Literally saw a post this morning that said Sinners was scaredy cat approved. That was the review I needed. 😂 I was sold so I checked it out. Wow, I’m glad I did. Sinners is so freaking good, entertaining but so layered at the same time. Amazing job by everyone involved with the film. And, I got a free poster. 😁

It was just as good today as it was the first time I saw it, 20 years ago. Love Pride & Prejudice.

The Freddie Freeman Bobblehead night was super packed early. I’ve never seen that many fans get to the stadium early. Albeit, I haven’t even tried to go on a Shohei bobblehead night because of how crazy they get but I suspect this was definitely a close second in craziness. Still, I managed to get mine. 😁

I wasn’t planning on going to San Antonio, but had business to take care of. After business was done, I made the most of it. Got to see the Alamo, visit a couple of missions, the Riverwalk, and the Tower of the Americas. Not bad for a trip during which I wasn’t sure I’d get to do any sightseeing. Checked a new city off my list. ✅

First game of the season for me…and WHAT A GAME! Loved seeing the ring ceremony and a 3-run Walk-Off HR by Mookie to win it. Like I always say, it’s always a great time at Dodger Stadium. 💙🤍💙⚾️

Went to see “Brave New World” to support Anthony Mackie as the new Cap. Had fun and the movie was good, it being Mackie’s first full length Cap movie. Can’t wait to see more of him. 💙

My first book of 2025. Sort of. I started “The Only One Left” in March of last year, but then baseball season started. I picked it up again in December and finally finished it today. So worth it! Loved the twists and turns.

A little over a week ago, my Chulo crossed the Rainbow Bridge. For almost 20 years, he was a source of unconditional love and joy for our family during the good times and the bad times. He was loved so much and he knew it. He was such a good boy and will be missed. 🥹😍🩵

Then while in Fairbanks, I visited the Chena Hot Springs to take a dip despite the cold weather and I got to see the Aurora Borealis. That was the main reason for my visit to Alaska, so I’m glad that Mother Nature was kind and I was lucky enough to see them. 🤩

The train ride on the Alaska Railroad from Anchorage to Fairbanks is quite an experience all on its own. The scenery during the trip is amazing. 😍

One more trip before the end of the year, so I headed to Alaska because I wanted to see the Northern Lights. Started off in Anchorage and explored the city before moving on to Fairbanks.
