I’ve noticed that my creative process anymore is

70% of my time spent on YouTube, trying to find a song to loop and then getting distracted by other shiny videos for hours

20% getting back up to refill my water cup every half hour

and then 10% of actually concentrating long enough to draw for maybe 15-20 minutes

and then it’s 3 am and I need to go to bed
