୨ৎ What I eat in a day˚。𖦹
⊹ Breakfast 🥞
For breakfast I ate 100 grams of melon.
I opted for melon, ‘cause it is low calorie.
100 gramas = 34 kcal.
I don't count the calories of fruits and vegetables, but I’ll leave it here, just to get an idea.
⊹ Lunch 🍝
For lunch it was 200 grams of vegetable soup with 40 grams of meat.
I ate a little more at lunch so I wouldn't eat too much at night.
200 grams (soup) + 40 grams (meat) = 206 kcal.
13,1 grams of fat.
20 grams of protein.
⊹ Dinner 🍚
To finish my day, I ate 100 grams of shrimp with some slices of tomatoes, anions and green pepper.
100 grams = 154 kcal
1,1 grams of Carbohydrates.
8 grams of fat.
24,4 of protein.
= 360 kcal (the whole day) | 3 liters of water
🌸 That's basically what I ate today. I only drank water during the day, in total there were 3 liters of water.
🌸 I couldn’t went to the gym today, I’m wanna cry, but only todaaaaaay, promise.

★ lunch i had chiken and salad(broccoli and tomatoes) and whey(blue) total of 264kcal 24carbs 1,4fat and 38,7prot
★ and finally my last meal was snack i had a cereal bar + tuna sandwich + a choco ball(i shouldn't have eat all of this but I will compensate tomorrow) total of 348kcal 53,8carbs 9fat 11,9prot

I started the day w 57kg and ended w 56,6.
