★ lunch i had chiken and salad(broccoli and tomatoes) and whey(blue) total of 264kcal 24carbs 1,4fat and 38,7prot
★ and finally my last meal was snack i had a cereal bar + tuna sandwich + a choco ball(i shouldn't have eat all of this but I will compensate tomorrow) total of 348kcal 53,8carbs 9fat 11,9prot
