But there was a clearing up ahead, I could see there was a colorful neighborhood with a yellow house.
A blue dog ran infront of me, stopping me in my tracks. She began talking to me before she skipped away. I smiled to myself, a blue dog?! That’s a first!
Suddenly out of the corner of my eyes I spotted something. On one of the tall trees next to me is a blue paw print. I walked over and looked at the print and smiled. Why would there be a blue paw print here? Did that dog leave it behind?
“A clue!”
I quickly turned around to be greeted by a man in a stripped green shirt. He smiled, happy to see me as if he knew me his whole life.
“You found a clue!”
“A clue?” I pointed to the blue print.
“A blue’s clue! Great job! You’re very smart.”
I couldn’t help but smile at the praise. “Thank you, but I wasn’t even trying.”
“You weren’t trying to find blue’s clue and you found it anyway? You’re better at this than me! Wow!” Again, the stranger glowed with praise.
“I’m Steve, it’s so nice to meet you.” He put his hand out to shake.
“I’m Y/N. It’s nice to meet you too.” I gladly shook his hand.
“Now that we have our first clue, we gotta put it in our handy dandy notebook!” Steve pulled out his notebook from his back pocket, popping the crayon out from the top and flipping to the first page.
He stood along side me so I could see what he was drawing. “So our first clue is a tree. We’ll start with two big lines for the trunk of the tree, then we’ll draw smaller lines on the top for the branches, then we’ll make this curly lines for the leafs at the top of the tree. There, a tree.” He looked up from his drawing to smile back at me.
“Our first clue is a tree. So what could Blue want to do tonight after dinner with…a tree?” He asked me.
I began thinking of all the possibilities a tree could mean. What does his dog want to do tonight? “Maybe she wants to play fetch with one of the branches of the tree?”
Steve hummed in agreement, “Good idea, maybe she does watch to play fetch. But we have to find the other clues to be sure.”
I nod my head in agreement but I can’t help but ask. “How many clues are there?”
“There are three clues. Once we find all three clues we sit in our thinking chair and think, think, think. Because when we use our minds, we take a step out of time and we can do anything that we want to do.” His smile is utterly contagious because I smile just as big as him.
“I’m really going to need your help to find the other two clues. Will you help me find them?”
“Yeah!” I practically jump saying.
“Really? Thank you! You’re the best! Now, this second clue must be around here somewhere…Lets go this way.” He hold his hand out to me as a silent offer.
I appreciate him not being pushy or just grabbing my hand. It was an invitation if I wanted it, so I took his hand in mine. Together we walked to the yellow house I saw earlier.
Steve opened the door and lead the way into his house. It’s beautiful with its peach tone wallpaper and big red chair in the living room.
“That’s the thinking chair,” Steve pointed out, “Once we’ve got all three clues we’ll sit there and think.”
Then it was off to the kitchen to further find a clue. Inside on the counter top is a family different spices.
“Y/N,” he squeezed my hand, “I’d like to introduce you to Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper and their children Cinnamon and Paprika.”
I couldn’t believe my eyes as the Salt and Pepper shaker waved and talked to me.
“Bonjour Y/N! Welcome to our home!” Mr. Salt waved.
“So wonderful to have you here.” Mrs. Pepper added.
“So nice to meet you both.” I smiled back.
But then my eyes caught it, across the kitchen on another counter top sat a bag of marshmallows. And on the bag? A big blue paw print!
“Steve! A clue! A clue!!” I squeezed his hand back and was jumping out and down.
“The flu? You don’t look sick to me. Here let me check.” He held his hand to my forehead. “No, you don’t have a temperature.”
I couldn’t help but giggle to Steve. “No! A clue! Over there!” I pointed to the paw print.
Steve gasped and quickly the two of us ran over to the bag of marshmallows. “So our second clue is…marshmallows. You know what we gotta do. We gotta put this clue in our handy dandy…”
“Notebook!”
“That’s right! Our notebook! Now, a marshmallow. We’ll make two round lines on the side and an oval on the top. At the bottom we’ll make half a circle to connect the sides. There! A marshmallow! But what could Blue want to do tonight after dinner with…a tree and a marshmallow?”
The two of us stopped and started to think about the clues. There were pretty different from one another. It would be hard to tell what they meant together.
“Maybe she wants to play fetch then eat some marshmallows?” I suggested.
Steve gasped and nodded his head, “Maybe! But I think we should find our last clue before we decide.” I nodded in agreement.
Mail time, mail time mmmmaaaaaiiilllll ttttiiimmmmeeee
“Oh! The mail is here!” Steve grabbed my hand and together we ran into the living room. Blue and him started dancing around happy for the mails arrival. After a minute I started to join in the fun.
“Here’s the mail, it never fails. It makes me want to wag my tail. When it comes I want to wail, MMMMMAAAAAIIIIILLLLL!!!”
Steve plopped down into his thinking chair and held his hand out for me to sit as well. “You’re more than welcome to sit on my lap or on the arm of the chair. Whichever is more comfortable for you Y/N.”
After a moment of consideration, I chose to sit on the arm of the chair next to Steve. The mailbox stretched into the room and over to our chair. “Mails here! Mails here!”
“Mailbox! I’d like you to meet my friend Y/N. Y/N, this is Mailbox.”
“It’s nice to meet you.” I smiled to the purple mailbox.
“It’s nice to meet you too! Infact this letter is for you.”
“It’s for me?”
“Yup! Here you go!” Mailbox opens his lid and Steve grabbed the letter for me.
“We just got a letter, we just got a letter, we just got a letter, wonder who it’s from.” He went to open the letter but paused and looked to me. “Y/N this is your mail. Would you rather open it or would you like me to?”
“Could you open and read it?” I asked a bit shy. But Steve brought me back to feeling comfortable with his warm smile and nod.
“Of course I can. Now let’s see, oh! It appears that this letter is from a (stuffie name here).”
I gasped and looked down at my stuffie. “It’s from (stuffie name here)?!”
“Uh-huh. That what it says. The letter goes,
Dear Y/N,
Thank you for always taking such great care of me. Thank you for always coming to me whenever you need extra love and comfort. Always know I will forever be with you even when you have to go to school or work. There’s always a piece of me inside of you just as there a piece of you inside of me.
Love you always,
(Stuffie name).”
Tears started to fall down from my eyes as I looked at my stuffie in hand. They looked back up at me with a smile and a wink.
“What a beautiful letter! Your stuffie is very grateful for you Y/N, just as I’m sure you are for them. Oh, I don’t think we were introduced. It’s nice to meet you (stuffie name).” Steve leaned over and shook the stuffie’s (hand, paw, fin, ect.)
“They said it’s nice to meet you too.” I add back to Steve, wiping the happy tears from my eyes.
“Are you okay?”
I hum in agreement. “My stuffie was just so nice.”
“They seem great! You’re perfectly matched because you’re great and they’re great too.” Steve smiled. “Now, would you like to take a moment here or would you like to go find the last clue?”
“The last clue!!”
“Alright!” He stood up and offered his hand again. I jumped off the chair and took his hand in mine again. “Off we go looking for clues…but ummm…where do you think we should go?”
I looked outside and saw the sunsetting. It might be nice to get some fresh air again. “Maybe outside?” I offered.
“Great idea! Follow me.” Steve led the way as we ventured back outside.
Outside we started to walk around the town. Steve showed me the eye doctor where Blue’s friend Magenta got her new glasses, then there was the present shop where his brother Joe works and another house down the block where his cousin Josh lives. The town seemed so nice and peaceful.
Since we didn’t see anymore of Blue’s clues we ventured back to Steve’s house and into the back yard. There it seemed all of his friends were handing out around a picnic blanket, tree and a fire pit. WAIT A MINUTE! THE FIRE PIT!
“Steve!! A clue!! Another clue!!” I pointed out again.
“Really?! Where?”
“There by the fire pit! The final clue!”
Steve gasped and looked at the fire pit. There, at the base of it was the clue.
“A clue!! Our final clue! And it’s on the fire pit. You know where we need to put this, in our handy dandy…”
“NOTEBOOK!”
Steve grabbed his notebook from his back pocket and began drawing. “So our last clue is…a fire pit. We’ll start by making a cylinder for the fire pit. Then spark points for the fire inside of it. There, a fire pit!”
He closed the notebook then looked at me just as excited. “We have all three clues! We have to sit in our-.”
“Think chair!!”
“Yes! Come on!”
The two of us raced back inside the house and over to the thinking chair. Steve sat in his usual spot and I opted for the arm of the chair again. Blue ran over and joined us, to see if we got it right.
“So now that we’re in our thinking chair, let’s think. So what could Blue want to do tonight after dinner? What’s our first clue?”
“A tree.”
“That’s right! A branch! Good job remembering. So our first clue is a branch. But what was our second?”
“Marshmallows!”
“You’re right it’s marshmallows! You have an amazing memory.” He smiled.
“Finally our last clue is a fire pit. So what could Blue want to do tonight after dinner, with a tree, marshmallows and a fire pit?”
The two of sat in the chair together and think, think, think. They did seem random at first but they meant to go together. Then suddenly it hit me!
“Steve! I’ve got it! I’ve got it!!”
“What is it Y/N?”
“Blue wants to use the wood from the tree to make a fire so that she can roast marshmallows!”
Steve’s face lights up to the idea. He looks to Blue who start jumping around the room happily. “You did it Y/N! You figure out Blue’s Clues!”
Steve jumps up and put his arms open to me. I immediately run into them, getting a big hug from him. “You are so smart! I am so proud of you!”
Tears build up in my eyes hearing the admission. He’s treated me so sweet for hardly knowing me. I haven’t felt this safe and happy in such a long time.
“Come on, let’s go outside and get ourselves a marshmallow.” Steve says as we break apart.
The two of us join the rest of the neighborhood outside to roast some marshmallows. There I meet Joe and Josh as well as the rest of the family including Magenta, Sidetable, and more.
I sat next to Steve as the evening turned to night. We looked up at the stars above as we ate our marshmallows.
“You know, you could stay if you wanted?” Steve said after a moment. I looked at him shocked at first. “It’s just that, you did such a good job finding all the clues. And Blue and I loved having you here. Plus, I could look after you and show you the rest of the town and-.”
He stopped himself. “Sorry, what I’m trying to say is. If you like to stay you’re more than welcome to. I’d love to have you here. And before you say anything, I don’t mind your regression. I’d love to help take care of you and maybe even possible be your Caregiver. So what do you think?”
I immediately began to tear up again. “I’d love to stay and I’d love to have you as my Caregiver.”
Steve’s nervousness turned immediately to happiness as he put his arms out again. I didn’t waste any time as I joined him in a hug.
“I’m so happy to hear that Y/N. I think you’re going to be the best person for this town. I couldn’t be more happy to have you here Y/N.” Steve added as we broke apart.
“I couldn’t be more happy to be here.” I smiled back.

omg I literally came across your work today and it was so awesome!!!! I was wondering if you’d be comfortable writing a more dominant buck cleven with his young wife and then another one which is buck cleven meeting a young girl and their love story with the the war timeline super cute fluff.
Of course it us up to you if you want to do it. But i just wanted to say how mych i love your work and i look forward to seeing more!! ❤️😊❤️😊❤️😊
hey, love! 💐 so, I googled Buck's age and apparently he was quite young during the war. because of Austin, I thought that he was like in his 30s. but apparently he was born in 1918, so he was only like 25 in 1943. and I'm not very comfy with writing readers who are "barely legal" in age gap relationships, so I didn't focus much on reader's age here. I mean, even if she's his age, then she's still a young girl 😂
this fic takes place after the war and they are married. Buck works at some military base idk it's not really mentioned nor important lol. he's rougher here than in the previous one but not very rough either because I think he's overall a softie for his girl 🤭 Buck and reader are in a traditional marriage 🥧
when it comes to the second idea with the war timeline, it's like a multichapter fic idea and I am not in the right headspace to write something so long at the moment. I am sorry, boo 🥺
my inbox is open for blurb/short fic requests for major cleven 🤗
🔞 THIS FIC IS 18+ 🔞
Tumblr media
Being married to Buck Cleven was a dream come true and you just wanted to make everything right. You would wake up an hour before him to put your make up on, get dressed in a cute dress and an apron, to take out the curlers out of your hair. And to prepare him a warm breakfast that would be ready when he is awake. You were helping Buck to get ready for work and then you would go grocery shopping. Then you would clean the house and cook dinner. In the meantime the dog your husband had brought from the war – Meatball – required some of your attention as well. He had to be fed and wanted to go out on a long walk once a day. He was a Husky so running around the garden was not enough for him.
It wasn't as easy to be a housewife as some women pictured it. It wasn't as peaceful and calm and relaxing. But it was worth everything. Your husband's smile and kisses on the cheek. You just wanted to make him happy. It was like you were infected with the affection because making him happy was everything that mattered. You never wanted him to complain or start looking for fun outside the house. You wanted to be his everything as much as he was yours.
And today you decided to bake him a pie. It was Friday and he had a long and stressful week. You wanted to make him a sweet and sour cherry pie to show him how much you loved and appreciated him. But everything seemed to go wrong with it. You were slow on that day and your first try was a disaster. You had to throw it away and start all over again, angry at yourself. Your cheeks and nose were stained with flour and your hands were red from the cherries' juice. You were so frustrated, you didn't notice what time it had already been.
You were so focused on kneading the dough that you didn't hear the sound of the car parking outside. Perhaps you did but you thought it was the neighbor. There was no reason why your husband would be home so early, right?
It wasn't early at all, though. It was exactly the same time when Buck would come back home every day. And he was surprised not to see you standing behind the window and waiting for him with a soft smile. It made him worry a little.
And then he walked inside the house and didn't see you in the corridor to take his jacket and give him a kiss. That was more than unusual indeed. He looked around and sighed before taking the jacket off on his own and hanging it on the wall. It didn't feel the same without your soft fingers helping him and your sweet lips asking him about his day. He missed your eyes sparkling at the sight of him, your loving smile, your lovely scent. Your warm lips on his cheek, staining it slightly with a cherry red lipstick. God, he was crazy about you.
"Baby?" he asked in a soft voice. The very first place he checked was the kitchen and there you were, working passionately on something on the counter in front of you. He was facing your back so he had no idea what it could be. "Baby?" he asked once again and you jumped a little at the sound.
Your heart pounded in your chest. You got scared by your husband's voice but you also were scared that he was back so soon. You took a quick glance at the clock on the wall and swallowed thickly. Yes, it made perfect sense that he was home already. And you didn't have the pie ready yet.
Hell, you didn't even have the dinner ready at all!
"Oh, Buck!" you sobbed and turned around. He furrowed his brows at that sudden outburst and your face stained with flour. Then he noticed your red hands.
"Is everything alright, sweetheart?" he hurried to your side and grabbed your wrists. "What's going on? Is that blood?"
"Hm? What? No, no," you sniffed. "It's cherries," you explained and he sighed with relief. "I wanted to make you a cherry pie. But I'm slow today and I ruined the first one. I wanted to make it again, I lost the track of time… I didn't prepare dinner either… Oh goodness, I am the worst wife ever. You must regret marrying me. I'm so sorry," you sobbed again and looked down, avoiding his gaze.
Buck was left speechless at this little scene. He had no idea you felt this way.
"What are you talking about, doll?" he asked carefully and tried to wipe the flour away from your cheeks but he only smudged it in the process. You looked adorable like that to him, though. He only wished you didn't cry. It was making him feel physical pain deep in his chest to see you sad like this. You were his girl and his job was to make you happy. "You're the best wife I could ever wish for. Every day I ask myself how the hell did I get so lucky."
"R-really?" you bit on your lower lip and looked up at him with wet eyes. "I'm a mess."
"We all make a mess sometimes," Buck shushed you and leaned in to place a soft kiss upon your lips. "And no one makes a prettier mess than you do, darling," he added with a smirk.
In one swift motion he lifted you up and turned around to sit you up on the empty counter. You were surprised that he rewarded your failure with a kiss but you couldn't complain. You crossed your legs behind him and put your fingers in his golden hair. You let out a sweet moan into his mouth and felt your cheeks heating up.
"I'm sorry," you whispered, ashamed of yourself. You didn't want your husband to think you were dirty or easy like any harlot.
"Oh God, what are you sorry for?" Buck seemed to be excited, though. He leaned in even closer and placed another kiss upon your lips, more heated this time. His hair was a mess now from all your tugging, his locks were falling on his forehead and tickling your face. "You have absolutely no idea how crazy you make me, baby," he whispered between one passionte kiss and another.
His big hands dropped from your waist to tug on the hems of your dress and apron. He lifted them up as much as he could as his fingers started to roam all over your stockings and the naked skin of your thighs where the straps of your stockings were. You wanted him to touch you between your legs so badly but you didn't want to say it out loud.
"You have to ask for it, baby," he teased, knowing your desires perfectly well, and you could feel your cheeks burning from embarrassment. "Be a good girl and ask for it, come on," he encouraged you.
"P-please…" you breathed out but he wasn't satisfied.
"Please? You're asking for something. Tell me what it is," he mocked you as his fingertips circled upon the hot, naked skin of your inner thigh.
"I want you to touch me."
"I am touching you, darling," he smirked and you bit on your lower lip. Why did he want you to say this out loud? Wives shouldn't say such things.
"I want you to touch me between my legs," you whispered, almost inaudibly.
"Louder," Buck commanded. He gave you a very intense and serious look that scared you a little but it also motivated you to obey him.
"Touch me between my legs. I need you there," you dared to say out loud.
"Wasn't that difficult, was it, sweet baby?" he cooed to you and you gasped at the feeling of his fingers on your wet panties. He laughed softly. "So wet already?"
"I'm sorry."
"Stop saying you're sorry. What are you sorry for?" he grabbed your cheeks with his free hand and made you look into his eyes. "The only thing you should be sorry about is how crazy you drive me."
You nodded, unsurely, and when he saw that you no longer fight him about it, he stopped squeezing your cheeks and put his long fingers inside your mouth instead. You were surprised at that but you quickly understood what he expected from you. You started to suck on them while staring intensly and lustfully into his bright blue eyes.
"God, you're a sight," he moaned and his fingers got inside your panties to rub on your heated center. Feeling his rough fingertips on your clit made a shiver run down your spine as you jumped a little on the counter. He chuckled and took his hand away. "Taste it," he removed his fingers from your mouth and placed his other hand in front of your mouth. You winced a little at the sight of how wet his fingers were, coated with your juices. "I want you to taste how sweet you are," he insisted and you opened your mouth unsurely. But the moment he put his fingers inside, you started to suck them clean. You wanted to obey your husband.
Buck's free hand focused on tearing your panties and leaving them in shreds on the floor. He had never done that before but you very much enjoyed how hungry he seemed to be for you.
"And?" he asked teasingly after removing his fingers from your mouth and wiping the drool from the corners of your mouth.
"Sweet," you agreed with him because he wouldn't accept any other answer anyway.
"Damn you are," he nodded before grabbing your hips again and pulling you closer to get better access to you. Your center was pressed to his crotch and you could feel that his trousers seemed to be too tight.
You let your hands wander to his belt to undo it while kissing him as your foreheads were pressed to each other's. The kisses were sloppy and nearly desperate as if you needed him more than air to breathe.
"Let me," Buck moved your hands away to work on his belt and you grabbed his arms instead to keep yourself steady and hold him close. Not long after you felt him between your legs, rubbing the tip on your wet and swollen clit. "Baby?" he asked to make sure.
"Go on," you nodded and dug your nails into the sleeves of his shirt at the feeling of him sliding inside. It made your eyes roll to the back of your head.
"You're such a doll," he whispered before hiding his face in the crook of your neck to suck on your sensitive skin and make you moan. Usually you tried to be quiet but it seemed like he wanted to hear you because every time you tried to keep it on the low, he would suck and tease more with his tongue, making it impossible to stay quiet. Your sounds were like a symphony to him and he wanted you to finally realize that.
"Oh, Buck," you sighed as his hips started to thrust faster. You felt him so deep that your eyes filled with tears. It was a sweet mixture of pleasure and pain that you never wanted to stop. However, your body twitched slightly as if it tried to get away from the intense, overwhelming feeling.
"Stay still when I'm trying to put a baby in you, will ya?" Buck growled into your neck and it made you feel dizzy. Your fingers dug even deeper as your back arched to feel him at a different angle. It soon became too much to handle and you felt the knot forming in your stomach. Having Buck's baby would only make you happier and even more fulfilled as his wife. It would be a dream come true to carry his son or daughter and let everyone know you were his wife. You wanted it more than anything else.
You came with a loud moan while tugging on Buck's hair. You squeezed him so tight that he came shortly after. His hips thrusted chaotically and you felt him biting your neck to muffle his own moan as your womb filled with his warm seed. You loved that feeling. It was making you feel like you were his more than anything else.
Now when the heated moment was over, you felt a bit awkward with what had just happened. You were the first one to move away carefully and fixed your hair. Buck watched you while breathing heavily with his hair ruffled and forehead covered with sweat. He put his trousers back on and worked on his belt as you tried to jump off the counter but you almost fell down in the process because your legs shaked so much. Buck caught you swiftly.
"Be careful, baby," he pulled you close to hug you and placed a kiss on your forehead.
"I need to make dinner," you explained.
"No, you don't," he shook his head. "Get dressed and we'll go to town."
"Really? I don't have to cook?" you asked, surprised.
"No. And, in fact, I think we should be going out to eat every Friday. I don't want you to spend every day in the kitchen, sweetheart," Buck rubbed your back.
"But… But I'm your wife," you tried to protest.
"Exactly," he nodded and lifted your chin up, "and I'm your husband and it's my goddamn job to look after you. And the baby," he winked.

"See how he reacts to the silent treatment."
Girl you're just asking for a death sentence!!! 😂😵‍💫 Rip to you lmao
A/N: this was entirely written on my phone. Reader is gender neutral, no physical descriptions.
Warnings: angst? Let me know if I missed any!
💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
The house is unusually quiet and not just because you were giving Lloyd the silent treatment. You'd warned him that the last slice of cheesecake was for you. You'd set it aside specifically as a reward for your day of unending meetings.
When you had gotten home, exhausted, the one treat you'd been looking forward to was gone. You found the plate in the sink with the telltale crumbs. Confronting Lloyd led to him grinning as he confessed, "what are you gonna do about it, Pumpkin?"
Clearly he was expecting something along the lines of you smacking his ass or exchanging orgasms for forgiveness but you were exhausted and angry. So instead of responding you storm off to change into pajamas and go to bed. He pesters you the entire time but you maintain your silence, ignoring him the best you can.
As you lay down and try to sleep Lloyd goes to cuddle and you push him away. He tries all of his go-to moves and phrases but eventually you get up and go to sleep on the couch.
"You've gotta be fucking kidding me," Lloyd scoffs as you lay down, back to him. "It was just a slice of cheesecake!"
He changes tactics to make you lash out at him. As much as he's stoking the flames of your ire, you're aware enough to realize what you're doing is working. It helps you to keep ignoring him.
Eventually he huffs and backs off, letting you get some actual sleep.
When you wake up the next morning, a little sore from the couch, it's eerily quiet. From the looks of things Lloyd's already gone to work. No kiss goodbye or anything. You feel bad but damnit, you're stubborn enough to keep this up until he apologizes.
You arrive at your office and there are several bouquets of your favorite flowers. You don't need to check the cards to know who they're from. None of the cards contain an apology so you pass out the bouquets to some of your workers who you know will appreciate them.
Around lunchtime good gets delivered to your office. Again, no apology note so, again, you give the food to your employees.
You're genuinely not surprised when, after work, you find your car missing. In its place is Lloyd in his car. You briefly contemplate calling an Uber but you do genuinely feel safer taking the ride from Lloyd and get into the passenger seat.
He makes several attempts to get you to talk, his knuckles turning white from how hard he's gripping the wheel. He says several things but none of them are an apology so you continue to give him the silent treatment.
By the time you get home he's fully tense with rage. As soon as the door is unlocked you get out of the car and head inside. There's a veritable feast waiting for you in the dining room. Lloyd must've spent the whole day cooking for you. Again, you feel a little bad, but he still hasn't apologized so you grab a bowl of cereal to eat for dinner.
"Oh come on, Pumpkin," Lloyd yells at you. "It was just a slice of cheesecake! You're really gonna pass off all of the shit I've been getting you for a slice of cheesecake?!"
You ignore him and continue eating your cereal.
"You're killing me here! What do you want? You want an apology? I'm fucking sorry I ate the cheesecake--"
Before he can say anything else you stand up and give a dramatic, "oh thank God!" You march over to him, grab his face and pull him in for a kiss. You can't see his eyebrows raise when you go so far as to shove your tongue into his mouth.
When you break the kiss you smack his ass, "do you have any idea how much I missed you?" You spank him again. "How much I wanted to thank you for the flowers and food?" Another smack. "How difficult it was to get to sleep without cuddles? I fucking missed you, Lloyd!"
He looks at you, torn between being dumbfounded and being turned on by your attitude, stubbornness and arm strength.
"Thank you for finally apologizing," you tell him. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna pig out on this feast that I know will be delectable because you're the best damn cook I know." You give him another kiss.
As you turn to get a plate Lloyd grabs you and spins you towards him. "You think you can just do that and walk away from me? I'm already half hard!"
"Then I guess I'll have to moan even louder than usual as I eat and get you fully erect."
As you walk away you hear Lloyd mumble, "fuck I love you."

NO SOFT LAUNCH: FORMULA ONE DRIVER YUKI TSUNODA GETS SUDDEN SHOCK AS GIRLFRIEND’S INSTAGRAM HACKED – WHO IS Y/N L/N?
Twitter was sent into a frenzy on Sunday, as AlphaTauri driver Yuki Tsunoda sneakily revealed during his post-race interview that his previously-unknown beau was in attendance at the Miami GP!
Tsunoda has been notoriously quiet about his private life, leaving fans stunned at the seemingly out-of-nowhere revelation. The Internet quickly began to scour for the unknown woman online, however with what little information they had, quickly turned up empty. Though, the commotion evidently attracted the attention of the team at AlphaTauri themselves. On Monday, their official Instagram account uploaded a post commemorating the weekend, in which Tsunoda’s girlfriend was also featured.

Eagle-eyed fans may have noted that both Yuki Tsunoda and the AlphaTauri Instagram account were both cheekily interacting with a private account. Soon, rumours were flying that this account was indeed run by Tsunoda’s girlfriend. As seen above, a quick look reveals that numerous Formula 1 drivers including Pierre Gasly, Lando Norris, Daniel Ricciardo, and Tsunoda himself, are following the account.
Some were not so convinced, however. Fans were also quick to question the account’s authenticity, with some expressing doubts on whether the account owner was even the alleged girlfriend herself.  However, these rumours were soon revealed to be true. On Tuesday, the account – which had previously been private with little over 300 followers – mysteriously became public. Fans immediately flocked to the account, taking to Twitter and Instagram to report their findings. With her most recent post being a dedication to her boyfriend and her time “in miamiiiiii with my boyyyyyy”, there is little doubt that the account’s owner – whom we can now confirm is Y/N L/N – is in fact the Japanese driver’s girlfriend!

The reason for the account’s sudden change in privacy is unknown, though some theorise that the account was hacked, perhaps by an extremely dedicated fan. Daily Mail has reached out to Tsunoda, AlphaTauri, and Y/N L/N herself for comment.

Fluent When Upset
König x Y/n (fem-reader)
Warnings: Language
Authors note: This is my first time ACTUALLY writing König. I sort of based it off on this
I apologize for the butchered German 😂😅

You have been living in Austria for 3 years now. You and König have been together for 5 years. As time went by, and you discovered you were pregnant with a baby boy that König was absolutely excited about.
Aside from all that, you did struggle to learn the German language once you settled in, the only time you did speak it properly (or at least you think it is) when you get mad or annoyed, and König rarely to never upsetted, nor annoyed you. It only comes out when you stub your toe on the table, or when you hit your head, or when someone on a bike or scooter nearly hits you when you cross the street.
This day, you went to the store to do a little bit of grocery shopping, and you took your son with you in his stroller. He needed some fresh air after being in the house all day. König was on the fence about going with you. He went against his anxiety, and went with you two.
"You don't have to come." you tell him, while putting your jacket on, "I just need to buy a few things for dinner."
"I know, liebe, I just want to make sure you're both safe." he tells you, figetting with the bag on your sons stroller handle.
One of the few times, your husband takes off his sniper hood when he's at home and isn't expecting company. He has those tired, sad European eyes that you fell in love with. He was always worried and concerned about your well-being, even more so after having your son.
"We'll be fine, I know how you feel about crowds, and I don't want you to be uncomfortable." you reassure him.
"I know, but I know your German isn't good." he tells you with a slight hesitation in his voice, but he wasn't wrong. Your German is okay at best. You know the basics but not enough to hold onto a conversation.
"Well, you got me there." You chuckle, checking to see if your son is secure in his stroller. It was only a 10 minute walk to the store. König had never heard you speak German, maybe one or two words but never a full sentence.
After buying what you need from the store, a little grocery store that sells everything. You were always careful when crossing the street, especially when you had your infant son with you. You had the right away to cross, you had the green. König standing next to with one of the bags of groceries in his hand and the other around your waist.
Taking a few steps onto the street, some asshole decides at the very, very last second to go forward when he had the red light. A few feet away from hitting the stroller, that absolutely sent you into a verbal rage.
"Scheiße!." König exclaims, pulling the stroller back.
"Arschloch!." you yell at the driver, looking back at the other cars stopped at the light to see if there's another jackass that will do the same, then back in the direction of the car that nearly hit you and your child that is long gone now, "Siehst du uns nicht! Verdammtes arschloch!."
You both continue crossing the street while you yell at the driver who can't hear you anymore, but you just wanted to voice your opinion on drivers like them.
"Wir hatten gleich das recht, und ich schiebe einen kinderwagen!." you continue to shout as if you were a native speaker.
When you get to the other side, König is wide-eyed, mostly because of how your German is.
"Liebe, where did you learn that?." he asks, moving you to the side. Away from others walking by.
"I don't know, probably from having the TV on throughout the day. I picked up on a few phrases, and also the neighbors." you tell him, checking on your son who is asleep.
He kisses the top of your head through his hood. "I guess I did need you to come with me to the store." You joked as you two continued to walk back to your apartment. To König you German did sound broken, but hey, you were yelling at some dipshit who had zero patients for pedestrians.

Pairing - Mason Mount x Reader
Word count - 5k
Warnings - fluff & angst
Tumblr media
Ben ignored you for the rest of the trip. It was only another two days but if you ended up near him he’d make sure to leave and you didn’t dare try speaking to him again. You managed to corner him that afternoon but he told you to leave him alone and he didn’t want to listen to what you had to say right now. You were hurt at the way he was treating you both but you did as he asked and kept your distance from him.
You knew he’d told the rest of the group what was going on and the smiles and cheers the pair of you received when you walked into the room made your face burn. Mason was quick to sense your discomfort and protected you immediately, telling everyone to shut up and piss off which your we’re thankful for but you were now even more furious with Ben.
The pair of you didn’t let it get to you though, keeping out of Bens way and sticking with each other as Ben stayed with the rest of your friends. The first date Mason wanted to take you on once you were back home had been moved forward to the last night of your trip, ditching the others so he could take you out to dinner in one of the restaurants you’d wanted to visit all week. He was his usual charming self however you noticed he was a little shyer than usual but when you held his hand across the table you saw him relax. He suggested a walk on the beach after so you could watch the sunset and as soon as it dipped behind the sea, his lips were on yours.
Never in a million years would of thought kissing Mason would feel like this and you were just thankful that you were already sat down as you could feel your legs turn to jelly as he captured your lips with his. The arm that was already around your back pulled you in closer whilst his other hand found home on your cheek, gently brushing his thumb along the skin as he kissed you tenderly whilst your hands rested on his chest. You could feel his heart hammering against your fingers and your breath caught in your throat when he bit your bottom lip gently.
He pulled away from you much quicker than you wanted him to, and he laughed as his kissed your pout, unimpressed but the lack of contact before he rested his forehead on yours.
‘Have you had a nice time tonight?’ He questioned and you nodded at him gently.
‘Better than nice. Thank you, Mase’
‘You’re welcome, gorgeous. I think it was kinda nice just thinking about something other than you know what for a little while’
‘I’m sure he’ll come round’ you told him but you were starting to question that yourself. Your suspicions were only confirmed when you were back at the villa and Mason was checking on the flights for the next day when he noticed Ben was now sitting as far away from you as possible and by the looks of things Mason was also sat far away from you too. You sat next to Mason on the sofa, looking out onto the patio where Ben and a few of the others sat, feeling more distant from you best friend than you ever had.
‘He must of changed the seats round’ Mason mused and he tapped away on his phone. You saw him look up to you at the corner of your eye but you didn’t look back, not wanting him to see how you were feeling right now. You felt him place an arm around you before pulling you into him, placing a kiss on your forehead before he tilted your face so he could look you in the eye. ‘I’ve changed it myself, you’re sat with me now if that’s alright.’ He smiled and you sent him a small smile back. ‘Even if it wasn’t alright, we’ve reached the limit we can change them around now so you’re stuck with me’
‘I suppose I can put up with you’ you laughed lightly and he sent you a heart warming smile as you let out a yawn.
‘We best get to bed, it’s gonna be a long day tomorrow’ he whispered and you nodded in agreement. ‘You all packed?’
‘Just about. I have a few bits to sort in the morning. You?’ You questioned and he looked at you with an embarrassed smile. You huffed at him before standing up and pulling him with you by the hand. ‘Come on I’ll come help you for a bit’ you told him as you pulled him by the hand in the direction of the bedrooms. You made eye contact with Ben for a few seconds who’s face was hard with anger as he look away from you. You noticed the subtle shake of his head, clearly thinking the pair of you were off to have sex again when it couldn’t be further from the truth.
After the morning you were caught, you and Mason laid there for another hour or so, talking lightly about plans the pair of you hand when you got back and when you could see each other next when an idea popped into your head.
‘Hey, Mase? I was thinking, we wanna see if this works properly right? So I think it’s best if we don’t have sex again for a little while. Just so we can figure this out without that being a part of it? You know like normal people would?’ You laughed lightly and he looked at you with a small smile.
‘You’re putting me on a sex ban?’ He joked and you tapped his arm playfully.
‘Just a mini one. I just think it might be good to go on a few dates first? Like we hang out a lot but there’s always other people there. You might not like me in my own’
‘First of all, that’s bullshit. Whenever we’re together I’m itching to get you alone so don’t even start with all that. And secondly, I’m happy doing whatever you think is best’ he told you with a kiss on your nose which made you smile.
‘I was thinking like after the third date?’
‘I can work with that’ he winked ‘I’ll just take you out each night we get back’
‘Masonnn’ you groaned, hiding your head in his neck but he just laughed and kissed your cheeky gently.
‘I’m kidding, baby. I really like you and I wanna do this properly too’
‘Yeah?’
‘Of course’
‘Well, for what it’s worth. I really like you too’ you told him, a shy smile on your face, but it was worth the pounding in your chest when you saw him smile down at you before kissing you lovingly.
You’d just about finished helping Mason pack when you let out a big yawn which Mason noticed. ‘Come on love, you go to sleep I can do the rest tomorrow’ he told you, pulling you into him and leaving a kiss on your head.
‘Can I sleep here?’ You questioned shyly, figuring Ben already thought you were sleeping together so there was no point in trying to be coy, and he nodded with a small smile.
‘Of course, you don’t have to ask’ he whispered and you buried your head in his arm as he laughed lightly. ‘Come on, you can sleep in this’ he told you, removing the shirt from his body and handing it to you. You blushed at the sight of him, wanting to reach out and touch his skin but figured you’d have a chance to do that in a little bit. He ushered you to his en-suite and once you were sorted, you returned to find him sat in just his boxers on the edge of the bed.
He nodded for you to get in whilst he jumped in the bathroom after and when he finally emerged he slotted himself next to you and pulled you into his chest. You were eye level and you allowed yourself to take a good look at his features and you felt yourself turn to jelly. You placed a gentle kiss on his lips which made him smile before you got yourself comfortable in his arms and drifted off to sleep.
The flight home was fine, Ben made no effort to talk or interact with you both so you left him to it however you were growing increasingly annoyed by his attitude and unwillingness to talk about things properly. Him pushing you away was just making you gravitate to Mason more and once you’d landed, you made your way off the plane with Mason holding on to your hand behind you. Not even looking at Ben as he glanced up at you.
You’d been home an hour when you’d received a text from Ben, asking if he could come and talk to you but making sure you were alone. Mason had helped you carry your bags in from the taxi but left pretty much straight after so she could sort himself out, promising to call you later so you let Ben know it was fine and he was over in the next half hour.
He didn’t so much a crack a smile when you opened the door, just walked in with his hands in his pockets and made his way to you living room. You took a deep breath before following him in and sitting on the opposite side of the room.
‘Can I get you a drink or anything?’ You offered but he just shook his head. ‘So what’s up?’
He gave you an disbelieving look before shaking his head slightly and you could see how agitated he was becoming so you let him collect himself before he spoke.
‘You know I’m not happy about this. Like at all’
‘You don’t say’ you huffed and he gave you a hard look.
‘Don’t be sarcastic, y/n. Why him? Like why out of everyone on the planet are you sleeping with him? And how long have you been doing this behind my back? I thought we told each other everything?’
‘First of all, we’re not just sleeping together. We’re trying to give things a proper go like it’s not just sex there’re actual feelings there. And second of all, it’s none of your business who I may or may not be sleeping with or dating’ you told him and he scoffed at your words which was making you grow impatient quickly. ‘We also haven’t been doing anything behind your back. The first time was the night before you walked in on us. You should know I’m always honest with you but I didn’t think I’d need to text you and ask permission first’
‘You expect me to believe that?’ He spat and you sighed quietly.
‘Believe what you want. I don’t get it though, you never had an issue with my ex and he was an absolute arse. Mason is supposed to be one of your best friends and you’re treating him horribly’
‘Cause I know what he’s like!’ He exploded and you were a little taken aback by his outburst. ‘He doesn’t care about you like that, he just wants you for sex. Why do you think he even went there in the first place? He wasn’t getting any when we were out so he thought he’d try it on with you and you bloody fell for it!’
You felt your eyes burn at what Ben was saying, not believing him at all as you trusted Mason. He wasn’t just a random boy after all, he was your friend first and foremost and he’d been nothing but kind to you since you met him.
‘I’m sorry Ben, but you’ve got it all wrong’ you told him calmly but this seemed to agitate him even more, causing him to jump up and start pacing the room.
‘I’m trying to protect you here, y/n. I’m not saying stuff for the fun of it. He’s no good for you’
‘Why?’
‘Cause I know-‘
‘No you don’t!’ You cut him off, rising up to face him and he he stopped to look at you shocked. ‘You don’t know anything about Me and Mason. We had sex twice, that’s it. We haven’t done it again since you saw us that morning and and when I told him I wanted to wait until we figured things out he said he’s happy to do what I think is best. Because he respects me enough to wait until I’m comfortable with where we are. So no he’s not just shagging me. He actually cares and I care about him’ you told him, angry with how this conversation was going. ‘If you came here to be rude about him and tell lies than I’d rather you leave’
‘You don’t mean that’
‘Oh I do Ben, I really do. You’ve made the both of us feel like crap over this and I’m not gonna let you ruin this for me’. By the looks of things, he didn’t have anything else to say to you and just stared at you for a brief second before walking out.
You felt deflated.
If your own best friend couldn’t be happy for you then who would? You tried not to think about what he’d said, not wanting to question Masons intentions as he’d done absolutely nothing to make you doubt him, but Ben had seemingly got under your skin.
You woke up the next morning to a text from Mason, having gone to sleep without messaging him last night as your own insecurities had got the better of you.
Hello beautiful. I presume you went to sleep pretty early last night as I didn’t hear from you. I hope you’re okay and let me know when you’re free for me to see you next cause I miss you already :( xxx
You smiled at his text, eager to see him too now you’d slept on everything and you let him know you were free all day. He made his way over to you at around three and you greeted him with a bone crushing hug that made him laugh.
‘You okay?’ He questioned with a concerned face and you let him know you were fine before you got settled on the sofa.
‘Have you heard from Ben at all?’ You asked him after a few minutes and he shook his head. ‘I have’
‘Oh yeah? What did he say?’
‘Some not very nice things’ you laughed and the look Mason was giving you made it clear he wanted you to expand. ‘Told me you only want me for sex and he doesn’t get why out of everyone else on the planet i’d pick you’ you told him and you could see he was disheartened about it so you held him by the jaw until his sad eyes looked into yours. ‘I don’t believe him though, Mase. Not a word. And I told him to leave and not ruin things for us’
He gave you a half smile at this, thankful that you’d stuck up for him but you cold tell he was unhappy with what Ben had said about him. You leaned in and gave him a gentle kiss that made him smile a little more before he tugged you into him so he could hold you.
‘I’m sorry he’s making things difficult, but I need you to know he’s wrong. It’s not just sex for me’
‘I know that, Mase. I believe you I promise. ’
‘I thought he might be a little unhappy but I didn’t think he’d be like this’ he breathed as he gently rubbed up and down your back. ‘I never meant to fall for you, it just happed but I don’t regret it one bit’
You pulled back to look at him, your glassy eyes catching his and you offered him a small smile as he bent down to kiss you lightly.
‘You don’t have to explain yourself Mason’ you told him as you settled back into his embrace so you could tell him how you felt without looking at him as you were overcome with nerves. ‘He must of known something like this would of happened cause he told me you were off limits’
‘Me too’ He chuckled and you nestled further down into him. ‘We better make sure this works out then huh?’ He chuckled and you squeezed him a little tighter. ‘But I don’t want you to worry about what Ben has to say. How we feel about each other is nothing to do with him’ he stated before kissing your head lightly. ‘Now, when can I take you on a second date?’ He laughed and you chuckled into his neck, feeling happier than you had all day.
Mason had taken you to mini golf for your second date and he’d beaten you by a landslide. You weren’t happy with your performance but he made it up to you in kisses so you couldn’t be too mad at him. You’d even stayed over at his that night although he reiterated that no funny business would be happening and even though he was joking, you couldn’t wait for your third and final date so you could get him in between the sheets agin.
You we’re currently waiting for him in the car park at cobham, having dropped him off this morning but he seemed to be one of the last ones out as there were only a few cars left. You soon saw Reece heading out the door, looking around frantically until he spotted your car. You got out as he rushed over and the panic set in as you caught sight of the look in his face.
‘You better come in’ he told you and you followed him, unsure of what you were walking into. He led you all the way to what appeared to be a treatment room and inside you found Mason lying on a physio bed with a bandage around his ankle and a sour look on his face.
‘Mase? What the hell happened?’ You asked as you rushed over to him. Your hands cupped his jaw and you felt his hands settle around your waist, trying to comfort you even though he was the one in pain.
‘It’s just a knock baby, don’t worry I’ll be alright in a few days’ he reassured you but you heard a scoff from the other side of the room and when you turned you were met with a pissed off looking Ben, clearly annoyed about the pet name Mason called you, but you could detect a bit of guilt behind his eyes.
‘Did you do this?’ You breathed and you noticed him squirm under your stare.
‘Not on purpose’ he argued back, he eyebrows furrowed as he caught onto how hurt you were by his actions.
‘It was just a bit of a late tackle’ Mason explained quietly.
‘It was a bit of a shit tackle’ Reece uttered and Mason let out a little laugh whilst Ben shot daggers at them both.
‘Just get out Ben’ you huffed, turning away so you could focus your attention on Mason and after a few seconds you heard him leave the room with Reece following behind with a quick goodbye. ‘Sorry love, I feel like this is all my fault’ you told him, resting your hands on his shoulders, but he looked up at you with sparking eyes and a huge smile. ‘What?’ You laughed as he turned his face and kissed your arm.
‘That’s the first time you’ve ever called me anything but my name’ he laughed and you felt your face blush as you realised you’d let the pet name slip. ‘Don’t be embarrassed, I liked it’ he told you, pulling you in so you could give him a hug ‘it’s not your fault either. Let’s just go home’ he whispered and you could tell he sounded deflated.
You spent a few days looking after Mason, but he was right and he was fine a few days after however you had your suspicions he was playing on it a little bit so you’d take care of him for longer.
You wanted to surprise Mason after his first day back at training so you let yourself into his with the spare key you knew he’d hidden in a lockbox behind a bush and you were upstairs when you heard his car pulling onto the drive. He was earlier than you expected and you chanced a look outside to find Bens car parking up next his. You cursed under your breath as you hadn’t realised he would be bringing anyone back and you hid upstairs so the pair of them couldn’t see you but you could still hear.
‘Shall we go sit in the kitchen? I need a drink’ you heard Mason ask before they both shuffled off. You were unsure of what to do, but your curiosity got the better of you and you snuck downstairs to listen in, hiding behind the door frame so you could hear every word. ‘Thanks for coming’ you heard Mason utter as you sat on the floor as quietly as you could.
‘I guess it’s a bit overdue’ Ben huffed and you gulped in anticipation about what you were about to hear. ‘I’m sorry about your ankle’
‘I don’t care about that, I’ll be fine in a few days. What I care about is how y/n feels and I know she’s really hurt’ Mason explained, and your heart thudded at how he was sticking up for you. ‘I thought you might be a bit iffy about us at first, but I didn’t expect this’
You heard Ben sigh and they were both quiet for a while before Ben let out a little groan.
‘I don’t know…’ Ben trailed off but Mason pushed him for an answer.
‘You know me, you know I’d never do anything to hurt her and you’re lying about me behind my back? Filling her head with all sorts of shit to warn her off? You were never like that with her ex yet you’re happy to throw one of your best friends to the wolves?’
‘Cause I knew it would never last with him’ Ben suddenly stated and you held your breath in hopes he would continue. ‘I knew I’d never have to worry about anything serious going on cause he was a twat’
‘But this is what I don’t get’ Mason queried thankfully asking all the questions you wished you could. ‘What does it matter if she’s in a serious relationship. She’s a grown adult and she deserves to be happy. You can keep her you single best friend forever’
‘That’s not what I want’
‘Then please explain cause I’m really not getting it’
‘You really want me to tell you?’
‘Yes’
‘I don’t want her to be single forever, but I wanted her to be single for when I was ready’ he told Mason timidly and you had to hold your hand over your mouth to hold in your gasp, wondering if what he was saying meant what you think it did. ‘I didn’t care if she was waisting time with with him cause I knew when that was all over, I’d be ready and waiting for her’
‘Wait? You like her?’
‘Of course I do’ he huffed and you could feel your heart ringing in your ears. Ben was your best friend, you saw him as a brother but never as anything more, so to hear him speak about you like this shocked you as you would of never expected it. ‘But I don’t think I’m ready for all that just yet, you know?’
‘So you encouraged her to date guys you knew it wouldn’t work out with so she’d be available for when you were ready? Do you realise how that sounds, mate? That fucking awful’
‘Well yeah, when you say it like that it does. But I never meant it in a bad way. I just felt like it was fate that we’d end up together but then you showed up and took her away’
‘She’s not your fucking possession’ Mason spat and you almost got up to stop him exploding. ‘You’ve got no right to play with her life like that’
‘I wasn’t’ Ben argued back and you weren’t sure if you wanted to carry on listening anymore.
‘Look mate, I get it alright. I’ve liked her from the second I saw her, she’s not hard to fall for. But if you’re not ready to be what she needs now then I don’t think you ever will be. If you like her as much as you say you do then you would of found a way to make it work’ Mason told him softly, trying to comfort him but also let him know this all had to stop. ‘I’d do absolutely anything for her, you know? Even if she never wanted to see me again I’d do it cause I put her feelings above mine always. That’s what you do for the ones you care about’ he laughed lightly
‘It’s just a lot to lose’
‘I’m not saying she’s gonna kick you out of her life, you’re her best friend and she’s always gonna want you around, but you have to respect her decisions’
It was silent for a while and you figured Ben was processing what Mason had said to him, soon enough hearing a big sigh.
‘I’m sorry for all that shit I said about you. Walking into you two going at it wasn’t exactly great and I was just trying anything I could to try and end things. But that was shit of me and I’m sorry’
‘I get it, I know it must be hard’
‘Doesn’t make it right though. I’ve been a shit friend to you. To the both of you’
‘There’s still time to fix things’ Mason told him, his voice sounding optimistic and you smiled at how maturely he seemed to be handling the situation. ‘But I want you to know I’d never do anything to hurt her, yeah? You can trust me’
‘I know. That’s why I never wanted you together’ Ben said with a laugh and you heard Mason chuckle along with him. ‘Come give me a hug, man’ Ben said and you took that as you cue to leave, carefully standing up and making your way back up to Masons room where you could hopefully hide out for a little bit until Ben had left. You had almost drifted off when you heard the door open to reveal a smiling Mason which confused you as you’d expected him to be surprised to see you.
‘So this is where you went’ he teased as he flopped down next to you. ‘How much if that did you hear downstairs?’
‘W-what?’ You stuttered, stunned that you’d apparently been caught out, but the smile on his face let him know you were okay. ‘How did you know I was listening’ to whispered with a slight laugh as you hid in his body.
‘I saw a shadow move when you got up to go and then your hair when you turned. Discreet is not your middle name my love’ he teased and you laughed as he tickled your sides.
‘I heard pretty much all of it’ you told him quietly and he nodded gently in response. ‘Did he see me too?’
‘No, he was facing the other way’ he confirmed, stroking your cheek with his thumb and kissing your forehead. ‘Are you alright?’
‘I think so. Thank you for sticking up for me’ you mumbled and he smiled before kissing your cheek but you could tell he looked a little rattled by the whole thing.
‘Does this change things between us?’ He asked shyly and your heart broke at the vulnerability in his eyes.
‘I don’t see why it would’ you reassured him, holding him a little tighter to hopefully let him know things were going to be okay.
‘He likes you, y/n. He think I stole his future wife’ he grumbled and you smiled at his moodiness. ‘Don’t laugh’
‘Look, Mase. If that’s what he feels then fine, but I don’t feel the same’
‘No?’ He asked, a look of relief washing over his features as you shook your head.
‘No. He’s like a brother to me, and after what said downstairs and done over the last week or so then that’s not someone I want. I like you, Mase. I want to be with you’ you told him and he hugged you to him tighter.
‘I thought you might of picked him over me’ he breathed and you shook your head.
‘Yes I’ve known Ben for longer, but I’m not giving up what we have. You’ve made me so happy, like I know we’re just starting out but I’m excited about the future with you’
‘Yeah?’ He laughed, and you could see his eyes were a bit glossy. Clearly relieved as he thought your friendship with Ben would trump your feelings for each other.
‘Of course’ you smiled before kissing him softly. ‘In fact, how about we call this our third date?’ You winked and his face lit up instantly.
‘Are you sure?’ he laughed before grabbing your face so he could deepen the kiss and rolling his body on top of yours.
‘Positive, I’m always happy to bend the rules for you’ you breathed, wrapping your legs around his waist and pulling him flush against your body. You could fell him pressed up against your core and your spine tingled at the feel of him. ‘Besides, we have another massive problem of yours to sort out by the looks of things’ you teased and he buried his head in your neck whilst laughing, a little embarrassed clearly but you found it endearing.
‘I promise you, I’ll try my hardest to make this the only problem we ever have’ he laughed and you laughed even louder, happier now things were heading in the right direction.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's been a few weeks since your relationship with Rebecca went public, the news spread like wildfire across the office. It was uncomfortable for the first week or so, you got a lot of weird stares and head a bunch of whispers as you waked by, more buzzing emerged whenever you were spotted with Rebecca, which was often since you were her assistant.
"Cara mia don't pay them any attention." Rebecca says, looking down at you with a smile on her face.
You lift your gaze from the floor up to her and gently smile at her, she wraps her arm around you and you make your way to her office.
"You would think there would be new office gossip for them to move on to." You say, a little frustrated.
"Love, you're sleeping with your boss, I'm sleeping with my assistant. I don't think it's going to be one of those things that blows over quickly."
You cross your arms and frown, it's been exhausting trying to dodge everyone's stares and gossip, you just want it to end. She stands up from her desk and wraps her arms around you.
"Oh bichita, it'll be okay. Just give it some time."
You look up at her and smile, wrapping your arms around her waist.
"What?" She asks.
"Noting, I have no idea what 'bichita' means, but I love hearing you speak different languages. It's pretty sexy actually."
"Ti piace quando parlo in lingue diverse?"
"I have no idea what you just said, but I could listen to you say it all day." You say with a laugh, she laughs and leans down and kisses you.
She sits back down at her desk and you take a seat in one of the chairs in front of her. You open up your notebook and go through the list of meetings she has for the rest of the week, as well as plans you've added into her calendar for after work.
"Three meetings Wednesday, one at 11am, the other at 2pm."
"Ugh I'm not looking forward to those- wait, what's the third meeting?"
"Well the third is kind of a twofer, 7pm and 9pm."
She gives you a look.
"Dinner at 7 and," you look back through your notes "miscellaneous physical activity at 9pm."
Rebecca starts laughing and puts her hands in her face, you start laughing too along with her.
"What am I gonna do with you?" She says shaking her head, still laughing.
"Anything you want." You say as you playfully stick your tongue out at her.
She rests her face on her hand and looks at you with a smile on her face.
"Oh how I adore you." She says with a smile. Her eyes shift to the door and she sits up. "Leslie, good morning."
"Good morning Rebecca, y/n, I heard some interesting scuttlebutt on my way in this morning."
"Please tell me they've stopped talking about Rebecca and I." You say, although you already know the answer.
Higgins looks at you and back to Rebecca. "I'm afraid not, it actually is scuttlebutt about the two of you." He says cautiously.
"Ugh." You say as you put your head down on Rebecca's desk.
"Aw, mon petit chouchou," she says as you feel her fingers run through your hair.
"Aw." Higgins says, sounding like he understood what she said.
"What does that mean?" You ask as you look up at Rebecca.
"My little cabbage." Higgins says, you look over at him and he has his hand over his heart.
"What? A cabbage?" You look back at Rebecca, confused.
"It's a French term of endearment love." She says with a smile.
"French is fucking weird." You look back over at Higgins. "So what did you hear?"
"Well, the rumor is that Rebecca is moving in with you."
You look over at her and she chuckles. "Oh no, we're not there yet, plus, when we do move in together, y/n will be moving in with me."
"I feel like I should be offended at that." You say with a laugh.
"Oh please, you and I both know my house is much bigger and nicer than your flat." You give her a look. "As charming and lovely as it is." She quickly adds.
"I guess that's fair." You say rolling your eyes at her. "Wait, did you say 'when we move in together'?"
"I did." She says with a smile.
You both chat with Higgins some more and you get on with your day.
A few days later you're walking through the hall and you see Rebecca walking towards you.
"Ah, there you are." She says with a smile.
"Hi baby!"
She wraps her arms around you and you wrap your arms around her waist and look up into her eyes. A few of your coworkers walk by and you hear whispers as they pass by.
"Ugh." You say as you rest your head on her shoulder.
"Come with me." She says as she grabs your hand. She walks a few feet down the hall and looks both ways to see if there's anyone nearby. When the coast is clear she pulls you into a supply closet and shuts the door behind you.
"What are you-"
"Shhh." She says bringing her finger to your lips. She holds your face in her hands and gazes into your eyes. "I couldn't wait until later." She whispers.
"Rebecca-" your words are cut off when her lips meet yours, you melt into the kiss, your hands holding onto her hips.
She flicks her tongue across your lips and you part them, letting her in. You gently moan into her mouth when her tongue meets yours and you feel her smile as she kisses you. You gently suck on her bottom lip and kiss alongside her jaw and down her neck. She takes a sharp breath in as you nip at her neck and then suck on the spot, you're probably going to leave a mark but right now that's the last thing either of you are thinking about. You kiss further down her neck and over her collarbone, she runs her fingers through your hair and grabs at the hair at the back of your head. You kiss further down her chest and between her breasts, your chin resting on the lowest point of her v neck shirt. You kiss and suckle on the exposed skin of her cleavage and she throws her head back.
"Mmm, draga mea, you are perfection."
"Don't stop, talk to me in every language you know." You purr as you kiss every inch of her exposed skin.
"Tu aimes quand je parle dans différentes langues?"
You smile as you kiss your way back up her neck.
"Ti accende l'amore?"
Your lips meet hers once more and she kisses you hard, her tongue immediately exploring your mouth. She pins you against the shelf behind you, her hands gripping your hips, she moves her lips to your neck and begins kissing and gently biting at your skin. You grab the hair on back of her head and bite down on your lip desperately trying to hold back a moan. One starts to slip out and she catches it in her mouth, pressing her lips against yours. You're desperate for her touch but you don't want her lips to move off of yours. You both feel like you're in your own world where only the two of you exist, you usually feel like this when you're with her, especially when you're being intimate in any way.
You're blinded by a bright light when you realize someone opened the closet door, you and Rebecca jump and you see one of your coworkers, completely in shock. They immediately close the door and you hear their footsteps quickly walk down the hall. After the initial shock, you both look at each other and laugh, you lay your head into Rebecca's chest.
"Oh nooo." You whine.
"Nous sommes baisés." She says as she wraps her arms around you.
"What does that mean?"
"We're fucked."
You both laugh as you hold each other, your burning face buried into her.
"We sure are."
⩤• You •⩥
The echo of the door slamming shut, the memory of stumbling down the stairs, it was all so fresh in your mind. It nearly felt as if it had just happened, a mere second ago, yet it had been two days. Your husband had been gone for two days, after a fight you had never imagined ever having. His words, those cold accusatory truths, made you shiver. The remnants of the revelation of how selfish you had been, how single-mindedly you had been viewing Christmas, and the whole thought process behind decorating your home for the holiday.
You shivered and glared at the overly decorated tree, it ought to have caught fire with the intensity of your eyes — it did not, of course, burst into flames. “I did warn you, me Lady,” said Miss Lowel as she sat a tray of tea down on the table in the drawing room. “His Lordship does not take the holidays lightly, me Lady.” “You don’t say…” you murmured with a snark in your voice. “Could have been worse, me Lady. Could have put you out.” “Instead he abandoned our home. Me.” “Me Lady?” You looked toward her. “Does the lady… Do me Lady fancy his Lordship?” she asked timidly, her hands held tightly before her while a look of trepidation and something close to disgust flitted across her sweet features.
You sighed, averting your gaze to the hearth and the glowing embers within it. Is there a point in denying it any longer? If I didn’t, I wouldn’t feel so… sad… “Yes, Miss Lowel. I-, I do,” you said quietly. “I think… I think perhaps I may have come to like the man, a bit.” A lot… Miss Lowel smiled, but it was a forced sort of thing. “I see, me Lady.” “Not that it matters, the man could never feel a thing for me, I’m not sure he’s capable of feelings of a positive nature.” “Oh, I don’t know about that, me Lady. His Lordship is quite… different with you.” “Ha, funny, Miss Lowel, very funny,” you said dryly, reaching for the teacup. “He barely speaks a word to me, at dinner he does not so much as hold half a conversation with me, he always storms off to his study, to the court, away from me.” “His Lordship eats dinner at home, he quietly watches you speak, he offers space and no forced proximity, apart from insisting on sharing a bed but, if I may be so bold, I dare say there’s been no coercion inside the bedroom, me Lady?”
Your eyes bulged at her brazen words and forward manner. She spoke the truth though. So you nodded. “I dare say that is quite the change from the man I have served these past four years, me Lady.” “How so?” you asked while sipping your tea, endeavouring to not appear too hungry for information about the man who grasped your heart tighter with each passing day.
“Neither of the things I just mentioned would have been connected to His Lordship before your arrival miss. I do not think I’ve once served him dinner at home before ten in the evening before your arrival, me Lady, and even those times were rarities. This was not a place he remained for more time than necessary. And conversation within this house, no, that was not a possibility, yet you are given time to speak, not simply to reply to commands. Me Lord even listens, that is quite something, me Lady.”
You looked at her, wondering if she’d lost her mind — had too much eggnog perhaps? “That’s silly, Miss Lowel.” “Silly? His Lordship has changed with your arrival.” “I highly doubt it has anything to do with me, the man is brutal and cold. Unfeeling. I will not even attempt to pretend to possess any value for him beyond being his wife as the daughter of an upstanding and wealthy family. He seems to be a man completely out of care for anyone and anything, I am no different to him than any other person.” Miss Lowel bowed her head with a straight face. “If you say so, me Lady. I do not possess the frankness to contradict your words.” The maid left the room while your thoughts whispered, you just did.
***
The last piece of Christmas decore landed in the sack by your feet. The house was restored to its less festive state after a couple of hours of your hard work. It had taken longer to put it all up than take it down, down was easy, especially with a simmer of anger and hurt in your muscles which had forced you to move faster.
You wouldn’t admit to it, but you hoped he’d return and you’d be forgiven for what you’d unwittingly done. Your intentions had been good, but Richard’s view of it all had changed your perspective of your actions. He hadn’t been wrong, you hadn’t talked with him, asked him, or even thought of taking his input on decorating the house. But, how could you have known the man didn’t like Christmas?
He may hold no care for me, or anyone else in the world, but I can still care for him. Can I not? I can still change and do things out of care for him even if it’s not reciprocated. But you knew it would be a difficult task, loving and caring for someone who housed none of that love or care in return, but you were a stubborn person. Once you set your mind to something you refuse to back down or give up until you have enough evidence to show something was an impossibility. Perhaps that was why you had been used by people you believed to be your friends, even family, before?
You had dragged the sack back to the attic, locking the door again before heading toward the drawing room where you plopped down in a graceless heap on the sofa. Miss Lowel had stoked the fire recently it seemed so you soaked up the warmth by pointing your feet toward the hearth, watching the flames dance while your heart turned heavier.
You had no idea where Richard had gone, he had said he would not return until after Christmas to give you your holiday cheer but you had never felt as dreary or sad in December before. Especially now, with no holiday cheer to be found in your home. It felt utterly wrong, but the way Richard had reacted and how he had felt when seeing all the decorations you’d spent the entire day putting up had been worse. That you’d hurt him made you feel beyond heavy, no matter if it was on purpose or not. He’d been hurt, and you had for the first time gotten to hear of his emotions — how he saw it all.
“Sharing, as in taking the liberty to completely alter my one sanctuary without so much as a word with me beforehand? Sharing seems to be all, about, you,” he had seethed two days ago, for the first time truly sharing how he felt and it had hurt you deeply. Admittedly, in the moment, you had felt hurt yourself by his words but now, with some time to think of it all and look at it from his viewpoint, you felt horrible at having caused him harm.
What did he mean by his sanctuary? You didn’t quite understand that, he didn’t act as if his home was a sanctuary. Did he mean from the holiday? I mean, all of London is filled with Christmas cheer — carols, decorations, happier people, all the markets and — Your mind turned quiet as you understood what he’d meant.
Christmas was inescapable. One foot out the door and there was a carol floating on the wind, the smell of roasted chestnuts, someone ringing a bell for donations to the poor during the time a year of giving and gifting. The holiday was tangible everywhere, oppressively so if one disliked it… To give up the holiday wasn’t a possibility for you, though. You’d celebrate, but perhaps you didn’t need to do so in a way that reached or imposed itself on your husband — after all, Christmas wasn’t actually about the decorations, the songs, the food, or even the gifts. No, it was about a feeling, a sense of hope and joy, a warmth on the inside rather than sparkling surroundings.
You stood up, patting down your dress. “I can do that. But, how do I tell him I took it all down?” You nibbled your bottom lip, wondering if your husband was at court perhaps — it was Wednesday after all. “Should I even bother him? Can I go to him?” His angry features, his cold eyes, the harsh tone of his voice — it all told you you couldn’t. Richard was a man who made his own choices, took his own decisions, and as far as you knew he never went back on his word.
He had declared he’d be back after Christmas, perhaps all you had to do was wait for time to pass, respecting his choice? You’d already overstepped so greatly it felt as if seeking him out would only enrage him, perhaps forever close off the slightest possibility he’d ever grow close to you as you had grown to truly like him. You dared not think the feelings you had for the man were even deeper than that; if you admitted to it things would become far too hard to endure. You had had hope the feelings were mutual, the difference between the man you had heard of before wedding him and the man he was around you were far different from each other.
You sighed and looked at the clock, it struck eleven and it was time to sleep. You moved through the silent house, halting by the guest room, a sense of lacking enveloped you as your fingers lingered on the knob. You glanced down the hall, toward the door leading into your shared bedroom. You missed him. Missed sleeping next to him, and as Miss Lowel had pointed out there had never been anything more than sleep happening in there since you moved in. He’d never forced you, never asked you, never even so much as changed in the same room. He’d respected you, and your privacy, only sharing a bed through sleep. Why it was like that you didn’t quite know, your husband had been known to take whores before your wedding but not once had you noticed such a thing happening after you became his wife.
Your face mushed against his pillow a few minutes later. You inhaled his distinct scent, a shiver slid down your back before you squeezed the feather-filled thing. You curled up in a ball for a moment under his cover, thinner than yours but comforting despite not fully keeping you warm. “I miss you,” you whispered and inhaled deeply, feeling yourself go heavy by the comfort of his scent.
The wind tugged at the ends of his hair peeking out beneath his top hat. The house lay nearly dark, save for one single candle in the window of his bedroom. The bedroom he shared with you. There were differences to when he had stormed out of the house though. The curtains were changed back to their ordinary ones, there were no longer any decorations in the windows from what he could tell, empty as usual.
The cold had begun to slip inside his clothes, yet he remained on the sidewalk across the road — watching his house in a tense silence. For two days he had stewed over his reaction, his behaviour towards you when you had so obnoxiously obviously been exuberantly happy about decorating the house for Christmas. Everywhere his eyes had gone there had been reminders. Old decorations, from his time as a boy when joy was as far from Christmas as one could get despite the house being abysmally drenched in beautiful decorations looking to spark a sense of awe. All it ever meant for him were dread, loneliness, and pretending.
His family, rich and well-off as it was, had no real riches beyond money and status. His mother was a shell of a human, his father a devil of cruelty, his brother a demon of wickedness, and his sister… dead. The one who had been a joy, had died far too young, and what little love there had been in the mansion of a house went with her.
He shrugged, flexing his fingers within the leather gloves to bring some blood and warmth back to the tips. His eyes remained fixed on the dreary-looking house, darker than others along the street with not so much as a glimmer of a sparkle or flicker of an ornate lantern anywhere to be found. It had his jaw clenching as he thought of the sparkle that had been in your eyes before he’d snuffed it out with words of cruelty. Honest words, yet cruel in their harsh nature.
His spine stiffened as the curtain flickered in the bedroom. Mrs Lowel appeared, blowing out the candle, and given her timid motions he guessed you lay fast asleep in the bed he usually shared with you. Our bed, our home, my wife… My sweet wife… He drew a deep breath and marched towards the door on stiff legs while his mind ran rampant — wondering if you could forgive his outburst and rage, his words and behaviour. You were a joy in his dark life, and as he opened the door that very darkness seemed to glare at him.
All your work, all your thoughts, all your sparkling wonder; all of it was gone. He found not a single shred of tinsel, not even a lonesome garland remained as he removed his cloak and snow-covered boots, stepping into a pair of slippers while looking all around him at the utter lack of Christmas. That you listened and possibly respected him enough to remove it all made a warmth bloom in the pit of his stomach where a knot had formed over the whole situation. I usually do not care. I am not a caring man. I am not a man who cares for others’ emotions, yet, I find myself caring for yours most deeply. Disturbing business.
He moved up the stairs, his steps heavy yet quiet. His heart beat harder for each stride while his hand glided along the railing — partly for support as he felt himself waver at the possibility you may not be able to forgive him. Or, worse, you would possibly only do so with an explanation, a tale of his past he never wished to divulge.
He quietly opened the door, his body tense and his face set in a stoic mask as he struggled for the control he nearly always held a firm grasp of. When his eyes landed on your sleeping form, curled up on his side of the bed with his pillow held in a vice grip against your chest half buried under his cover, his heart stuttered and his body stiffened.
You were beautiful, angelic in your sleep, and he had to resist the urge exploding within his body as it had done every day since you became his wife. He yearned to touch each part of you, kiss each sliver of skin, caress each dip and mound, and explore every aspect of your body in its entirety. Months upon months had passed since he last took pleasure from another body. Ever since he vowed before God and congregation, before you, to be your faithful husband he had not touched or even looked at another woman. You were the only one for him, yet your innocence had proven a difficult thing to conquer. His own sins were like long shadows keeping him away, forcing him to wait for you to come to him willingly. He had tried, by God and Heaven, he had tried to be kind and caring, thoughtful and patient, yet you had not come to him still.
He stepped up to the bed, his eyes roaming your outline, and reached out his still-cold hand. His fingers graced your cheek, stroking away a tendril of hair so utterly soft to the touch he twirled it once between his fingers before letting go. “Sweet wife,” he whispered and just barely stopped himself from leaning in to kiss you. You stirred at his deep voice. “Richard?” you asked, your eyes blinking away the haze of sleep while he stood over you with nothing but his willpower to respect and be kind towards you keeping him in place while he watched your eyes clear — sleepy, to happy, to sad. It tore at his heart that your eyes no longer sparkled like last time he had come home.
“I took it down,” you whispered, your voice a meek sound. “I saw.” “Will you stay now?” He blinked at that, his brain addled with worry and an uncomfortable amount of desperation to hold you close. He was far too enchanted, in far too deep when it came to you. Not that he could verbally admit that. “I will,” he said, his voice a quiet drone while he attempted to keep himself in control. “Will you—” “I’ll move,” you said before he could ask for your forgiveness, and you shimmied out from his cover while laying his pillow in its proper place before situating yourself on your side of the bed. Not once did you expose any part of your nightdress-clad body — to his utter dismay and relief at the same time.
“I won’t look,” you whispered while turning around to face the window, giving him your back. He wished to turn you over again, make you watch him undress, make you see what you always did to his anatomy. But he did not. He watched the back of your head with growing agony and want, with a wish for forgiveness he could not quite bring himself to ask for now that his body burned with lust despite the cold sadness you emitted. I am a lesser man, thinking of ravaging you at a time like this. I will not yield to it, love. I vowed to myself you would be the one to come to me. If I so perish without ever having felt your warmth, it shall be so.
He slipped on his nightshirt and slunk in under the cover, keeping space between you both. The warmth you left behind, the wonderful scent now embedded on his side of the bed, made his entire body turn rigid. You were perfection, and now he may have ruined whatever chance he had so painstakingly long worked to gain. He drew a deep breath, your warmth and closeness offering relief of the acutest kind, and fell asleep in a matter of seconds. Too drained to remain in the moment, too comforted by your closeness to resist the relaxation. The knot in his stomach was ignored for the moment as dreams slipped in with nothing but you in them.
A/N: Uffh, these two have me in such a grip - and their story isn't quite at the HEA yet 👀 I'm kinda itching to make Y/n a bit more fierce, after all, her emotions are running rampant and Richard isn't really in control of his emotional state either - they have a lot to figure out between themselves and perhaps we ought to throw in another curveball or two to really make them argue (or perhaps bang) it out? 🤔🤭❤
Q: Do you have any tradition of your own around this time of year that you always keep? A: I have a few, one of my longest-running ones is being the one to put up and decorate the Christmas tree (the first weekend of December since I moved out of my childhood home). I've been in charge of doing the tree since I was a teenager and I've always loved it 🥰🎄✨
hi! could i request a little something unconventional? i was thinking something where ominisXmc (or any other pair) had a daughter and seb becomes infatuated with her (she’s of age and reciprocates) and he has to show her how to “love” so to speak. i’m a sucker for age difference
Hi, nonny! Oh my, but this is a naughty one 😅
As a little disclaimer, I don't really think Seb would do this, he'd feel too guilty doing it to Ominis' daughter, and he'd also feel like a bit of an uncle-figure (which complicates matters further haha).
But yeah, have a smutfic of Sebastian healing an emotionally neglected girl with orgasms 💕 Enjoy, my dear!! Mwah 😘
You better be careful what you wish for, btw, because I ship Ominis with Anne, so that would have given this fic a whole nother angle of kink 😂 But I paired him with MC <3
— PAIRING: Sebastian Sallow x F!Reader
— WARNINGS: smut, angst, age difference (39 vs 19), vaginal fingering, size difference, frottage
— WORDCOUNT: 12k (another long one 😭)
The first time Sebastian met her, she was only a few years old. It was in many ways a memorable day, yet for the longest time seemed so forgettable. Most of his time had been spent travelling either around the country or abroad, chasing relics for private collectors, breaking curses, and occasionally smuggling the odd forbidden artefact… Seeing the Gaunts had been relegated to a special treat, as he hardly had time to visit his friends and their new family.
He’d been to Ominis’ wedding — as best man, no less — when he wed their childhood friend. It was not long after their graduation, as was often the case with wealthy pureblood families. Sebastian was happy for them. He’d caused them so much trouble, after all, dragging them into his search for the cure that afflicted Anne, then making them accomplices, in a way, to his uncle's murder… He hadn’t thought much of it during 5th year when everything seemed urgent and risks didn’t matter. In retrospect, between what befell his family and the fight against Ranrock, that had been a year most mad for all involved.
Sebastian first met little Miss Gaunt a few years before she was due to attend Hogwarts. At around the age he and Anne had lost their parents, in fact… Ominis and his wife had a modest little mansion that they made the most of, his older brother having inherited the bulk of the family fortune.
They had lunch and dinner, and Sebastian stayed with them overnight, and they went out for a picnic the next day. Their daughter was a bit shy, but she loved running in the sunshine. They all enjoyed the picnic while keeping an eye on her, but she never got into trouble — nothing like he and Anne when they were children.
The next time he saw her, she was in her 5th year. He had just arrived from France and was yearning for some old-fashioned English hospitality. Ominis offered to host him for a few weeks and Sebastian was looking forward to spending time with his best friends again. Their house was more stern and sparsely decorated than he remembered, but it was blissfully cool inside.
He’d just been there one day when the Gaunt daughter arrived from school for summer break. He almost didn’t recognise her, although she seemed to recognise him.
“What do you say, dear?” Her mother wrapped an arm around her back and held her tightly to her side, looking down at the girl with a thin smile.
“Hello, Uncle Sebastian.”
“Good girl. Now go take your things upstairs.”
He smiled warmly at her and tipped his head in a polite salute before she went up to her room, carrying her luggage. She’d been sweet, there was no cause to mention to her that he hated being called Uncle, for personal reasons… He wondered if Ominis or his wife ever realised it.
“We try to encourage her to be more independent, not rely on house elves,” said Mrs Gaunt as they went into the tearoom where Ominis was. “We didn’t have anyone to wait on us hand and foot when we were growing up, did we? So it’s best she doesn’t get accustomed to how they do things in Ominis’ family.”
“A bit of pampering never hurt anyone though,” said Sebastian, who at her age would have cherished a little bit of luxury.
“She’s spoiled enough,” said her mother, waving her hand dismissively.
Lunches and dinners were quite formal, with rich but measured dishes. The house elves apparated the meals on the heavy wooden table, but Mrs Gaunt and her daughter took them away after the meal was over while Ominis and Sebastian talked.
They discussed Ominis’ side of things more often than not and tried not to talk about Sebastian’s work, but it was clear questions lingered in the air. Why was he away for so long? What did he do on the continent? Who was he working for? And why did he sound so, so tired… Still, Ominis learned very little about what Sebastian was doing. It was for the best.
Meanwhile, as the weeks progressed, Sebastian learned a great deal more about the Gaunts. Subtle as Ominis normally was, he never shied away from criticising his family, and he took particular delight in talking about them now. They weren’t fairing well, Sebastian found out, losing vast sums to gambling or debts or irrational expenses. Ominis and his wife kept their part of the family afloat through careful management, and they shared none of it with his estranged siblings.
“Is that why you’re so spartan about everything?” asked Sebastian with a smirk as they drank firewhisky at the empty dinner table.
“I’m only being reasonable,” said Ominis. “We both agreed on it.”
“You and your wife?”
“Yes.”
“I just hope you’re not pulling the belt a bit too tightly…”
“Oh, come now, do you live in the lap of luxury?”
“You know I don’t…”
“So?”
Sebastian smiled tightly and sipped his drink again. “It does not make for a particularly charming childhood, that is my one observation, if I may…”
“You don’t think we’re being too strict, do you?”
“I just hope you’re not trying to compensate for anything through her…”
“We’re not,” said Ominis firmly. “She has a more privileged childhood than I ever had…”
“Just because you’re not practising Crucio on her does not mean she’s—”
“Sebastian, please,” he frowned, “I never should have asked…”Ominis took another drink to calm his nerves and sighed. “She’s a little shy, maybe, but she’s always been like that. She has the very best —”
“She wasn’t like that the last time I visited.”
Sebastian wasn’t sure why he’d even broached this subject, why he was challenging Ominis. The Gaunt family were within their rights to conduct themselves as they saw fit, and he, a bachelor, hardly had a say in this.
“She was five years old then,” said Ominis sternly.
“So?”
“So children change as they grow up… Really, Sebastian, I’d have thought you of all people understand that. I certainly thought you’ve changed over the years… Perhaps I was wrong.”
Sebastian sighed and dropped the subject — as he always did whenever Ominis brought up what happened in his fifth year. It was like he constantly held it above his head, that and every other mistake he’d made, waiting to drop it on him whenever he stepped out of line.
He wondered if Ominis did the same with his daughter…
He saw her on rare occasions other than at lunch and dinner, sometimes throughout the house or when they were both out in the garden.
She wasn’t much for talking, although she liked it when Sebastian showed her new spells. They sat together on the little stone bench beneath an ageing chestnut tree, and Sebastian would make its falling white petals form shapes in mid-air, birds and foxes and wolves, and have them run after each other.
“Which one do you bet on?” he asked as he directed the chase with his wand.
“The wolf,” she said with a laugh. “He’s the fastest and the strongest.”
“Really? Well, let’s see…”
By the end of the slow, floating chase, the bird had won. It took refuge high in the branches and ruffled its petal feathers at its pursuers below.
“How about that?” smiled Sebastian, looking fondly down at her.
The girl laughed, her smile weak and awkward, as she looked up at the free flower-bird. But she was still so different from the carefree child he’d seen years ago…
Sebastian left a week after that and only kept in touch with Ominis through Owls. He learned about how their family’s prospects slowly improved, how they moved to a new house, the ill fate that befell other Gaunts, and then about their daughter’s graduation. She’d been decisively average in her N.E.W.T.s, to the disappointment of both her parents, but Ominis said that, aside from that, “she was doing well”. It sounded like make-believe.
Sebastian visited them two years later. He’d just finished a lengthy and rather harrowing job in southern Spain, one that had gone quite wrong. A few deaths occurred. All in all, Sebastian was keen to get away from it, to go back home in colder climes, and forget all about it.
The Gaunts, conveniently, were vacationing on the Isle of Arran and invited Sebastian to join. He gladly accepted. They were renting a house near Sannox by the sea and boasted of daily excursions.
“We’re going up Goatfell Mountain tomorrow,” said Mrs Gaunt after she showed him his room. “Do you wish to join?”
“Sure,” he smiled, “why not?”
The house was old but solid, with thick brick walls and smooth wooden floors, old furniture, and a lovely view. The sound of the waves never ceased.
Little Miss Gaunt was staying in the room next to his on the 1st floor. Before he saw her around the house, Sebastian had wondered whether she was even there, as they hardly mentioned her and she didn’t make a sound from her room. But she came down at dinnertime, and they all ate together in the living room on the ground floor.
She smiled at him the first time she saw him, and gave him another “Hello, Uncle Sebastian.”
She was a bit taller than last time and had lost some of the baby fat of her younger years. Her dress that first evening was a frilly thing with colours that didn’t suit her. It was clearly chosen for her by her mother, in the hope that it would feminise her a bit…
It became obvious during dinner that the girl would rather have been anywhere else. Sebastian had often felt that way with the sordid sorts of wizards he had to deal with in his work…
Mr and Mrs Gaunt chatted away, asking obliquely about the sort of things Sebastian had done in Spain. They veered very quickly to talking about how their former schoolmates were doing when it became obvious Sebastian’s dealings weren’t fit for dinner conversation. The girl picked at her food and drank a great deal of water and just kept quiet while her parents spoke incessantly about other people — who got married, who died, who went on to work where…
“We’d like for her to either find someone nice, or at least get some employment,” said Mrs Gaunt at one point, looking at her daughter pointedly, who ignored her. “But,” she sighed, “no such hope thus far.”
“It will be alright,” said Ominis. “Things will fall into place in due time.”
“You can’t keep speaking like that,” said his wife. “Especially not around her. She’ll grow complacent.” She then turned to Sebastian with an air of tired exasperation. “To get her to go out into society is like pulling teeth. Took tremendous effort to have her join us on this trip. But it will do her good to be out in nature, don’t you think?”
“Oh, of course,” said Sebastian, smiling awkwardly. “I remember she used to love being out in nature, isn’t that right?” he asked, leaning over a little to see the girl just past her mother. She didn’t look up from her plate.
“She used to frolic like a goat when she was little,” Mrs Gaunt laughed. “What a darling, she was… Oh, but those days are long gone, she’s no fun at all anymore.” The woman turned to her daughter and tucked her hair behind her ear, holding her heavy jewelled earring in her palm for a moment to assess it, as if it might’ve broken while the girl wore it. “Isn’t that right, dear?”
Sebastian wasn’t sure if he could call it tension, that which was between the daughter and her parents. She was sullen more than resentful or angry… But there was definitely resentment there as she was spoken of and pawed at like a doll while simultaneously criticised for being… herself.
Their trip to Goatfell Mountain the next day was a chance to relax. Mr and Mrs Gaunt were quite happy to undertake the trip, which was two hours away from where they stayed, while Sebastian and Miss Gaunt walked behind them — sometimes together, sometimes apart. They didn’t speak much aside from pleasantries, and coordinating with each other as they climbed the smooth, thick rocks that made the mountainside.
But Sebastian didn’t feel she was the same around him as she was around her parents. She was lost in thought and distant, sure, but the undercurrent of anxiety that seemed to normally grip her was abated.
“You must be relieved to be done with classes,” said Sebastian as he helped her up a slope.
“A bit, yes,” she said, still quite reserved. She clung to his hand, her grip reedy but strong.
“So what plans do you have now that you’re free?”
“Please, don’t you ask me that too,” she said, begging almost.
“Alright,” he chuckled. “Sorry. Sounded a bit too much like your mother there, didn’t I?”
She said nothing, but he knew it was the truth.
“At least you can practice magic out of school grounds now whenever you like,” he said. “What was your favourite subject?”
“I didn’t really have any,” she said, walking slow and cautious on the slippery rocks, holding her skirt up to watch the ground. “I liked the thing you did with the petals last time though…” she said after a short silence.
“You remember that?” grinned Sebastian. “That was just a bit of coordinated levitation… I could teach it to you, if you want.”
She looked briefly at him from the corner of her eyes and smiled in a tight, awkward way. “Father says you work with dark magic…”
“Well… That’s not the only magic I know.”
He felt uncomfortable, confessing this to her like that. He didn’t know what she thought of dark magic, but if it was anything like Ominis, it wasn’t good. Still, she didn’t seem to recoil from him after that, although she was so hard to read, always in her shell…
After a slow trek, all four of them reached the summit. It was a flat and grey expanse with a beautiful view of green hills behind them, and the sea ahead. The clouds were low and soft, mere vapours teasing a hint of blue sky between their folds.
Sebastian sat down to catch his breath, his hat resting on his knee, while Ominis and his wife did the same a few feet away. His wife was describing the scene to him, although Sebastian was sure his friend could feel the view, somehow, through the air, through the far sound of the sea, through the soft moss that grew on the granite and the lichen that spotted it. He smiled watching the two of them, nearly unchanged since childhood. Could he say the same? All he had to show for the passing years were a few grey hairs and new wrinkles.
Miss Gaunt joined him, sitting just an arm’s length away. His smile widened upon seeing her.
“Well?” asked Sebastian. “Was it worth the trouble to come all the way up here?”
“No,” she said, sounding quite bored. But then she broke into a little smile and looked down again. She was pretending to be more grumpy than she really was…
“Not very exciting, I suppose,” he shrugged, playing along with her. “Perhaps you’d have more fun in the city.”
“I think I would like that,” she said.
Sebastian looked at her, pleasantly surprised by this hint of her enthusiasm.
She wore a dark grey skirt today, with buttons on the side, and a white shirt embroidered with flowers which fluttered around her figure in the wind. The lace collar lapped against her neck. Her hair, though ruffled slightly from their journey, sat neatly pinned beneath her broad straw hat. She kept her hand on top of it so that the wind wouldn’t blow it away.
“I could take you, you know,” he offered. “When I go back to London.”
She looked at him with something like fear or surprise. “N-no, thank you,” said the girl, smiling awkwardly. “I don’t think mother would let me.”
“Why not?” said Sebastian. “I could ask her. I’m sure she —”
“No, no —”
“But you’re so unhappy with them...”
She stopped whatever she was about to say and could only give a tight, painful smile in response.
Sebastian felt sorry to have been so blunt, but as he looked into her eyes, he could tell they had finally reached a real, uncompromising understanding together, something other than the stilted, tepid pleasantries of family friends.
He leaned over and placed his hand on hers, and could feel the warmth of her hand through the gloves.
“I’m leaving for London at the end of the week,” said Sebastian. “I know an apothecary who lets a room above his shop on Diagon Alley, you’d be very comfortable there… I could show you around, show you the best bookstores and dressmakers. You can meet new people there, maybe meet a boy,” he smiled.
“No,” she said, suddenly looking down and blushing.
“Alright, no boys,” he chuckled. “But do you want to come? You don’t have to stay long…”
She didn’t say anything, but he could see her looking to the side, thinking about it. Sebastian gave her another encouraging squeeze of the hand and then released her.
“Why don’t you try being on your best behaviour today?” he suggested, fiddling with the rim of his hat. “Put your parents in a good mood, make them more amenable.”
“How could I be on my best behaviour?” she asked, frowning up at him slightly. She clearly resented his request.
Sebastian thought about it for a moment. What would parents like hers want to see? They clearly had no patience for her more childish inclinations, her savage and withdrawn demeanour… He’d heard her mother describe her daughter as a “wild creature” on more than one occasion — not as some untamed thing, because she was in many ways quite docile, but as someone completely apart from civilization. They wanted her to perform: in school, in society, and now in adult life. And their daughter had fallen short on all fronts.
In spite of her quietness and her poor grades, she wasn’t dumb. She could sense their disappointment and naturally resented them for it. Sebastian realised with a clench of his heart that the love she had received so far was always conditional.
“Walk with your back straight,” he said matter-of-factly, “and walk a bit more in front, rather than always behind them. Smile a little, if you can, and speak up a bit more when you have a thought.”
The girl shook her head. “They criticise me whatever I say. Whatever opinion I share is stupid. Whatever thing I like is in poor taste… And they do tell me to smile more, but when I do, they say how ugly I look doing it.”
Sebastian sighed. He’d met people like that before. In fact, his Uncle Solomon was such a character. Nothing his nephew ever did was good enough...
Sebastian didn’t wish to blame his childhood friends for ending up being such parents, but he couldn’t help but feel a twinge of resentment toward them too. He had to remind himself that he’d never had children, and he never knew what difficulty that entailed.
“Walk with me, then, when we return. We can pretend to be chatting.”
She nodded and smiled at him gratefully, with just a hint of embarrassment. It took a while for Sebastian to realise she wasn’t embarrassed to be in his company, but to be offered help…
Mr and Mrs Gaunt led the way as they descended Goatfell, the woman boasting of the sketches she’d made of the landscape. She’d drawn with particularly deep strokes so that Ominis could feel them too.
“But it doesn’t compare to the colours, does it?” she asked, turning her head to Sebastian and her daughter who walked a few steps behind. “So cold and yet so alive…”
“Bunch of grey rocks and grey water,” her daughter mumbled only loud enough for Sebastian to hear.
He hid his grin behind his fist.
But she made an effort to follow his advice somewhat and walked like a proper lady beside him rather than a morose teenager dragged along by her parents. And they didn’t have to pretend to chat, as conversation came easily to them.
“So what is there to do on Diagon Alley except shop for school supplies?”
“Well, that’s where most of the wizarding businesses are, these days. Bookstores, broomstores, potioneers, anything you could ever want. You’d be surprised at how much there is to see there, how much you haven’t seen when you were just getting your school books and a cauldron…”
“And Knockturn Alley?” she asked with a cautious tone.
“Now how do you know about that?”
She shrugged. No doubt Ominis had told her about it… Warned her about it.
“Well, it’s not something you should concern yourself with. That’s no place for a young lady.”
“Oh…” She sounded disappointed.
Sebastian didn’t talk to the Gaunts about taking her to London that evening, nor the next, but the day before he left he brought it up with Mrs Gaunt after dinner. She and the girl were in the kitchen, one using magic to wash the dishes, the other to dry them.
Mrs Gaunt seemed sceptical at first and gave her daughter an apprehensive look, but underneath that, Sebastian could tell she saw the potential benefits… It was easier, he knew from experience, for him to convince her of an idea, and for her to convince Ominis.
A few carefully placed words and two weeks later, and he Floo the girl into Diagon Alley.
“Let me carry that,” said Sebastian, leaning down to pick up her suitcases as she brushed the green dust off her skirt.
“Oh no, I can —” she immediately said.
“Nonsense. Let me be a gentleman for you.”
“Well, if you —”
“On one condition.”
“What?” she asked, a bit startled by his suddenly serious tone.
“Never call me ‘Uncle Sebastian’ again.”
“Oh, alright,” she laughed.
Sebastian had arranged for her to stay above the apothecary he’d mentioned before, on a street not far from where he lived.
“My flat is just around the corner, there,” he pointed out from the window. “Around there, and to the right, then a left, and it’s in a big redbrick building.”
“I’m not sure I’ll remember that,” she frowned, looking out the window with him. “But thank you… I’ll try to pay you back, you know.”
“Don’t even think about it,” said Sebastian as they turned their attention inside the room. “It’s my gift. To compensate for never bringing you anything from my trips,” he smiled.
“I don’t think father would’ve accepted them anyway,” she said with a timid smile. “He never seemed to like the places you went to.”
“Yes, I thought as much…”
“But they never seemed so bad. France, Spain, Switzerland… I never understood what was so bad about your trips. I wished I could go sometimes.”
“Well, maybe someday, you will,” he smiled down at her fondly. “Hopefully for pleasure though, not business.”
She bit her lip and looked up at him for a moment, then down again. Sebastian played with the rim of his hat and looked around. The room was furnished but was quite sternly decorated. It was yearning to be filled.
“I shall let you settle in, then,” he said after an awkward silence. “We can meet for lunch.”
They met for lunch every day after that, and for dinner too. In between that, if Sebastian had time to spare — and he made sure to have plenty for her — he’d show her his favourite shops, a different one each day. He led her through the streets that she visited before each school year, but he could tell she looked at them with different eyes now. She could go anywhere, buy anything — within her budget — and stay in any place for as little or as long as she liked. When they grew bored of Diagon Alley, they went through Muggle London. He showed her where all the nice lady shops were too, although he confessed to not knowing much of them.
Against her protestations, he bought her a few things, trinkets mostly and souvenirs, nothing so expensive that would make her feel indebted to him. She looked guilty to receive anything at all, and it broke his heart to see it.
He knew Ominis and his wife didn’t deprive her of anything growing up, but somehow they’d raised a child that felt unworthy of receiving positive attention… Whether they tried too hard to make her self-sufficient or Ominis complained too much about his wasteful family, something had gone wrong somewhere. Sebastian knew it wasn’t his place to fix it, but it was hard to hold himself back… He felt so at peace when he was around her, so at home, more than he ever remembered feeling in long, long years.
She had put his gifts away each time into her purse and sometimes didn’t even open them, choosing instead to look down morosely and change the subject to something else. He couldn’t help but feel unwanted by the time two weeks were over, and was surprised by how much it hurt. Somehow, the thought of not being good enough for her was devastating to him, although the implications were perverse — as were his dreams at night, increasingly, the longer they spent time together.
But then one evening he walked her to her flat after a day of walking around the furthest edges of Diagon Alley, close to where Knockturn Alley was. She’d been understandably apprehensive the whole time, although he reassured her they would not cross over into it. Still, there were tendrils of dark magic floating in the air that any witch could sense.
He didn’t know what possessed him to walk her all the way to the door, and further in. Perhaps he just wanted to make sure she felt safe — and besides, she didn’t stop him.
She seemed a bit shy about letting him in though, unable to meet his eyes or stand still. As he wished her good night, he realised why.
On the little vanity, lined up around the mirror, were all the gifts he’d given her. The thin silver bracelet hung around the neck of a wooden cat figurine like some long and fancy necklace, the enamel box stood open holding a jar of enchanted red ink and a fimble embossed with flowers, the journal he had monogrammed with her initials lay beneath a new pair of calfskin gloves, and the silk scarf with a flexing snake on it was coiled by its side.
He forgot whatever he was saying, lips parting in a smile, and after taking it all in, he looked at her again.
For her party, the girl felt quite stupid. She’d never blushed so fiercely, and although it was too late now, she took her hat off and moved to block Sebastian’s view of the vanity.
“So you did like the things I got you,” he said cheerfully.
“I never said I didn’t,” she muttered, going to hang the hat on the back of the chair.
“You let me think so, though,” he said, frowning at her but speaking with a playful tone.
“Well, I’m sorry…”
“But why don’t you wear any of them?” asked Sebastian, stepping quickly around her to look at them again.
She turned toward him, squeezing the fingers of one hand in the other. “I didn’t wish to ruin them…”
Sebastian looked at her. “How would you ruin them?”
She shrugged.
And he thought they made such progress while they were together… She spoke more, spoke openly, shared her opinions with him however harsh or strange — and he’d been surprised to find out she had really strong opinions about certain things, which made him wonder at the true depth of her internal life, her thoughts, her feelings, everything she kept hidden from the world.
He sighed, and went to pick up the silver bracelet. It was a chain of tightly interlocking links on the front side of which a marcasite-encrusted serpent coiled. He set his hat on the desk and placed his gloves there too, and unclasped the bracelet.
“Here,” he said, turning toward her. “Give me your hand.”
She extended her left hand to him, and Sebastian locked it around her little wrist. He held her hand in his and looked at it. Silver suited her complexion well…
“See? Not ruined,” he smiled, holding her gaze.
The girl smiled tensely and looked at the bracelet. It was too sad a smile for Sebastian to bear.
“What are you thinking?” he quietly asked.
“That if I use them, I’ll break them or stain them or lose them somewhere...”
“But if you just have them lying around, they’ll last longer?”
She nodded.
“Well, I’m flattered to know they mean so much to you,” he smiled. “But I’d rather you use them and ruin them than not use them at all. I bought them for you, for you to enjoy. And you can’t enjoy them when they’re just sitting there,” he chuckled.
She smiled a little wider, her eyes still aimed down. Sebastian’s grip went up from her fingers to close around her wrist, cupping it in his hand, gently pushing her sleeve away. He could almost hear her breath catch in her throat. When he looked at her face again, he found her looking back at him.
He didn’t know what he saw in her eyes, and couldn’t begin to guess what she was seeing in his. And before he could think of what to say, the girl stretched up on her tiptoes and wrapped her arms around him. She pulled her body close to his, and by instinct, by sheer need, he held her to him. In the silence between them, he could sense so much, so many things she left unsaid but which he keenly felt.
“What’s wrong, my dear?” he asked, rubbing a hand up and down her back. “Hmm? Why are you so sad? Do you miss your parents?”
He could feel her shaking her head.
“Do you wish to go elsewhere? Are you tired of this place?” he chuckled. “I know these aren’t the most glamourous accommodations, but…”
She shook her head again.
Sebastian held her tightly to him and sighed. “Are you in love?” he asked.
She stayed still this time, frozen in his arms.
“You’re lovesick? Is that it?” He laughed and pulled her closer.
The girl didn’t answer, but Sebastian didn’t need her to. They held each other, basking in each other’s warmth, and he noticed he could feel her heartbeat against his chest.
Sebastian couldn’t help but wonder who this boy was that she loved, where she even met him. Maybe it was a handsome young clerk in one of the shops they visited, or someone she’d spotted at a restaurant when they were having lunch, or maybe — Merlin forbid — a muggle she saw when they were out in London… For some reason, all of those ideas made him feel strange, uncomfortable, and quite a bit angry.
“Who is it, then?” he asked, putting a smile on his face as he leaned away to look down at her face again.
The girl looked up at him and wouldn’t say a word, instead biting her lip to keep quiet. He’d seen such secretive moods from her before, but none that were so deep, that hung so heavily over their conversation.
“I promise I won’t tell your parents. It’s just an innocent crush, I suppose, right?”
It took some effort and courage on her part, but finally, she nodded.
Sebastian gave a deep sigh. “So, who is it?” he asked again, his broad hand coming up to cup her cheek. “You can tell me…”
“I don’t think I can.”
“Why? Don’t you know his name?”
“I do…”
“And?”
She kept looking at him with those large, sad eyes. He had hoped that by now she would’ve learned he was her friend…
“Is it someone you… shouldn’t like?” he tried.
She nodded.
“I see… Well, you’re a clever girl to realise it. In that case, perhaps it’s best you put him out of your mind.”
He suddenly remembered how long he’d been holding her, and although he wanted nothing more than to comfort the girl all night, he began to let her go.
“Uncle Seb— Sebastian,” she said quickly, “it’s… it’s not a boy.”
He froze and looked at her, wondering what she meant. “What is it then?” he asked. “It’s not a goblin, is it?” he asked, teasing her.
“No!” she laughed, looking down again. “It’s…”
But she couldn’t speak, couldn’t say it. Her hands left his shoulders and went down to his waist, pulling him close to her again, begging wordlessly for another hug. He couldn’t deny her. Sebastian sighed deeply with a smile as he held her to his chest.
He wished he could help her, make all her dreams come true, and give her the comfort and the love she’d never had enough of. His hand came up and pet the back of her head, trying not to ruffle her carefully pinned hair. The feeling of it sent shivers down his spine that he didn’t think he should experience. Her breath hitched at the sensation, and with a subtle step forward, she pressed herself more firmly to his front. Sebastian swallowed an embarrassing moan and tried to turn his hips away, but then she leaned back, pressing her head deeper in his hand, and looked up at him as if waiting for something.
“Who are you thinking of?” he asked in a low voice, hoping that she told him of someone, anyone, to drive away his unworthy desires. “Who is it?” he asked, his hand coming up to cup her cheek.
The girl swallowed the knot in her throat, terrified by the intensity of his gaze. Her face flushed red and her eyes teared up, but she worked up the courage to lean up, and wrap her arms around his neck, and kiss his cheek.
Sebastian could have died on the spot. His arms tightened around her as if he really would have died if he didn’t have her to cling to... Could she do that? Could she kiss him? When her lips parted from his skin, he turned his head and kissed her cheek as well. His hands began to tremble as he realised who she had meant…
“…Me?” he asked, clinging more tightly to her. “D-do you mean me?”
She nodded, her soft cheek brushing against his.
Sebastian sighed from the depth of his chest and moaned. “How could you do that?” he asked with a shaky laugh. “How could you mean me? I’m… I…”
He was nearly forty years old, and she wasn’t yet twenty. As if that wasn’t enough, she was the daughter of his two best friends. He couldn’t imagine doing that to Ominis — whatever that was, because he certainly had no intention of compromising her or… or…
Slowly, she pulled away from him, the hug relaxing in a loose holding of hands. “Oh,” she said, and she sounded so dejected. Whatever tension was on her face before faded, her eyes downcast, her mouth frowning.
“I don’t mean that… that you’re… I mean, that I don’t…” Sebastian cursed quietly. “I don’t mean that you’re not charming and beautiful and…” She looked up at him and took his breath away again. “And lovely,” he finished.
“So it’s just that you don’t like me,” she said, seeming to have decided for him that she wasn’t good enough.
“No,” he said, his hand cupping her cheek firmly, “that’s not it. What I meant was… that you shouldn’t like me.”
“I know that, but do you think I can help it?”
The sudden resolve in her surprised him. Sebastian chuckled softly, his thumb tracing circles on her cheek.
“No, I don’t imagine you can help it,” he replied, his voice low and soft. “And to be honest, I can’t either.”
The girl looked up at him quizzically, seemingly torn between hoping he said what she thought he did, and fearing that he didn’t. He wasn’t usually so hard to read, he was certainly more expressive and open than her, but right now, his gaze was thoroughly impenetrable.
Sebastian fought against himself, against the last lingering denial of what he felt for her, but he knew it had reached its end.
“I only want what’s best for you. Do you know that?” he asked.
“Yes?” she quietly said.
“And this isn’t what’s best for you.”
“What is, then?” she frowned.
“You deserve to be loved,” he said tenderly. “To know what it’s like to be loved, to know that you… you deserve it.”
She bit her lip, and he could tell his words hurt her somehow, reminding her of what she lacked in life. His thumb caressed her cheek again.
“I can’t do that to you, though,” he chuckled nervously. “Your father would kill me.”
“I would never tell him,” she said, her hands fisting at the back of his coat.
“That isn’t the sort of thing you should say…”
“I don’t care what I should or shouldn’t say. What about what I want?”
He swallowed thickly and groaned, feeling himself crumble before her.
“You bought me all these things,” the girl continued, looking plaintively and angrily into his eyes, “but you won’t… won’t…”
“Won’t what?” he asked. “Can you even say it?”
She frowned again, her eyes tearing with frustration at her own shyness.
“You say I deserve to be l-loved,” she mumbled, peeking up at him for scant seconds. “But if you won’t do it, who will?”
Sebastian whimpered deep in his throat. He had nothing to say to that.
“Do you want me to find someone else?” she asked.
“No,” said Sebastian instantly, his grip around her waist tightening.
The girl, impish little thing, smiled victoriously.
“Then why won’t you show me?” she whispered, standing on her tiptoes again to reach closer to him, her head tilting dreamily, her eyes large and vulnerable and full of hope. “Just because I shouldn’t like you that way? Nobody else likes me but you, anyway” she said, sounding terribly sad where only a second ago she was flirtatious.
“That isn’t true,” said Sebastian, shaking his head.
“It feels that way to me.”
He shook his head again, but he had no way to contradict her because he felt as if he was the only one in the world who truly loved her — and what madness it was to admit it — who truly wanted her, top to bottom, the whole of her, for himself.
“Do you… have someone else?”
“No,” he admitted.
“Then, why not…”
“I told you, your father, both your parents in fact —”
“They don’t care about what I want,” she said, “so why should I care about what they want?”
He laughed. Her frown deepened thinking that he laughed at her.
“Never knew you were so headstrong,” he said, both hands coming up to cup her face.
She whimpered at the warm touch from him, so close to being caressed and yet still held so far from him, from the only man who ever made her feel anything.
He tilted his head and leaned in closer until she could feel his breath on her lips. “I can’t give you what you want,” he sighed, his eyes searching hers. “But I… I can show you how I feel.”
She looked up at him again, a thread of hope winding around her heart.
“And show you what… what you really feel too,” he added with a teasing smile.
The girl barely opened her mouth to ask what he meant when he dipped down to kiss her.
She winced in surprise at the touch of his lips and her whole body felt alight. She didn’t know when she closed her eyes, but within a few heartbeats she was lost to his embrace, knowing nothing else in the world but his touch — big, warm, rough hands around her jaws, tilting her head upward, plump, chapped lips surrounded by an evening stubble caressing her mouth, breath tickling her cheek...
When he pulled back to catch his breath, she nearly chased after him. It had been her first kiss, and she could hardly imagine anything more exhilarating. The feelings that were rushing through her made her dizzy, but looking into his eyes steadied her. Still, she keenly feared his rejection. She knew what she wanted from him was wrong, but was too hungry for his love to care.
“Why can’t you give me what I want?” she spoke with a hint of desperation.
“You know why, sweetheart,” he smiled, his eyes growing sad at the sight of her so needy. “But… I can still love you. Show you how much I love you,” he said. “Is that enough for now?”
The girl frowned but nodded eagerly, the longing of months and years finally spilling over. She leaned in for another kiss. Sebastian chuckled at her eagerness and gave her what she wanted, while they both tried not to think of how illicit, how wrong this was. They kissed in the centre of the room until they both were breathless, and he felt her finally calm down. Against his chest, he felt her heart beat steadily.
“Did I give you your first kiss, my lovely one?” he asked.
She nodded.
“And your second one?”
“Y-yes…”
Sebastian chuckled and leaned down to kiss her again. She moaned into his mouth.
“And your third?” he sighed against her lips.
She whimpered and clung to his cravat, pulling him down to kiss her again, and he smiled against her mouth. She seemed to like being kissed, so he put all his care into it. His lips nipped hers, then covered them for long, languid caresses, and his hands went up from her waist to the bottom of her ribs, squeezing her gently.
With a moan, he parted from her again and looked at her. He couldn’t help but give her another little peck on the lips before stepping away. The girl whined, her arms reaching for him. It made Sebastian grin at how greedy she’d become…
“May I?” he asked with his hands on the lapels of his jacket.
“Oh,” she whispered, “oh, erm, yes…” He was planning something, she could tell.
He smiled fondly at her and took his jacket off, hanging it on the back of the chair beside her vanity. “Why don’t you sit down, my lovely one?” he said.
She blushed fiercely but did as he said, and went to sit down on the bed, her body facing his.
“Take your boots off,” he said as he unbuttoned his vest. “And your drawers, too.”
Her heart skipped a beat when she heard his words. Without taking her eyes off him, she leaned down and unlaced her boots, putting them to the side. Her toes curled as she prepared herself for what came next. Sebastian’s eyes raked over her as he loosened his cravat. His brown eyes never left her, the edges crinkling as he smiled.
Rising her hips slightly, she rolled her long skirt to her knees and dipped her hands beneath it, tugging the drawers off her hips then off her legs, and let them rest on the floor. She looked away from Sebastian, her breathing frantic and her face all red at what she had just done. She looked as if she were still fully dressed, but now Sebastian knew there was nothing protecting her intimate parts from him.
Slowly, he took his boots off too and let them lay where they fell, and unbuttoned the top of his shirt. He licked his lips hungrily as he stepped closer to the bed, letting his fingers trail lightly over the silken sheets.
“You really are lovely, you know?” he breathed, his voice low with desire.
She bit her lip and tensed up again, moving up the bed the closer he got until she was next to the pillows. Sebastian stopped in front of her, his knees next to her own, and cupped his hand beneath her chin. She looked up at him so innocently that he felt like a bit of a monster, but he was determined to strike a balance between what she asked for, and what he was ready to give…
“Will you let me lay beside you?” he whispered.
She moaned and nodded, moving to the side to make room for him, inviting him on the bed next to her. Sebastian sat down, wearing just his shirt and trousers with the suspenders framing his chest, then moved so that his back was against the pillows.
“Come lay here,” he said, patting his chest.
The girl seemed a bit confused but quickly understood what he wanted when he lightly spread his legs. With an awkward little shuffle, she eased herself to the middle of the bed, between his thighs, and let her back lay against his front. Sebastian’s arms instantly encircled her, holding her warmly to his body, cradling her.
For a while, they stayed like that, with his lips at her temple and her hands clasping his arms. She worried he might be uncomfortable, with her back against him and the stiff corset digging into him, but Sebastian didn’t seem to mind. He felt warm, and firm, and steady, and gradually her heartbeat calmed.
“For how long have you felt this way?” Sebastian eventually asked.
Her knees bent slightly, as if she could hide away. “I don’t want to tell,” she muttered.
Sebastian chuckled and wrapped his arms more tightly around her. “Alright, you don’t have to say it,” he whispered against her cheek, “for now.”
His lips trailed down to her jaw, little suckling pecks that made her sight and tilt her head, then went down the column of her neck, stopping at the clavicle. He felt her stiffen in his arms again. Carefully, so as to not scare her more, his right hand uncurled itself from around her waist and travelled lower to her hip. Tug by tug, he raised her skirt a little higher.
“Shhh, it’s alright,” he whispered in her ear. “I want to do something… but tell me if you don’t want it.”
The girl winced and shook her head.
“No?” he asked.
“No, yes. Don’t stop,” she breathed.
Sebastian laughed lightly and kept pulling her skirt up, all the way until he could dip his hand beneath it. She gasped when she felt his fingers on her inner thigh.
“Is this good?” he asked.
She nodded, settling more firmly against him. He moaned deep in his chest when he felt her bottom rub against his bulge, but continued with the gentle motions of his hand across her skin.
“Very soft,” he praised in a close whisper. “And so, so warm… Are you always like this down there?” he teased.
“Y-yes?”
Sebastian smiled at her innocence and kissed her cheek again. “I believe it,” he said. “Especially with all that walking we’ve been doing lately… These darling thighs must be tense all day, rubbing against each other, no?”
The girl squirmed against his lap, a fire licking up and down her skin from that little point where three of his fingers touched her. She felt him caressing her thigh slightly inward, almost all the way to the back of her leg, his palm engulfing her for a few quiet moments, and then trailing upwards.
“Is this alright?” he asked, his voice sounding lower than before, rougher.
It reminded her that he was a man, big and rough and so much stronger than her — a man as old as her father, although that wasn’t the sort of thing she wanted to know just then. She closed her eyes tightly against the uncomfortable thought.
“H-higher,” she whispered. Her legs spread wider as far as his thighs allowed.
“Higher?” he teased as he drew circles on her skin. His left arm closed around her waist in a stronger grip. “What will I find there, hmm?”
The girl dipped her head and moaned low in her throat, knowing he was playing with her. Her hands fisted in her skirt.
“Is there some secret place there?” Sebastian chuckled. His fingers went up along her thigh, where she was even warmer, even softer, and he groaned.
He could feel the muscles in her thigh flex beneath the skin. With one heavy caress, he moved his left hand from around her waist and cupped her chest. With careful tugs and encouraging her to shift a little, he eased her corset lower down her torso until he could feel her breasts slide up from beneath its grasp. She gasped and nearly jumped, but then melted in his arms with a light mewl.
He kissed her cheek again. “Shhh it’s alright.”
The girl lay docile in his arms while he carefully caressed her breast, squeezing it the slightest bit, then resting the young globe in the palm of his hand. Underneath her skirt, he teased a path all the way up until he felt a soft wet tuft. The girl whimpered, squirming against his front again, but Sebastian just rested his hands on her.
“Is this good?” he asked, peppering kisses up and down the side of her face.
“Yes,” she whispered, “I think so…”
“You think so?” he chuckled. “Well, let’s make sure, then.”
Keeping his hand still at her breast, he trailed his fingers higher up between her legs, slow and patient and searching. When his index touched her slit, she moaned.
“Oh,” he breathed lustfully, “so you do have a special place here…”
The girl curled in his arms, and Sebastian let himself slip lower down the bed, spreading his legs wider to accommodate her while not moving his hands at all, letting her feel him there.
“So wet,” he whispered as his finger began to caress her, going up and down her swollen lips. “It isn’t normal to be this wet, is it, my darling? And so, so feverish… Are you sure you’re alright?” he chuckled. “You’re certain you’re not ill, my sweetest girl?”
“No, of course not,” she said, unsure why he was even asking. She had the feeling he was joking, but she could not imagine why. This was not the time to jest, in her opinion.
“Oh, I’m not so sure,” he breathed, letting his lips rest against her cheekbone. “You wouldn’t lie to me, would you?”
“N-no…”
“I guess I need to find out for myself, then.”
And then his fingers started moving. He teased her with both index and middle finger, going up and down her slit, making her more and more wet, feeling her moans right against his mouth as he rested his lips at her throat. He could feel her hole, tight and hot and flexing, and above it, her raw little nub peeking out, so hard and small... He paused there and swirled a digit around it with the lightest touch. She nearly jumped in his arms, wailing at the unfamiliar feeling.
“Is this good?” he asked against her neck, his breath frantic. “Is this good for you?”
She whined and squirmed in his arms, teasing his manhood with her bottom. It made him growl, but she probably didn’t realise what she was doing. Sebastian teased her tight bud more and then, after cupping it between three fingers, squeezed it lightly at the same time as he squeezed the tip of her breast through her shirt.
“Un— Sebastian!” she moaned.
“I told you not to call me ‘Uncle’,” he said with a hint of frustration. But he knew she didn’t mean it, probably didn’t know his fraught relationship with the word, so he sighed and kissed her cheek in apology.
“‘m sorry,” she whined, still twisting in his arms.
“It’s alright,” he whispered, kissing her cheek again. “It’s alright, just… just lay in my arms and let me take care of you.”
And as he spoke, his fingers kept teasing her between her legs and at her breast, slowly, deliberately squeezing those two sensitive points at the same time and pulling on them gently. The air was filled with her gasps and the shifting of clothes against clothes, the light squeaking of the bed, and Sebastian’s groans. He turned his head toward her, filling his lungs with the scent of her hair.
His hands on her relaxed, and he went back to holding her breast gently while sliding his fingers up and down her slit. He could feel her shivering in his arms at the change, and chuckled.
“Which do you like best?” he whispered in her ear. “Hard, or gentle?”
“Erm…”
“Tell me honestly,” he said without a hint of teasing.
“G-gentle?”
Sebastian smiled and kissed her cheek. “Gentle, then, for my girl.”
Another shiver ran through her, and if he didn’t know any better, he could’ve sworn she purred.
His thick middle finger slid slowly, carefully down her folds, then held there for a moment, went up again, and down, all in a steady, predictable motion. His left hand, meanwhile, warmed her breast, holding her to him.
“How do you feel?” he asked, rubbing his stubbled cheek against hers, so smooth and soft.
She felt completely overwhelmed, covered, supported, and utterly cherished. She couldn't even begin to put into words how he made her feel. “Nervous,” the girl chuckled, her voice strained, but happy.
“Just nervous?” he smiled.
“And…”
“And what?”
She wouldn’t say.
“Do you feel cared for?” he asked, the corner of his lips brushing against her skin.
She nodded.
“Do you feel wanted?”
Another little nod.
“And needed?” he sighed, taking another lung-full of her.
The girl whimpered and dipped her face down.
Between her legs, Sebastian began to brush against her faster. His finger felt her plush lips on either side, warm and wet and innocent. He pressed deeper and felt her gasp and jump when the tip of his finger touched her hole again.
“Do you?” he asked more warmly, almost a growl. “Do you feel how much I need you?”
“I… I don’t know…”
“Oh, my darling little girl,” he moaned, and his hand squeezed her breast a little tighter. Sebastian so badly wished that he could have her read his mind so that she could see how deeply his love for her ran.
His caress went further, dipping into her entrance gently, curiously, almost timidly. It coaxed a kittenish trill from her and she rubbed against his front again, his bulge slotted right between her cheeks.
“Don’t you feel that?” he moaned, pressing back against her with his stiff length. “Do you know what that is?”
“Is… is it your… male part?”
He laughed a little. “That’s quite the polite word for it. Yes, my little one.”
Sebastian rested his lips against her cheek while he pressed into her hole a bit more firmly. She gave a reedy cry when the tip of his finger pierced her.
“Oh, it burns,” she whined.
“Shhh, I won’t hurt you,” he whispered in between kisses. “You’ll see… you’ll see… I’ll show you that I care for you,” he promised.
His lips travelled her jaw, leaving wet trails down the side of it and along her neck. To distract her from the penetration, he began to flick her breast with his thumb through her shirt, and soon made that nub pucker again. Between her legs, he felt her growing wet.
“Do you trust me?” he growled. “Do you understand I want you?”
Silence.
“Not yet?” he grinned.
Sebastian slid his finger deeper. Instantly, she cried out and her back arched and he felt her squeeze around him. He felt the broken sound of her surprise shiver through her neck and into his waiting lips.
“How deep inside of you can I go?” he asked breathlessly. “How deep will you let me?”
It was a double-edged question, and they both could feel it. She knew by this point that his actions were less about giving her pleasure — even less about taking it for himself — and more about showing her that she was worthy of desire, of care and want and love.
“Deep,” she whispered, relaxing against his chest as her channel swallowed his probing finger.
“Deep, hmm?” he chuckled. “Deep and gentle, is that how my girl likes it?”
“Yes,” she moaned mindlessly.
Against his wrist, he could feel her thighs flexing. Sebastian groaned deep in his chest and slowly thrust into her, always upward, never retreating until he felt all the way to the end of her.
“So tight,” he whispered, peppering kisses on her neck again. “Tight and warm, that sickly sweet warmth of yours…”
He nibbled at her neck and squeezed her breast again, caressing it in slow but greedy motions. Inside her, his finger pressed all the way until he reached her cervix.
“Ow,” she winced, trying to move away.
“Stay still,” he said.
She did, allowing him to feel her, all of her. Her channel throbbed and pulsed around him, not knowing what to do with the intrusion. Sebastian paused in wonder at this marvellous part of her, this secret, deep, and tender place that nobody else had known before. When he felt her greedy channel relax, he began pulling out. Teasingly, he trailed his finger out and out and out of her, letting her feel it the whole way.
“It feels so cold,” he chuckled, “it’s so wet from you…”
She didn’t say anything, but he could tell that she was blushing, her cheek felt hot where it touched his temple.
“Are you ashamed of that, my sweetest one?” he asked, ending it with a lick of her neck. “Are you ashamed of how wet you are for me?”
“Don’t talk like that,” she whispered, turning her head away.
Sebastian distracted her by kneading her breast, bringing his finger back to her entrance, and circling her hot and twitching hole.
“You’re wet for me, because of me” he said again more firmly, determined to break through her shyness and shame. “You’re warm and feverish and plush in your most secret place because of me,” he hissed. “Isn’t that right?”
“Why do you want me to say it?” she groaned, twisting in his grasp.
“Because I want to know,” he said with a kiss to her clavicle, “that you know it,” and then he kissed up her neck, “and I want you to admit it to yourself,” and then he kissed her cheek, “and I want to feel how desperate you get when you say those naughty words, my darling.”
The girl bit her lip and turned her head away, her fingers digging into his arms, nails snagging against his sleeves, struggling against him — and, in a way, against herself.
He penetrated her again, this time with two fingers. To keep her from squirming away he kneaded at her breast harder, more punishingly, threatening her almost.
“Say it,” he ordered with a low murmur.
“Yes,” she gasped, her back twisted in a painful arch between his heavy paw at her breast and his thick, invading fingers. “Yes, I’m wet because of you…”
“And what else?”
She moaned, canting her hips distractedly into his thrust as his fingers opened her up.
“Are you all swollen because of me? Because of what I’m doing to you?”
“Yes…”
“Do you want me?”
“Yes…”
“You want me inside of you?” he whispered, his lips and tongue teasing the crook of her neck. “You want me here?” His fingers curled in her girlhood, pressing against that soft spot above her entrance.
She gasped and squirmed, her eyes and mouth opening in a shock of wonder.
“Here, in this tender little place?” Sebastian continued, and his fingers curled and pulled, then pressed in again slow and thick and deep. “This hidden spot? This weeping, lonely little hole?”
Her legs spread wider of their own accord and she hooked them over his knees, her arms going up and back, her fingers finding their way into his hair. She held on to him, completely dependent on him now, open and exposed and invaded.
“I want you,” he growled, pumping into her deeper, not pleasuring her spot anymore but feeling her whole channel again, forcing it to open wider, to accept him. “Do you believe me?”
“Yes,” she cried, although he wasn’t sure she was even listening anymore.
“Do you feel that? You feel me wanting you?” said Sebastian with a harder, fuller thrust that moved her body up his torso, before pulling her back with it. “You feel me needing you?” he asked, his length rubbing against her innocent backside.
“Sebastian —”
“Say it, I need you to say it, I need to know that you… you understand what I feel for you…”
The girl nodded, her lips parted in a breathless gasp. “Yes…”
“Yes what?”
“Yes, you need me… you want me,” she said, and he could almost hear a tearfulness in her voice.
“Good girl,” he sighed. “And do you know what else?”
She moaned and shook her head as her body trembled, caught between his thick thrusting fingers and his hard manhood pleasuring herself on her.
“I love you,” said Sebastian. His eyes were closed and his lips were at her ear. It almost scared him to admit it, but she needed to know.
“I… I love you too,” she whispered, turning her face lazily toward him.
When Sebastian opened his eyes, he saw her there, with her half-lidded, dreamy gaze, her sweaty forehead, tear-stained cheeks, and those lovely, bitten lips… His hand left her breast to hold her still by the neck and he leaned down to kiss her.
The girl moaned into his lips. The only sounds now were their delicious moans and the wetness he pulled out of her as he pumped his fingers through her gushing channel.
Sebastian was breathless when he released her, and his whole body was alight. Although he was still mostly clothed, he felt nearly at the edge just from her in his arms, her body pressing down on him. The more he tended to her core, the more of her he could smell.
“I would lick your tenderest little parts,” he breathed as he looked into her eyes, “but that might be too much for you, wouldn’t it, pet?”
She stared at him quite shocked, not knowing what to say. She couldn’t even nod in agreement.
“So why don’t you just come for me? Release for me, let go…” he whispered, stretching out his tongue to lap at her lip. “Let me feel… this little hole… ” he continued, his fingers thrusting harder into her, shaking her whole body, “convulse in pleasure around me…”
Sebastian was certain she didn’t exactly know what he was talking about, and he actually wished she didn’t. He wanted her to be innocent, he wanted to be the first for her, to teach her and train her and show her pleasure. Show her how to surrender.
He groaned when she pressed in a certain way down on his lap, and instinctively he released her neck to grip her hip, holding her still for his use. His two fingers, thick and dripping wet with her, dug as deep inside her as he could and held there as he put all of his efforts into pressing up against her, rubbing himself against her bottom. He moaned shamelessly with each delicious thrust. His sounds were deep and lustful and embarrassingly revealing of how savagely he wished to take her, but the scared look in her eyes centred him.
Sebastian kissed her again then leaned back to look at her face as he used her, imagined himself taking her, feeling her wetness soak his shaft, feeling her weak little body parting for him, having no choice but to surrender and open and take him inside where he could spill —
“I… I love you,” he gasped, pleading with her almost, needing her to understand it and accept it. “I love you…”
“Seb—”
He frowned and closed her lips with a kiss, and then he felt his shaft twitch as it spilt its seed. It was a messy and distorted kiss, more of a moan and a cry and a crushing of lips, but for a moment it felt perfect. Her body relaxed above him, her fingers caressing his hair and his neck, her girlhood clenching around his fingers, suckling on them.
Sebastian breathed in deeply then released her mouth. He grinned lazily and leaned back to look at her. There was a sticky and disgusting feeling at his loins, but that didn’t matter now. Slowly, his fingers resumed their thrust.
She gasped and tensed in surprise, but soon eased and moaned more openly, her head tilted back exposing her neck, her chest arching against her shirt. Sebastian thrust deeper, those two thick fingers keeping her spread. He pulled the wetness out of her with each outward thrust and let it make her thighs and bottom slick.
“How long have you wanted me?” he asked in a teasing whisper at her ear. Now that he had warmed her up, he felt sure he would get the answer out of her.
“Wh-what?!”
He chuckled, pumping his fingers faster. “How long?”
“Since… since the fifth-year summer break,” she admitted, speaking in so small a voice he would not have heard if he were further away.
“So since you were fifteen!?”
Sebastian was a little scandalised. He pictured taking advantage of her at that age and recoiled inwardly. But at the same time, he didn't wish to make her feel ashamed. After all, she couldn't help her feelings, and he would be lying if he said he wasn't the slightest bit flattered. So he fought against how taboo it was, and chuckled.
“How naughty my little girl is,” he purred, nibbling at her ear.
“I’m sorry,” she groaned, turning her blushing face away from him.
“You should be,” he said, half-teasing. “I only ever wanted to take care of you, do you know that? I wished… I wished I could take you away sometimes. Just to have you for my own. To love you freely.”
She was nearly breathless with the revelation and turned to look up at him. His trusts between her legs gentled as he confessed his more innocent feelings to her, and she had no idea what to make of it.
“Did you really?” she asked in a whisper.
“Yes,” he smiled, “but not like this. Not as…”
“As lovers?”
“Yes, not like that. Just, as your friend or… anything.”
It was awkward for Sebastian to show this side of himself. It didn’t go well with what he was — an older man twice her age, slightly rough around the edges, involved with dark magic and seedy figures and things she shouldn’t know about. And she was so sweet and delicate, so fragile in his arms… But it was true, all he wanted was to love her, protect her, take care of her, in whatever capacity she allowed him.
Sebastian leaned down and kissed her forehead, his fingers stilling inside her for a moment. No sooner he parted from her skin that she leaned up and kissed his lips — clumsily, reaching mostly just the corner of his mouth.
“I want you,” she said as she looked into his eyes. “I… I wish you could take me away, forever.”
“But you know I can’t,” sighed Sebastian, and his fingers began to cant back and forth inside her, making her feel his despair and desire and longing to be with her as deeply as possible.
“I know… But I’ve dreamed of it,” she whispered. “So many nights… when I thought about you.”
Sebastian’s eyes darkened and he listened to her, his lips parted in a stilted gasp. He wasn’t sure he should know more, he was afraid of what he would hear, but a part of him was greedy to know everything that this darling girl thought about.
“Did you?” he asked lowly, and he started a deliberate, deep rhythm that trailed her channel up and down. Her plump folds kissed his knuckles when he thrust all the way inside.
“Yes,” she said in a high, weak voice.
He smiled. He loved the way she got so breathless when he pleasured her. “Did you touch yourself?”
“I did…”
“Did you touch yourself thinking of me?”
She closed her eyes and nodded.
“Like this?”
“Please,” she sobbed, her heart trembling in her chest as his fingers dragged themselves out of her. “Pleasepleaseplease…”
Sebastian licked his lips and looked down at her. Her arms were limp around his head and her eyes were closed. He drank in the sight of her weak and surrendered, and then he gave her what she wanted. He put his fingers back to her girlhood, trailing the slippery digits up and down her slit.
“You pleasured your special place?” he teased, grinning against her blushing cheek while his fingers dragged her slick up to her tender nub. “Alone, at night, while you thought of me…?”
She mewled and bowed her head, regretting somewhat that she had even admitted it to him, because now he used it to torture her — but his fingers felt so good, working her so precisely to feverish pleasure.
“Yes yes yes, please,” she mewled.
His chest purred beneath hers while his fingers strummed her pearl, tending to her most sensitive point relentlessly, diligently.
“Will you show me how you sounded when you reached your peak?” he whispered. “Will you spill for me here as you did around your pretty little fingers?”
“Please, Sebastian,” she cried, and her voice began to sound a little panicked. “It… it’s too much…”
In response, he held her down, his left arm stiff around her waist while with his right he abused her girlhood in short, aggressive rubs. He could feel her nub becoming stiffer, its raw head peeking out. With each downward thrust, he picked up a little bit more slick that leaked from her and brought it up to wet her pearl.
“It’s not too much, you can take it,” he whispered. “Doing so well for me, letting me love you like this… Letting me show how much I love you…”
“I can’t, I can’t,” she rambled.
Her legs started to tremble against his, her hips canting up and down, spreading the wetness that he’d spilt around himself in his soiled trousers. Sebastian groaned at the delicious, savage feeling of it all.
“I can feel you leaking out of your little hole,” he said with a dreamy voice. “Is that how you’d drip around me if I kissed you there? Is it? Is it how you’d gush around my manhood if I gave it to you?”
“Yes,” she mumbled, her head twisting back and forth, her hair a ruffled mess against his pillow, over his shoulder, sticking to his cheek. “Yes yes yes, I want, I want…”
“I’ll give you what you want, my girl,” he growled, holding her down and playing with her nub. “My good little girl, sweet, wet, dirty little girl…”
And her whole body began to tremble, starting with her legs, her stomach, her hands clasping desperately at the pillow. She let out a scream before she caught herself and bit it back. He reached down and kissed her mouth, swallowing it from her. Sebastian held her to him, barely letting her move while she squirmed with the shock of her powerful orgasm.
“Se— Sebastian! Aaah… Aaahh!”
Her core clenched and throbbed, hungry and empty and desperate for something that never came inside. Right above it, his fingers kept tending to her pearl, flicking it until it nearly drove her mad.
The girl mewled into his mouth, pleading with him to stop but in a thoroughly unconvincing manner.
“You like that?” Sebastian asked against her lips as his caresses slowed to steady, long, torturous strokes. “Hmm? Was that good?” he asked with a kiss.
“Mmm… yes,” she whispered, her voice trembling as her body relaxed, limp and sapless in his arms. Only faint twitches travelled up her legs anymore, but she spread them wider for him as he kept tenderly caressing her girlhood.
“Yes?” he grinned. “My naughty little girl liked it?”
“I did,” she said in the smallest, shyest whisper, her eyes cast down toward his lips.
He understood what she wanted, and leaned forward to kiss her again. The room around them fell silent now that her frantic breaths and moans abated. All that was left were the lewd, slopping sounds as he kept fingering her.
“Good little girl,” he sighed against her mouth. “Gone all soft now that you’ve been pleasured, haven’t you?”
She blushed and nodded, the tip of her nose brushing against his. Sebastian chuckled and leaned in to kiss her again, and again, and again. Slowly, he stilled his fingers, but kept them there, cupping her secret place, letting her seep lazily into his palm.
“How do you feel?” he asked with a warm smile.
“Good,” she murmured, a similar smile playing on her lips too. Her eyes were low and sleepy, but held his gaze.
Sebastian chuckled and disentangled his arm from around her waist, bringing it up to brush her messy hair away, caress her face, and pet her lovely cheek. Her legs dipped back from around his and closed around his wrist, hugging his hand to her centre.
“And did you like what I did to you?”
She bit back a wince and nodded again. Sebastian’s eyes crinkled with a smile and he dipped down to her mouth, tasting her in a long and languid caress.
“Give me your hand,” he said, “the left one,” and waited for her to comply.
She stretched out her left arm and watched curiously as he grinned and kissed the bracelet there. It was, in its own way, more like a mark of belonging, of his commitment to her — like an engagement ring.
“You were beautiful,” he said as her hand came down to brush against his face, “and sweet, and adorable, and the most enticing little witch I’ve ever seen.”
The girl squirmed in his lap, smiling awkwardly, but there was nowhere for her to go even if she had the strength to do it. He cupped her in his hands and held her to him.
“Well, I hope so,” she said with a small voice, looking between his lips and his eyes.
“You deserve to be loved. I hope you understand that now, at least a little bit better…”
Did she? She wasn’t sure. Held in Sebastian’s strong steady arms, against his broad chest, she knew she felt at home, and safe, and cared for, but love came with a little difficulty… How could he be satisfied with her?
“I know I am most inadequate —” she started.
“No,” he shook his head, “you are not. You deserve to be loved, and I wish to be the one to do it.”
She looked into his eyes again, quietly reading every emotion that flashed through there, every hint of vulnerability, of devotion, and found them all reflected in her too. Her hands finally found the strength to reach up again and tangle loosely in his hair.
“Alright,” she whispered, leaning up to breathe against his lips. “If you’ll love me, I’ll love you,” she said, kissing him gently on the mouth. “In fact, as you well know, I already do…”
Sebastian chuckled and held her closer, rocking her gently on his chest. Slowly, his hand slid away from her core, allowing her to close her legs, and his to close around her. Entangled in each other, they forgot about their messy clothes, their ruffled hair, and knew only of how much they liked each other’s closeness.
They spoke in sweet hushed whispers about what they planned to do, how they intended to live together, to accomplish it against all odds. Slowly, Sebastian forgot about his plan to only show her these safe, distant forms of love — with fingers and close embraces and perhaps eventually with his mouth, acts that left no lingering mark on her and had no chance of spoiling her honour. No, after this evening, could see himself taking her away, even marrying her, building a life with her… And as he gazed into her eyes throughout the evening, all the while until they fell asleep, he hoped she pictured the same future too.
The week passed in the blink of an eye, with great news at work that you were given a payrise and a shining personal review.
It was tradition that you and Laura had a Friday night cocktail to unwind after the week. She was brighter and happier this week, and Tommy was treating her beautifully, just like she deserved. You had told her your apartment had sold. You had a cash buyer, meaning you completed within the week and now had a lump sum in your account.
‘Drinks are on you then?’ Laura laughed, ‘first a pay rise and now enough to buy a few birkins with change’
‘Girl don’t even start, I’ll be poor by next week if you tempt me. No birkins just yet, one day though I promise.’ you tapped your cocktail glasses together and offered to drop Laura home. She said Tommy was picking her up for date night.
‘Cute, you guys make me sick’ you cuddled Laura good bye and said she can pop by tomorrow at yours to help you sort your apartment out ready to move in with Joel.
You picked up your usual wine and pizza, some groceries for the weekend and a bunch of peonies to bring home.
Tommy walked out the front door, covered in sawdust and sweating.
‘Don’t ask’ he said.
‘Laura’s waiting for you’ he looked like he had seen a ghost and sprinted like road runner to his van.
The hall was littered with tools, timber and Ikea boxes.
‘I’m home baby’ you called. Nova came running through the hall, her collar jingling through. You picked her up and held her as you both searched for Joel.
‘Damn cat has been climbing my sunflowers’ Joel sipped his beer and pointed a finger accusingly at Nova.
You fake gasped and covered her ears. ‘Watch your tone around the baby. What’s going on in the hallway?’
Joel rolled his eyes and carried on keeping busy round the garden. ‘Couldn’t keep building material’s at the client’s house’
‘Where’s Sarah?’ You shouted, as he turned his back and carried on walking.
‘At a friend’s, sleeping over. Birthday party tomorrow.’
You hummed and went back inside with Nova.
Dinner was cooking and you caught up on your shows, with the kitten snuggled up on your lap.
Joel came in and sat in the armchair opposite you.
‘There’s room for a little one.’
‘I’m hot. Been working all damn day and just had to tidy the garden’ Joel huffed.
‘Well you didn’t have to tidy the garden, it could’ve waited for tomorrow’ you tried to reason with Joel and his woe is me situation.
He didn’t respond.
‘The money came in from the buyer’s today. I was thinking we’ll get some bits done and could book a little holiday, us 3. Tommy and Laura too?’ You picked up Nova, still catching z’s, and went and sat on Joel’s lap.
‘I’d love that baby. I’m exhausted, we need a break’ Joel rested his head on your shoulder.
‘I know baby. Thank you for everything you’ve done’ you cuddled him close.
It was bed time, and you were both showered and snuggled up watching Desperate Housewives.
‘Laura is meeting me back at the apartment for 11am tomorrow. Got a shit ton of stuff to do’ Nova was nestled between you& Joel.
‘Sounds good baby. Me& Tommy have some bits to do, but we’ll bring some drink and get stuff done’ Joel looked at you over the rim of the glasses that sat on his nose.
‘I look forward to it.’ You removed his glasses and got up to put Nova in her cat bed. She now has one in every room. You pulled the duvet off Joel. ‘Now get naked, Mr Miller’
It wasn’t clear why Tommy and Joel were like this, but you were woken up at 6:30am by the sound of power tools and country music.
‘What the fuck is going on?’ Nova was sat at the foot of the bed, with a head tilt and a baby meow.
You called Joel on the phone, knowing you wouldn’t be heard if you shouted.
‘Sorry baby, we’re just organising the loft. Won’t be long. Coffee would be nice’ Joel sounded as if he had just run a marathon.
‘Sure coffee would be nice, god damn asshole’ you muttered to yourself ‘ so would being able to sleep in til 8.’
You went downstairs and made breakfast for the boys and left some coffee on the landing for them.
You were still in a sleepy daze, you failed to notice the hallway had been emptied of building materials.
Tommy bounded downstairs and swung round the banister launching himself into the kitchen. Joel followed quickly behind, slurping his coffee. They were both happy and chirpy, until they saw you sat in the garden in the patio chair listening to Lana Del Rey with eyes shut.
‘Shit, that’s her man-hating music’ Joel whispered.
‘Boy I’m out of here then. I’ve already pissed one chick off by waking her up to leave early this morning, I’m not facing the wrath of your one too’ Tommy ate his bacon sandwich and got ready to leave.
‘Thank you brother. I appreciate you’ Joel hugged his brother and smacked him on the back.
‘She’ll love it. See you lunchtime at the old house. Bring your marigolds’ Tommy left and Joel approached you in the garden.
‘Baby?’ Joel was terrified. If he knew one thing, it was do not wake a sleeping girlfriend.
‘How can I help?’ You sighed.
‘I love you’ Joel knew laying it on thick would melt you.
‘Asshole’ you sat on his lap, and Joel stroked your thigh under your robe and played with the hem of your night dress.
‘Gym?’
‘Let’s go, Mr Miller.’
Your workout was finished, and you and Joel showered and headed back to yours. Laura and Tommy were parked up waiting for you.
‘Can you guys go pick up some trash bags and moving boxes?’ The boys nodded as though ready for a military operation.
‘Let’s get started.’
It was now 4pm, and all your stuff had either been packed up, taking to charity, or put on eBay.
‘Dinner?’ you were all exhausted, and food was a welcomed idea from Tommy.
You headed down to the local grill and had dinner and drinks before getting home.
The movers were coming tomorrow, so Tommy agreed to have Sarah overnight so you and Joel could sort things out tomorrow.
When you got home, you got a glass of wine for you& Joel and ran him a bath. He was now converted since joining you that night.
You were sat on the sofa half watching a film and half internet shopping.
‘Don’t spend it all at once’ Joel crept up behind you and held your shoulders to make you jump.
‘Bastard,you’re not getting anything now’
‘Can I show you something?’ Joel grabbed your hand and lead you to the stairs up to the third floor. This was Joel’s loft, but he said it was just storage and not worth seeing.
He uncovered your eyes and revealed the renovation him and Tommy had been working on.
A bespoke closet, work from home space and dressing room ready for you to move you stuff into.
You couldn’t believe your eyes.
‘Well I feel incredibly guilty for moaning at you both this morning’ you laughed through a sniffle and Joel wiped your tears of joy, ‘Thank you, baby.’
‘I’m so grateful to have you here. I love you more than life, and you deserve it’ Joel squeezed you tight.
‘I can’t wait for the rest of my life with you.’
The next morning, you had to head back to the apartment and let the movers in. Thankfully, you didn’t have to bring any furniture except the sofa, as Joel had decided they were prettier and comfier than his, and you just had a few boxes of bits and pieces, plus your all of your clothes.
‘I’m on my way back baby, movers finished all smoothly’ you called Joel through your car speaker.
‘Okay darling, just picking Sarah up and then will see you at home.’
Sarah and Joel pulled up home at the same time as you& the mover’s. Sarah couldn’t believe the surprise of a kitten and her new bestfriend moving in within the same week.
‘This will take about an hour, do you want to help me decorate the loft?’ Sarah saw the opportunity to raid your wardrobe and ran with it.
Joel went and got you both a drink and some snacks whilst he sat and watched you both put the last of your clothes in the wardrobe, and put your candles around the room.
‘Well doesn’t this look beautiful? Who’d have thought we’d make yourself so girly?’ you high fived Sarah and cuddle Joel.
‘Thank you for doing this for me. I love you both so much. I feel blessed to live my life with the Millers’ Nova ran up the stairs and joined the family meeting.
‘All that’s left to do is give you a new surname, can’t have the cat as a Miller and not you officially’ Joel winked.
Now you had an an engagement to think about, as if you couldn’t be any more spoiled.
