TMI but I got the 💩’s and it made me lose 3 pounds and now I have the 26 in waist I’ve dreamed of having ahhhh
So far I’m on hour 22 of a fast, I’m not sure how long I’m gonna go cause I’m genuinely not even hungry and I’m scared to put anything in my body tbh💀
Also annoyed cause I had to call off work again from said 💩’s … but at least I’m getting progress I just hate being at home

Ok last rant even though I’ve brought this up before, WHY ARE MY THIGHS SO MASSIVE???
It’s genuinely the most irritating thing EVER.
I can’t understand why it’s ONLY my thighs that have so much fat on them.
Whenever I’m sitting and not doing anything, I do thigh workouts but it’s still not enough to get them to go away😞

Last night I genuinely got so upset looking at my body, I hate that my goal weight didn’t make me look the way I had hoped.
Ever since I started hating my body, my goal weight has been 125 lbs but now that I’ve finally hit it, it’s like I still look exactly the same!
Idk why that number always seemed like the perfect weight for me and I really was hoping I would see some progress.
I really don’t know if it’s the body dysmorphia or if I just genuinely look disgusting and I wish people would be straight up with me instead of constantly telling me how skinny I am like WHY ARE YOU LYING?? I know it’s just to get me to eat🙄🥱🥱

My mom decided to go to one of my favorite restaurants today and when she asked what I wanted and I said nothing she got really upset and said “I went here for you” so I had to get something and now I feel disgusting :(
It’s fine as long as I fast tomorrow and workout as much as I can it’ll be fine god I wish I didn’t have to eat today though, I hate when she makes me eat it’s impossible not to eat around her unless I’m at work.
