Today, I found out that my older brother, who basically raised me, voted for Trump. The man who I looked up to for most of my childhood voted against my rights as a gay woman. He voted against the rights of his mom, his daughter, his neighbors, coworkers, etc.. it breaks my fuckin heart man.

Knowing that he voted for him fucking breaks my heart, not just for me, but for my niece as well. She's still young yet so I know she doesn't understand all this yet, but knowing that he voted against her rights as a future woman just like hurts my heart. How could you tell ur own daughter that you care and love for her and then go and vote against her?

How can you look tell ur mom and sister that u love them and then go vote against them? How did this guy that I looked up to suddenly disgust me to the point of tears? I don't care if u think I'm being "dramatic" or whatever, I'm heartbroken and angry, and I have the right to be this way.

The guy who I used to watch play video games and who taught me how to cook voted for Trump. The guy who raised me voted against my fuckin rights to marry who I love, for me to be who I am freely without fear. Against the rights that his daughter is supposed to have.
