I think it's an awesome photo of awesome people. In July 1975 was the first joint U.S.– Soviet space Apollo–Soyuz flight. Its primary purpose was to mark the end of the Space Race between two superpowers that began in 1957. Apollo (US) and Soyuz (USSR) met in space and connected eachother.
