Zatanna Zatara in Power Girl (2009) #22-23.
Zatanna is kidnapped by a third-tier villain called Siphon who wants to permanently copy her powers. The catch is that he needs to stay close to her to "download" her powers. A strip of duct tape and a coil of rope keep the magician at bay for a few hours but when Power Girl and Superman come to her aid, Zatanna gets to duel the man able to mimic her powers exactly. Thinking too big, Zatanna is out-witted when Siphon uses a simple duct tape spell to gag her, cutting off from her magic once again, and buries her up to her chin in a mound of glue. Luckily, our title character Power Girl is there to save the day.
