~ laxatives if bloated
snacks:
~ snacks are only for metabolism days
~ must be low cal
metabolism days:
~ once every three days
~ eat under double ur deficit calories
~ excuse to binge on carbs
fasting:
~ liquid fast
~ get lots of sleep
work out:
~ get your steps in (5k min)
~ dance
~ full body work out vids
— do some stretches in the mornings, before school
— walk everywhere. try to get around 7-8k steps in every day
— bike a lot
— do mostly cardio based workouts
