🤘 There is an article in HT today, which got my attention, because it is talking about something which we all want to believe and achieve. 👉 Anti Aging Pill or Solution or Remedies. 🤷‍♂️ Who doesn't want to live longer, healthier and stronger at the same time? 😎 Not to my surprise, there is no magic pill so far but this man, who is among the most influential 100 people in the world as per TIME magazine, is giving some valuable advises, which kinda similar to what most of the health and fitness professionals might have given you. 1️⃣ Don't eat 3 regular meals a day - Frequent small size meals are more preferred as your metabolism is declining with age, so that, you can digest it faster and effectively. 2️⃣ Lose Your Breath from Exercise - Obviously Training and especially cardiovascular training, which increases your heart and respiration rate. 3️⃣ Do Hip-Hinge - Any guesses? Yes, it is squat and dead lift. As per biomechanics terminology we call those Hip-Hinge exercises. 4️⃣ Sleep Well - The most ignored yet the most important factor for our well-being.
