I MANAGED TO POST "MONSTER OF THE WOODS" ON ITCH.IO! (A few days after the game jam ended, but shhh.

It's not super polished, but the art is done, and there's a few effects. I made it in a week and a half, so I'm pretty proud!

This game is about three idiots who are stranded in an infamous wooded area, being stalked by a terror as tall as a tree.

(This story is a part of a bigger universe, but it stands alone on its own).

I get so excited over things, and the moment I realize I am the guilt and anxiety sets in. Suddenly, it feels illegal to like anything at all too much.

One moment, I'm genuinely happy. I could go on for hours about the given topic and love every moment. The next, it's hard to breathe. Taking up more space than my small box suffocates me.

At this point, even quietly thinking about my own stories too much takes HP points from my mental bar.

I want to enjoy things openly again.

I'm generally fine. It just sucks, ya know?
