I went to the mall and seeing all the girls with the body I want is hard. Knowing some of them are born with it and others are doing the same thing I'm doing.

I'm back I didn't break my diet too badly I've been working and that has a lot of walking so I think that is helping.

Does anyone have tips on grieving?

My grandma passed away today I feel so alone and empty that I just want to binge but I don't want to ruin my progress got any advice?
