Current diet plan !!
So my doctor's appointment (with weighing aaahhhh D:) is March 7th, and I def want to lose some kgs by then. I'm currently 48,6 kgs, which I think is too heavy for an 4n0r3x1c girl. So; here's the plan! BMR: 1300 Extra burnt calories energy: 225 Extra burnt calories smoking: 100 Total calories burnt every day: 1625. Breakfast: None Snack 1: None Lunch: None, except on the Tuesday and weekends, when I'm at home during lunchtime and have to eat, because my mom won't let me starve in peace... Snack 2 (just got out of school): Either an apple or something small like a biscuit or whatever Dinner: Everyday, whatever mom cooks. Can't let anyone worry of course. Snack 2: Apple. The total amount of calories consumed should come to a daily average of about 900-1000 calories (depends if I'm home or not). 1625 calories burnt - 925 (example) calories consumed = 700 calories of weight loss a day (nearly 0,1 kg daily !!)

My diet <3
Hi hi guys! So I currently weigh about 50 kg (yuck) maybe, and I want to go down to 46 before my birthday, which is in 17 days. This is about what I will be eating, just an estimate, cause ofcourse it can differ each day depending on the situation. Breakfast: Skipped
Lunch: Skipped also, but will probably grab an energy zero sugar at school.
Snack 1: probably fruit, maybe something unhealthy if my mom forces me (guilt trips me).
Dinner: Whatever mom cooks, will most likely be potatoes, chicken, and some kind of vegetable. Snack 2: Mom will probably give me smth, but I'll throw it away/ hide it somewhere, and have a cup of tea instead.
So no calories for breakfast and lunch, probably about 70 for snack 1 (will most likely be an apple), probably about 600 for dinner, because my mom can NOT cook normal portions (always fatty ew) and if I don't eat it all she'll say I'm ruining dinner for everyone. Also no calories for snack 2, because I'll probably put it somewhere in my room so I can throw it away when mom's not home.
I probably won't be subtracting any burnt calories from my total, because I'm always scared I overestimate how much I burned, and then I won't lose weight as quickly.
My current BMR: 1300 cals Total food intake: 670 (estimated) cals I'll probably take lots of walks, and I also have to work twice a week, so I think I'll lose about 0,1 kgs a day, hopefully more.
So yeah, that's what I most often eat. I didn't really know what to call this chaotic diet, so I just decided to call it 'my diet' lol. Anyway feel free to ask for any diet tips in the comments, cause I'm seeing results so quickly even other people comment on it haha.

This one might be contreversial, idc. But does anyone else absolutely love Liv Smid's content? Like I really don't care if she's a bad influence on younger people, they have the ability to scroll, don't they? I love the way her body looks, I wish I looked like that. I got quite some calories yesterday from alcohol (literally drank 4 glasses of 15% alcohol on an empty stomach at a party), but like those are the only acceptable calories. But back to the topic of Liv; I can find myself being so mean to myself about my weight all of the time, but she just seems to st4rve and feel iconic about it. I wish tbh. I hate going on drunken rants to my friends about how I won't live a long life because of 4n4. I wish I could have that mindset that tells me 'you're absolutely dead, but at least you look fucking good while you're at it'.

Store diet pills!
Just bought some diet pills from a local store, they're called: green tea diet. I'm supposed to take one a day, and take it during a mealtime. But my family is always there for dinner, so I'll have to take it another moment. I'm also planning to take maybe 3-5 a day, because I'm scared it won't give me my desired results. Also, taking too many of one pill always works so well for weight loss, because my body burns calories trying to fight th excess pills. There are about 60 in the bottle, and summer break is over in 30 days, so if I take 5 a day I'll have to go back to the store for another bottle, but it's fine. Wish me luck loves, I'll update soon enough <33

Tip for counting cals!
I'm always like so paranoid my calorie counting is wrong, but here's something that helps me do it most acurately. My mom always shops at the same supermarket, and maybe your parents do to. Chance is, that the supermarket has a website. On the site of mine, all products can be viewed INCLUDING the calories and nutrition values. It helps me so much, it was a real life saver. The website will probably say how much cal per 100 grams a product is, but you most likely didn't eat 100 grams of it (I hope). If for example you ate a product that's more or less grams, this is the calculation: (Insert cals per 100 gr) : 100 x (insert grams) You're welcome guys <33

4-8-24 Cookie: 198 cal Sandwich: 277 cal Cola zero: 1 cal Chicken skewers: 109 cal Granny smith apple: 89 cal Total: 674
-------------------------------------------------- I honestly don't even know why I accepted the cookie. Mom pressure ig. 674 is way too much, I don't know how I'll ever get skinny like this. I did skip breakfast, but apperantly I still ate a lot. Tomorrow I'll do better though, because this is way too much for an 4n0r3x1c girl.

Help an 4n4 girl out
Okay, so I've been purposefully given myself an 0d of some cheap painkiller medicine to help me lose weight, I've done this multiple times. I was in school, and I'd just taken like 20 of those cheap pills. I was throwing up the entire day long (for 4 hours straight), and this continued for 6 more hours after I got home. No one suspected a thing, luckily. But I am wondering if this is right? On one hand, I'd do everything to lose weight, and this method works SO WELL. But on the other hand, I don't know how long this method could last me. Sorry for the little rant, but does anyone know for how long I could continue doing this before it gets too much? Love you guys <33
